As far as atmosphere it's a little dated but I kinda like that in a breakfast/lunch diner. Food and service is always great and I've been going to Lee's for 35 years.
Got the fish and chips on friday for lunch take out. Just as good as dining in.
We love Lee's. We are creatures of habit and tend to order the same thing every time we are there but food is consistent and the price range is perfect 👌. Always friendly service, great atmosphere, and we never end up waiting long for food. My 9 year old will always ask to go to Lee's when we ask her if she wants to go for breakfast.
This is a cute little place to grab something to eat. Went here for breakfast and I enjoyed it for the most part. I wouldn’t recommend coming here to dine in to eat during peak times as it felt very cramped and tight. We came around 9am and were practically touching back to back with people on both sides of our table. It felt too close for comfort for me. Especially since I enjoy my personal space. It would be nice if the tables were more spaced out! My meal was very nice though. I was very happy. The pancakes were perfectly browned, and had a slight crispy aspect which I thoroughly enjoyed! The sausages were also very delicious and juicy. This meal hit the spot for me. I wouldn’t recommend ordering a side of fruit though as you receive a couple of thin slices of cantaloupe, a couple grapes, and a couple orange slices. It was a little sad, but it was about $3, so I wasn’t expecting much. I feel like there are some areas of improvement, but that shouldn’t stop you from eating here at least once! Obviously the food is delicious if it’s so popular, which I agree! Next time I would order for pick up, as the food here is still very nice.
I have been to Lee’s Snackhouse many times and it has been great. 😊 I have not been there since the new ownership. This was my first time back since. It was very clean 🧽 and the waitresses were friendly. 😀I was introduced to the owner who was also very welcoming. They have wheelchair accessible parking,entrance and colouring books for kids. The atmosphere was nice and the food came very quick. I have had burgers from Lee’s snack House before and they were great. I cannot say the same this time though. The burger 🍔 was very bland and thinner than my baby finger. The place was clean, but I cannot say the same for my fork 🍴 which had dried food stuck between every tyne. I have not had their breakfast 🥞 food yet so I cannot comment on that. However, my friend said his omelet was good and the home fries were awesome. I do know that they make fresh home fries and they are not frozen. Maybe just a little help in the burger department and checking the utensils before setting them out. I would love to go back and give a 5 ⭐️.

A family diner that has a vibes of a time long gone. I love to come for great breakfast and a hot cup of coffee now, but I didn't know about Lee's until my partner took me on one of our first dates together in 2020. It has become one of my fave spots ever since and if you haven't given this local gem a try yet, you should. It's at the very end of Campbell St. before you head under the overpass towards Vidal St. I highly recommend their Turkey Club (look at the SIZE of that turkey cut in the picture! Generous!) and also a big fan of their 2 Egg breakfast with sausage. Really affordable too, the breakfast you see is in the pic was like $9.00. In the second pic, I grabbed a hotdog combo and my partner got her fave clubhouse. Beef Hotdog with crispy fries, super yummy. All together, the whole meal was $20.20 and very filling. Friendly, homey, good eating, you should come check out Lee's.
This place is always open near esso. Came here the last weekend when it was snowing out to get food for the trailer..just me and another Ceda truck were there. The ladies made like 6 dishes and put them aside. When I walked in they forgot about the order and were about to start making it fresh since they thought they made a mistake. While apologizing profusely we located the food. I think we laughed for 10 minutes straight. Everyone liked the breakfast's. Thank u

Order breakfast today. Ham looked like a dog chewed it, homefries lacked seasoning and life and eggs overcooked. This use to be a great breakfast place, but after today....sadly disappointed.

Loved our breakfast here !!!! It was close.to closing time and they said they would just stay open if we wanted anything !!!!! One of the best breakfasts Ive had in a while .... was Cheap , Fast and Delicious ! My wife got the Eggs Benedict and had said it truly was one of the best in town !! As the menu had stated lol Great Job guy will definitely be returning!!!

