We waited 2 hrs to get this pizza and no comparison to gireses. So disapointed especially when your not well!
Frenzies is the best pizza place in Sarnia, hands down. However, definitely could use a renovation. I was going to eat in with my kids but we weren’t comfortable sitting at a table with other people as it was just one long table. It is pricey however, you get what you pay for. They are not cheap with the toppings. The other thing I called when google says their open on a Friday after 4pm and no answer I’ve called 5 times now 😭😭

I grew up in the Sarnia area and had Firenzes pizza from time to time, It was always awesome. Now I live in Alberta and whenever we are back visiting we have to get it as there is nothing like this pizza (that I’ve found) out west. This time we ordered from another pizza place during our stay as well and I have to say, even though the other place was good, Firenze’s blew it out of the water. Love this place! It is expensive, but I guess you get what you pay for.
The hubs is on the hunt for the perfect pizza. We paid $50 for an extra large with no sauce on it. The hubs would have given the rating a one but I found it not horrible lots of toppings but I didn't appreciate no sauce and the flour all over it. I appreciate it's a family Business. The inside needs a renovation bad as it looks like it's from the 60s. I appreciate that they walked the pie out to our car when it was ready
The pizza by which all other pizzas are measured. Crispy crunchy crust, nice spicy sauce, just the right amount of toppings. Pizza perfection. Order a size or two larger then you think you need (you will thank me for this advice). This photo is a 21 with pineapple.
Probably the best pizza in Sarnia however their hours suck! 4pm - 10pm on a Saturday?? I called @ 8:40 and they said they were closed. VERY DISAPPOINTED.
1st went to Firenze's 30 years ago when I lived in Sarnia, at the time was the best pizza I'd ever tried. At the time there were 2 sweet older ladies making it in the window, Well was back in town for a visit and decided to see if it was still around, sometimes dreams do come true. The difference is the son is now carrying on the traddition. Was just as good as I remember, it's not cheap but they don't place 3 mushrooms per slice here! Worth every bite
Picked up a pizza all dressed with hot peppers worth every dollar. They had to flip the box to fit the pizza.Ate 3 slices and full cant get that at most places

Such a shame whats happened to this pizza place! Changed their pepperoni to a cheaper quality, changed the sauce, $3 charge if you want to use credit, and the wait....wow 2.5 hours to get pizza and when you pull up they are talking instead of cooking? What is happening??? Do better!
Man oh man, this place really is legendary. Its the best pizza in Sarnia. Get a large 21 extra cheese. Youll pay for it but youll love it if you really do love pizza. Thier dough is chewy, airy, soft and the crust has a great taste and chew. Pizza experts, artisans.

I was sitting in the parking lot waiting for my pizza which took 3hrs. But I notice some of the cooks would come out for a smoke and doesn t wash their hands. Honestly that s really disappointing, especially for the price.

I was told by some friends that the pizza here was the Best so, I thought Id give it a try. Well, the lady at the door was very pleasant but one of the men making the pizza (skinny, mid/late fifties, yellowish hair with grey, moustache, I think) was probably one of the rudest, most impolite (may I say, arrogant/ignorant) people that Ive ever seen at a front of house! I walked out, never ordered anything. Maybe some etiquette & customer service would be good! Knowing how to speak to people is important.

All Sarnia pizza oddly has same flavor, some thin some thick but same taste. (Same food supplier possibly??) This pizza was loaded with toppings, thick and very filling. Very good! Would be 5 star but overpriced. Food

Barely any toppings not worth the money. Paid $45 for a large. Better off getting a McCains frozen pizza it was that bad. There was 4 of us we all got a pizza each and everyone agrees. If this is the best pizza Sarnia has to offer don t even bother get a Delissio pizza instead.

Ordered Firenzis Pizza for dinner and they accidentally sent us both with olives which the kids hate. And theyre making us return the wrong pizza to get the right one. Ok, I get it, you cant trust people. But real great Covid protocol having us bring back a pizza thats been in my house and touched by 6 people, you absolute great numpties. PS: Ill never order from them again simply because I will always wonder if my pizza was on someone elses dining table first

If you grew up in Sarnia, you grew up seeing an elderly Italian lady making pizza in the Firenzes window shop with a cigarette hanging out of her mouth. Times have changed but the pizza has not. Deliciously thick, with shaved ham and choice toppings, 2 slices will fill you up and remind you of the 80s.
I go to Firenzes everytime I come back home to sign in. I have tried many pizzas and none have compared to the wonderfully consistent and delicious pizzas that I get here. You will not be disappointed.

Best pizza you can have! Fresh, great toppings and unlike other places you actually get what you pay for. I personally have seen people drive hours for this pizza so you know it has to be amazing.
Incredible pizza point blank. I would recommend the 21 to really indulge in how great the pizza is from its crust to sauce to toppings. Will forever be a staple in the sarnia pizza scene.

