Haven t been to East Side Mario s in a long time and decided to pop in with the family and it was great. They ve really improved the menu and offerings. Sheena was AWESOME! :) Kid-friendliness: Great options for kids!

Revised my review. Ended up going 2x in last few months and the food was much better so Im hoping it stays that way I changed my 2 stars to 3 and will revise the review after I eat there a few more times. Ive been going to this restaurant maybe once to twice a month for the last 4 years food has always been awesome but the last few times weve went food didnt taste right we went last night had three orders of chicken parm Caesar salads all the Caesar salad tasted like Sunlight dish soap then I get my chicken parm and one of the pieces of chicken I couldnt even cut through. it was tough and and tasted weird and because Im super picky my wife said she would trade me pieces of chicken she had one bite of it and shes like oh my God the texture was so gross she couldnt eat it. And shell eat anything so we packed up the rest of the food went home my wife had the leftovers today she came outside and showed me what I thought first was a chick foot she said she found it in her chicken, it actually was a stem of some sort but it was in the breading of the of the chicken parm its really unfortunate that this restaurant has dropped the quality of food standards a lot in the last year I dont think Ill be going there anymore for that reason

Haven t been here in forever and thought we would try it again. Was not bad at all. Not like momma makes but great for a few drinks and omg the bread. Parking: Lots of spots to park. Wasn t busy so that s a plus.

Shout out for EastSide Marios in Sarnia. Moving from london we had almost given up on the chain due to several poor experiences there. Thanks to our awesome server Theresa , manager Sheena and the bar staff. The restaurant was busy and we had no delays in the service. Beyond excellent service !!! Thanks for restoring faith ! Definitely be seeing us again !!

It was good, soft bread and came fast!

I had no idea how family oriented this Sarnia location was! My kiddos happened to pick our dining place for a birthday lunch and boy did they deliver a birthday celebration! The kids were treated SO well I was moved by they way they delivered their service, not to mention the food was wonderful! We all left full and with take home boxes for later.

I wish I could give this restaurant more 5 star reviews. Everyone was so accomodating, the customer service was impeccable, great timing for bringing food refilling drinks asking if anything is needed, etc. Not to mention the cost of our 4 person meal was wayyy under budget. I especially have to rave about taking the time they do not have with my special needs daughter who was very interested in them. We already thought everything was amazing, but that topped the cake. From me and my family, we appreciate you!!

Food was good and served quickly. Restaurant was clean. Our server was very polite (Sherry) and we never had to ask for drink refills or more bread, as she was good at checking in with us. Restaurant is typically loud but that is expected as it is greed to families. Kid-friendliness: Kids meals was the perfect size for my son (7yrs old). Would recommend ordering an adult meal for most kids 8-10yrs+ .

Had dinner at East Side Mario s with our two kids. Food was delicious, and our server Cat was AMAZING!! Our daughter lost her tooth (that had been hanging for days!), and all the staff was so great with her (she s so excited everyone came to our table to ask about her smile!). I worked in the serving industry for years, and can appreciate great service when it happens - we ll definitely be back!

The bread was fresh and water was cold. I dont like cold water. Pepsi was great, straw was paper and Im a sucker, so it wasnt very helpful. The fresh bacon in the caesar salad was nice but it was dry. Unlimited salad but all the bread crumbs didnt have sauce on them. For appies, the mozza sticks were very good. Very. The Gnocci was hard. Chicken linguina tetrazini somthing. Too bland, after adding salt it was ok. These mushrooms taste really strong. Super mushroomy but its pasta. I left a lot of food on the plate after eating. For me, that says something considering it was pasta, my favorite meal. Service was nice, friendly, smiley, and in my face. Asked how my food was while I was chewing, it felt like I was talking under water. We got suckers at the end which was great because as I said, Im a sucker. Overall, my belly is full and my heart is fuller.

My wife and I went here for a special birthday dinner and Ray was awesome! We will definitely be back! :)
