Today i had a take out order, everything was great until I noticed some of the items didnt come with the order that I placed. When I called back a gentleman answered the phone and asked my location and drove my items out to me! Not to mention it is really snowy outside.. Thank you so much, you made my day merry Christmas!!

Food was delicious

Had a great football Sunday at Crabbys with bartender Amanda T. She was very helpful and cheerful. She accomadated everyone for the different games they wanted to see. Even after very rude man did nothing but complain! Hats off to you Amanda for staying cheerful and pleasant to all! Great service and will return !

Its been awhile since Ive been back, Im old school and did believe children should be allowed to accompany parents in the bar section, no other restaurants i know allow children in the bar, service hasnt changed its still bad sever was rude. I ONLY eat the cashew chicken bowl. It still rocks, but after bad service again and again, Im sad to say Ill never go back again. They are out of chances and no tip.

Have been here in the past with good experiences. Not so much tonight the 13th of November, 8:30 ish. Had to track server (Amanda B) down to order. I ordered a burger with salad... french dressing. Burger was good. Salad came with buffalo wing sauce instead of french dressing. Told Amanda, who responded... yuck. Then took my plate away and charged full price. No offer of a new salad. No discount. She was clearly not interested in helping anybody and spent most of her time leaning behind the bar yawning. The girl she was working seemed to be baby sitting her.

Had a burger and fries ... Had to ask for more fries as they only give you a handful. Other than that everything else was ok. Food

My son and I enjoy going out for dinner and do so often. Out of all the restaurants in Sarnia, we prefer Crabby Joes. The food is always delicious. They have the best veggie burger in town and the Mozza sticks are ooey gooey and oh so good. The staff is always friendly and make each visit special. If there is a problem with your food (which is rare) hey are quick to right any wrongs. I recommend Crabby Joes who wants great food at an affordable price. Better yet they have great deals going on for the summer. So give it a try. You wont be disappointed. Edit: Tracy is the best. She goes above and beyond. The staff is so rude and doesn t care about the customer s needs. New set of rules each time and messing up the order. We like the food here but it s not worth the experience at all. All the three years the servers were not welcoming at all. It s very sad and insulting to see such staff working with no intentions to greet your customers either with a smile or a welcoming gesture. We went in by 11:00 and asked the waitress if we can order and she said it s the last order and that we cannot take any order for the day. We requested her if we can at-least order appetizers. She agreed and started to role her eyes and when we asked if we can order she is forcing us to order a drink when we don t want to. We just had to leave the restaurant because of her attitude with out ordering food. Firstly Why would the store be open till 12:00am if it has the last order at 11:00pm. We are loyal customers to this restaurant but we will not be visiting this restaurant anymore because of the servers.no offence to the chefs for the food they prepare. The management should take action against such rude staff and hire kind servers.

Very clean crabby joes restaurant. Once youve been to one youve been to them all. The service is always fast and friendly. We love the $4 pints. Also can t beat the half price apps after 9 pm!

Came a couple weeks ago with my wife and had a great time, food was good, beers were cheap, and our waitress Julie was fantastic - very attentive and went above and beyond in providing fast and friendly service. Would come back for sure.

The wait staff are always awesome when we come. They always check up on us and the food comes out relatively quickly. They usually have specials running almost everyday and we love the half price apps after 9pm 7 days a week Parking: Parking is shared with McDonalds parking lot/side of a giant tiger, the space is huge so parking is always available. Kid-friendliness: The restuarant has two sides, bar and dining. Both sides have tables and booths so adults can enjoy bar side, while families enjoy dining. Wheelchair accessibility: The building is all one floor (except for bar area) so its easy to get in and out with a wheelchair, and the wait staff are always lovely on getting a table set up for you. the only hindrance it seems are bathrooms, which are up on a different level, but its only one step off the main floor.

Quick,efficient and delicious food. Our waitress Andrea was prompt and very efficient.

We had Andrea as our server at, she was very polite and very quick serving us, food was amazing, most definitely coming back in the future.

