I ordered Gravy Manchurian, but I was very disappointed with the quality. The dish was not cooked properly, and the Manchurian balls were too large, making it difficult to enjoy. It felt like the dish was hastily prepared just for the order.

If you re ever passing through Sarnia, Ontario, especially near the US-Canada border, make sure to stop by Hungry Head! I found this gem while traveling from Eastern Ontario to Western Ontario, and it was exactly what I needed after a long drive, especially since it was already 10 PM and my options were limited. I decided to try their Shahi Paneer, Dry Manchurian, and Garlic Naan, and I have to say, everything was fantastic. The Shahi Paneer was hands down one of the best I ve had in Canada rich, creamy, and full of flavor. The Dry Manchurian was perfectly spiced, with just the right amount of heat and tang. And the Garlic Naan? Soft, flavorful, and the perfect complement to the dishes. The portions were generous, and the taste was spot-on. I m really impressed with the quality of food here, and I can tell they take pride in what they serve. Keep up the great work, Hungry Head your dedication to quality is evident, and I ll definitely be back the next time I m in town. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a satisfying meal in Sarnia!

The best restaurant in Sarnia for authentic Indian food. We have tried majority of vegetarian dishes here and all tastes delicious. The staff is courteous, welcoming and friendly. We like coming over and over again here. Vegetarian options: Must try their Baingan Bharta.

We went for dinner, and had some delicious momos and fried rice, the atmosphere was incredible and service provided was excellent. It s my favourite go to place for hakka style food.

A hidden gem - the food was delivered to the table hot and fresh with great flavour. Our Waitress Manu was fantastic. She was very attentive. We will definitely be back!

Tried the Afghani momos here, were amazing! The flavors were rich and perfectly balanced, with just the right amount of spice. You can tell a lot of love went into making these. Definitely coming back for more!!

Wowzers bo-Bowzers, what an amazing place to grab some food and drinks. The service was awesome and the food was Food-nomenal (phenomenal pun) The drinks were great and cut through the spice and heat quite nicely. The fish and chips were wonderful and the fries were <chef s kiss!> my friend got the lamb curry combo which was a beautiful meal with wonderful presentation. Flavour was beyond compare!

I ordered uber eats the cholle bhature and there was a stone inside the chickpeas and I literally had that in my mouth it even injured my gum and tooth. This is not appreciated. Please atleast make sure you are doing the right thing. It could simply end up in someones stomach and cause more problems i had to file a complaint and i am shocked that this is even happening right now.

This was my 3rd consecutive day at Hungry Head. In my experience its best restaurant for Indian cuisine in town. Food was perfect. Service was great. We also enjoyed live music there. Its nice to see them giving a stage to local talent.

I bought some curry chicken, Butter chicken, paneer tikka, paneer lababdar and Tandoori chicken for my friends on my birthday.. It was delicious and everyone liked the food!! Thank you for good food and service.

We went to hungry head today and there was this girl manwinder doing her best and she was so polite in that busy environment. We are regular customers there and will go there again and recommend others to also go there .

We ordered Momos and paneer lababdar. Momos were not fully cooked and very hard around the edges. Paneer lababdar was average not like that we expected as we ordered food so many times. I hope we will get good food next time. Food : 1/5

I came here for the first time and got really surprised by the service that was hosted by a girl working at this place I dont know her name but she was wearing bangles . 7 stars to her politeness I recommend this place to have delicious flavors to experience. I dont want to be mean but the other girl was so confused may be due to the crowd but this girl rocked today I will definitely come with my family next time .

This is hands down the best restaurant u need to visit if you wanna try an Indian cuisine. Bhrami was our host there the 1st time and we were taken care off from start to finish! Giver her a raise already! Lol! The chicken tikka! Butter Nan , Mango Lassi are A must try! Huge shoutout to manvinder who gave us an incredible experience over there! The food was so good we forgot to take pictures of them!

We ordered 3 vadapav (Indian burger) and a paneer chilli for take out , we went home and opened it and it was rotten. And test of paneer chilli was also ok ok Just wanna say improve quality and hygiene.

Visited with friends who were very familiar with the menu, which is quite extensive. Enjoyed a wide variety of Indian foods, authentically prepared and at a spicing level suitable for a North American palette.

