Always a good time with the ladies and gentlemen at the Sarnia location!

Looked surprised when asked if I had a reservation and I didnt...food is same bland starchy pasta no flavor portions to large for 1 but you pay through the nose so try and choke it down

Absolute worst service I ve ever had at a restaurant. Server blatantly ignored our table.

Parking: If you get here at certain times of the day, parking is a little scarce. But not impossible. Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly restaurant. Wheelchair accessibility: The parking lot has ramps, and the front door is no problem to enter with wheelchair.

Cost is way too high. Can only afford once a month.

I really enjoy this place. A bit pricey but the quality and service makes up for it

Definitely a location that over promises. They said the order was ready in 15 mins and ended up waiting 30 mins and then received the wrong order. Then waited again and the new order was ready in 5minutes , which didn t make sense to make a new pizza in 5 minutes after waiting 30? I m okay with a mistake in the order but don t over promise an ETA

Love boston pizza! They always make the best steaks and it always comes out perfect every time! I always look forward to having there steak every time I go :) love it

Pizza was delicious as always best pizza in town. Their salad is a hit or miss sometimes the lettuce tastes like it hasn t been washed and sometimes its great. Their pastas occasionally have undercooked noodles but for the most part it is absolutely phenomenal, minus the three times my noodles were hard I d say best pasta in town!!! The staff is kind and welcoming 10/10 staff. I tried nearly every appetizer and they re always great. I like the desserts here too. Bathroom needs a better cleaning schedule, it s often messy. If the food was consistent and bathroom was clean it would be a 5/5. Ps I can t decide on 3 or 4 stars it s kinda in the middle.

The absolute main reason why I selected 5 stars was for the exceptional service from our waiter...Doug...he was funny...made our entire evening so much more fun..he did his job well!! Thank you for a great evening out!

Really enjoyed this place the food was decent at best like edible but nothing that grabs you and makes you want more of that staff were really warm and welcoming smiles all around friendly warm atmosphere enjoyed the over all experience Parking: There is a few handicap spots and eventhou they share the parking lot with dairy queen there is ample amount of parking for both and close to the building so you dont have to walk for miles

10/10 would recommend having your kids next birthday party at Boston Pizza Sarnia! The staff was amazing, organized, very helpful, and made the whole experience easy. Everything was taken care, including drinks, food, dessert, and even goody bags. Great price to keep the mess out of my house! Kid-friendliness: Servers were amazing with all the party kids!

Terrible service, Cesar tastes like water. Food was cold.. Can t even afford to put on the ufc . What ever happened to Boston pizzas ufc ppv. Wouldn t recommend giving them your money

Food was okay quality, although the price is too much for the amount! Quality of dishes is going down. Service was slow considering the place was empty on a Wednesday night. 2 sandwiches, 1 ravioli dish and a side of garlic mashed potatoes =$62.86!! No drinks!!! $8 to Trudeau $71 before the tip! No wonder the place was empty!! So is my wallet!!

One of Sarnias nicer restaurant options as theyre slim here. More of a open and larger space to eat at compared to most of the nice restaurants in the city. Tvs on both dining and bar side Service and food is great! Ordered a salad and felt it was a bit overpriced for value but thats typical other than that the pastas and pizzas are a great choice for value paid! Kid-friendliness: Family friendly environment, large space and large seating options that feel comfortable for a family

I love my local Boston pizza. Staff are great! And nine times out of 10 the pizza is pretty amazing too. I even had a problem with a pizza recently and they more then stepped up in fixing the problem. Today I got the spaghetti and meatballs. Great portion! However, there were a couple of odd things that would have me not recommend this. For one thing they top it with cheddar cheese. Cheddar cheese? Italian? Second, it had three giant meatballs, which normally is awesome, except the meatballs were cold, and very obviously prefab. So NOT Italian.

Great patio and great service. Food is pretty good, beers are cold so checks the boxes I need!

I ve been to this BP quite a few times, and typically the service and food are excellent and meet or exceed the general expectations for any BP location. I ve only had one poor experience last week during a playoff game. It seemed like the staff was overwhelmed, so the food took longer, and my fries were barely cooked. The wings were still delicious, though!

Solid 4 out of 5, their pizza flights are brilliant. For a franchise their food is pretty solid choice, beer is always cold and staff are friendly. Cant go wrong with Boston pizza

Chicken Caesar salad was terrible chicken was dry and dusty.