I was in today for lunch. Menu is decent but everything is mostly ala carte (burger, no fries). Being unfamiliar with this place saw they had a greek salad for $7.50. I ordered it, friend got the breakfast special. A minute later the waitress returns to inform me they have 2 size salads, one is a side for $8, one is a large for $11. I opted for large. Salad was yellow and bitter, dressing was basically just oil. Also in 40 years Ive never had a greek salad with carrots, and 3 diced olives. All in all service was good, salad was very poor. Should be recreated so regulars wont feel robbed. My friends food was good according to him. So maybe just my bad luck.

I like Lees, not far from where I live , I walk their, down Vidal Street and under the Donahue Bridge, I used to always go there for breaky, because they were only open for breakfast and lunch, In November they started being open for supper too

Good out of the way spot to eat, typical dinner food and decent prices. Food is always quick to come out of the kitchen and always hot. Only down side is they deep fry their breakfast sausages and sometimes they come out overcooked. However the rest of the food is good and if you have a chance try their fresh made jam that comes with your breakfast. Lees is in my top 5 places for breakfast in Lambton County.

Went for breakfast there because a friend suggested it. He knows i dont like crowded places and he thought it would okay. He was wrong, it was more than okay it was pretty good. Courteous staff, decent service and the food was good. I had the breakfast sandwich, it was good. I would definitely go back.

Ordered something called a Big Breakfast. For meat all it came with was 2 pieces of bacon. I have never seen a breakfast only come with 2 pieces of bacon. Definitely not doing that again. Breakfast as a whole is way too small sincerely 170 lb guy
Not nearly as good as it was before it changed owners. The breakfast just wasnt great, not what it used to be IMO. We also got ripped off on our bill. I can do math and their math was way off. We also never recieved a receipt to check what we were paying for. Definitely will not return.
Loved it. Also loved they got every order absolutely correct which isnt typical anymore. That is attention to detail. We had 9 orders for take-out for breakfast. So appreciated and it was great. Everything from omlettes to Eggs Benny. Thanks. Will be back!

This is your classic mom and pop open room with tables and great simple breakfast and lunch diner. Straight forward menu. Food was excellent. Able to get vegetarian omelette. Juice in a bottle. Hot coffee. House made potatoes on the grill with onions or deep fried with out onions. A great place to sit and chat, and meet with friends and colleagues.
Just have a question what the heck happened to this place by far the worst chili burger I ever had from there had the go back and get my right order after it was messed up I will go without lunch instead of going back to the joint never again GROSS ....

I recently dined here and was thoroughly impressed. The food was not only delicious but also reasonably priced. The flavors were exceptional, and the service was top-notch. I highly recommend trying Lee s Snack House. A delightful dining experience that won t break the bank!
Its a really good restaurant with a variety of new dishes. Loved it.
8:00 am arrival for breakfast. Only handful of people in the restaurant. Decor very dated. But restaurant was clean. Clubhouse was excellent with real roasted turkey.Westeen Omelet made the original way. Home fries with onions okay. Side order of sausage was not to my liking at all.
First ever visit, now that they are open for dinner. We were entirely impressed. Server was very personable and patient. The 4 of us all ordered different plates, and everyone enjoyed their meal. My wife said her pasta was excellent, our friends similarly expressed their burger/rib eye dip sandwich were delicious. We felt the quality and quantity of the food was very good value. I look forward to going back soon as there were several intriguing plates on the menu that Id like to try. Highly recommended.

This isent mike it s his wife , anyhow first time here walked in lady said go sit down I said I m here to order , she huffs an puffs with everyone while I sit and wait for my take out order , she is very rude she s short with blond hair very tiny , I haven t ate my food so I cannot make a review on that yet First n last I ll be here

Good, Cheap, homemade food. Great place to have lunch or breakfast with the guys from work. also quick take out service not uncommon to call and order lunch and pick up ten minutes later. Cheese burger deluxe is one of my favourite burgers in town. The waitresses are always super friendly and do their job well, most of them have been working here for years. I always seem to see someone I know when I come here. Very old fashion small town feel.

Local diner that has a well varied menu at very good prices. Very clean floors, tables and chairs. Ample space to eat. Kitchen area is open and you can see how clean they keep it...well done! Chairs are comfortable and solid...as well as the tables. It is a hidden gem known to locals and worth the visit.
