Great place for dinner and a night out

I think this place has a great atmosphere and the service has always been excellent. Parking: Very few spots as the parking lot is small Kid-friendliness: Not super kid friendly

Cravins is a go to spot in town for us. Always has a cozy neighbourhood feel to it, I love the small quaint establishment. They have a really good Rueben, and they also have some of the best chicken wings in town. I really like Cravins for a casual bite!

Love this place

Just went in to get some lunch. Ordered drinks and the server (the only one) was open mouth coughing into our drinks. Naturally, it was disgusting and we decided to not order food from someone who decides coughing into a customers drinks is appropriate. We asked for the bill and she came to the table with a dripping nose. I have not ever been that horrified in a restaurant. If I could select zero stars, I would have. Awful.

Best place to catch the game and grab food!! Service is always a 20 out of 10 with any of the lovely bartenders but becky has a special spot in my heart! Deff a sarnia staple

By far one of the best restaurants in Sarnia. Been going there for 20 years, very consistent. My favourite spot to get a bit to eat. Most amazing owner. Excellent service and welcoming atmosphere. Look no further for date night!

My daughter and I went there yesterday February 26th, it was my birthday. I completely understand that the power wa out but the waitress, when I asked her if we could sit and see if it comes back on, to me she was rude. She looked at me and said whatever, the transformer blew, we were not asked if we wanted a drink, nothing. So we left.

Yesterday my husband and I had a fantastic lunch. We both had burgers, fries and gravy. It was delish. Our Server Tammy was very sweet, always with a smile on her face. Looking forward to our next meal there, thanks for a great day.

It looks unassuming from the street, but inside is plenty of yumminess with friendly service. A great place to stop and recharge if you re headed for the border en route to the US Midwest.

Bad experience!! Picked this place for a change. The lady server was cold to us..of course no greetings.. looked as if we were somewhere where we shouldnt be, did not offer even a seat (we had to ask if we can sit down). forget about smile, was kinda rude. We were there about ten minutes , went in for some food, but was not even offer menu ( kitchen seemed open, place wasnt overcrowded and she was friendly with others around ... May be regulars / friends. We had to step out and go to another place. Well if its just a place for regulars then I guess our bad!!

Made it across the bridge, and stopped immediately for a break. 3 of us picked this place cuz they have a poutine burger, which was exactly the right decision. Really great burger with the fries, fried cheese, and gravy on it. The surprising thing for me was the sides. I chose a side salad, which was the biggest mound of stuff with notably good ranch dressing. My son finished his burger before I finished my salad. My daughter chose waffle fries, which came with a delectably spicy aoli - like maybe a zip sauce? Possibly the best thing I tried there. Now, I have to say the burger patties were a little different. Like the meat was ground finer than Im used to or maybe it was just a little gamey. AND they didnt have an IPA on tap. But Murphys was just fine. Good place. Good service from a very nice lady.

I got the buffalo chicken quesadilla with fries and it was delicious! The serving was huge and for a decent price. We were seated quickly and didnt wait long for our food. There isnt a lot of seating so may be better to call ahead to reserve, but would highly recommend to try if you are in Sarnia.

Avoid. The hostess/server, who is probably the owner is disrespectful with very wrong attitude. You wont feel like a client, but rather like you came to her kitchen and she is really annoyed. I assume that the lady with the Karen hair cut is the owner because she felt so confident giving us her attitude. Unbelievable. I would have left, but didnt want to ruin a family lunch. Now I know, I should have left right then. Food is very unimpressive, some of it (burgers, wings) really bad, other (fries) are ok. The overall environment is like being in a kitchen wharehouse being loaded/unloaded right infront of you with boxes being carried thfough the main area right pass a few tables for as long as we were there. I woul never go there if I knew how its run. Avoid.

Wings were barely seasoned, Fries were undercooked and perch fingers had bones in them. When you re paying 45 dollars for dinner you expect it to be good, won t go back here again.

We did a work dinner here for 40 and it was wonderful. They provided us one entire side of the building and two dedicated servers. Food came out exactly on schedule and was delicious.

Loved the asian chicken bites food, good bye gravity beer is must try! Awesome place to hangout. They have a dance floor but unfortunately no people to dance whe n we visited.

