Plan A Snack Bar in Sainte-Thérèse

I order a take out for 5:30 p.m. I arrive at 5:20 p.m., it s already on the counter. A person in front of me and an Ubert coming out. I see one of the employees call Ubert back, something was missing from their order. Ok it can happen. In turn, I pay and ask if everything is in the bag, she tells me yes, everything is in both boxes. Well ok she should be right because everything is very relaxed and no one behind me, no line up. Well, delivered at home, no sauce, the fries extra cold and too greasy. I call them to let them know theyre missing, she suggests I come back and get the sauce. Well yes you, another half hour in the car and come back to eat even colder. Not even the decency to offer me a credit, even $5. Everything she tells me. I cant do anything for you. Well, I too will do nothing for you. Your service is not strong. And don t tell me that with the lack of staff the restaurants are doing what they can.

Chicken Burger too salty. Mini Burger not good. Cashier had a stupid attitude. Its rare for me to be negative in my comments but it wasnt strong, good luck

The first few times we ordered, it was really delicious! The chicken was super tasty, the wings were WOW, the mini burgers super good. But here, the chicken was mega dry, so much so that it looked like it had been reheated in the microwave! The wings were black and super dry, almost no meat on them, the mini burgers just ordinary - the chicken was dry! At least the sauce was as good as before, it still is! For the price, its definitely not worth it anymore. It s a shame, it was one of our favorite places before!

Burger PDP: it was good but nothing more Smash Burger Cheeze: my partner found it very ordinary I bought $11 worth of fries (family size) and I was served old, dry fries which ended up in the trash, they were not edible! Too bad I was really looking forward to trying this restaurant, not sure Ill go back now

I went there when it opened and I more or less liked it so I never thought I would go back. This afternoon, with the $5 Little Foot promotion for spring break, I said to myself why not try again? I did well! It was good, the chicken was tasty and the meal hot. Coleslaw is great in the burger. The reason why I remove a star? The fries and poutine arent the best but otherwise, everything was perfect

A great snack bar, generous portions, quality ingredients and ingenious recipes. I adore ! Definitely worth trying. The presentation of the plates is great.

Very disappointed! My expectations were probably too high. The meal was OK, but nothing more (special Superbowl meal). I wont ignore my pre-order scheduled for 6 p.m. I arrive there, pay for my order, time on the invoice 5:54 p.m. Order received 18:42. I wasnt the only one dissatisfied lol. YES I missed the start of the match (6:30 p.m.) I am aware of the traffic caused by the match, but the pre-orders are precisely used to plan the work team.

Save your money and eat fried chicken elsewhere... Even at iga its better than here.. The chicken is not even freshly fried its boiled chicken and then built like a ball and fried... It tastes like tomorrows chicken.... Entk too dry and tasteless

The whole performance is rather ordinary. Fried chicken without personality, similar to many grocery stores. Fries not bad but nothing remarkable likely to counterbalance the initial disappointment. We will not return there.

Terribly disappointed, the chicken is very dry and overcooked, the flavors dont work together, the sauce has no connection with the chicken, too much salt everywhere, but especially in the fries, the products are not to the height of what is advertised and the price structure makes no sense, it is WAY too expensive. First and last time!

Well, my partner and I took the Trip for two, the pieces of chicken and the wings were really dry, I think everything is cooked in advance and reheated... same thing for the fries which were also much too salty. Sweet brown sauce, not my type. We will not return there.

Date of visit: May 22 First time at this restaurant and it was perfect. The welcome was very warm, in addition to the explanations. We had 2 sandwiches, the BTL and the PDP. Both delicious with homemade sauces. I highly recommend!

Ive looked at Bistro Jaybi, Bucky Roaster, Casgrain BBQ and Pied dPoule at the bottom of this list. The chicken is very dry. The taste is present in the frying, it is when I find myself in the center of my burger that the experience really disappointed me when on the contrary I should find the harmony of the ingredients there. Lack of sauce, lack of prep.

Despite the negative comments, I decided to try the houndstooth and the blt sandwich was magnificent. The thick bacon, the crispy and juicy chicken, the perfectly toasted bun accompanied by a generous portion of fries. I cant wait to go back to try the other items on the menu.

We have been there twice and we will definitely return. No bad experiences to date. The chicken pieces are generous with chicken and not with breading! The burgers are plentiful and super good. Very good quality/quantity/price ratio. Its not a PFK! Its much better. If you want PFK... go to PFK.

Beautiful decor and friendly staff, but very average and rather expensive food. At the cashiers suggestion, I ordered a morning-after sandwhich (turkey smoked meat) and a pdp poutine. It cost me $25.30! The sandwhich (more like a burger) was tasty, but inedible without a fork. It looked like a Dic Anns ad with better bread. (Note, the braised bacon was excellent) For the poutine, the crispy chicken was cold. Paying $3 extra for half a piece of cold chicken: no thanks. The fries and cheese were really ordinary too. In short, 3 stars for the decor and the staff, but I dont think Ill go back...

Very expensive for a snack bar. Its terribly cold there. The poutine is dry and the cheese is cold. However, bravo for the eco-friendly side: metal utensils, window glasses and compostable plates.

I came today with my friends and we were pleasantly surprised its not fast food like whatever! the decor and the atmosphere with the rap music gives a different experience, we were well received and I was recommended the Texan sandwich and it was very good, I recommend this brand new restaurant to everyone!

New restaurant in the area! To try! The chicken is tender as a cloud! Finally a restaurant with a simple and effective menu. Several choices of meats and vegan options too. Only problem... few filters offered with the trio... Compared to a Five Guys or McDonalds... its really boring to have a small handful of fries for $5 more.. :(

Well... for a first experience I would say: Poutine PDP: Mehhhh lacked sauce, then not the best. The burger trio: overpriced $16 for the trio. If the burger alone is worth $9... their fries and canned liquor for $7 more is not worth it at all. The BLT burger: malaaaaawwwwwde!!! The slice of bacon toé!!! Omg!?! It was delicious. My $8 craft beer that sells for $4 at the grocery store... lets say it left me with a tasteless aftertaste. Its clear that I could have bought it elsewhere but I arrived on an empty stomach that didnt help. Fried pickles $6, I WOULD HAVE EATED A DOZEN. The price is ok for the side. Portion and sauce. For a total of $52.16 taxes and tips included. Conclusion: I would only return for the burgers and pickles, THATS FO SURE!!

PFK is now outdated! Lets hope that the owners of Pied dPoule become the next pioneers of fried chicken! The restaurants are beautiful, the food is good and thanks to that, we feel a little less guilty about eating all that breading! Actually, not at all, bring me another 4 pieces! THANKS!
