Great thin crust pizza with lots of toppings !!

Ordered a 3 topping panzo came with, over stuffed with only 2 toppings. Downhill since opening.

Awesome pizza, friendly staff, reasonable prices.

Amazing! Late night munchies and Luigi s did not disappoint! I got the panzerotti, the pretzel with the amazing garlicky cheese dip, and I got a lump of dough that we just used with the kids to make up our own pizza tonight! The panzerotti was full of the ingredients I ordered which was cheese, pepperoni, onion, and green olives The green olives were massive so much flavour This is my new go to for late night pizza Hands-down, one of the best pizza joints in Sarnia!

Ordered pizza here a few times now. I agree with other reviewers and that the toppings are quality with a delicious sauce. I like the flavoured crust and the tasty piles of Parmesan.

Over priced, under cooked, bland and made with haste.

I just ordered for the first time. I got a small panzerotti. I was very pleasantly surprised. I love that it was baked and not fried, good quality toppings and delicious sauce. It was a very good size for a small. Im excited to have found another good pizza place to order from in Sarnia :)

We got bread sticks, a large pizza and meatball sub. Had a lot of leftovers even with 2 adults and 2 kids. Only complaint was the bathroom was dirty. We went as soon as it opened.

Ordered the pepp and cheese pizza, with mild wings off the Door Dash app. Food was delivered at a decent time, was reasonably priced. The pizza was excellent, pepperoni and cheese was delish. The wings were breaded, and LARGE! I would recommend this.

Got from skip last night for the fights. The wings came with no sauce on them and two small containers of sauce on the side, they tasted like I made them here that you buy from Walmart would not recommend wings at all, pizza was under cooked and soggy wouldn t go back

Love the pizza. The sauce is just right and the pizza dough they make it with is so good. The owners are so nice and are very productive on getting orders out fast and on time. Go try this pizza and go check out what they have on this delicious menu. Everything Ive tried I was never disappointed.

The food is good. The serving sizes are HUGE! And our waitress was awesome.

The food was excellent and generous portions. Our server Jay did a great job of balancing our orders so all of us are together.

One of the worst pizza s I ve had. Greasy yet dry, the meat toppings were tasteless, and the cheese was super thin. You d think for that much grease, there would have been more cheese. So that means the meat is the lowest quality possible. Not impressed. Save your money and go elsewhere.

This place is really expensive it was nearly $60 for two large pizzas and the pizza was just ok. Got the BLT pizza, the idea is good... The execution was very poor. Giant tomato and lettuce chucks just fell off the pizza when you pick it up and there is NO bacon.... Just the odd bacon bit here and there.

Great customer service very friendly. Ex LG Pizza was great so was the cheesy bread.

It certainly wasnt bad, but it was awfully pricey for one pizza and some breadsticks ($50 before tip), no drinks either. The breadsticks were bland and the pizza was okay but there are much better options around town.

This was our second time there, both times for lunch. Both times my son and I got pizza. Both times it was cooked perfectly, no complaints. Lots of cheese and toppings, nice and hot, and not burnt or undercooked. And I m not normally a crust eater but this pizza is a thinner crust and delicious. Decent prep time and friendly service, and the price for the lunch special is better than eating fast food! My only complaints are about the bacon (it s crumbled, not strips) and the bathroom (kinda stinks), so I would give them a 4.5 stars, but I can t do that so they get a 5.

I have ordered twice from this restaurant; once a steak sub, and then the lasagna with ground beef. Both times I thought that the food had a lot of potential, except for one fatal flaw in both; an excess of salt. The steak sub was so salty that it was inedible. I called the store to tell them, only to be advised that they don t add any salt. The person at the store that I spoke with seemed put out out by my complaint and offered no resolution. The lasagna was also way to salty, although I could finish it. By the time I finished it, I could not have eaten another bite due to the salt content. I did not call due to the poor reception I got last time. Overall, if they reduced the salt in these items drastically I think the food would be excellent.

Ive ate here 3 days in a row and the meals are delicious. I will stop there 1 more time as my work has completed and wont be staying in the area till the next time. Hope the locals frequent this restaurant often and support local businesses

Ordered a large pizza this evening with three additional toppings. I was shocked when my husband said it was almost $40 and the pizza wasnt that good. I think well stick to Bills for our pizza. For that price I could have got two pizzas or a pizza and a couple pounds of wings. It was the first time ordering from there and heard a lot of good feedback on their food. It didnt make a good impression on us.

Great family run business. Ingredients are fresh, portions are large, prices are great, service is always top notch. If you re in Chatham-Kent and are looking to support the community, stop in and give these guys a try. They are a MUST have in the area.

We just moved to town and ordered this AMAZING meal. From the pizza to the homemade Greek dressing and pasta AMAZING! KUDOS this is THE BEST we WILL be back!!!

First time visiting .. Amazing food and portions were huge. Was expecting the bill to me much larger for the quantity and quality ..but was very surprised to see it was not much more than a regular fast food place. Next time will be trying the pizza..for sure and there will be a next time

I like their food but they need to be more interactive with their customers but they do have good pizza and garlic bread. The employees are nice and the service was quick.

Great pizza! Beats the hell out of the rest in this town!!!

The pizza was very overpriced ($75 for 2 extra larges) and the pizza was not cooked well, soaked in grease with toppings just tossed on crappily. The pizza was not even cut properly or even close to evenly, i would not recommend this to anyone unless they are looking to waste a lot of money for a very poor investment of said money.

