I almost NEVER write reviews, but this place is worth it! Hands down the best food Ive had in Sarnia. Youre seriously doing yourself and everyone you know a disservice by not eating here. Everything is good. There is something to enjoy for everyone regardless of dietary restrictions. Everyone Ive fed this food to were impressed and satisfied. If youre unsure what to get, start with a nice combo plate 1 or 2, and while youre at it, get a side order of toum, baba ganoush, and some hummus with a full bag of pita. Not in for a BIG meal? Maybe youre vegetarian? Grab yourself a falafel wrap. The only way you can go wrong here, is by not going at all. Best value from a restaurant in Sarnia and its not even close. From me and my family and friends, thank you for existing Habibi Delish. Yall are great.

I stopped by today at this place to get a quick lunch . The outstanding service and the delicious food at this place is just the best . The gentleman that took my order had the best customer service I ever had . When we got home and tried the food my husband regretted not getting a plate and is already planning to come back very soon . We live 25 minutes from Sarnia but we will be back soon . Thank you again for the best experience and best food . I had the barbecue assorted kebobs and it was soooo good , I also got a side of poutine and my 2 toddlers were fighting over it that s how delicious it was. Highly recommend this place oh and it s a beautiful and very clean place .

I tried Habibi Delish for the first time a few days back during their $6 falafel wrap deal, and was that ever Habibi delicious! Full of flavour and satisfaction. Ill be going back for more the next time that I am feeling a mediterranean meal!

I live in Scarborough around 7 shawarma spots between 1-10 mins away. This by far is my favourite! I have to stop here every time Im in Sarnia - the gaic sauce and that cabbage is soooo goood.

Probably my favorite place to eat in all of Lambton. My wife and I drive half an hour out of our way every time! The owner takes pride in his dishes and is the best price per value of any Halal restaurant I have ever been to!

Its always a pleasure to buy my food from this restaurant, and when I drop by with my little one, the staff enjoy conversations about pokemon cards hahaha and they treat us with respect and kindness. The staff are always friendly and greet you with a smile. Last night, I had the chance to see the manager, and he thanked me for coming in and that it was great to see me. We have eaten here all through the pandemic and just the other day. The food is always delicious, and fresh vegetables are always used, unlike other restaurants within sarnia that I will not dare eat in. Top quality meats are always used, and the method of how they make their food is absolutely amazing. Vegetarian options: Always fresh vegetables are available for your food platters ordered. Parking: Located across from the lambton mall in the strip mall beside bulk barn, bank of Montreal, rogers / fido wireless store.

My family and I had an excellent lunch here! We shared the Arabic shawarma, the halloumi wrap, falafel appetizer, hummus and fattoush salad. I recommend all of it. The sauces and pickles with the Arabic shawarma were especially delicious.

First Time And had to try it . I have a favorite place in kitchener I go to but couldnt never find one close to it for flavour .. but Holy moly I couldnt believe it , its even better then kitchener . Vegetarian options: Amazing little middle eastern restaurant! Everything we ordered from kababs to salads was delicious, however the freshly made falafels were the star of the show. I also want to highlight the warm and welcoming owners and the staff members. They made good recommendations for vegetarians and accomodated dietary restrictions for our very large group.

Today we tried the Shawarma Salad with chicken and falafel. Super flavorful and you can tell the dressing and toppings are great homemade quality. It was a very generous portion and I absolutely loved it. The owner is a great guy and brought out a sample of his special lentil soup for us to try and it was delicious. Everyone needs to try this place!

We stopped in for our first time travelling from the US back to Canada. ordered two chicken shawarma and Garlic / Pita combo. PRICELESS! If there was away to order Take Away to Cambridge ON, This restaurant would be on our weekly rotation.