First time here. Food portions are huge! Pricing is great. Staff are friendly. Will definately visit again.

Pretty dismal. We went back because we had ten dollars of Boston Bucks from a previous bad encounter. The servers are far from engaging. Minimum standards of service. I do believe the restaurant is in trouble, due to lack of service. There were many families with small children. Boston Pizza does not cater to small children. The food is ok. This place is not glowing flame of usually a well run franchise. Entitled millennials do not make a good crue.

Great location with friendly staff.

The pasta we ordered was cold but the chicken parm was excellent. The three other meals were perfect( there were 4 of us dining ). The server was a bit too best friend anyway so effusive because he liked to be so amusing, forgot to bring some of the items to our table. We had to ask a couple of times before we got them. However, all in all everyone was happy, and the reheated the pasta so eventually the meal was very good.

Good food, speedy serive, typical Boston pizza experience

Food was delicious. Been a few years since I had been. Able to accommodate allergies. Our waitress didnt check for refills or in on us during our meal. I am sure this will bounce back to 5 stars after our next meal.

We stopped in for lunch and a special of the day was soup and sandwich, which my wife and I both chose. We each chose a different sandwich and we truly enjoyed our meal. As a beverage, she chose an alcohol and fruit juice, and I, just a plain juice drink.

So it has a lot more options than just pizza. I tried Triple Play and Spinach Dip. The triple play was just awesome, the taste , quantity and everything was so good. The spinach dip was okayish. Also you get free refills for you pop so that was an added advantage. They have a lot of seating options like the patio, main dining and the bar area. I went on a holiday so it was not busy but in all a lovely option to be. The prices are reasonable as well.

Absolutely horrible horrible horrible food we received from Uber eats the ribs were old smelly and the most unappetizing ribs iv ever seen in my life you wouldn t feed it to your dog the food was cold no forks or knives stale cactus cut no bread for our dip we ordered just a absolute joke this needs a minus -5 stars the need to close down and hire new management DO NOT GO HERE BEWARE

Great food awesome customer service clean and friendly enviroment

The one hostess was very rude. The restaurant floor was extremely dirty and remained so for 2+ hours. The food was lacking flavour. Our waiter was very nice. Very disappointing overall (except our waiter).

Cold meatballs on spaghetti, forgot to bring my bread for the spaghetti after asking me if I wanted cheese on my bread, initial server was excellent but the other that helped her made the mistakes, disappointed after spending 111 bucks for family dinner that was supposed to be great time but even my son in laws burger was over cooked.

Spent a very nice Wednesday evening with a number of friends who meet too infrequently, and were very well cared for by Lori. Food good, comfortable seating at a huge table available for our group, great service. Many thanks!

I guess the way to fight inflation is to give smaller small portions of food and change more. Got me a big dipper and the sandwich came with 1 slice of brisket. What a rip off. Best part is no more crunchy onions, you get 2 onion rings. Boston pizza have really gone down hill pass years. Good job fish tank guy.

Bar food. I never get the pizza here, best thing on the menu is the Big Dipper sandwich. Hidden menu item is the cactus cut nachos, very spicy. Drinks are a little on the weak side unless you get beer. Staff have always been great. Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly on restaurant side.

Good for a quick drop in Try the chicken parm & Mediterranean pizza for light bites with Cesar salad.

Poor experience.

I don t like to leave bad reviews, but this was by far the worst restaurant I ve ever dined in my life. When I got my menus, food was stuck to both and I knew I was in for a bad time. You can see the picture of a dried noodle enjoying its new home. The other menu had salad stuck to it. The tables weren t clean and were a little sticky when we got there. You ll see a picture of a toilet. That s because my youngest went to the bathroom just before 5 and when I went myself just after 6 it actually looked worse. I don t care about the pandemic but if you re a stickler for sanitization (or like me just expect clean bathrooms) stay away from this place. Our service was awful. My kids received their meals fairly quickly, but the adults had to wait 30-40 mins for our food. I m willing to overlook slow service because of the world situation but how can you not have food not served for the whole table? Imagine being my young kids and getting there before five and leaving a little after 6:30. Almost two hours of being in the restaurant because of a disorganized kitchen! It wasn t even busy! Other restaurants may be slow, but they don t space out food orders like that. The server was so infrequent we honestly thought she had clocked out at times. The food was not worth it. I ordered the big dipper, and it didn t have enough au jus for my whole sandwich. I could literally pay half the price for one at Arby s and get left over sauce. Come on guys! I honestly think the owner and employees should be ashamed of themselves. There is nothing going for this disgusting pig stye. Do yourselves a favor and keep the door closed when this upcoming lock down ends!

