ordered food for 6pm delivery.for my break at work they showed up 30 minutes early and was told I had to have cold food because they got busy and its not there problem.

Excellent experience would recommend very friendly too

Horrible, is all I can say! The lady was to busy being rude to her staff member to write down your order, that way it would be properly made, mind you she asked 3 times and still made it wrong. This place used to be amazing when it first open. Recommended dishes

I used to order from Mikes sometimes twice a week then I noticed quality was going downhill pretty quickly so I stopped ordering it but now Im definitely not ordering there ever again I ordered a panzarotti and a medium Pizza I had to pay extra for cheese because I didnt want three toppings I got this food and I was so disappointed it wasnt even a Panzerroti and the pizza that used to be a medium is now a small taste like cardboard hard hard crust just terrible never again.. I cannot believe they would send food out like this I just threw it out

Purchased 2 pizzas for first time from Mikes and what a disappointment! Came cold and tasted terrible! Ive been in city 5 years and no pizza is good in this city. They all must use same food supply company It all tastes same and was hoping this place was different. Such a disappointment!

If I can give a ZERO I would .... Google has a menu for $22 med pizza & wings ..... their menu has it $30....their Facebook page says $26.00 right on top menu OWNER refuses to honor the price !!!!! Ripping people off

Called and placed an order on Oct, 30. And went in 15 minutes later hoping to get my food. But when I had arrived I found out they did not take my order, they said nobody under my name had called to place an order tonight. When I asked to place my order I was ignored and they dealt with the customer behind me. Definitely not the service that I am used to that s for sure!

Only place in town you can walk in get 2 large pizzas in 20 mins for 24$ even. Also theyre subs are incredible and a great 2 for deal ....pop in say hello the owners also work there and are just fantastic people

Service definitely needs work, went in and the first person that I spoke to was nice, the other came up from the back all snotty. Ordered a panzerotti and it wasn t cooked all the way through. This is the second time I ve had an issue with them in the last month. Don t think I ll be ordering again any time soon

Got fries and a poutine, food tastes grate but the customer service is even better. I couldn t stop talking about how funny and nice the man working was, lightened up my night!

terrible pizzas for 38 dollars no toppings hardly for 2 large they say...more like mediums- 4 item pizzas and 1 was way overcooked never again

Delicious food great service friendly atmosphere

Absolutely love this pizza. Its unlike the other pizzas in the area (pre-made, cardboard, factory style). You can tell its hand made with love, and the price is decent compared to other non-factory stores. Also! Not just pizzas. They have a variety of meals to choose from in various sizes. Worth the look, definately worth the taste!

Do NOT order from here! Completely UNPROFESSIONAL & NOT HYGIENIC, both the counter girl and the manager Chloe. This restaurant is NOT clean. Honestly,its so bad they do not deserve even a star.

We just tried this for the first time and it was so good. Love the crispy crust. Its not greasy like some pizza places and they are generous with the toppings, great price to. Our families new favorite pizza place

I called ahead. They answered, I asked for an extra large pizza, then realized no one was on the line, they had put the phone down to talk to someone else without saying anything to me. When she finally came back, I placed my order. When I got there, I watched people leave, then come back because theyre order was completely wrong. Still, I was stupid enough to assume mine was right. If course it wasnt. But its ok, because according to them, theyre busy and understaffed. Example of a wrong order? A salami sub, with mayo and cheese. Its made AS YOU ORDER IT. Get home to dry bread with salami. That extra large pizza I ordered? It was a large, because they couldnt be bothered to tell me they dont make extra large, but I could get a 2 pizza deal instead. But at least they put 2 of the 3 toppings I ordered on it. I understand theyre busy, understaffed, whatever. But they werent too busy or understaffed to take my money

The staffs are rude. They need to learn how to talk.

Absolutely awful. The pizza is beyond subpar the garlic bread is a baguette with garlic butter and cheese slices. The salad was wilted into what could have been mistaken for southern collard greens and the fish isn t cooked properly at all and caused food poisoning. Beyond disgusting and the wait time is insane

Pizza isnt too bad, but the sauce is a little differant. Wasnt for me. Also they forgot to put the green peppers on my pizza which really ruined it for us.

Make sure to check your order before you leave because the workers always forget something, they forgot my sauce for the wings I called and drove back across town and they gave me the smallest amount of sauce didnt cover half the wings I wish the employees where as good as there pizza

This evening I order assorted sub and the girl touch her hair and then I asked her to give me a Greek salad and the phone ring she answered without Washing here hands and made mine salad no one wearing gloves I was upset and I walked out and I throw my salad out Never order there again waste off my money

Ive been to Mikes many times and figured it was time I gave them the review they deserved. Absolutely amazing food and the ladies who are usually working are super friendly and know everyones name. The pricing and deals are also extremely good. Thanks Mikes Pizza.

