Weve ordered about 10 times via the website. There is a free entry promotion with the purchase of 2 poke. At first, if we didnt ask for it, they forgot to add it to the bag. When I asked, I was told to put it in the order notes on the web, which I have been doing ever since. Well, a little while ago, the clerk, who called herself the manager, refused to give me my entry. I explain to him that it s a promotion on their site, that I ve been coming here 10 times. She gives me a resounding no. She tells me that you need a physical coupon...I tell her that its listed on their online menu and that I dont have a coupon...because I ordered online. She shows me a physical menu and tells me it takes this I tell her take this coupon! It was only when I continued to complain and asked for a refund that she finally gave it to me. Honestly, its written on your site, so refusing me my free entry amounts to false advertising...and therefore fraud. I find this deplorable, because their pokes are succulent and at a good price. On the other hand, I hate being fooled and especially being told no when Im right. We also filed a complaint directly.

We usually order from this place. Food always good, but very bad service last time when we were refused the free promotion when purchasing two poké as indicated on the menu....

Une étoile c est déjà trop. Lorsqu un plat n est pas disponible il ne le font tout simplement pas . Et ils ne vous appellerons pas pour vous aviser non plus. Il vous manquera donc une portion. Bonne chance par la suite pour avoir un peu de service à la clientèle . Je ne recommande pas ce restaurant et je n y commanderai plus rien également.

Exceptional service! The person I spoke to on the phone about my allergies was able to guide me through my options and was 100% honest! Whether Uber delivery or in-person pick-up. I highly recommend!

Overall the food is great, lots of options for different tastes. Only thing is its a tad pricey and they dont have any place to sit. They also have vegetarian options if you so desire.

My boyfriend and I went Thursday evening to get 2 bowls. We loved the restaurant. On the other hand, on Thursday there were ingredients missing from my bowl (which I clearly saw in the bins on the counter) and the fish had a funny taste.. We have been sick since Thursday until Friday night. We will never return to Poke Station again, we are extremely disappointed. For the price we paid we expected much better.

I have ordered 4-5 times from Poke Station and am always very satisfied. The poké is delicious and the service is courteous and fast. This is my favorite place for poké on the North Shore of Montreal.

Definitely the best poke bowl Ive eaten to date.

I usually love Poke Station. But Ive ordered from the one in Sainte-Therese a few times and each time I literally have 5 small pieces of salmon, same thing for the edamame (or other choice of vegetables) my bowl is only half full . I think we should review the quantities because when I order in other branches (Montreal, Laval, Saint-Sauveur), the quantities of the ingredients I chose (proteins and vegetables) make much more sense for a poké. bowl at $24. Disappointing.

After writing quinoas on the bowl they put rice instead of quinoas the ingredients are all mixed and in return what it offers you is a 15% discount on your next purchase when it just cost $80 including a 15% tip.

The price is a bit exaggerated. Plus it wasnt perfect as a meal. There were chunks of rice which were not pleasant

Im 40 years old. I have never bothered to leave a single review on the internet in my entire life. And yet, I believe I have to be honest for this business. This evening was my first experience. I waited a good 25 minutes outside, because it was crazy with the orders inside. Friday evening in May. The weather is nice and we want something good, not too expensive and healthy. But I must say that the super friendly service, the very reasonable prices, the generous portions and, above all, the quality of their products (yum!), makes us fall in love, instantly. I recommend it to everyone. And Im going back soon, without fail.

I give a 3 thats why it may seem strange but even if the portions are generous and their taste is great we ordered by skip 2 large dishes and the rolls which came for free but never received the rolls some will say... why are you complaining it was free...yes I know but when there are 4 of you who ate out of 2 bowls and you say to yourself that with the rolls it will be enough and there are no rolls its annoying lets say...55 dollars for 2 bowls if I had knew that it was a false promotion we would have ordered elsewhere thats it

Super nice place to discover! The taste and portions are excellent! I went there on a Sunday and the staff was very welcoming and courteous. Very good value for money! And well done for the customer service. Most of them are young and they have heart in their stomachs! I highly recommend it!

Wow!!!! I had heard good comments and I was not disappointed. The portions are large and the price affordable. I tried the sama and it was delicious.

I just bought $39.00 worth of Poké Végé salad with two sprites, then I asked the young woman if I could have a small separate container for the spicy mayonnaise...so she told me that there are costs of more than 1.50 plus tax for your mayonnaise. ;-( So I calmly and respectfully explain to him that I just paid almost $40.00 for two bowls of salad which also includes your $2.00 tip. And she also said to me respectfully with a smile, Ms the mayonnaise on the very expensive side you have! I understand that this is not his business, please use discernment, thank you. No thanks from him for the tip given. Subsequently, another young woman employee came in at the same time for her shift and walked directly past me in my face, I had to stand down, and she still held on to me, even apologizing. .... Im sure these people are good people, but unfortunately when it comes to customer service and discernment they have a lot to learn. Thank you all the same and never again on principle I will buy from this place.