They didnt even bother to serve us and we had to wait 20 minutes for a drink order and another 15 minutes for a menu. It wasnt busy yet a server walked around serving tables that was around us and that came afterwards. Keep up and this will be good for the business. Sorry not sorry.

Crabby Joes is now under new management!!! The experience I had before under the old ownership was terrible but I cant say enough good about the new owner/management!! The staff is amazing and very friendly. The food is amazing I havent had anything there I didnt like. It is kept very clean now. It was packed last night for the stanley cup playoff and those girls hustled around there like crazy to stay on top of everything. The managers even came out onto the floor to help the girls with food orders needing to be taken to tables. I am very impressed with the new ownership and staff. Have been there a few times and I will definitely go back!! Parking: Lots of parking and its free Wheelchair accessibility: There is an upper floor and a lower floor. Lots of seating on the lower floor that is wheelchair accessible.

Crabby Joes delivered an exceptional dining experience on a bustling Stanley Cup day. The BOGO burger deal was the highlight of our visit! And despite the frenzy, our server, Cliffton, was a beacon of hospitality poised, calm, and always smiling, despite being the sole server in the area. We will be back soon!

5-star service and appreciation to the server, Cliffton. We were there during the Stanley cup finals and place was insanely slammed, and he was the only server on the floor. Regardless being alone, he was able to tend to all customer s requests and orders, considering there was also a BOGO burger promo, which he gladly offered us despite the crazy line up of customers waiting. Really appreciate that guy!! Definitely deserves a raise! And to the management, please anticipate events like these and execute proper staffing moving forward. That s just my 2 cents.

I recently dined at the Craby Joes Sarnia Location and was incredibly impressed by the fantastic service provided by Jaymsyn. She was attentive, friendly, and really helped me decide on my meal enhancing our dining experience with her excellent recommendations and genuine hospitality. definitely try the spinach dip! I was extremely impressed by our server and will be back soon!

Terrible service, waitress avoided my husband and I the entire time while helping everyone around us. Rolled her eyes when I asked for my bill. Food wasn t bad though!

Made a complaint about polices. Sent an email. Nothing. No response. This place really sucks. I wish the manager cared about guests. In these tough times eating out is a luxury. When someone chooses to eat out at your location you must make sure they have a pleasant experience. On the other hand management here do not care for any negative feedback it seems. Sad to see such sad state of affairs.

Cold beer great flatbread had the wings which are butter basted parm and pepper. I was not a fan but the lemon pepper were great. Don t get me wrong they were cooked perfectly. I ll be back!!

My server Emily was fantastic. Lunch time service was excellent! Our food was fresh, we ordered a rare steak with asparagus, a classic cheeseburger, and chicken for the littles. Emily answered all our questions about the menu, and interacted with our children warmly. We will be repeat customers Kid-friendliness: Warm staff, one free kids meal with each adult meal purchase, crayons provided for coloring.

Food was hot, and ready to go, can definitely say they are trying to change and make crabbies great again!

Felt like we were forgotten in the corner. Lengthy wait for drink order to the point we were ready to order food. Food came put three separate times, my wifes first, then my fries, after that my burger. Food was ok, nothing to write home about. Over all a disappointing experience.

Thulesi our server was excellent: food was good and service was awesome!

Our server was polite and seemed to be trying his best being the only server working. He was very apologetic for our food taking so long and the errors that occurred with one of our dishes. There was one other group in the restaurant of roughly 15. I was in a party of three, our food took too long to come out. One of our salads had lettuce that was going bad in it. The two others I was with were done their food by the time mine came out for the third time correctly. I ordered nachos with no jalapeños and tomatoes. I had been to this location before and had no issues. Unfortunately I don t think I will be returning.