Told me to pick up in 20 min. When I got there 25min later, they said just a few more min. Which would have been ok. However after watching them working and getting customer ahead of me orders. I watched as she started on my small pizza I ordered. I asked is that my pizza your just starting. Yes she said. Are you kidding me. I told them never mind. And left. But not before letting them know if it was going to be 40min that they should have told me that. Not 20min.

Ordered a huge meal, the delivery driver (who is a personal friend of mine) showed up with a dead debit machine. She told me she could not leave the food or she would lose her job. I did not want to eat cold food, so i called and cancelled the order. They tried to convince me for 5 minutes that it would be fine, if anything, just slightly cold. I said no thank you, id like to cancel the order. They then fired the delivery driver, as if it was her fault. Terrible service, and from what i can see, a terrible place to work for.

This is a local favorite serving up home made subs & pizza. They load the meat on, cover it in cheese & toppings & VOILA!! The restaurant has been around as long as I can remember & always ready to serve up their menu just the way you like it! Had their large puffio and was fantastic. Toppings seemed fresh, pepperoni had a nice taste, cheese was really good. I recommend

Horrible service acted like they didnt even want to take my order when I called. Then said 45 mins and I had to call twice after 2 hours and when I called they didnt care or say sorry nothing I would give it zero stars but it wont let me. Never going back and will tell everyone the same thing

Just called to place an order and was met with a lil girl on the other line that had absolutely no phone etiquette what so ever! Didnt ask what I wanted on my subs..had to ask her if she wanted to know! She was short with me rude and acted like I inconvenienced her for calling. I wish people would learn customer service chris we miss u....

Customer service horrible the girl was rude and not personable. Order 2 subs the assorted use to be so great they now have sliced the meat so thin its like nothing on it...i use to go 2 or 3 yrs ago and they made the best subs favourable and meaty...so disappointed especially the customers service..not sure who runs this now but u need to read your reviews alot about the customer service im not sure she nay be a owner lol i know her name as another girl asked what she wanted on her pizza

1st time and last time. Pizza crust separated from pizza. Very dry and over cooked. They put my oven baked sub in the fridge after it was finished.

I ordered a pufio and the ingredients were wrong in it so I called and they said they would send another one out right away and didnt show up and they r closed now

Mikes Pizza is real authentic style pizza which reminds me of pizza from New York. I definatley reccomend this pizza shop only thing I could find negative was the price.

Small place with a big punch of goodness. We ordered panzerottis and an order of chicken fingers and fries. The Panzerottis we super stuffed full of topping inside and we ordered them baked. They were absolutely delicious. We could only eat half of it. There was enough left over we had them for lunch the next day The chicken fingers and fries was a very large portion. The fries had a season coating on them and were very hard to stop eating them. For a great, tasty and inexpensive meal give them a call and place an order. I would recommend u and your family try them out u wont be disappointed.

First time ever I Ordered wings from here last night for a test run and all I can say is wow. Definitely going to order wings again tonight. Service was great fantastic as well! You just earned yourself a loyal customer.

Food is fine, the service isnt great. Ive done delivery (they made my order wrong had to remake it taking another 45mins) and ive done pick up (i ordered over an hr, (they wanted 45mins) before i was going to be there and it was still another 30min wait at the store) for a total time 1hr and 30mins

Went there tonight was told 20 min but I had to wait another 40 min. In the meantime I had to witness the owner and her staff bickering at each other and other frustrated customers waiting as well. Very unorganized and unprofessional. The girl making the subs didnt know what she was doing and was arguing with me as to what I ordered. If u order a sub and say everything on it she says that does NOT include sub sauce and you must specify that you want sub sauce. Never again!!!!

Ordered delivery. 1 lg pep pizza which was great. 2 assorted subs...another sad story. Disappointment. One wheat n one white. Wheat bun was very dry, hard n staled. Uneven cuts of meats. I couldntt even eat it. This is the 2nd time this has happened with delivery. I never get the subs fresh. Will be my last time

Pafios, their boxes, and their insides were soaked in grease. Tipped it over the sink and more grease poured out. Even worse, the bottoms became globs of mush once taken from the box. Horrible quality.

Best pizza Ive had in years. A real surprise for a place that looks like a hole in the wall. Staff always friendly when we order. I really like the subs too, theyre nothing fancy just traditional pizza place submarines which I grew up eating.

the pizzas the only in sarnia i like at all but the service got bad after the new owners took over or whatever. lots of screwups but still good pizza so meh
