Got food poisoning and had a small chicken burrito with spicy ranch woke up 2:30 am puking my guts out and on the toilet for hours

I dont think this place us up to code.

Our go to place for a vegan or hot spicy barrito. Always leftovers to take home. Good value for your money.

Explain to me why every time I order through Uber eats do you guys ignore the order till the driver gets there to start making it. Been 10+ times now

Mucho burrito is our go to for a quick and satisfying lunch. Great service and fresh produce. The place is clean and the staff are clearly working hard to make the experience wonderful for customers. One employee in particular takes the time to chit chat about life and adds to the overall experience. He clearly loves his job and is a huge asset to the restaurant. I actually sigh when I visit and he isn t working. :( Parking: Plenty of parking available in front or next door as the restaurant is in a strip mall.

The burritos are Delicious, pleasant atmosphere and quick service.

Fresh products. Good fast service. Very clean tables.

Pretty skimpy on the toppings. Skimpy on the beans.. Peppers.onions..etc.anf was charged extra. I frequently use one of the in London and have never had a problem with portions they are providing Vegetarian options: Lots of fresh options and the pickled red onions and the spiced chick peas are awesome.

Friendliest staff, freshest ingredients. Ive tried all the other burrito places in Sarnia and this is the best. Pick up orders are always accurate, and food is consistently delicious. Our whole office usually orders Friday lunch from Mucho!

Have had mucho before and haven t had an issue, however this time the chicken was super dry and I couldn t even eat it due to how dry it was. Not sure if this was a one time thing or if something has changed but I was not impressed with it. EDIT: Have spoke with Mucho Burrito and have resolved the issue and can say the staff there is very friendly and helping. I really appreciate the help from everyone at mucho and will continue to eat from Mucho

There is one guy who works here that really makes the vibe of the place feel like a family restaurant even though its a chain. The food is healthy and tasty - a rare combo. Lots of topping options. Great for vegan/vegetarians and meat eaters alike. What more could you want? Vegetarian options: You can easily eat vegan here. They have beans, vegan cheese, and maybe 1 or two sauces which are vegan. Come here - you wont regret it!

Very fresh , I love this place! I always get a chicken bowl. Chicken tastes sooo good they grill it and chop it up right there. And the mango salsa is my favorite. This is one of my fav spots to eat.

Gotta wonder what went wrong here! 7 people behind the counter and certainly unprepared at the dinner hour. Busy being fashionable! Not on a hurry to go back. Price has gone through the roof and the flavors have disappeared! Support small business and not this mismanaged corporate greed! This was a go to... not so much anymore!

Today May 25th I enocountered racism by the employee. I Will never go back to this place anymore.They way the girl employee looked with lot of hate and rudness never felt it anywhere else. I wonder how this place is moving forward in todays economy. I decided me neither my friends will be visiting this store moving forward.

Very friendly service, great food and even serve beer. The atmosphere and music makes you feel like you are away. The kids even liked the food.

Ordered new Ghost Pepper Burrito (Hotter than Hell) but received sweeter than sweets. They put fig Marmalade instead of asking do you want this as this is sweet in taste. Till now even when I ate regular burrito that was far better and spicier than this new limited time Ghost Pepper Burrito. Really disappointed I replied to your mentioned email haven t heard back from your team.

Went to Mucho, its been awhile since Ive been there. Was so disappointed they have no grains or mango salsa. Thats what my favorite items were that brought me to mucho. It made them a step above the other burrito places. Please bring those items back.

Mucho Burrito is one of my favourite restaurants, and this location is by far my favorite. The staff are always quick and have a positive attitude. They also always seem to give out the best ratios of ingredients, because its disappointing going to other locations and getting a burrito thats packed right to the brim with rice while being jipped on the other toppings.

Good food, fast and friendly service, only complaint was the table looked clean but felt rather tacky... baby wipes worked fine though!!

Been going since they opened, they were very kind during the mask mandates, the food is incredible and an amazing price, I suggest the shrimp tacos. The flavor profile is as 5* as can be :)

Great food. Always clean inside. Great staff. Highly recommend. Update June 2022, Every time I go, Im always imprefssed. Staff is friendly, food is even better. Portion size is good. Flavour is great. Get the onion chips! The Modelo beer is perfect with dinner...or the Bacardi mohito as well.

