We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights and got the free breakfast plate each morning at 8am it was very good and the morning waitress was very nice, my son and i were happy , the free hot breakfast comes with a coffee or juice ( she kept aski g to refill which was nice), then a playe with toast, hash brown 2 pieces of bacon and one egg , it was perfect for us !!
Decided to take the family for the breakfest buffet Thanksgiving weekend. Breakfest buffet from 9 till 2pm was advertisedon a billboard out front and on their website... arrived at the restaurant and waited 15 mins while the workers took turns looking at us but not seating... then we are told they haven't done breakfast buffet in a very long time all while in a snitty stuck up attitude. Putting sprinkles on waffles but not informing someone but letting them know on the menu is criminal. They are labelled “Belgian waffles with syrup” and they come with sprinkles and cheap chocolate sauce on top. Maybe if I was 5 I would be happy about that surprise. I would suggest making a kids menu and adults menu if you want to put sprinkles and cheap chocolate sauce on your food. The rest of our breakfast was okay. Hash browns were pretty good.
Nice, clean and bright inside. Food was made hot to order. Eggs, bacon, sausages and home fries where perfectly cooked
Went for breakfast and absolutely loved the food! Been back a few times and each time it's always the best. Very friendly staff and amazing food! Definitely recommend.
The absolute worst breakfast service I've ever experienced. Waited over a half hour for my meal. Finally got it, and it was wrong. Even had to wait 20 minutes for a glass of water. Staff doesn't communicate well with customers, I even watched multiple customers leave out of frustration of the long wait. They need to train staff properly, or choose a new profession.

SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME! I would give 0 stars if the option was available. We ordered 2 crispy chicken quesadillas and were served 2 GRILLED CHICKEN quesadillas instead! The server didn’t even mention it to us we realized it on our own and asked the server that’s when she told us that it’s grill and they are out of crispy chicken. Absolute zero customer service by the server. Pancakes was made from an old batter or ready made not fresh. Do not waste your money on adding fruits to waffles and pancakes. Overall it was a very very VERY bad experience. Very bad food and service. Do not recommend this place at all.

Service sucks. Faster to wait for the chicken to lay the egg and then cook it. Very, very slow. Go somewhere, anywhere else.
HORRIBLE experience, my food was horrible, I ordered the big breakfast and the meat tasted dry my eggs were way over cooked, also horrible service, as I waited for them to make my takeout order they proceeded to yell at eachother very loudly in a foreign language because he hadn t even put my eggs on the grill yet at that point I had waited 20mins for my order save your money please

Portion sizes for price is ridiculously bad, paid $12 for two pancakes smaller than my hand.
Really bad service. I d give 0 if I had the option. Pancakes and waffles were more like hard peice of bread. Ordered one item and was given another because they were out of that, server did not even bother telling us and just brought what kitchen gave as an alternative. Have atleast some good staff with better attitude.
Staff and their attitude sucks. Food was really bad breakfast felt something being stored from days and then served.
The experience was not at all pleasant. The serving was rude and uncommunicative, the food was unpleasant (the pancakes were hard). 0/10 would not recommend.
What an absolute waste. Dont believe the 4.3 rating for this place its probably by the owners friends and family Train your waitress on how to talk to the customer and communicate right information about the food. Worst place in Sarnia.
Poor service waited 1hr 45 mins couldnt cook our food properly tried charging for coffee refills kept forgetting my mothers drink

Most pleasant experience ever. Fast service. Great food. Large portions. Chef even came out to enquire on the quality of our meal. Totally recommend this restaurant. PRICE at Par. Excellent.

Do not waste your time going to this establishment. Placed order online, went to pick up over an hour later (ten minutes after scheduled pick up time) and was told it would be a 15 minute wait. LOL! Should have placed order a week in advance. Woman working (possibly owner) had no interest in greeting/ helping people. Seemed annoyed at patron in front of me asking for a table. Also seemed bothered by my presence. No urgency to help patrons. No organization. Pretty much your standard experience at a poorly ran business, in a rapidly declining Canada. Upcoming economic devastation will take care of establishments such as this. Only positive is that employees not forced to wear face diaper.

Our family had breakfast on a Saturday morning recently and it was absolutely fantastic. The portions were great and the service was exemplary. Our server was so friendly. I would definitely return.
Breakfast was quite good.
Came here for a Saturday brunch, about 15 customers and 1 person to attend, so expected some delay, which was fine as I was not in any rush. Had to wait about 5 minutes even to get asked for a coffee, and took atlst another 5 for it to show up. Food was good, but nothing outstanding. What wasnt great was that i was never offered coffee refill and infact I had to embarass myself asking for it twice. Overall an okay place, perhaps its their burgers that are the winners, which I havent tried. May be another time!