Sadly I really didn t enjoy this pizza. Soggy, greasy crust, watery sauce, tasteless dry toppings and chewy cheese.
The pizza here, in my opinion is the closest you can ever get to a homemade pie. Its not just a pizza place its a tradition. Would have had 5 stars but seems the hours of business lately have been decided on a daily basis? I frequented the dinning room back in the 70s as a child. The pizza seemed to take a week to make. As descriptive as I can remember its very close to the same as it was then.

What an amazing family run pizza place!! I never imagined I would stumble upon such delicious pizzas in Sarnia! I can just drive down to have Firenzes pizza! The dough was perfect and the sauce was amazing! The pizza was stuffed with toppings and the sizes are huge!

Outstanding pizza, the best in town
I was born and raised in Sarnia but moved away after college. Every visit home is another take out #21 from Firenzies and atleast one brought back in the backseat on the way home. I have looked high and low but have never, ever found another pizza like this. It is delicious!!!!! If you are visiting Sarnia for business or pleasure, make this a must on your to do list....call Firenzies or stop in...order #21...the best on the menu and say hello to Karen and Emily for me:-) As I type, my mom is driving down to Burlington for a weekend stay and the pizza is in her car!!!!!!! Cant wait!!!!!!!
Worst pizza i have ever tried in my whole life,the dough was hard like cardboard,no flavours at all, lack of cheese on the pizza and they lack ingredients and veggies,most of their toppings are only bacon ham n pepperoni,no chicken or beef. The owners or staffs are weird with no welcoming attitudes at all.

Amazing people just dont get it.... This is by far the best pizza around, maybe the best in Ontario. But people are so stuck on Dominos or Pizza Hut, that they dont even know what REAL pizza should taste like.

Firenze s pizza is the biggest thing that I miss other than Albert s French Fries under the bridge. It a childhood memory that will forever make me Firenze s biggest supporter ever! Whenever me and our gamy get back to Sarnia on family visits, we will get their pizza every other day as dinner or at least a late night snack! Truly miss momma Firenze, but her son has stepped up and is carrying on the family s tradition of deliciousness!

Best pizza in Sarnia. Great local hole in the wall place for pizza. Great crust and loads of toppings. Very friendly staff. Make sure to call early as they get busy but its worth the wait. Costs a little more but it is a quality pizza. I normally get pickup as it is small inside.
Poor customer service and throughly unprofessional. Wanted to verify room number after we said we would pick up. Which company in the world wants prepayment when we pick said pick up. Stay away !
You have to wait an hour for it but who cares. It s the best pizza in sarnia. Been going here since I was a kid and when I come back to town I always make sure to get a pizza! Cheers to Emily and Rob who runs the place now, absolutely amazing.

One of my very favourite places. Good quality food. Plan ahead as they can get very busy at supper time on Fridays and Saturdays.
Ive been eating this pizza for over 15 years. I live in Calgary now, and whenever I go back to southern Ontario the thing I most look forward to is this pizza. Its the best pizza you will ever eat, I guarantee it. Buy some, eat some on the drive back home, freeze any if you somehow dont finish these gigantic pies!

Its okay. $27 for a medium pizza. Crust seems dense almost premade. I expect an old school place to have a fresh yeasty crust. Sausage is not available. Pepperoni is like ham. Need to be better than dominos and chain restaurants

Waited an hour and a half for my pizza to arrive at the hotel It was upside down in the pizza box Not hot but not cold either Crust just falls Apart as your trying to eat it The meat toppings are a shredded mess all over the Pizza Pizza half burnt Zero taste may as well eat the cardboard box it came in Very disappointed in my first experience of ordering from here , lady at hotel said it was her number 1 Recommended pizza place I probably wont ever order from here again. Not worth the $22. For the small Pizza !

In no way is this the best pizza. The pizza was acceptable at best.. taste was bland, barely any cheese, frozen green pepper. The cook kept scratching his head/ bandana with no gloves. The owner and cook kept hanging outside smoking. Never saw them wash their hands. The place is a dive.. from the furniture and carpet to the table in the restaurant that is cluttered in various herbal pills,magazines and WD40 can. Supply freezer is also in the dining room. Pizza boxes everywhere. They only accept cash which they did not specify upon sitting us down. Had to walk to an atm while my pizza cooked. When i asked for my remaining pizza to be wrapped to take home the owner with his bare hands just picked up each slice and stacked it in tinfoil and handed it back. Imo Pizza Pizza is a league ahead atleast and that is not saying much.
The toppings all fell off and it tastes like a Wal-Mart pizza. Go somewhere else or dont eat pizza.
Said they were open till 2am. I called them at 12 am. They didnt answer. Ended up calling dominos, and they answered and delivered. Call dominos!
