That was a great hamburger

food was extremely mid and came out slow. was getting weird stares from people. cute decor but i would never come back. never even finished my poutine. maybe sarnia doesn t have many food options because there s no way a place like this should have a 4 point something star rating. it was just genuinely not good at all.

The food is always great but you shouldn t have to wait. 30 minutes for a hamburger.

Ordered small pouting girl never told me there was only one size and it was just a bowl of gravy just ate the top fry gross burger was dry and burned way over priced

Came here on a recommendation from someone in town. My friend and I both got some burger combos. The burgers were okay. Not the best, not the worst. They went quite smash burgers, they seemed like something between a smash burger, and a pub burger. Toppings were good. Fries were okay. If your coming for some craft beers and a bite its fine. But I wouldnt come just for the burgers

Always wrong time on google. They are close before they say they are open till. I guess boss doesnt know that the staff dont wanna work tiil their schedule time.

DELICIOUS! Had the Mac & cheeseburger and hubby had the Meltdown cheeseburger. Every bite was amazing. Fresh cut fries and chips were great as well. Got a pretzel with cheese sauce to go. Heated them up a few hours later and was so good! The cheesesauce is AMAZING Will definitely be back!!!

Sensational. Their Uprising Burger is 11/10. Fries are really good. The portions are large. One of the best burgers Ive ever had!

I have known of Burger Rebellion ever since it first opened. For some reason though, I never ate their until tonight. But wow, was the burger I had (known as the Infiltrator) ridiculously good. I am disappointed that it took me so long to eat here. I am already planning on coming back in a few days.

Updated - Changed from 5 to 3 stars The food was great as usual; however, the soda machine is absolutist disgusting. The ice and the pop taste like dirty. I assume the filters have never been replaced, or their are using the town water without a Reverse Osmosis. Lastly, the cup was smelling like plastic. Terrible! Original First time trying it, and we loved. Looks great, taste great, and big enough to make you feel full.

Ordered through skip. I m not big on burgers in general but damn, I could eat their burgers any day.

Absolutely amazing food....best burger I have ever had....was date night with my wife and our first time @burgerrebellion and will be a usual spot for us in the future.

Wow! Their hamburger and guerilla fries are the best I have eaten in years! Our compliments to the chef! It brought me back to the days when hamburgers were home made and the condiments fresh! The bun was so fresh. The two gentlemen working, were great, friendly and very customer focused. Will definately go again and again! Highly recommend.

Recommended this place to my Father after a positive experience at their food truck about 3 years ago. He enjoyed the burger and fries, said the fries were very good and battered deliciously. The burger was good as well, although he remarked it could have been thicker. Great addition to the options in Sarnia for a better burger experience.

Delicious burgers. The Interrogator is a beautiful creation and hits the spot every time. Eat-in service has always been excellent (who doesnt want to pair great burgers with great beer?), but unfortunately if you are planning for take-out be prepared to wait. Tonight was the third time in a row weve been waiting >15min past our scheduled pick up time for the food to be ready, which is strange as there has never been more than one other customer in the parking lot waiting alongside us. Anywho, great food but they could work on upping their takeout game.

Really great burgers and fries. The portions are generous and theyre ready quickly. Ive been getting take out lately but when I have eaten in the restaurant the staff are always friendly and the craft beer selection is fantastic. The restaurant itself looks pretty cool with all the brewing equipment visible. One of the best local places for sure!

The fries are good, and so are the burgers. The customer service was very good as well

Ordered for take out, but the Burger felt like there was no thought out into wrapping it. The bottom bun wasnt even under the meat but on the side. We got all fries instead of the chips we ordered, the nuggs were salty and not crispy at all.

Tried Burger Rebellion (London Rd location) and WOW! The cheese melty Mushroom burger blew my mind. The jalepeno cheddar dip is amazing we cant wait to try more items in the future.

Great service, great food. A bit confusing to find, its located inside the Refined Fool brewery (they say this on their site but Google Maps doesnt know that and they dont have signage outside that I saw).

I come here every time we are near sarnia and I bring people. Today the service was off. We were 6. The first two were done eating before the rest of us got our food. Then they missed one burger. Instead of fixing their mistake I had to order again. What should have been a 20-30 min stop turned into an hour. The food is awesome. I m sorry I tipped for service today

And can I just say, its not only the burgers - their home.ade chips are so simple but out of this world. Pro tip - get the full pickle dip to go with them. Youre welcome! Vegan/Vegetarian friends, try the Puritan burger. My word. Its scrumptious! Really and truly, you wont be disappointed with anything on the menu and if youre unsure, ask the staff for a recommendation- theyre one cool bunch of people. This place is not to be missed.

Im a huge fan of both burger rebellions. The one on London Road is awesome because it shares a space with Refined Fool. The one downtown is just a straight up good location and cool outdoor space. 5/5.

Ordered the Capitalism Bowl from Burger Rebellion and that is a great name for what I received. Told me the Avocado was not ripe yet so they added extra chicken and bacon. Wouldnt want to see what I would of received if this is extra.

Food prices are very high for what you get. Burger was dry and had way too much salt on it. Im lactose intolerant so I asked for no cheese. It came with cheese. I explained that I couldnt eat cheese so the rude employee took the burger back, remove the cheese and brought it back to me with remnants of the cheese still on it.

