This place hours are the worst in the city and they can barley afford their rent, open for 3 hours on a Friday! Food is a 2/5,Trash

Ordered take out ..not very good. Servise from order to delivery excellent quality of food needs improvement.

Sadly disappointed with Food, The food tasted as though the oil was old and the rice also tasted burnt. Cant see me trying it again.

Its not to bad. The employee was not what I expected but the place was clean. The food wasnt that bad but I prefer another Chinese restaurant myself.

Love, love, love this place for its combo meals! Very good price for what you get! Obviously didnt try the buffet, but Im sure itll be just more selections and not locked to whats in the combos. The only place Ill get Chinese from!

One of the worst Chinese food Ive ever had.

We ordered the dinner for 2 plus beef lo mein and went to pick it up, just want to say the guy on the phone was so polite and courteous, was quick and very hot, got home and was the best Chinese food I found in sarnia so far, and let me say the wontons great food and service, keep it up will def be back

This place has great food but the store looks closed and in desperate need of an update. So much potential. Bring back the buffet. Only open for take out Vegetarian options: They can make it vegetarian upon request Parking: Very limited due to multiple business surrounding the area.

Food is clearly microwaved. Bland, no colour in vegetables. Greasy chicken balls, sauce tasted like vinegar. Wantons were brown and too hard, so went straight into the trash. Saved an evening of cooking, but was a huge letdown.

We ordered dinner for six with an extra Cantonese Chow Mein for our friend Christmas gathering. It was great. Lots of food and everything was yummy. Also quite affordable. Will definitely order again.

Overpriced now. They force you to have those chips as an item that nobody wants. Portions are smaller and Just not good enough to justify the price.

THIS PLACE IS A COMPLETE JOKE. I TRIED TO ORDER FOUR LARGE PLATES. ALL I WANTED WAS THE ORANGE SAUCE ON THE SIDE. I WAS THERE A MONTH AGO GUY CHARGED ME A BUCK FOR THE CONTAINER (NO ISSUE WITH THAT) CALLED TODAY TO ORDER AGAIN AND THE LADY WHO ANSWERED THE PHONE WOULDNT DO CAUSE IT WOULD INCONVENIENCE THE COOK. HOW DIFFICULT IS IT TO WRITE S.O.S (SAUCE ON SIDE). TOLD HER TO CANCEL THE ORDER SHE ADVISED ME THAT SHE COULD DO IT BUT ONLY ONCE THIS TIME. THIS PLACE HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. TODAY YOU LOST A CUSTOMER WHOS BEEN COMING HERE FOR OVER TWENTY YEARS

Not very clean, slow service for take out, menu lacks. Food is good though.

Disappointed. I wanted to try and support local. But will try somewhere else next time. Jumbo shrimp are all dough with almost no shrimp in them, All the sauces taste the same. Wontons were extremely over cooked. All and all just not a great meal. I hope its just an off day for them. People are super friendly!! Wish them the best

bad customer service lady, takes my order, i have a hard time understanding her and asking questions about certain dishes, I ordered $120.00 worth of food, she tells me hold for a sec, hangs up on me, i call back, she said were not taking orders, i said but i just spent 5 min 9 secs with u ordering, she said i know but were closing and hung up on me, guess they dont need the businesses how rude

I decided to try this place on the advice of a friend who insisted that the pork fried rice was to die for. As i walked up to the place and saw the dirty windows and faded signs I was concerned , but i have eaten many meals from places that look like they need repairs and been happy with them, not so here. The pork fried rice was nothing special but after a few mouthfuls i felt this coating in my mouth and down my throat, like i had eaten a spoonful of lard or something. You could not taste it, but it was there, repulsive! I didnt even finish the dish and i gave some to the friend who had recommended it in the first place and he was disgusted as well. I will not be eating here again, I urge others to eat elsewhere.

Best place for Chinese food in Sarnia

Love the large plates where you get rice, sweet and sour wontons with two different choices. I usually get sweet and sour chicken balls and egg roll but there is a list you can choose from. Always hot and reasonably priced.

This place has very food prices and is so fast when making good, fresh food for take out or eating in. I have eaten here for many years and will hopefully enjoy it for many more.

Get place for Chinese food simple food that you understand . Personally I love their combination places. They do have a buffet on the weekends which you can try different foods. we ordered dinner for 2 and it came super fast and was nice and hot. chicken balls were crispy and delicious as wee the egg rolls, the rice and ding had plenty of chicken and the wonton soup broth was tasty. definitely better than most other chinese take out in town. would recommend.

This is and has been our favourite and only place to order Chinese food from for many, many years! It is always great and very consistent. The service is exceptional unlike another well known very longstanding restaurant in Sarnia and the quality and taste of the food is not even comparable. Whether you pick up or choose delivery the food is always hot and delicious. There is always plenty of food for everyone when we order the family dinners and leftovers for lunch also.

Excellent food best Chinese around

Ordered vegetable Lo mein (as it is always my favourite at any Chinese restaurant), but what we got was vegetable ding thrown on top of Lo mein noodles. Therefore, the noodles are just swimming in liquid, and tastes nothing like expected. It s not that it tasted bad, but this is not vegetable Lo mein in comparison to every other vegetable Lo mein dish I ve ever had. Next time, I ll just wait til Manchu Wok is open.

I love the Dragon Palace! The staff is super friendly! The food always comes out piping hot and fresh! The portions are great and the price is proportional to the amount. Take out is always hot, fresh and fast! Highly recommend the Dragon Palace!

The food was very bland and was very disappointment in the sauces. In the veggie rice there werent any veggies and when I ordered the veggies with steak it was mostly celery. My oldest ordered the shrimp and lobster and there was mostly pork. My oldest doesnt eat pork, chicken, or beef so it made her feel ill later on. New to the city and wanted to try new places and this is one we will never ever go back to. Also almost completely empty for lunch

Favorite place to get chinese food

Absolutely delicious food and welcoming atmosphere.

Went in to eat just before 5 pm on a Tuesday. Only 2 people sitting and they werent eating. Ordered large combo (veg fried rice and 2 sides) Food was at our table in less than 1 minute so we knew nothing was fresh. No vegetables in the rice, the side of fried wontons was 3 wontons, and the side of ribs were 4 small pieces. Looked into our water glasses and discovered all 3 of them had black and red things in them, they had wings so we knew they were bugs of some kind!!! Destroyed OUR appetites! Never never never eat in this place!!!!

Worst service ever! We waited 45 min and then told there was no cook. It would be at least an extra half hour. How is this possible when takeout orders were processed?

Literally the most FRIENDLIEST and most kindest Chinese Food Restaurant that Ive ordered take-out in my entire life. The food was made quick and hot to order. Very spacious interior. Tasty food. I ordered the $7 large combo and added 2 options like Chicken balls and chop suey. I admit, it was a tad difficult to locate at first, but man Im glad I did.

Food tasted good. Portions could be a bit bigger. My pet peeve is tiny pieces of chicken in the chicken balls, and unfortunately this was the case here. Even worse, the sweet and sour shrimp looked lime the shrimps were sliced into thirds for each piece. Mostly breading. I always am sceptacle when places cheap out on portions if they also try to save on quality and freshness as well. On a pisitive note the food tasted pretty good and the owner was pleasant.

We ordered take-out from Dragon Palace. The food was super hot and on -time. Price was reasonable and the food was great. No complaints at all. The menu is a little plain and there werent a lot of spicy dishes, but it did have all of the usual American-Chinese options.
