Went to grab takeout. Worst Amir restaurant I've been too. Their prices are higher than other restaurants in the chain. Service was slow despite there easily being 5-7 employees at the restaurant all goofing around in the kitchen. Every Amir restaurant I go to, they give you huge scoops of hummus or garlic sauce and will gladly give you both in your plate. Here they were tiny pre-prepared portions in little plastic containers and if you wanted two sauces you had to pay extra. The staff were not in a rush to serve us at all. We had to wait for the food, literally having to sit down and wait despite there being nobody else in the restaurant. The rice didn't taste fresh. Really would avoid this location in the future. They obviously do not follow the norms and standards of the rest of the chain.
The qunatity and the price goes well along but if you talk about the taste they need to improve it a little bit more
Our meal (really it's 2 lol) was beyond good. Super flavorful, fresh and quickly prepared. Highly recommended 👌
Great restaurant, food was hot and fresh. Even at 8:00 on a Sunday night the salad was fresh and the potatoes super good. Very clean, and the staff are very very friendly.
I love this place for a fresh and tasty lunch. I know Amir is a chain, but this location is one of the best. It is always very clean and neat and the staff are extremely friendly and pleasant, as well as very efficient. They know their product and compile orders is a fast but thorough manner. Want an extra dab of this or an extra piece of that. No problem. Inside dining at about twenty tables. Level entry would accommodate a wheelchair. Washroom always clean. I find the prices reasonable given 2024 pricing. Filling and tasty food at a reasonable price. I recommend.
Absolutely delicious food🤤. I’m a truck driver and was craving for some delicious food which was fulfilled at Amir. To the management: you have earned yourself a dedicated customer…this is the 2nd time at an “Amir” and the service is just outstanding. Service with a smile. The young boy working at the counter helped me choose the dish and he just performed a miracle….my tummy thanks him well ☺️
Best Mediterranean Food i had in Canada So far🥰🥰🥰. Brochettes mixes recommended with shrimps, spicy garlic sauce were amazing. Tabouleh Fatoush and avacado salads were delicious. Very friendly staff.
Excellent customer service, extremely friendly staff!!! Food was very fresh and tasty. All salads are made fresh every morning. The owner had spoiled us with delicious spicy sauce and garlicky potatoes. I visited that place twice and both times I will rank that Amir restaurant as the best Amir in Quebec (I visited many of that chain places) See you soon 😊

I ordered 1 plate of shish taouk with rice and a poutine with shish taouk when I received my dish it had a very bad taste I realized that it was the rice so I called to make them leave because it was pronounced vrm and bad taste it was the first time it did this to me I spoke with the cook or manager I dont really know but he told me that he was sorry and that for my next order I would have a free plate so today we had to stay up until the opening (because we work at night) but thats when we were told that no and there is no question of being serious, we often ordered but was never able to order it in vaudreuil instead better service
Its been a long time since I went there, so the person who prepared my pita gave me good advice on the ingredients to add, and was very kind.

I had my first experience with this restaurant this afternoon and certainly not the last. My takeout dish had no room to add food. It was simply delicious. Plus I was able to share some with my daughter who is allergic to peanuts. You have a new client!
Fast service and amazing food
Everyone works very hard to please their customers. Service pace is fast and wait is minimal. Food is great and the serving portion is good. We did try Saj Shawrmas and I can recommend that.

I love Amir, but the one in Valleyfield far surpasses all the others! The quality of the food, the quantity, the service and the cleanliness of the premises make this branch number 1 in the chain. Go meet the owner who is so charming and his smiling employees. Quality service as found at this restaurant is extremely rare these days. I cant remember where Ive had it this high lately. Honestly, Im making a detour to go specifically to this branch. If I could, I would give this review extra stars. The other Amirs should go there to take notes.

Who would have thought that the best poutine in Valleyfield is made by a Lebanese restaurant Amir! The pitas are excellent and dont forget to try their spicy cubed potatoes (in your poutine too)!
I often pick up a chicken pita and their chickens with a perfect little spice that I cant find anywhere else. Usually Amir makes big pita. Not trailer friendly, small parking lot.

Honestly the best Ive eaten so far (and Im from Montreal). Everything was fresh, my pita was well garnished with meat. Their beef far surpasses boustan!! Excellent, I recommend it!

Vegetarian options: There is a very wide variety of salad and with the falafel it gives variety and choice. Parking: Plenty of room for parking front and side. Kid-friendliness: To eat on site, the restaurant offers high chairs for young children.

Ive been going to this Amir for a number of years now and after eating I always say I need to leave a review. When we eat out we dont eat at all the burger joints and instead eat what we believe to be the healthiest type of fast food and Lebanese food is it. We have eaten at so many Lebanese restaurants over the years and were so happy to find one in Valleyfield when we moved here five years ago. My experience in life is this. Whenever you find a restaurant that if family owned and run, chances are its going to be good. Well, this restaurant is all that. In fact, they care very much about the food and service they provide. I looked at some of the prior reviews they have received and there were a few bad ones that make no sense to me. My experience is always the same. A more than generous amount of fresh food with a smile. They always have a adequate amount of staff so, the line moves quickly if there is one. I like my meat cooked a certain way (charred) and its delivered that way to make me happy. Great food and a great family that takes a lot of pride in what they do.

The interior of the restaurant was clean (a little old-fashioned decor) but honestly that doesnt take away from the excellent service. The dishes are excellent, we are well received. Nothing to say except that these are a little expensive but thats how it is everywhere today so normal and the quality and freshness of the dishes are worth the price! I advise :) Parking: I went there in the evening at 5 a.m. and the places were all empty but in Valleyfield people are no longer used to getting takeout and delivery
