Service 10/10 We ordered on Uber eat from this restaurant. Desserts were forgotten. We contacted the restaurant directly and a gentleman brought us the desserts back to the hotel where we were. We forgot to ask your name but dear sir, your service was impeccable!

Exceptional service! I placed an order through Uber Eats, but there was an error and we received the wrong order. As soon as the delivery arrived, the restaurant called us to apologize, and, to our surprise, the owner himself came out to bring us the correct order in person. Not only did he apologize profusely, but he also offered us dessert as a courtesy and declined the tip. It s rare to meet a restaurateur so dedicated to customer service. This gesture demonstrates a genuine concern to satisfy its customers, and we were deeply touched. The meal was simply delicious, and this experience made it even more memorable. Very poor experience, it goes as follows: I enter the restaurant and no employee looks at me or smiles at me. I arrive at the checkout but I have to wait a good 15 minutes before they serve me. Then, my order is prepared and given to me with a very sarcastic have a good day which I find very cold and rude from the employee who serves me. I leave the restaurant to go eat it outside, I open the bowl and I start to taste when I taste the cold chicken which according to the employee came straight from the grill

Being pressed for time, I was impressed by the SPEED, professionalism and excellent customer service of the team in general. It literally took less than two minutes. Goodjob red chicken!