Our Baby group program wanted to treat us to lunch after some shopping today. We waited for 2 and 30 mins for some of us to not even eat and puke up the food after. They had one server who was new, the bartender watched very rudely. Nice to know the one you work with don t even help with a party of woman and babies!! There was also a birthday in the group very disappointed and upset. Could have made a better meal for all these woman in the time we spent. Over all we left very crabby from Crabby Joes

I am so done with this place. Showed up at 9:45pm. No host/hostess. A guy came behind the bar twice and looked at me but never came over. Finally, I grabbed my own menus and yelled at the guy Do we just sit anywhere. THIS is when he offered to sit us. We ordered our food and drink at the same time because we had already been waiting for 30 minutes. He went back behind the bar but instead of getting our pops and bringing this to us, he stood there talking to his friend. I TOOK A PICTURE OF THIS AND WILL SHARE IT WITH MANAGEMENT. My friend order a New York Steak medium rare. The steak came out rare. Inedible. TOOK ANOTHER PICTURE THAT I CAN SHARE WITH MANAGEMENT. We sent that steak back to be cooked further. The garlic bread had no butter on it. After our meal was done, we waited 15 minutes for our bill and takeout boxes. All this time, the guy was texting on his phone. TOOK ANOTHER PHOTO OF THIS. And my friend thinks that a lady that was working with them was talking unprofessionally about her and said If you dont like it, dont eat here The bartender only came over with the bill after I stared at him for like 5 minutes. There was no offer of removing the cost of the steak or discounting it. THEREFORE, I DEMAND TO HEAR FROM MANAGEMENT OR TOLD HOW TO FORWARD THIS TO MANAGEMENT

I was in tonight Feb 16th in Sarnia and was greeted with the most welcoming waitress named Paula. Paula s service and attentiveness was 10/10. The food was delicious and she continued checking if we needed anything. I hope she is recognized for her great job. Keep up the great job Paula!

Well. Its easier to ask what they have than order what you want of the menu. Being Friday martini day here. You would expect a martini glass. Not a short glass smaller than your regular whiskey glass. Nice try Crabbys. Wont be back for a while again. This is my vodka martini. They ran out of olives and apparently have only 6 martini glasses. Just to make matters worse. There is a guy walking around in bare feet. I dont care. But some may take offense.

Food quality has really gone downhill and server was nice but not very attentive and we are used to it being busy here and getting better service and food.

I have been going to this restaurant for many years and quite often, lunch, dinner, half price appetizers. I have never had a complaint. The last 4 times we were there, you can tell how this restaurant has deteriorated, not only in quality of food but service. This particular day we took my mom out for lunch on her birthday. There was only 2 tables that came after us, so 3 tables in total. I ordered fajitas, which I ve had many times before, onion rings on the side for the table to share. My niece ordered a Caesar salad with no bacon, as she s a vegetarian. My mother ordered chicken fingers with fries. My sister pasta. The Caesar salad had pieces of bacon in it, like somebody removed it but didn t get it all. The onion rings, fries and chicken fingers, were dark and greasy, I m sure whatever they use to deep fry needed to be changed. The fajitas were not sizzling like they usually do and was so full of grease that I had to strain it when I put it in the tortilla. I had to ask the waitress to change my tortillas because they were hard as a rock. The second set she brought was no better. All the food was cold, not even warm, just cold. Waitress came to ask how things were, which of course I told her how terrible the food was, I have never complained. She proceeded to tell me how bad the cook was and that all the tables there that day have been complaining about the food. How every Sunday is like this with the cook. I asked her if the owner was there and she said no. I asked her for a phone number, which at the end of the meal she gave me. I called the owner, left a message, no call back. The next day I called the restaurant and left a message, again no call back. I brought the food home with me, not sure why, I ended up throwing it in the garbage. The total for that meal was $ 110 dollars. It was disgusting and I will not go back. Especially since nobody had the nerve to call me back. You lost some customers here. Crabby Joes was our go to place. Now I will take my business somewhere else.

Service was good. Food was slow and we soon realized why the place was empty. The chicken parm was awful - had to argue to get it off the bill when it was actually rotten. Steak was chewy and mash potatoes came out cold- when told they microwaved them. Chicken fingers and quesadilla where fine. Spoke directly with the owner and she didn t seem to care that the quality was so poor. I would not recommend and we won t be back.