The panzarotti was so good, totally stuffed full with real ingredients not canned. The size for the price is above and beyond and the flavor is to die for.

I have ate alot of subs in my life! I especially like subs cooked in a pizza oven. The pizza sub I got at this establishment tonight was the best sub I have ever ate in my long career of eating subs.. The sub you created for me tonight was angelic! That is the closest word I could think of to describe what my taste buds were going through! Thank you it was my first sub I ate from your kitchen but it will not be my last. It just become my all around faverite thing to eat! Thanks for an amazing sandwich.

So good!!! We ordered 2 pizzas, cinnamon sticks,bread sticks and plain wings. The pizza was delicious! We loved everything! Would definitely order from them again, and they have such kind people working there and you dont see that at every pizza place especially in town they are my favorite :)

My family and I ordered pizza, wings, and salad. The food was pretty good, the wings were lack lustre, and it would be nice to have more variety of sauces. The price of the items is what sets this review back. Charging 24.55 for a large Hawaiian is too much. And additional ingredient for a large pizza would add 1.85 12 chicken wings are 18.99 These prices are ridiculous for the food quality. If anyone from this establishment is reading this, I highly suggest you offer VERY competitive prices or restructure the menu and ingredients in order to stay afloat. The competition in the area is immense, Luigi s needs some sort of hook, specialty, or price cut, or else the future could be bleak :/

Great value and food and friendly staff

Eating here was a great experience!! I had the BEST Greek salad ever. I ordered a small and it was a HUGE salad, enough for two AND some! The pizza was perfect and the panzerotti (also HUGE) was divine. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I would recommend you try Luigis!

Bought a pizza there and it was over $35.00... the dough wasnt cooked and hardly any toppings on it. They did give us our money back...Gerrys Pizza is much better!!!

My wife and I took our three small kids there and it was awesome. Only heard bad things but after trying it for ourselves we will 100% be back.

Terrible customer service and mediocre pizza

Customer service was like comedy theater... so two stars for making us laugh.. I understand they just opened, but its really bad... they seam to have lots of staff but no delegation of tasks at all. Everyone just running in circles doing each others jobs. I really hope they get it turned around would be nice to have another choice for a sit down meal in wallaceburg . We had a pizza it was ok.. not greasy which is good .. toppings were sparse and of low quality .

If they had a half star I would have used that option for a rating. This was absolutely the worst pizza ever! Ive had better frozen pizzas. The toppings were extra skimpy (dont be fooled by the pictures you see here), the sauce tasted like ketchup, the crust was like prefabricated cardboard. I wish I was kidding! And all that for $24.95 plus tax for a large that I had to go out and pickup. Sorry Luigis, this was our first and last. Unbelievable. They just opened and show reviews from months ago, hmmm, that should have been my first clue.

Order pizza from here and felt so ripped off! For what I payed it had not much toping on the pizza and pizza sauce was very plan.. way over priced for what you get. Need bring down the prices.. probably won t be back.

WORST pizza in Wallaceburg

40$ XL pizza what a joke barely any toppings I thought for that price it would be fully loaded i was surprised when i seen how skimpy they were with the toppings.

I think I got food poisoning. The food seemed to be under cooked. I was the only one who ate so idk if it was just me or the food. either way so expensive and feel horrible.

The pizza was delicious and the staff was friendly. And the portions are much larger than I expected, well worth the price.

Great people! Had the lunch special it was a amazing pizza. Would 11/10 recommend. Fair prices and beats all the pizza shops in town in my books. I see people complaining about the prices they are about the same as every where else in town. I dont know anyone there so this is a unbiased review as I am a foodie. Hope everyone enjoys this little gem as much as I did.

First time and last time ever! Took forever just to get our drinks and we asked the hostess for them finally. Dont get much for the price, ravioli was good but would of got more out a can. Spaghetti was good but the sauce was spicy. Nice to see something go in the old pizza hut but I dont think it will be there long

Even though the restaurant was packed, our pizza was ready when they said it would be. The pizza was very tasty. It was a little pricey but we would definately order from them again.

Despite all the early backlash and bad publicity, we decided to try Luigis tonight . The service was fantastic! Food arrived in a timely manner, and it was delicious! The pizza was loaded with toppings, and the cheese sticks homemade dipping sauce was incredible. We will be back (:

Prices are a bit high...take out pizza not half as good as dining in pizza.

I was very excited to try out a new place in town, I talked about it lots before it opened. Decided to go in and try it, first thing I noticed is that they did a very poor job at cleaning after doing renovations there is drywall dust or some substance still around trim and windows. The light fixtures are nice, they are also pure glass, you can see every fingerprint from everyone who has touched them. Inside looks unfinished and rushed, this does have an impact on customer returns.. Finally it comes down to the food, I have read reviews before going in and have seen lots of complaints about raw dough, this is in fact true for our pizza. The garlic bread was so hard we didnt even eat it. Spaghetti would have been good as the sauce was very good, but they did not drain all of the water from the pasta which made it very runny, the meatballs must be frozen as they were still cold in the middle. It took about 20 mins for the waitress to finally take our order, she was busy behind the counter eating the whole time we were waiting. No staff had name tags so I could not get a name. I will not be returning to this place and I dont recommend eating here. If you decide to try it, you have been warned, hopefully they take these seriously and start turning it around before they loose all of the customers.
