Got a coffee and 2 steak and cheese bagels to go, once arriving home I realized that I was charged and given 2 power up breakfast bagels, not even close to what I asked for

Good service and atmosphere, but the quality of the coffe is not the best.

This Coffee Culture location is excellent. The owner Eric is a fabulous operator who cares about the product and his customers. This location is really a step above all of the others that I have been to. Highly recommend for coffee or any specialty drinks.

Very busy at lunch time but food is amazing!!

Really enjoy the menu and drinks at Coffee Culture. There are gluten-free sandwich options for breakfast and lunch. There are also gluten-free baked goods, which is not very common. I like that I can always trust that there will be options.

Great atmosphere. The cheesecake choices were to die for. Service was great. Definitely a place I would go back to. Relaxing, and the latte was made just right. We are our cheesecake and had our beverage in house. Took our sandwiches home.

Came upon this place after performing in a concert at the Imperial Theater. Hubby and I were just planning to get a hot beverage for the trip back to the States, but ended up with 2 pieces of cheesecake that were absolutely incredible!! Not too sweet, but sweet enough to tame my sweet tooth regularly in overdrive. Theres some of everything for everyone. I have lots of food insensitivities and was still able to get something that was good and good for me. We ended up getting a sandwich and a panini to go. They were very good. Pricey, but not surprisingly. Definitely going back next trip to Sarnia.

Had a turkey club sandwich, it was alot of bread and lettuce but a tiny piece of tomato and bacon that only covered half of sandwich. Very disappointed Parking: Downtown is busy

I was given a caffinated coffee when I asked for decaf. I almost had a seizure due to the caffiene reaction. Very uncool.

This place is GREAT! I dont live far from Coffee Culture, I like going over there for a coffee, one time, it used to be a bank, thats why the ceiling is high, it feels like having coffee with the elite.

Food is delicious and the staff are so friendly. This is one of my go-to spots when getting coffee with a friend! I love their chicken wraps and their m&m cookies are so good.

Delicious food! I tried their club sandwich, loaded potato sup, vanilla chai latte, and cinnamon scone. Every thing was so good, and big portions. I would said that the latte was too sweet for me, but their service and the taste of everything else earned them 5 stars. Ill definitely come back when I visit Sarnia again! Vegetarian options: Limited, but there.

Visiting from out of town, and came here with my wife on a date. Absolutely loved everything about the experience! Every item I ordered was a 10/10. I got the smoked turkey bocata, the Thai soup, and a cinnamon scone. All three were perfect and highly recommended. The staff were absolutely friendly and provided wonderful service.

This is my go to coffee shop in Sarnia. Good food, great staff and an excellent atmosphere at the front st location. Update. My custom made power up breakfast bagel. Add bacon and sausage. BOOM.

Love coffee culture! Just wish that had some more egg-free eating options. Pastry dough can be egg-free. Vegetarian options: Not a lot of egg-free options. Lots to drink though. Dietary restrictions: Pretty sure they have soy, oat, an/or almond milk.

I absolutely love that this location used to be a bank. Its huge ceilings are so nice and theres so much seating. The staff was incredibly helpful and answers my questions. My hot chocolate with a salted caramel shot in it was AMAZING!!! I will 100% get it again.

The food was great, got the chicken avocado salad with the honey dijon dressing. The interior is very welcoming and the service was fast. Will be coming back in the future for sure.

I stayed for a coffee and enjoyed the atmosphere and watching all the people go by outside downtown.

Had broccoli and cheese soup, delicious and a turkey sandwich with all the yummy trimmings. Delicious

Ive been here a few times and it was never a great experience, it was okay. Today, they could have done that but decided not to. After 30 min walk with my newborn and dog, I stop there for a Power Up Smoothie. I had to left outside my babys stroller as the building is not wheel friendly. Ive place my order and while trying to pay for it the tap did not work. I have my credit card on my cellphone, Ive tried to tap again and it did not worked. Then, Ive asked if a cloud e-transfer them, the attendant (young lady with short hair) laugh at me and asked me if I was trying to create a problem. I asked for the manager, Erik, but he was not there. They have preferred to throw the smoothie away other than let me pay later. Ive shown the attendant my bank account showing that it was not my problem, but something with their machine as I use this payment method a few times a day. Weak management and terrible customer service. Today, you have had the opportunity to make my family and I a regular. Instead, you have decided to humiliate me. You will never will my business again.

