Honestly we only get the pasta and its terrible. Every 6 months or so we get nostalgic for the old pasta, but even though it has the same names it nothing compared. Anything with red sauce tastes like pepper and fire, no flavour just pure simple black pepper. Anything with cream sauce seems to be missing the cream, but oil, butter and grease are very prevalent. Disappointed every time. We keep thinking it will get better but I think I’m done. Sad, as it was for the last 20 years our fav pasta place. Such a let down. * EDIT I am now looking at other reviews and honestly the responses from the new management are so cruddy it brings up more experiences we have had. One time we tired to order delivery and we’re scolded, they were asking why we just didn’t come into the restaurant. They are not friendly, food is bad, just overall not worth it. The previous owner was an old school kind of guy, no replacements, his food was what it was, but his food was amazing and he was able to get away with it. Now I’m dealing with bad service and bad food. I can’t believe this place is still open. It’s living on reputation alone. Time to realize it’s not actually Napoli anymore. Again, very sad

By far the best pizza I’ve ever had! Order the wings with pineapple curry sauce and the bruschetta.,,,out of this world!!!
First time here and I just have to say the food was great and the Pizza was amazing. Spoke with owners and they were also great and made sure we were satisfied with our food. I would definitely return when I visit Sarnia again.!!
Ordered deluxe X-Large for delivery. Charged $5 twice on bill for delivery. Pizza was awful. Crust crunchy and toppings rubbery. Embarrassing as we were hosting company. Never again!!
We have gone twice now since the new ownership to check for consistency. Both times everything was absolutely delicious and consistent. Pizza crust was flavourful and crispy with tons of toppings and wings were cooked perfect and well sauced. Service was top notch both times with owners checking to make sure everything was perfect. Lovely little place to enjoy a fresh out of the oven pizza in a nice relaxing, friendly atmosphere.
We ate here for the first time tonight. Hard to find a dine in place to enjoy a piping hot pizza right out of the oven. I think we found our new favourite spot. Quite a nice menu, with pasta dishes, wings, panzerottis and much more! Our pizza was delicious, can’t wait to try other menu items. Loved it here.
Ate here last night and it was fantastic! Service was top notch, food was even better! Our 5yr old said “this is the 2nd best meal I’ve ever had” and continued to talk about how great our meal was even after we left. Can’t wait to go back and try more off the menu. We ordered kids chicken fingers and fries, Rigatonni Cremolata & a medium Pizza (which was MASSIVE!). So excited for leftovers today:)
Napolis pizza has excellent service, delicious food, and reasonable prices. Its definitely worth a visit!

Some of the best pizza in Sarnia. Ordered a large pepperoni last night, was shocked at how big the pizza was. The crust was perfect, thin, crispy and loved the sauce. Will definitely order from here again.

Tonight At 4 I tried to order three item medium Pizza for delivery was informed could not be delivered till after 5 at a cost of $30 and some cents. The hostess said that they would be doing me a favor because they dont deliver for under 25.00. Sounds to me like nobodies doing me any favors. Thanks but no thanks.

Joe & I ordered pizza + wings from here today for the first time + it is awesome! Pizza has a nice thin, crust with delicious toppings, + the Buffalo, Cajun wings were great! Delivery was within normal time + driver very polite + courteous. Highly recommend them!
As of today, we have a new favorite pizza place - Napoli. WOW! The pizza was absolutely delicious, with the best crust we have had in a very long time. The venue, so cute and quaint and the service, excellent. We are pizza snobs, so we do know our pizza, and hence we highly recommend Napoli.

We happened on this restaurant by chance and will be back. It was an off night (something about hockey?) so we were on our own with both owners attending. Cab sav - slightly chilled! Yay! (Canadians drink red wine too warm) Bruschetta was good...salad had varied ingredients and fresh, rigatoni (I asked for no ham) perfectly cooked...with the tiniest of spring peas, but short on mushrooms. Personally I like to see a better balance of veg and pasta. Then hubs lasagne...out of the park! And though hes not to eat so much in one sitting, I was glad he didnt lack the plate! Thanks...well be back to experience more on the menu!
Sarnia has a ton of great pizza places.. Napoli happens to be one of its absolute best. I recently ordered one with Bacon, Olives, Mushrooms, and both Beef and Ham Crumble (these toppings are a must try). Quality, flavour, and over all level of satisfaction: 10/10.
Excellent pizza! Crispy crust, lots of toppings. Sauce has a nice tang. And I found the owners to be very friendly. Well be back!

Best pizza in sarnia by far cooked to perfection
We always enjoyed the Pizza when Enzo was there. We are from out of town but when we were there and craving pizza this was our go to place. I am happy to say the new owners are just as friendly and have maintained the high quality of pizza you would expect. The last time we went we called ahead and reserved a table and as soon as we walked in we greeted by the young lady and our table was set and ready for us. You can t ask for more. Great place to go
I shared a pizza with a few friends , we went to pick it up , brought it home the order was wrong , overcooked , and quite frankly not worth eating . We called to tell them that the ordee was wrong and they told us that we should have checked before we took it out , they did not replace it , even thoughI was not the one that ordered it , I feel that their response was not lacking and I for one will not be back .
I will not purchase another product from Napoli Pizza.

First time at Napolis under new ownership. Used to be regular customers. Wife and I did sit in a few days ago. The deluxe pizza was really good. So were the lemon pepper wings. Lots of toppings on the pizza. Highly recommend to anyone. Definitely go again. Will be regulars again!

This restaurant was very nice on the inside, the food was very good, unfortunately they were short staffed when we were there but will come again if in the area.

We have came to this restaurant for pasta and Napoli Bread for years.It is always awesome.Atmosphere is a little different.But hey, enjoy the pasta.However,they need to offer whole wheat pasta on the menu. My friend and I go and enjoy Napolis every couple weeks. It seems we always go for pasta and a beer and end up staying longer and have a great time. The pasta is the BEST in town. I am in love withe the spaghetti with clams while the lil lady enjoys the gnocci with tamato sauce. An if its pizza your after, Napolis is hands down once again, the BEST pizza in town. Its good food with a realy fun atmosphere!
Pizza was ok. However slightly over priced. The wings I ordered with it were covered in melted foam. When I called to complain the lady on the phone stated that she would work on better packaging for next time and that she Hopes I order from them again. Definitely wouldnt ever consider ordering again seeing as they had zero interest in fixing the order I paid for and had to throw out almost half the chicken wings. Absolutely terrible customer service Id give zero stars if I could. I didnt want a large thats why I ordered a medium tho.. I dont see how extra pizza I didnt want replaces my contaminated wings. Also I was definitely not offered anything on my next order. Offered to pack it better next time that was it. Again I dont see how that helps me in any way?

I live close by and was looking to find a new pizza place that I dont mind spending $32 for a 4 topping large, but it came cold and the crust was the worst Ive had sense we used to make Chef Boyar dee in a box as a kid. Cardboard.

Go there every week. Better ingredients make better pizza. Good quality pepperoni not the cheap fatty variety. Love the sausage they use on their pizzas. Owners are friendly and the service is excellent. Prices are reasonable. Everything is nice. I highly recommended this restaurant.

Brilliant cheese pizza. Came highly recommended by friends and didnt disappoint. Lovely owners and staff. Dont expect budget pizza like franchises but its worth EVERY cent. Even my son whos finicky with his pizza loved it. Will definitelydefin back when in town!
