Simply perfect service. The people are kind, courteous and attentive to customers. The family meal was enough to feed a family of 6. Affordably priced and the food was simply delicious. Being a restaurant specializing in grills, I expected meat to be their strong point. I ordered two bowls of merguez, but the sausages were cold and raw, making them inedible.

Very fan of this type of cuisine, the portions very generous and very tasty, could have been a bit hotter though. Very friendly staff, seemed a little lost in the face of the quantity of orders in progress but their smiles and kindness more than compensated for the wait. I highly recommend! I really liked the poutine from Grillades Torino de Sainte-Thérèse that I had for dinner yesterday late in the evening. The gentleman who worked there put a merguez in my poutine and it was delicious. 5 stars for the interior and exterior design, the speed and the friendliness of the people who worked there. I hadnt found any photos of the current Grillades Torino in Sainte-Thérèse, so I decided to draw myself holding a poutine on my right hand and a fountain drink in my left hand in front of a random advertising poster found on Google picture.

Very disappointed with our order and service today. I called at 6:10 p.m. for a take out order, he asked me to come at 6:40 p.m. At 6:40 p.m. the order was not ready and the 2 employees were sitting talking to each other. I placed an order from this place, I walked in and the restaurant representative told me that my order will take longer than expected and to come back 20minutes later. When I came back 20 minutes later, the representative got super annoyed and screamed come back in 30mins my friend I asked him if he can cancel my order as I don t want to wait that long for a simple Torino plate. He claimed that he couldn t. Poor dishonest and untrustworthy restaurants!!!! AVOID

Patrick and his team did an amazing job preparing our meal. We didnt order dishes that were on the menu, as we ordered for 4, and one of which is Vegan. They prepared different take-out plates with different things in them, rice, potatos, salad, meats etc. Grillades Torino....just so good. Patrick cooks with love, and it shows. Thank you.

I came by yesterday to pick up a take-out order for 2. Wowww I must say that the service was more than impeccable by the manager himself. It even heats the potatoes gradually which gives incredible freshness and they are hot, but I also find the aspect of avoiding waste interesting as well as mixing the vegetable salad with feta cheese gradually. . I have never been disappointed going to this branch, but yesterday the service was exceptional. We see that the manager is keen to offer quality service +++!!!

Amazing, meat is cooked live and everything was fresh. Little spicy by default, so just ask if you dont want it spicy.