I ordered this online (due to Covid.) And got the base cheeseburger with fries. The burger looked like what a perfect cheeseburger would be, but the taste didnt match. Perhaps its preference but I just felt the meat tasted a bit weird. Lacking taste and juicyness a good burger would have. The fries were unexpected. It was fried potatoskins. Unique, but too burnt for me. Not a fan, personally.

We ordered 2 Zealots and one of each of the Rebel Chips and the Guerrilla fries. We are seniors and had a hard time finishing our incredible burgers, so we had to take the potatoes home. But we wanted to learn their differences and now we know. My friend thought the buns could be improved on and a little bigger.

Best burgers and chips in all of Sarnia!! Freshly made, not frozen, just so soft and juicy which I cant say for anywhere else! Always busy at meal times but worth the wait! Great beer inside from Refined Fool as well! Can even order online and pickup to save time, just not at busy dinner hours.

Seems to be an issue every time, last time no chicken because a butcher problem, this time their fry cutter wasnt working. The food is good but it seems to just always be something... Maybe its just bad luck on my part?

Awesome burgers and fries.

We had a pretty negative experience, and Im not sure if its because we came with high expectations from seeing other peoples 5 star reviews saying that they had a juicy fresh burger and crispy fries, or because the staff on grill/cash was standoffish and rude. Unfortunately the patties from our burgers (cheeseburger and zealot) were dry, overdone and salty. On top of that, the zealot for some reason didnt come with the veg toppings, and the bacon was tough. Fries were soggy and tasted/looked burnt. Honestly for $25, I left feeling empty, which is unfortunate given the apparently great reputation that Burger Rebellion has.

Great local brewery with food options. Really enjoyed all the beer that I tried and loved that they had customizable flight options ( could order 2 little glasses or 6). Great option for those that want to try a couple beers but cant finish a traditional flight size or those that cant decide on what to try. Had the lentil burger which was good ( and Im a meat eater) only complaint is that the patty was really small relative to the bun. Fries and house made chips were both good and side portions were huge.

Horrible service by Burger Rebellion, I ordered salad to go they told me they will either put it in the paper bag or two small bowls cover with wrap, cos they could fit the salad in one bowl. I wish I could upload a picture here. disappointing, presentation is number one rule in hospitality...

Maybe opening weekend issues but the burgers were very small and puck like, the nachos were burnt and dry. For $70 for four people way too much to stand in line and wait nearly an hour for food.

Very good burgers and unique setting, but a touch expensive. There is no table service but tables are cleaned quickly. Great unique burger joint. Colocated with Refined Fool Brewing Company if you want local beer.

I have had occasion to eat at Burger Rebellion a few times now and I must say that the burgers and fries are easily the best in Sarnia, imho. The prices are also very reasonable and the atmosphere is perfect if your just looking for a burger and maybe a beer or two from the onsite brewery, The Refined Fool. The long tables and catalog of games are also a nice added touch.

I get delivery from here more often than I should. Its really good.

Food is great quality and the burgers are available with no onion or garlic and a gluten free bun, so terrific for a those looking for low FODMAP options. Very informal, people there of all ages.

Loved the idiot reviews that said this micro brewery didn t have Bud Light etc etc. it s a micro brewery with delicious beer and friendly staff. Food is awesome too!

Food is excellent and well priced. Staff work hard to get orders out quickly. Been here several times and even on a Saturday night at dinner time we didn t have to wait too long. Lots of seating available for large or small groups. Make sure to pair your meal with a local Refined Fool craft beer!

Burger Rebellion is my favourite place to eat in Sarnia. Their food is amazing. Their brews are an acquired taste of course if youve never had craft beer, but I have come to love them! Theyve also added tall boys to their menu at select locations for those who dont drink craft. Their menu is small and high quality. The atmosphere is cool and calm. Their prices are in line with any other quality restaurant.

Walked in and it was loud and hot. Cashier couldnt hear to take our order. No Sprite or 7up had to have water. (Cant have caffeine or colourants) $27 for a cheeseburger, ham burger on GF bun and 1 order of rebel chips. When meal was ready, there were fries we didnt order with the GF burger-gluten coating on fries! Changed for rebel fries. Had to pay for full price for Guerrilla fries we didnt order. GF bun dry, crumbly, hard and had no flavour. Went perfect with the flavorless small burger. Rebel fries are just potato chips with sea salt. Spicest sea salt Ive ever had. Couldnt eat them. Wont be back. Cross contaminated all over our metal trays. Those with allergies beware.

It may be a burger place and while those are great, the vegetarian choices are exceptional and plenty. My fave is the Marxism bowl. Plenty of protein along with a tasty salad !

Ok burger, nothing special. Ok atmosphere, super casual. Lotsa beer! Staff was very unfriendly at Burger stand. The girls at the beer counter were awesome. I dont think I will be back for food.

Not a terrible burger by any means. Price is a bit steep for Sarnia, but the quality makes up for it. My only complaint would be that theyre located in a brewery, but their combos include their own soft drink, so youre scammed into ordering sides with your meal.