Ordered fish and chips. When I recieved it the fish was cold and uncooked as well as fries were cold. The waitress was very nice and offered to replace the meal but i had lost my appetite . The fish was not the beer batterd as the menu stated.

My family went here for dinner thinking it would be a good family- restaurant. It was not. From the time we arrived until we received beverages was probably 20 minutes. We were ready to order and asked to order to a passing waiter twice before anyone came to our table. Our meals came to the table staggered inappropriately. One person waited around 5 minutes more to receive their meal. We specifically asked the waitress before ordering if the Clubhouse had deli turkey and she said no. We were pretty sure it was deli meat. The French fries were fried so long the insides were hollow. The wings were sauced on one side, not the other. We waited for napkins and cutlery but no one came by. I used our wet wiped brought from home. The waitress tried to bring our 4 year old ice cream in the middle of us telling him to eat his dinner first. They also did not have the offered kid treat per meal (Kinder egg).

For management dont put one bartender on for leaf games! Tip for tender when by yourself just keep repeating to patrons Ill get to you in a sec when you see empty glasses. That wouldve kept us there.

Most HORRIBLE restaurant experience EVER in my life . This is now the third occurence in the last few months each time was worse will never go back AGAIN. For a Saturday later evening (was not even busy maybe four other tables occupied eventually just two) . Not only was the service slow and the staff were made aware in advance of reservations for a large group even called two days prior and again early that evening to confirm Two waitresses could of covered our large group. About three diff times I observed the waitresses , two of them just standing there talking and laughing around each time for at least 10min or more not even doing anything . After well over an hour most of us were beyond upset and hungry so made a complaint to the manager. The waitresses were rude and ignored us. It took over an hour to even order and waited almost another hour after getting food. There was 4 waitresses and also even a manager present. After we complained to the manager her reply was about racial and made her reply about her race and how she was the only Indian and not from this country and was a foreigner, um did she miss the fact I did not state ANYTHING about race and it was about lack of service and our waitress was rude. Not once did we mention race, we stated how the service was poor and our waitress basically ignored us and made a rude comment and horrible facial expressions and we were waiting well over hr n half for just for appetizers, the manager did not even try come speak to us or do anything, until one waitress stepped in when we asked her for some help she was helpful I told her we were sick of waiting and Was going to leave thats what I told the manager . The manager dealt with this very poorly also did not even get the food I ordered. I will never go back the service sucks . The manager and waitress need be accountable, I thought Id give this one more try and give the benefit of doubt, each time was even worse the last three times over the last couple of months, never again . This will be reported.

Just finished dining here and the young man on the dining side was absolutely amazing, didn t catch his name, wish I did, as he went above and beyond. He was so friendly! Amazing service!

We went in for half price appetizers with an elder who cannot sit at tall tables. Although there were a lot of tables in the dining area, they would not sit us there nor would they put a low table in the bar side. No effort made to try to accommodate us. We had to leave.

In May of 2023 my mother and I stopped by on a Tuesday afternoon, some time between 1-4pm, for a late lunch. There were very few patrons which would be expected for this time of day however I wasnt expecting to wait over 45 mins for the Piri pasta. My Mom had ordered a burger with fries and had commented about another table that was seated after us was already being served.

Worst service Ive ever had! Went in with my family and sat for 30 minutes without ANY service, not even an acknowledgment that we were seen! I had to present to the bar to ask for menus, no apology and still NO acknowledgement! I have been a server for many years and I have NEVER witnessed or experienced such ignorance in any establishment. Crabby Joes franchise should be embarrassed! Will NEVER attend this establishment again! London Rd location.

Update, I ve since been in this location many times and I always have fun here. Sarnia is the best location of all. The team of servers has changed up a little bit but the service is still the same AWESOME service it s been. Glad Tracy is still with us. Tracy you rock.

The food tastes like trash. There were literally only 5 customers in the building, and I got my drinks, but then I waited 30 minutes and had to ask to order food because she wouldnt come back.