Sent the fish and chips back as it was mush. Got some boneless wings to replace the fish for my son and they were over salted for a kid that loves salt. Wings is all I would order here and not boneless.

Waitress was incredibly rude. Were still not sure why. She seemed mad we had the audacity to order drinks at the bar. They also advertised music until midnight but had last call and stopped DJing at 11pm. Definitely skip.

Worst experience ever. First, the food. I ordered a simple French Onion Soup. How do you mess that up? They did. First the onions werent in the soup. Then the cheese wasnt melted and the croutons were burnt. It made me physically sick. Then, the bathroom. The urinal was out of order. The stall has no lock on it and there is no light over the stall. Have fun sitting in the dark. And the entire place had flies everywhere

Another one of my favourite places. Great specials and great drinks. I live within Walking distance. Fish and chips are delicious! Staff are great. Highly recommend this place.

The server at the bar was very sassy and rude to my boyfriend when ordering a drink, and afterwards when he asked her about it inviting the entire restaurant in on the conversation with her remarks back. Meanwhile being nice to me. I wanted to leave after that. We ordered some food, which was alright. I wouldn t go back based on service, which is a disappointment after the good things I ve heard about the food from others.

Asked for buffalo wings, they gave me medium or something mild. No heat whatsoever. If you dont have buffalo, you should inform guest. Parking: Parking is terrible.

First time here was great good food and service, I went with my cousin who had been there 2x before and raved about it he was on the right track, will be back.

Wings are huge and delicious. Theres some sorta spicy antijitos (or something like that), and theyre 10/10. Decent selection of beer choices. Service is sometimes a 12 out of 10 (like last night) other times a 7-8 out of 10.

Loved the wings

I went to Cravins for the first time last night, and it did NOT disappoint. My meal was delicious, reasonably priced, and prepared quickly. The service was attentive without being overbearing. We got pulled pork, a buffalo chicken wrap, and a portabello burger. All three were to die for - even the iced tea was extra flavourful. If youre looking for a low-key grill & bar patio with options for everyone, I highly recommend this place!

Wings and tacos were delicious

First & last time for me. Felt like trying someplace new on SkipTheDishes thought I d give Cravin s a try. I upgraded from French fries to sweet potato fries for $3.00, there was maybe 10 of them, all overcooked, soggy & full of grease. Mushroom & Swiss burger was just alright but for $18 I expect more than a cheap burger bun by wonder bread.

We were there for dinner! Food variety was great. They had a DJ that entertained us really well. We did enjoy our meal and time at Cravins.

My Wife and I were looking for a place for good COLD beer and some great food. We hit the jackpot. We dropped into Cravin on Saturday night. From great service to cold beer and awesome food. I would highly recommend this place in Sarnia. Thanks to Helen and her staff for making it a great experience. Thx Dan

Im from Niagara so its tough to find decent wings. Real wings arent breaded. Here they dust a bit but not too bad. Next is heat: most places have hot which are lame. This place has real hot. Best wings in Sarnia.

Cant say enough about Cravins. Great local owner, incredible food and wonderful staff. Best Reuben, Chicken wings and chicken tenders hands down.

Food was great, waitress was awesome, but the one kitchen guy, who was not working at the time, and who felt the need to wander around the patio trying to be funny and yelling obscenities so loud because he just wanted to make sure everyone heard him, kinda ruined it. Just so you know, your staff, even though he was not working yet, set the tone for the customers experience. He kinda ruined it today. Maybe next time will be a better experience.

Great food hand pressed burgers not frozen all the way

Long and diverse burger list! COVID induced patio on parking lot at side with astroturf and privacy fencing is perfect on summer days! Glad to be able to enjoy a meal and drink here with friends again!

We had ordered for takeout and one order was upgraded to sweet potato fries. The burgers were flavourful, but the bottom half of the buns and our fries were all soggy, mushy and almost inedible. There were no napkins, utensils or nor were there any condiments in the bag which one would expect on a takeout order. Unfortunately I gave a tip before having a sub par meal that came to over $40 for 2 burger meals. I have had better from McDondalds (which we avoid going to). Very disappointing, I will not be ordering from here again.

