Poutine no sauce!!??? First and last time Ill pass there!!

Doc Ann s either love it or hate it. Naturally I am in the first group.

Special hamburgers are always very good. Delicious poutines too...

For me its the best Dic Anns of all. The sauce is always perfect, never too diluted. The service is truly remarkable, 9 times out of 10, they write a kind thank you note on our order and wish us a nice day. Now I always choose this Dic anns, its worth the detour, without a doubt.

We really liked the hot dogs and the Hi-Boy Burgers. On the other hand, the poutine was very lacking in sauce and cheese. It was dry. Its rare but our Burgers were like burning the super liquid sauce not practically meat and we asked for the 2 fries not too cooked and it seems just to show off they served us a normal and a well cooked otherwise usually its good but this x very disappointed thank you

Very bad service, takes my order and those of 4 customers who ordered after me, and served before me, for the same food as me and after 25 minutes still not served, I ask for a refund, and I am not refunded my tip of 5 $. Spent 25 minutes waiting to be robbed of $5 and nothing to eat. Well done !

Ive always really liked Dic Anns but the prices are starting to be completely outrageous for the quality and quantity of the food. I tried the chicken fillets, rather 3 pieces of chicken the size of chicken nuggets for almost $8. My cheeseburger was good.

The lack of staff is felt on Sundays. Just 1 cook; I waited 17 minutes for a single all-dressed hot dog and unfortunately it was poorly made. A handful of onions, no other condiments. And a stupid-looking cashier. I used to love this franchise. I advise you not to go there on Sunday and be patient because the service is very long.

It was okay, a little expensive but oh well!! I find that the restaurant (St Therese) lacks character and charm as a place to eat on site!!! Otherwise everything is correct. Parking: Parking too tight!!!

Ça fait quelques fois que j y retourne et le goût à changer. Le pain n est pas le même. Les frites ne sont pas aussi croustillantes qu a l époque. Je crois d ailleurs qu ils ne font plus cuire les frites dans une ville d arachide c est très malheureux. Meme le baton a changé il est plus petit qu une frite!! Les belles annees sont en arrière!

Classic Dic Anns place!! They are currently short staff like many places so expect a little wait. But its worth it!!!

I got 4 hot dogs when I had asked for 3 and the 2 hot dogs that I had too much had cheese and the poutine was not great

DicAnns Ste-Thérèse, I still go often like once every 2 weeks, before last visit, really not a lot of sauces in my poutine, hot dog and hamburger...ok its coming...this evening Im going back, Im asking if possible a little more sauce, I explain why, politely, at worst I suggest paying for extra sauce, the waitress reassures me etc. Well I arrive home, almost no sauce yet...dry poutine, cheese taken in a brick and the rest of the order, same thing! Sad! And salad in the hy boy, all browned. Sad, I love dicAnns Definitely going back but with extra $$$ for extra sauce

This review and for the one from Sainte-Thérèse I have eaten there twice and the sauce and condiments are almost absent. When youre there its ok you can ask for an extra to compensate but to take away its impossible. The one in Sainte-Thérèse should be avoided for takeout.

Totally unacceptable service from the owners themselves. I am in favor of social distancing during this pandemic. I understand that there are government rules to respect and that the dining room does not have enough space to meet standards. Notwithstanding this measure, there is still a minimum to accommodate its customers. If only to leave a small right of way to use the bathroom. I explained my situation to the owners I wear braces, so it is impossible for me to eat with them on. I had to have access to the bathroom to remove them, washing my hands before. They refused me access, telling me, if they do it with me, they will have to do it with everyone. Let me point out, there was only one customer in the restaurant, who seemed to share my opinion. I was told to use the hand sanitizer, thats all they could do. In this time of pandemic, its not very interesting to put your hands to your mouth, without really cleaning them with SOAP! Not to mention that this little bottle is touched by all the visitors and this taste of alcohol before eating... not very appetizing! With an attitude like that, its not very inviting to return to that place. The most accessible Dic Anns for me being that of Ste-Therese, it was unfortunately my last visit to this banner. I left Saint-Augustsin to encourage you. Thank you for your welcome! I hope this comment will be constructive.
