The update looks amazing! Staff are great and the food was awesome

I went for lunch at Harvey s the other day had another awesome experience great food and great staff.

Wait was very long food was okay and Decor including tables and chairs were in very bad shape! UPDATE: Renovations have taken place and theyve redone the inside completely and also added wheelchair entrance with automatic doors. Also, they added a drive-thru, which was nice.

Very dirty looking, windows are filthy bathrooms are also and average inside

Conventional Canadian burger restaurant that has been a stable of local food for decades. Good burgers and onion rings. Clean restaurant, mannered staff, fast service. Vegetarian options: Vegetarian burger

There was a minor error with my order, and it was quickly corrected in a courteous manner.

Why am I paying extra for cheese and bacon and then not get it on my burger? And why add lettuce when I say I don t want it? Do you not get proper training? Can you read instructions clearly? I don t understand how nothing can be made correctly.

I have always found Harveys makes the best burgers. I have been coming to this location since the 1970s. It has been consistently great over the years.

Went twice. Both times food was cold. First time, burger was cold and undercooked. Second time onion rings were cold, hard, and stale

Everyone speaks English, no language barrier..took my order no fuss..

Vegetarian options: Vegetarian gravy! Fried pickles! Oh my! Food

I actually left before even ordering. There was two young girls behind the counter not in uniform and wearing winter coats, no gloves, texting while making what Im assuming what was their own orders. Were they staff not on shift? Either way gloves should be used and phones shouldnt be in the vicinity of the food.

Angus burgers are fabulous.

Inconsistent service. Some staff provide great service while others fall short. Inconsistent encounters affect the overall visit.

I wouldnt give it any stars if I didnt have to. I just ordered $90 worth of the food to get a very horrible experience, the food was ice cold, just thrown together. Hell even the cheese curds werent melted. I will not be back as this is a huge disappointment.

Its the most ghetto Harveys I have ever been to. Store is in rough shape and really needs a renovation. That being said staff is awesome and the food was as to be expected for fast food.

Being handicapped, although, getting into the front door was a little bit difficult. Once the order was placed in seated, one of the staff brought my order to the table when it was done so I did not have to try to carry it with a chair. The food was good. It was hot. The employee was fantastic polite, and made sure that I had all I needed. I realize it s a fast food place, but would highly recommend.

45 dollars for 2 burgers a pie a milkshake and a poutine. Not a fan of the price plus Uber eats made it 16 dollars more so 60 bucks and the burger was fantastic. However I got a buffalo chicken burger they used to be my favourite, not sure if the employee was lazy or they changed the way the burgers made now but hardly any buffalo sauce they used to smother the patty in it. , Not a fan of super salty poutine either will go back for burgers though. Pie was ok

Was great until the female making my chicken wrap touched a raw burger then proceeded to wash her hands no soap for like 2 seconds a rinse at that then touched my food after I brought the subject up about not washing her hands she said she didnt understand put gloves on and proceeded to make the wrap that was touched right after touching raw meat

Made to order. Flame grilled...not fried burgers. They have the best onion rings!

They have lots of options on the menu. Vegetarian, some vegan as well. Enjoyed the food. Mayo, and cheese for vegetarian, cheese is extra, mayo is not. If you want vegan then, no mayo, or cheese. Food : 5/5

I had a wonderful experience at Harvey s. I don t often go into fast food restaurants without a drive thru, but I really wanted a good burger and Harvey s is where it s at. Kelly and Aubree were awesome and when I had a small correction I was given wonderful service. I m from Toronto and have been to a few other locations there with rude service and felt a bit ick. This Harvey s was clean and had HAPPY (kind) staff. This is key in my books. I ll be back.

It wasn t this location but my kid got a Plant Activity Pot as the free prize with the kids meal. It s sunflower seeds with soil puck and a cup and lid. I think it s really cool!!!!!

Love their veggie burgers, it is always nice to have the option. The burgers seem pretty fresh as well when compared to other places.

Updated: I got a Angus burger and a Large Bacon double cheese poutine around 5:05pm. They were quite busy but the food was, once again, pretty good. Great work guys! Original: Friendly staff, great customer service, and delicious poutine.