Walked in last night and found myself 2nd in line. The staff is super quick and really friendly. By the time they were putting my order together, at least a dozen customers lined up behind me. The crew behind the counter just motored along with zero stress and got everything done in great time. I really love watching a staff that large work together so well!

Had bowl at this location Thursday evening. Only meal that day Vomiting diarrhea next day. Saturday fever and blood in stool. All symptoms of food borne illness Notified establishment and waiting to hear back.

The young man with the tattoos is so friendly and was a joy to be served by! He was asking how everyone s day was and just making it an even better experience than it usually is. The burritos were also excellent!

I love this place. The food is pretty fresh and its clean, the employees there are very nice and make a pretty mean healthy burrito. They sruff that burrito with a healthy size portions but very satisfying. And they have a nice selection to choose from cause you build the burrito the way you like it. They also make it without the burrito and build your own in a bowl. Check it out and take the family.

I usually get take out. Staff is very friendly. Ive dealt with a guy by the name Matt several times. Hes definitely good for the business and customers. Food is great!

The portions are small. I went in and got a bowl, the girl added half a spoonful of everything and then I proceeded to tell her that it s not enough and to add more. She looked at me all rude. Then she proceeded to added 3 chickpeas. I am a very small female and this isn t enough for me.

The burritos are so delicious! Very fresh tasting, lots of options for your burrito, also the option for quesadillas or a burrito bowl for whatever you are feeling. Love that we have this in Sarnia. There could be more meat thats the only thing but I just order two servings of meat.

I always have a good experience at Mucho. I love their food. Especially the TACOS!

First the good stuff; they had a lot of staff working and we didnt wait long to place our order. They were also very diligent at letting the maximum of people in the store. The not so good;. We shouldnt have to ask you to change your gloves after serving meat to create a veggie bowl. This should be standard practice. The first person dumped the bottom of the bucket of grains into the top of the new grains and they had clearly been sitting around for quite some time cuz they were hard and crunchy and dried out.

Everything is good and the staff is awesome. Beware the mucho can feed a family of 8 or like one fat dude.

Great atmosphere and staff. If you have any questions about that certain foods, they will explain everything to make sure what you want is what you get. They even will suggest some toppings to add if your looking for something different. Some of the toppings change and it adds variety by doing so.

My family and myself visited this restaurant a few days ago. My kids got the nachos, husband got a burrito, and I had a bowl. Everyone enjoyed their food, and the staff were friendly.

When I lived in Sarnia, Id get a haircut once a month at SportsClips and then Id go next door afterwards for a delicious, well priced burrito. Clean, friendly, fast. You dont accidentally go to a place 12 times a year.

Always fresh. Always efficient. Always tasteful.

First visit and would live to go back. Wonderful friendly workers and a killer deal for the amount of food you get. I had the gentleman building my burrito put what he felt would be a good mix. I must say hes good at it. If you havnt tried this place yet, your missing out.

Was a frequent customer but very disappointed with my last visit. I get limited capacity with covid and have no problem waiting....but when their are free spaces (3) and Im told I have to wait outside in the rain so that skip the dishes can come and go as they please ....thats not very customer service oriented. You lost my business that night to Quesada and Im not sure Ill ever be back.

What the hell is going on at this location? The way the staff treat customers who ask questions about a menu item is borderline abuse. Sorry I didnt know what your plant based protein was. I dont think you needed to be so rude about it.

Ridiculously rude staff. Requires you to pay for double meat if you ask for half and half, even though youre only getting one portion. Every other location allows this. Get in line with the rest of your brand. Whats the point of a franchise if the experience isnt consistent?

I visted this place with a group of friends. The burritos are way delicious. I loved Modify your own burrito system. The staff was amazing and polite. I would also suggest my other friends to visit here soon. Ultimately, I enjoyed my overall experience at mucho burrito.

First time at this Franchise. Took a bit to understand how it worked and what I wanted. Service was ok. They allowed us time to make our choices. Got a build your own bowl with ancient grains. Careful getting them (ancient grains). Not sure if they were just undercooked or dried out at the end of the day....very hard and could break teeth. The bowl was delicious. They have Beyond Meat as a protein option. Very filling. Next time I will try a Quesada, they looked very good.

Great selection of proteins and toppings to make a delicious meal that is full of flavor. Plus I love getting a cold bottle of mandarin Jarritos to wash it down.