Visited on a Sunday with my family, restaurant was fairly empty. We waited about 20 minutes to be seated, when someone finally came, it turned out to be our waitress. I wish I could tell you her name, but she never introduced herself or wore a name tag. When she came back to take our order, we were greeted with, ok, what do you want? We were taken aback by the sheer rudeness of the statement, but we placed our order anyway. Unfortunately, our food arrived in a disappointing state. Kids pizzas were burnt, the fries were overcooked, and the rest of the food was cold. When the server came back to check on us, she stormed away before we could even say anything about the quality of the food. At this point, we just wanted this horrible experience to end. We left disappointed and have no plans to return. I strongly urge the establishment to address the issue with their servers. I have never encountered such rude treatment before. If you dislike your job to this extent, maybe consider other career options, as patrons who are paying for a pleasant experience should not have to endure such treatment. Customer service should be a priority and it was not present during our visit.

Packed order wrong so spinach dip spilled all over the other boxes and bottom of the bag for $40 for wings and spin dip, I expect it to be in a container, not the bottom of the bag. Management took ownership, BUT did nothing to correct it, just said oh Im sorry.. spinach dip was my dinner and given it was spread over 2 containers and the bottom of the bag, i didnt get much..Worst delivery Ive ever had and clearly from the packaging process

Called in a pick up order September 23 for pick up at 5:30. I ordered a crabby burger no bacon no barbeque sauce and bun off to the side with fries and gravy an order of spinach dip and a cashew bowl with no onions and I picked it up brought it home, opened up the food sit down and eat, the burger was not cooked properly. It was overcooked. The fries were in the deep fryer way too long that they were stale and hard the spinach dip bread was hard as rocks stale with probably about a quarter cup of spinach dip for the price that is a rip off and my cashew bowl had absolutely no cashews at all. When I called a Sarnia location, I explained to the manager herself it was confirmed the girl forgot the cashews. She had no remorse over the stale bread saying that she gets bread once every two weeks that I can come pick it up, but when I explained that the food would be cold by the time I came home just to pick up bread and cashews. She had no remorse she said next time Im in to ask for the manager did not ask my name did not take my number did nothing. We literally ate a quarter of the food and the rest was garbage for 64 bucks. We threw about $60 worth of food in the garbage. This is poor customer service.

Overall I personally wouldn t eat here anymore. The one in Sarnia Ontario 30+ mins to get a menu when there was 5 tables and 15+ more me and 5 others left. Food is either cold or warm never hot. Plus more I been a cook for 10+ years so this doesn t make sense. I ll just leave it at that.

Normally don t do this but I was served a ball of breading as one of my wings with the rib and wing combo. When I told the waitress she said it was fat from a wing, when I told her that was not from a wing but it was a whole wing she implied I was lying and shut me down. When I told her it was unacceptable and I wasn t going to pay full price for something that wasn t even food, she told the kitchen to make me new wings, wasting my time when I told her I did not want to wait because I was moving and had to get back to packing. The refusal to take even a small percentage of the bill off (wasn t asking for anything without charge) was absolutely ignorant. Long story short don t feed people literal garbage and call them a liar when they point it out.

Always a solid place to go on wing night

Ordered a steak and sweet potato fries, could have been packaged way better so that the butter from the steak didnt have every fry incredibly soggy. Steak was a 6/10. Not terrible not great. Cooked to medium rare as requested. The goat cheese flatbread was to die for.

Crabby Joes has really stepped up their game when ot comes to their menu. Their bowls and salads are excellent also the pasta and appetizers. Their fish and chip dish needs work as it tastes frozen from a box. The service is excellent and proportions are substantial for what you pay.

We had a wonderful relaxing dinner and drinks lastnight. The food was awesome, great service and clean environment. Dietary restrictions: Was able to make my meal vegan easily, very accommodating.

Was finishing dinner tonight and the staff started putting the chairs up on all the tables. We were the last couple in the dining room but it was not yet 7 pm. Manager was not available to talk to us. A new dining experience for sure.