Served non vegetarian food i stead if vegetarian food. I didn t mention the issue only cz I dnt want to create it as a negative hype . However now you have asked in that case, your chef has served non vegetarian dish instead of vegetarian dish I ordered and once my friends tasted it we got to know that it is chicken dish not panner makhni which we have ordered. So that was the issue.

Im such a foodie. This place is incredible. Chef/owner knocks it out park every time. Enjoyed my dine in experience better than my take out order, still nothing to complain about. Cheap drinks. Great server. Please support this place so he stays in Sarnia.

Great Food

Yesterday i ordered 3 different plates 1) veg dry Manchurian which was uncooked. I could literally feel the taste of all purpose flow. 2) paneer lababdar which was too sweet Even after telling them to make it spicy. 3) dalfry with tadka in which i got moong dal. Overall, I would say they don t listen what we order, Very poor quality and taste would never recommend to others

Went in honestly not expecting much as Ive heard nobody talk about this place that I know but I wanted something different. Food ended up being amazing and Ill definitely return to try something else. Glad I stopped in.

Legitimately impressed; its been quite some time since a restaraunt has gone above and beyond to such a degree. The menu is packed full of variety and the food is fantastic. The service was sincere and top tier. I have found my new favourite place for a night out.

I experienced the worst customer service in term waiting. I had to literally wait more than 60 minutes to give an order. It s a common sense to hire more people during the occasions than harassing customers and employees.

I ordered Chicken Biryani and frankly speaking they need to change the chef. This biryani has half cooked rice, no flavours and cheery on top is that there is no salt. Not gonna order again from here.

This place is Short staffed waited more than an hour for just 2 things . Got the Tea after 30 minutes of wait . And it was not even warm . My first experience at this place was not good at all .

Stumbled on this resto by accident looking for something else. A happy accident ensued. The decor is fantastic. The service is polite and attentive. The food is amazeballs. Ordered Szechuan noodles - has some heat, but great. Also had the curried chicken - incredible and lots of it. Prices are appropriate for the quantity and quality. Take out the samosas too! Highly recommend and will be eating frequently when in Sarnia.

First time visiting after hearing multiple amazing reviews. The food was top notch, I had Szechwan noodle bowl with garlic Naan bread. It was absolutely delicious, the best I ve had. The other guests loved their meals too. Tracey our waitress was excellent and very attentive. The restaurant was so clean and shiny, you could eat off the floors. Highly recommend this restaurant!

A must visit place, it was my first time and we tried starters and noodles but all of it was so good. It can be a go to place for indians looking for indian taste.

Ordered from here for the first time tonight. My order was completely wrong and because we ordered through door dash all we could get was a $3 credit. For over a $60 order Im really discouraged from ordering here again. My husband really liked his and I would like to try what I actually ordered but did not receive. We may try again based on that only.

My first experience in an Indian restaurant in Canada. The attendant (not I am supposed to mwntion name here) was very calm but warm, caring and attentive to our needs. More than the food we ate was the quality of service we received. We recommend this place. And we will be back. Parking: Generous parking space.

Yummy Samosas; a meal by themselves. Best naan I ve ever had, soft and crispy, buttery and great to dip. The butter chicken was reliably delicious and my low spice husband really enjoyed the avocado chicken sandwich (although the fries were pretty plain) I can t wait to come back with my daughter. I have been to this place a lot of times and tbh it is really underrated. The food here is just fab. The service is quick as the restaurant is not generally full. Biryani is a must try.

Some blinds on windows facing street (sun) would be a suggestion for dining this time of year.

Very expensive. They need to rethink their pricing strategy. A restaurant on London Road is doing so well because of price and taste. These guys have the taste not the right price for it.

We had ordered from Hungry Head before through Door Dash, but today we chose to visit the restaurant. Food was amazing as always, staff were friendly and the restaurant itself is amazing. I would highly recommend paying a visit.

Not even deserving one star.. Later I got a call from another person he handled the situation really well. Appreciate the second person who handled the call.

Absolutely delicious! I ordered takeout and expected my burger and fries to soft/soggy as they usually come in takeout. I don t know how they did it, but the fries were super crispy and the burger was still piping hot when I got it. It was also full of flavour and the patty was really juicy. I also got the samosas. The spices and flavours were top notch. I had low expectations (since it was takeout), but they totally killed it. I will definitely be ordering from here again and recommend this place to others.
