Incredible is the one word I'd use to describe the food. We've always loved the wings but today we tried the BBQ beef over rice it's amazing great portions great taste absolutely no notes. I'll definitely be ordering here again. If you love wings it's a must go restaurant the best wings I've ever had.

I had chicken over rice for the second time & it was so good that I forgot to take a picture before. I will definitely be back. I gave the atmosphere 4 stars because it is a small area. I definitely recommend lonzo's for take-out & if you are a single person or a group of two, it's adequate space to eat.

After talking to your manager about feeling like being ripped off from false advertising as your website states you get a glass jar with it. So we ordered two why not support the small business. Getting milkshakes in a plastic cup with just strawberry syrup and vanilla ice cream. I bring it up to the manager and she gets irritated stating they only use the best products and screaming at me and cutting me off multiple times. I had to explain basic math to her as receipt states 8 99 a milkshakes she argued and said 5.99 a milkshake. She kept getting irate I asked to talk to owner and she replied hes out of town. You only talk to me not him she says. She offers another milkshake I said no I only ordered it for your lonzo cups as I stated I wanted to support this small business. Oh well to bad she said

Food was absolutely dog water, staff was great but the food is garbage, I d rather eat a meal from Cuba and that s saying something, I wouldn t even feed this to my dog, Cheesecake was good but other than that there was nothing pleasant about this experience I took one bite of the chicken and thought this is the kinda stuff that will give you food poisoning. $70 just to throw all this in the garbage, might be the biggest waste of money ever!

Midnight Cravings Solved..!!! Lonzo s is a lifesaver when those late-night hunger pangs hit. I ve ordered their burgers a couple of times, and they never disappoint. The food comes out hot, and the taste is amazing. Their milkshakes are also a must-try! Only downside is that it can get a little busy around 3 AM, but the wait is worth it. Definitely the best place to grab food after a long night out.

It s an awesome place to try Middle East Halal food with so many no of varieties, should try for sure when you are living or visiting Sarnia for sure. Parking: Right in the middle of the town with ample parking, really loved it.

This is my review that I posted few days back. Please take a look and read my message at the end. The worse customer service I have ever received. The tall guy with muscles at front was absolutely rude. I went there 30 min before, he showed no interest in taking order. Seemed he was in rush doing closing. So, I ordered strawberry milkshake only. He didnt fit lid intentionally. Just put it on cash counter and walked away. No strawberry syrup in it. Didnt allow me enter in washroom. Very very bad behavior. Owner, please note this. The tall muscular guy on 1st Sep 11:35pm 25min before closing. The message: Just after giving my review, friends of this employee started posting revies, to hide my comments. (You can say by name). So I deleted my review and posted it back. I just want to let everyone know about it

Service was good but the food is terrible. Everything was bland and dinner buns cold as well as I found hair in my frys. 70 dollars for two frys two shakes and two dinner rolls and they couldnt even heat the buns.

I was looking forward to this place after good the reviews. But left disappoint. I read online that chicken over fries comes with a side salad, didnt get that. Its pretty much just fries and pieces of chicken in sauce. Nothing exciting. I even asked for a recommendation and I got recommended pop....not what I was looking for.

I just went to Lonzo s kitchen a couple of minutes ago and there was a guy. He was very rude to me and I didn t said anything to him. He was rude. Anyway I ll never visit Lonzo again and will suggest people not visit because the staff over there is very rude.
I ordered falafel over rice. It was delicious. Garlic sauce tastes so good, and rice was amazing. My friend ordered chicken over rice and loved it. I highly recommend Lonzos. Its finger lickin good, and the milkshake was just at the top. Rather than that the staff was so nice and friendly to every customer. One of the best customer service Ive ever had.

They didnt follow instructions for customization so I couldn t eat my part of the order due to an allergy, the milkshakes are good, the falafel on rice has little flavour, the chicken shawarma had a very thin wrap so it spilled everywhere and the sauce was extremely thin, the cheese fries are also good