Delicious Brute as always. Chorizo Mac and Cheese very delicious and filling. The thai bites were absolutely amazing! Service was very good too. Friendly and welcoming. The pizza there is absolutely delicious. More than what youd pay for anywhere else, but so do good!

We were seated and left to sit for quite awhile. By the time we got someones attention it was getting late for our movie. We mentioned it to our server and she did an excellent job of relaying to the kitchen that we now in a hurry. The food wasnt to the usual standard but it was ok.

That Boston brute sandwich was a flagship sandwich last I was there. Its become an embarrassment to the entire chain. My intention tonight was to celebrate a family win when we needed it, and my only issue was the total lack of ingredients on this former heavyweight of the BP menu. They also ran out of green olives, though not an emergency, kind of telling about how a pizza restaurant is run overall. The ownership group has been absolutely negligent of the quality the had trained me to 20 years ago at open. Shrinkflation has nothing on this shameful presentation. My greatest regret was not getting a picture, I was trying to enjoy some video game golf with my kids. This was a bridge too far for the expediter/manager one could assume. Van See Watt. This ones for you. I believe BP could offer retraining if you were to ask politely, as your tableside manner lacks...everything. Hello, Brazeaus! I was invited to stop trying to come back and give your restaurant a chance. I believe Im convinced. Again, thanks for being what I always accused you of becoming.

Came here every week as a sports team. Was nice that they brought back team kickbacks locally. Service was usually pretty good and having half price pizzas was a great bonus for the team. The Bourbon BBQ Chicken Pizza is highly recommended! Will definitely go back

Well, the staff was the best part of our visit. We were greeted at the door by a nice young man, who also thanked us for coming & wished us Farwell. Our server, Connie was awesome! The food & drink was not quite as described on the menus, which were a bit worn, but we all know not everything is obtainable like it use to be. The interior was well kept, and there were at least 4 screens with all the same football game on.

All good but these screens are so dated need some good renovation . Atleast new screens. Thanks!

Before covid-19 is one of the better places to get food in Sarnia. When it comes to Boston Pizza franchises this one is one of the better ones. Ive never had that food here. During the lockdown Ive always had a good experience picking up food there. I would definitely recommend going here if you want to have a consistent experience that you would expect at a large franchise

I tried to order a pizza and alcohol vodka this young lady you keep telling me we dont have vodka and Ill give you a different alcohol same thing every time tonight I order pizza and vodka again and she said we dont have any more vodka but I can substitute you different drinks its Im getting tired of it and its just really bad and I hope Im not going to order this place again because thats how you lose your customers and your business and maybe they should need to stock up their shelves so they dont run out of liquor thats really sad and embarrassing especially when you were the one whos trying to order their service online

Their pizza has the best crust I have ever had. It is not spongey or cardboard like some of the other pizza joints out there. It is the only place where I feel like the crust is not only edible but actually quite nice. I also like their ravioli since it is light, although it is not sensational. The prices are a bit much so it is more of a treat when I order here.

We where in there yesterday for lunch. The server was amazing but my pizza was terrible, the meat was dried out and burnt. My grandsons burger was burnt and the cheese was hard. For the money we spent we expected better.

Food and service is excellent when we went there last time, but it cost us close to $80 for 2 people, ouch!

BP is probably Sarnia:s best place to watch sports. Lots of tvs, high tops etc. Fun vibe. Good bar food.

Ordered through UberEats as a pick up. Food was ready on time... Unfortunately I got home and they didnt add a salad and got the wrong pasta dish. I called and they had it delivered within a half hour. Food was excellent as always and they made the whole situation easy to deal with! Thanks

Good waitress, quick service

Was in a few nights ago and was disappointed overall. Had our starters and mains brought out within a minute of each other so our meals were cold when we were ready for them. Didnt even have a chance to ask for condiments until our meals were nearly gone because we barely saw our server until the latter half of our meal. On top of that when it came time to pay the bill, the server automatically assumed my male friend was paying for the meal without asking which just came off incredibly rude. 2 stars because the food was still pretty good but wont be back for a while.