Great choices for coffee . We usually have dark roast and it is always good . Sandwiches and breakfast is a good value . Been here many times and always good service , friendly employees and tasty food . Very comfortable atmosphere.

Food and drinks are very nice, but its light dining. Atmosphere is nice too, and the fruit iced teas are one of my favs (watermelon with chunks of fruit is amazing )

I really didn t know what to expect when I walked into coffee culture. I mean I just wanted to grab a cup of coffee and go. What I got was amazing customer service that kind of blew my mind. I realized this wasn t just any other coffee shop so I stayed and had a fantastic meal too. It was a nice break from my hectic day and so unexpected. I love surprises like this and I will be coming back. I had to get the name of my server and I believe her name was Lila. She had such a good attitude and was very efficient. Coffee Culture is my favourite establishment now and I will tell others about it. Keep up the great work Coffee Culture! And keep an eye on Lila, she s obviously executive material. 5 stars and I m stingy with my stars.

We had training in work this week . We ordered a lot of food online for pick up . Sandwiches, salads, wraps, drinks . Absolutely no complaints whatsoever everyone complimented what they had. Don t forget the pastries we had those too so so good . Will definitely be my regular place from now on . Service was fabulous too two days in a row amazing food . Thanks guys .

tasted good but made many mistakes (like 4 mistakes) pretty annoying that you cant study in there or be there for longer then 60 minutes id rate it 3.5

We stopped for coffee and a quick bite to eat. Tried their crossaint and red velvet muffin. Tasty snacks, very friendly service and good coffee. We will be returning!

Coffee Culture is a wonderful Cafe here in Sarnia. They have two locations, today I visited the downtown location. I enjoyed the lovely and charming atmosphere. Friendly staff created a the delicious waffle breakfast and a sausage English muffin combo with Coffee of course. Thank you for a delightful experience! Update: No more waffles, but still fabulous!!!

This is his wife not sure why says his name anyhow , I come in here daily to get my items I had 2 bad drinks witch I complained about she stated I come in all the time and something is always wrong with a drink I order !!!! Witch I only complained twice so not sure bc what s she talking about anyhow when a drink is always n made differently but you order the same one most times then that tells you they cannot make it right , she wouldn t refund or make me a new one won t be back n will let my friends kno I m sure they won t be back as they also had same issues, i Evan paid for a sandwich one day n had a cockroach in my sandwich witch I took back up n they replaced me ! I asked just for my money back and they wouldn t even :( just overall not good experience from them , the owner I believe the male tall guy giggled to it

Ordered a dark roast, was okay, nothing to write home about. Their original blend is nice, have lots of goodies, less expensive then starpukes!

5 solid stars for the Asiago BLT, generous cup of joe and service was quick and friendly. -2 stars for all the lost potential. This place could be so much more; but like any long term relationship, we have settled for good enough.

Reliable coffee shop. Visiting from out of town and stumbled across this little coffee shop. Prices are what I would expect from a coffee shop. Food and coffee were okay but not spectacular. The food and drinks were not absurdly amazing but it was still good. I would not go out of my way to go back but it is not a bad place to go.

Good centrally located cafe in Sarnia. I loved the ambience and the service. Usually it is crowded in the peak hours. You might not get a place to sit easily.

I always enjoy going here. Nice admirers, good coffee and food, great staff.

I usually visit this place to either write my book, read a book, to paint, with someone special, or just to ponder sometimes. But it hasnt even happened a single time that Ive been let down by this place. The experience is always invigorating. Whether you sip a cup of pumpkin spice or salted caramel latte, or bite the cheese cake or spinach pastry, or full your tummy with the scrumptious sandwich, its wonderful.

Good food and good prices. Gets fairly busy at 12 noon, so we beat the rush going at 11:30. I usually have the chai latte but there machine was done, no big deal. Out of the 5 of us, 2 of the orders were slightly off, one the soup was not the one selected and the other was a whole wheat wrap instead of a white wrap, not huge deal breakers as we arent that picky but given the 4 stars for those reasons.

Cool location. Large place. I usually get the breakfast combo it is a great deal the coffee is excellent. The also have a great selection of desserts like cakes muffins sconce etc. The staff is top notch and very accommodating.