Terrible in store service they dont care or listen to what your order is. Asked 3 times for my order certain way no veg sauce on the side. Go to get my order and the guy drowns my entire meal in hummus. I hate hummus thats why I ask for it on the side and to make it even worse charged me $36 bucks for something I dont even want. Wont ever be eating here again

I used to order food at this place every time, especially their BOGO rice and Chicken from Uber and always asks for red hot sauce on the top. This time when I gave instructions they forgot to add it then as a paying customer I called them to let them know that they missed it. Then the person who took the phone in a rude way told me he will give me a sack of red sauce next time. I told him I am a regular customer this is not how you should behave behave to a customer. And I was expecting a simple sorry for their mistake and what I got was disrespectful behaviour from him and I believe he call me the F word when he cut the call that was not really audible since he didn t give me a chance to respond. As one of the few halal restaurant I used to order from this place, now because of this disrespectful person they lost a loyal customer.

I never post reviews but I felt compelled to because this food was so delicious. I m not from Sarnia and decided to stop on a day trip as I love Shawarma. I got the beef shawarma plate. It was so delicious! The best shawarma I ve ever had and I have tried a lot of different shawarma places from Windsor to Niagara Falls. The place was clean, the staff wore gloves and they are friendly. Recommend fully!

Its alright compared to whats available for Sarnia, by far not the best Ive had. Pita Nutso will always be my #1. Chicken is often dry. They dont wrap their shawarma closed making eating messy. As of writing they have Kleenex instead of napkins.

Today I had a Shwarma for the first time in my 75 years, however I have had Gyros and Donar kabobs before so the idea of a Shwarma was not totally new. The beef Shwarma that I chose (they also have chicken) was very tasty but there was one ingredient A pink coloured crunchy vegetable I did not recognize. I thoroughly enjoyed the Shwarma , one minor thing Inwould change next time, I would ask for a little more sriracha sauce. Dietary restrictions: I am type 2 diabetic so I refrain from a lot of wheat, sugar, or potato. Sweet potato rice or humus are options for a diabetic diet.

The shawarma tastes like chicken liver or burned chicken. Good size portions, although not the taste we were looking for.

Ive been in a few times over the last week or so as Im kind of on a Shawarma bender. Anyhow, I usually order a chicken shawarma wrap with a side of fries as I like to ask for fries on my shawarma and theyre not offered as a topping. I was in today for lunch and didnt want excess fries to eat so I didnt order the side, but the worker (who I think is the owner too) remembered me and added fries on the shawarma anyhow! This is service! This is why I will continue to frequent this restaurant. Amazing food and its very well priced too. I also appreciate having individual napkin holders on the tables as shawarma can be messy at times. Highly recommend Barakat! Parking: Lot of parking. Its located in a strip mall.

I am so happy SARNIA has this amazing restaurant. I m visiting town and am from Toronto originally and I have to tell you that this restaurant comes out on top from literally ALL the ones I ve visited in Toronto GTA. EVERYTHING is so freshly made. The tabouli was freshly made on the spot when I was there and it was absolutely delicious. I m already craving my next meal. The portion size is also very generous and you get pita bread with your meal. I also really enjoyed the hummus with the olive oil in the middle and then you stir it together. The falafel was really tasty too. I also got a nice side of turnips,pickles and tomatoes. It s so nice that they give this as well. Very nice meal combination. I almost forgot to mention that the meat was seasoned and cooked perfectly. It was nice and tender and juicy. Just right! Thank you! I wish I lived closer so I can have this experience regularly. I will miss it when I go back!

I had a fantastic dining experience at Barkat restaurant. The service was impeccable, with attentive and friendly staff who made us feel right at home. Great shawarma, their toum (garlic sauce) is a MUST to have.

2/3 times the food has been really good and the service was great. I called tonight because a portion of the food was undercooked to let them know. Instead of apologizing or offering anything, the lady argued with me that the food was cooked and hung up on me. I spent $49 and didnt want to eat a big portion of my food so I ended up throwing it out.

Ive had falafel at Lebanese shops in Paris this summer and Barakat stands very tall. Hummus was fantastic as well!

Barakat restaurant is awesome. I went there for chicken shawarma I asked for extra dips and they gave it for free. They also give me gift lentil soup it tastes really delicious. I m gonna go there again for it. You can also dine in and they were so fast and the cashier guy was so kind and helpful he personally suggested me according to me preference I love it