Giving two stars rather than zero as it s the only place in Sarnia that at least tries to have a nightlife, though it really misses the mark. Bottle service that doesn t offer real champagne or tequila and the Booths are mostly tables. The DJ is decent plays some good music.

Went on a saturday evening and sat by the kitchen. My food order was fast that I questioned if it was even warm. Ordered the greek chicken quesadilla which was so salty due to green olives and so much feta cheese and hardly any chicken...it seemed they just put it on tortillas and cut it into quarters, it was very hard to eat. There was also a table of three loud obnoxious men spewing f-bombs that just topped the evening off.. Once an enjoyable place to go...I wont go back

Awful food dont get take out. Ordered two burgers both were hard as a rock and overcooked. Ended up throwing out the whole meal. Highly recommend you just skip this restaurant all together. Plenty of better options here in sarnia.

Were from out of town and were in the parking lot across the street searching the Google for a lunch pub meal. We gave Cravins a try and were definitely impressed. Good small pub atmosphere. Our server was charming and very good at her job. There is a handful of common draught beers. Our food was great. My wife likes a good Reuben sandwich. Our server claimed theirs would be the best weve tried and she was correct. The waffle fries and normal fries were tasty and so was my wrap. It was made with fresh ingredients and easy to tuck into. Next time were here well be back. Thanks for a pleasant and satisfying meal.

Co-workers talked me into ordering takeout with them tosay. I havent eaten at/from Cravins in ages, so I thought Id give it a try. Got the ($20) Peameal Chicken Cheddar sandwich and soup. Disgusting. Let me explain: A big, tough, un-flattened, un-filleted, un-sauced, un-seasoned (besides salt) grilled chicken breast tossed into a basic, un-toasted, un-buttered, white Wonder bun with some soggy, browning lettuce, 2 thick slices of gristley, chewy, fatty peameal bacon, a scoop of bagged cheese, and a dollop of mayo-type sauce. One bite into the burger and I was gagging. Gross.

Because it was nice and freindly. Its a small place and its cozy.

We love Cravins! We especially love Kayla. Great food, great staff, well keep coming back!

Thank you for such a great meal. You went above and beyond what you had to do for seniors at Bayview Towers.

They had a really awesome band playing on Saturday night on the pub side (it now has two separate sides.. one more upscale and the traditional pub side). Hot wings were really good. Drinks were flowing! Service was quick and attentive and the place was packed. On our way home from Illinois stopped for lunch...great burgers nice little bar...excellent food and staff...definitely not chain food...will stop there every time through Sarnia..

I have never had a bad meal here. Great pub food, always in a timely manner. Have had take out from here and seems like the only restaurant in Sarnia that gets it right every time.

Tonight we ordered Cravins through the skip the dish app and it was ready before the time that was shown on the app. I ordered boneless wings with 2 different sauces and my boyfriend did the same. Unfortunately our wings were mixed together, which isnt the biggest deal but it sucked having to figure out which wings were what. Also having some of the sauces mixed together made some of them hard to eat.. spicy garlic mixed with honey garlic... also just keep in mind if they ask you to pick three sauces make sure you dont only pick 2 or they will give you plain wings. Next time i just know to leave a instructions. Great wings, perfectly cooked.. would recommend!

Best nachos in Sarnia hands down

I had a bad experience a few years back so I thought I would give it a try again. It was almost as bad as the first time. Food was soggy and burger was too dry. Wont ever be back.

I had wings that were great, my wife had lobster melt that was also great. Nice cold beer.

So tonight my wife and I decided we would try a local restaurant through skipthedishes and came across Cravins. We ordered the banquet burger and fries (my wife opting to pay the additional $3 for waffle fries). When the order arrived my wife had 4 waffle cut fries in her container. I called Cravins and was told they would talk to the cook and call me back, and no call. Needless to say this was our first time trying Cravins and it will be our last. The burger was good so I will give 2 stars for that. As for their treatment of customers, i would give them a negative if i could.

We luved the meal we had at Cravins ! My wife had the Crab and Lobster melt and I had the smothered steak and both were great ! My steak was cooked perfect(medium rare)! The service was very good also and the prices were reasonable ! We will be going back !