The food was good, but the service was lacking. Everything appeared to be a waited from asking for drinks, receiving our drinks, food, and bill to leave. The waitress seemed to be hiding

The server was good but she was tasked with the whole dinning room by herself so service was slow. Only had one cook on so food took forever to get to the table after ordering which was unpleasant. The food was good and hot at least. All I can say is dont go on a Sunday or you may be disappointed. Food

The hostess wasnt present, I waited for over 10 minutes and went to the bar, where there wasnt any staff. When she finally appeared, she took forever helping me to get a gift card.

It was amazing! My waiter/server was friendly and courteous. The ribs I ordered were as much fall-off-the-bone as my waiter/server promised yum! I held onto the menu a little longer and know exactly what Ill be ordering the next 2 visits. Thank you!

Friendly waiter, VERY slow kitchen. Arrived at 8:15pm on a Wednesday eve. Waiter apologized for things being so busy but from what I could see were only a handful of tables and a couple in the bar. 1 dinner took 75 minutes to come out. Dinner was hot, food was good no complaints there other than rib dinner could come with a little slaw or veg on the side. Unless you have time to kill, order with skip.

I took my grandchildren there for supper on Friday night there was not many people in there but people that came in after us were receiving their food before we did. When we did finally receive our food mine was cold, I had ordered 2 kids meals they charged me for adult milkshakes when we had ordered 2 kids meals with shakes. Had to ask for the kinder eggs that come with the kids meals after I paid for the dinner. I was extremely disappointed and probably won t go back.

My mother and I are both bartenders. We went for a drink and nachos after work. We were sat right beside the bar and the server walk through so we were constantly walked by. We ordered a bottle of wine to share and didn t see the server or manager for over 15 minutes. Eventually the server came over and said they were out of that wine. So we substituted the only other white wine that they had. They couldn t find that either except for a warm bottle in the office. That we we were thankful for and just politely asked for ice and said everything was fine don t worry that it s warm. After almost 30 minutes trying to get a glass of wine no one would take our food order. As a bartender I feel very uncomfortable flagging someone down and eventually had to as the manager was just rearranging bar glassware and ignoring us. Not once did someone ask if our food was okay or if we needed refills on our drinks. I did the server stack of our dishes to the side of the table and no one would grab them. Eventually I had to flag the server down for a refill of wine to split and the dishes still werent taken. The only time I wasn t ignored was when the server wanted to cash out and came to ask if I wanted the bill. I said yes and immediately he came with the bill and machine. I m industry. I understand completely when it s really busy and service lacks, but are trying their hardest. I ve lived that situation. It was not busy at all in we were simply ignored. I ve never complained before about service but this riled me up. I went for a quick drink after work and felt more stressed out and agitated than when I left work. I will never go back. I ve had much better service in the please move forward to spot one parking spot at McDonald s. Also the washrooms smelt of sewer and the three of the four bathroom stalls were clogged.

Went here on July 14th around 9:20pm. At 10:10pm we left without anyone waiting on us. People who were seated 10 minutes after us got service. Male waiter came by said he would be right with us which didnt happen so 20 minutes after he said that we left. I can understand if its busy, however both wait staff would stand around our just talk to other people. Similar service happen the week before where it took an hour to get two appetizers, thought that was a one off and tried again. Will not be back

Ordered a pound of Cajun and Parm pepper wings, honestly the Worst wings I have ever had. Ate less then half of them and 2 beers, went home and my dogs( who were not yet fed) would not eat them. Tasted freezer burn, greasy and zero spice to the Cajun. Very disappointed and do NOT recommend the wings.

Food was delicious, service was prompt and the prices were reasonable. The draft beer I ordered was stale and tasted funny and had to be replaced with something different. Bathrooms get a 4/5 for cleanliness.

Came for lunch and sat bar side. Our server was great. Very attentive. Had the spinach dip (really good!!) And the Mexican quinoa bowl with steak.

Love this place reasonable prices and delicious food, give it a try you won t regret it

Ordered the sirloin steak dinner with fries and rib and wing combo with fries. The steak was so small( Childs portion) way too many soggy fries. Didn t try the asparagus as it didn t look appetizing. Ribs very fatty, wings very small. Way too many soggy fries. We We re there to pick up before meal was ready. Live 2 mins away. Very disappointed, won t order again. Plus the price$$$$ $ 50 for 2 take out meals?! They should charge less for takeout.