If it wasnt for the alright (meh) burger, they would not have gotten any points... And I like their gravy. When I walked in, there was noone ahead of me in line. 6 minutes later my order (Angus combo and chicken strip combo) was taken after repeating everything twice. I was not acknowledged.. there was no Ill be right with you. I felt bad for over a dozen people behind me lined up out the door because Reeu cared more about the line of pickles on a burger than the line out the door. The lack of teamwork and zero communication.. I dont know.. Noone (staff) helping or talking to eachother. Thanks for the extra 2 napkins I had to ask for because she only gave me 2 in the bag. I watched a father n son (Im guessing) leave after not being acknowledged n waiting for 10 minutes to even have their order taken. Twenty Eight minutes later I was out the door with my over cooked chicken strips, cold onion rings and 2 napkins... dont ask for more napkins because Reeu does not like to give more than two. By the way.. the times are accurate because thats the only thing I could do during my long wait after and after watching all the hungry people getting frustrated. Now Im going to call and see if theyre going to do anything about my burnt chicken fingers (theyre not cheap). Perhaps better management or A manager could fix things and make things right.

The staff was very polite and courteous, especially Michael and Jaspreet. I got my burger exactly the way I wanted and they made sure to provide me with extras I had asked for. Guy serving drinks asked if I wanted ice in my drink. I forgot his name but kudos to you bud! McD wont even bother to ask about ice. Overall great experience and keep up the good work.

There were plenty of employees, but orders take some time. There are other customers that were there for other reasons we noticed. They need security to handle these ppl. We will not return to dine in at this location, and if you choose to, we would not suggest you take children. Parking: There is parking close to the door. I ordered online and then drove to the location to get my burger and they didn t even have it started. They served everyone in line first before they even started mine. I would have had my food first if I ordered in line. Unacceptable practice

The air condition is not working there was no air circulation. The smoke from the kitchen hurt my eyes. the place is not clean tables and washrooms in addition to the long wait for taking away and there is no drive-thru. However, the meals were remarkable,flavorful and reasonable price.

I just got back from a long flight and wanted to get a quick meal on my way home. However I ended up spending 45 minutes waiting on a burger and fries, all because no one in Harvey s knew what they where doing. Everyone was standing around, no one knew which orders where for who. They put sandwiches in the wrong bags. No one was managing anything. They need a new manager. terribly unprofessional unorganized. also i work at another food chain and this would never be allowed.

This is the worst experience in my life. 1 hour due to staff not knowing anything. I blame the very disrespectful management. Skip this place.

The staff doesnt seem to care at all. Cold soggy fries and 30 min to get my food after ordering. Go to the one on london road they are way better than this one

Hard to beat a Harveys Burger.

Burgers under cooked, poutine was terrible soggy under cooked fries couldnt even melt the cheese food was cold by the time I drove home a five minute drive

Worst Location of Harvey s never don t go in your lunch break. I was having half hour break and they have taken 15 minutes more than 5 employee on the line then too. Very slow and even they don t precook chicken cook after order and they know as fast food very disappointing no got time to take lunch also

Dont order online from this Harveys. I bought two combos. One chicken sandwich with hot peppers, pickles and extra lettuce. One pickle, little to no lettuce and a bucket of mayo. The other two burgers we ordered were just loaded with mayo. Poutine packed with no fork. No napkins. Red bull slushie was just juice and we saw them get the drink ready when we came to pick it up so it wasnt sitting long for it to even melt. Guys stop rushing! You have time! Or maybe just do your job!

Too interested in whats going on outside of their building to make your order. Theres three people working and only one of them can work on a takeout order when theres no one around. If you order off any sort of app from this location, youll be waiting a while.

The food is good but I have had a unpleasant experience with the service. The girl who attended as was edge, also she took the order wrong. While her coworker was working she was yawning. I did not like it. Finally she gave as de wrong order without saying a word. It have been today.

Substantial burgers...good prices

SLOW SLOW service. Very old interior. I get and respect that restaurants have rules for Covid19 but this place is plastered with confusing and contradictory homemade/handmade signs about what you cannot do in the restaurant. Who runs/owns this place? Clean that junk up and put a fresh coat of paint on the walls. Good burger for sure.

Amazing Harveys with incredible workers who enjoy giving quality service to great customers, never a bad experience going and always reasonably cheap and affordable on a budget and lots of variety for the perfect sandwich and itentive employees who listen amazingly given the fact theres a pane of glass and cloth covering my face great show like always and will be making any returns in the future due to glorious staff and savoury foods, great show!

Great bang for your Dollar. The food tastes good and the thing i like is you can custom you burger with many different toppings and they will pile on the toppings if you ask. The service is fast and the place is clean. They have great fries and you can refill you pop as many times as you want.