We went last night out of 5 places we had on our list to choose from Opened our sticky dirty menus Ordered coconut shrimp and mozzarella sticks for aps. Bad idea. Dry overcooked and cold But we were hungry so they went down ok Ordered wings and rib combo. Husband had 2 piece fish n chips Mild wings. MILD. The wings were soft and soggy stone cold first bite and burnt my mouth off from sauce heat. They were NOT mild by any means. The ribs were ok. But cold cold cold. As were the fries and my husbands fries too. I had to go and find my server. ( Only 4 other people in the restaurant ) To take them back to microwave them. she came and got them and. Are back with fresh hot fries but the wings and ribs were still cold. Huh . Anyway. I ate the fries and a piece of my husbands fish And took the food home to heat up later 88 bucks And I took it home. My one night out in months I was sooooo disappointed. And hungry It s just old and dirty in there in the Sarnia one When I told all my friends about the experience. They said you never go to that one. You eat at the petrolia one Well now I know. 88 bux. The server was nice enough so she got a good tip Shut I won t go back but they don t care

Got the coconut shrimp, it was good, the draft on tap was janky, either they need to clean their lines or its a low grade cloudy bitter tasting batch.

Had an amazing server that picked out my meal and drink for me because I wasnt in a hurry or cared. The knowledge this woman has of the menu and the food was amazing.

UPDATE: Shortly after our visit I emailed the e-mail address that the manager posted on here and as of 09-06-2022, That visit was June, 2022 I am still waiting for a response, My guess is that it is a generic response that they make hoping it makes it look like they care, which they clearly do not...... I ordered the Nachos like I have in the past (normally great) and they were overcooked and all the cheese was stuck to the parchment paper and there was no flavor. The steak I ordered was good but the Garlic mashed potatoes tasted like they were microwaved from a plastic bag and they were like water. The sauteed mushrooms I ordered were missing My wife ordered the chicken wings and they were large enough and tasty but the fries were very bland. Definitely not worth the $100.00 we spent. P.S. it was not the waiters fault, he tried his best to deal with a bad situation. The family washroom was very untidy and my wife slipped on the floor but managed to stay on her feet (thankfully). We will not be returning..

Exceptional service finally found in a restaurant! Sierra not only went above and beyond, she maintained such a level of professionalism I felt she deserved this review. Thank you for making our friends 77th birthday wonderful. If it wasn t for her amazing skills and profound ability to not only make sure we were taken care of but addressed our tables needs and issues quickly and in a very efficient manner the night would have been very disappointing otherwise. Thank you for being an exceptional beautiful woman who really does know what it means to make a difference! A beautiful gesture goes a long way! Service can be hit or miss.

We tried to eat there on Sunday around 1pm. My mom is in a wheelchair. The only seating option we were offered was up two stairs at tables that would not accommodate wheelchairs. We left. Unfortunately we will not be eating there in future.

If I could give this location a minus rating they would get it. We came to celebrate a birthday.The service was just plain terrible. The food was just as terrible I ordered the Avocado Chicken club, only to have it served to me without any Avocado. I waited for our waitress but she never showed, so the flagged a gentleman and told him that I was served an incomplete order. So I waited for someone to final come and tell me after waiting for 5 mins that there was no avocado. We also wanted Balsamic vinegar for our salad, so no balsamic vinegar. My daughter ordered a baked potato and it was served with about a cup of sour cream on it. I would fire the entire staff on the Oct 2. Evening shift. You might have a bad attitude Crabby but your staff doesn t give a rats behind about food quality and most of all service.

Ordered a berry bash thing and it literally looked and tasted like gross water with junks of unprepared berries. I asked why and she said « The syrup that makes it red changes the flavour so we dont add it » I thought that was the point of it ??

They are short staffed and it is hard to get service like refills on your drinks

Food is great, and not badly priced, with a variety of discounts for each day of the week. Service is always friendly. Much of the old attitude of the company has been scrubbed clean and simplified, making for a more bland experience. Still a great recommendation for a restaurant thats relatively cheap without compromising quality. Stay away from the bar for best results.

Really like the place, will go back with a couple friends next time. Carrot cake was good

I just received terrible service at the Sarnia location. We waited an hour at our table after being seated. We watched other tables who came in after us get their food. Only to get our food after the hour, cold. The manager (I believe it was Pria) of the site was not even present at the location and had to be called by her employee. And when told by me the customer what happens she proceeded to only offer 50% off the cold meal. I have had great interactions with crabby Joes before and Im completely disgusted by the service I have been offered here. To offer 50% off hour long cold food which we would not eat is insulting.

I just got the worst service of my life, where to start there were about 3 seated tables in the whole restaurant. I can understand and respect a busy evening as I work in an environment of busy service but the treatment I received tonight was uncalled for. We got there and our orders were taken after a bit and my friend next to me was not quite ready to order and everyone s orders were taken and the server over looked me and went straight to my friend avoiding eye contact with me while I mentioned 3 TIMES respectfully that I was ready to order sitting directly in the middle of the booth and when I said it the 4th time I was finally payed attention to. Took my order with a short time and continued. Everyone at the table noticed at that. Then an hour and ten minutes we all receive cold plates of food while the two other tables were served within 20 minutes. My plate of nachos was all fused together as I lifted the paper and it held together like play doe as my food is on its side while I make my point (not to her face). Finally we ask for boxes. I ask for a box along with my friends and everyone was brought a box but me, as she still refuses to make eye contact with me the entire evening. Once again I can respect a busy evening and being a holiday I understand the rush that they probably had had prior however to be blatantly disrespected and not being the only person that noticed was something I didn t think I d have to deal with on my Monday evening. I hope you guys read this and learn something. I had a huge exam tonight and all I wanted was some food with friends but you ve ruined my night and lost a further customer. Thank you to the kind man who seated us but to our server if you see this please for your own benefit and for the peace of mind of further customers I hope you never make anyone else feel the way you made me feel tonight

Stopped in for a beer and something to eat, opted for the 7oz steak sandwich. Turned out what they mean by 7oz steak sandwiches is literally three different pieces of steak totalling 7oz. Never seen that before. Whatever they fry the onions and mushrooms in just gets dumped on the steak leaving a large pool of oil around your bun. After two bites the oil is soaked into the bun and it s just terrible. But the fries were good. Ate less then half the sandwich, what a letdown.

I m giving 5 stars because my server always goes above and beyond. I ve bin here 6 times since Libby started and I get her every time!! she s fast and always has a smile on her face great attitude and funny!!! She s the best server there!! the rest of the girls are slow and not pleasant to look at I don t want my food to be served by someone who looks like they just rolled in off the street like come on girls HIRE MORE PEOPLE LIKE LIBBY!

If I could give a 0 thats what it would be . We just went to the sarnia one with our kids. Been there many times. Hardly anyone in the restaurant maybe 4 or 5 tables full. And we sat there for 10 mins and no one person came to take order or greet us. They guy who sat us down didnt even say anything just throw the menus on the table and walked away. Im sorry if u hate yourjob dont work there. Very disappointing and probably will not be back terrible manners and service.

Waitress refused to get a high chair for my child server avoided our table like the plague took over 20 mins just to get refills on our drinks my food came out burnt when i finally was able to get some ones attention about it they blamed me for not telling them sooner even though i tried for a good half hour server also messed up my bill and forgot to ring in my friends food terrible food and even worse service i wont be back

0 stars Food not so good. 45min to get our food. People after us got thier food before us. Hair in our spinach dip Paid full bill $70, No service to care. No offer to make things right. Wife upset at the table in tears over eatting the dip with hair, scooped her fries in the dip and pulled out hair. The manager never even came to our table after we asked one of the ladies. Server came back appologies and we had to pay the bill so we could leave.

Rib day ribs were aweful
