Delightful and delectable. The Karlitos Way wrap was amazing. it tasted almost like a meat lovers pizza with less bread and pizza sauce on the side, a fantastic alternative for a traditional carb heavy pizza. I also tried their poutine, and wow another home run! I had my order delivered to my work for lunch and the fries came crispy and perfect, which for a delivery poutine is a near impossible feat. not to mention that incredible taste. This place has quite a few creative dishes that dont go so far off the beaten path that it becomes gimmicky. just creative, fantastic, delicious, well made food thatll leave you full and smiling. one of the best Ive tried in the city!

Personal Touch is THE place to get lunch. Weekly specials always hit, and if theres nothing on it that interests you the main menu has lots of other great options. I ve been eating from here for 10 years and will always come back Dietary restrictions: Vegan/gluten free options

Excellent food and service. Hopefully one day we can get the whole meal catered. We had to use premade frozen entrees as we didnt book early enough to get our dinner catered in house.

Chef Paresh and his team were out of this world fantastic!! Paresh catered our fall wedding in Strathroy during this pandemic (both cocktail hour and buffet style dinner). To start, Paresh was so easy going and flexible in helping us make our menu choices and customize it to our tastes and likings. He helped reschedule, rework and readjust to accommodate an ever-changing wedding due to the covid restrictions. He was calm and relaxed when we told him 4 weeks out that we had to chance our venue location last minute. He was organized and on top of every little detail that would ensure that they day went smoothly (and it did!). Pandemic or not, Chef Paresh is a wonderful person to work with; him and his team are professional and kind and most of all, they make the best of food. Our guests had nothing but rave reviews over the food served at our wedding. I cannot say enough to describe how amazing Paresh is. I would recommend him for any of your catering needs a thousand times over. Thanks for all that you did in making our day the best ever <3

We have had Paresh cook for us on numerous occasions. The service has been exceptional. The meals have been fabulous. From backyard weddings to birthday celebrations we have enjoyed every event. Highly recommend.

I follow Paresh on insta and love seeing the different weekly menu. I ordered online and picked a time for pick up, it was so easy and flawless. I got there early and Paresh whipped up in no time. We had his donair and it was so tasty!! Also had the zucchini and fennel hummus, always love his hummus as you can taste how fresh it is and how creamy!!!

Great food

Chef P catered our wedding and it was AMAZING! Absolutely delicious food. We worked on the menu together based on likes/dislikes/whats in season. We had passed apps then a plated salad, entree, dessert along with coffee/tea. Guests were raving about it and still are when we run into them. Extremely professional staff on-site who know exactly what they are doing. Would highly hiiighly recommend having Chef cater for you.

I dont write reviews very often and Im only doing so to inform the wonderful chef who runs this establishment of some troubling stuff at the restaurant side of his business. I got the Sweet Home Alabama with fries today for lunch and was met not only with slow and ineffective service but I have been lurched over my toilet for the past two hours battling the remaining sandwich residing in my innards. The brisket was extremely dry and the spinach looked suspect but rather than believe my first bites, I assumed Paresh would never allow something substandard to go on there and maybe its just me. The fries were extremely salty so much so that I ended up tossing the remaining portion. I have been making back and forth trips between my bed and the toilet since eating this and I am deeply disappointed that this is the case. I am a BIG fan of Personal Touch but I feel that when Paresh is not present, the quality of the service and the focus on freshness is lacking. Im extremely hesitant to return but I know that Paresh is a wonderful chef and his catering side of the business is exceptional. My concern is less emphasis is placed on the restaurant and my gut agrees. If anything Id like to rectify this issue with the owner and I truly hope the caliber of management, service and quality of ingredients can be improved without his overt supervision. I feel the need to check if hes there from this point forward before entering the restaurant or Ill take my business elsewhere.

We hired Paresh for our wedding recently. From the beginning when we contacted him, the tasting, the menu building, to the actual day, Paresh made the process much easier for us and was amazing. Paresh customized the menu to fit what we were looking for, and worked his schedule/timing to fit our big day. We would recommend Paresh to literally anyone (and we do all the time) and cant stress enough how much he added to our big day. We absolutely plan to hire Paresh again in the future (and already have him booked for another event!).

Always great lunches when you want something a little different without breaking the bank. In home catering service that I ve used twice with Paresh has always been a blast and very enjoyable! Super talented and all around good guy Chef P! I highly recommended this restaurant.

Food is always fresh and delicious. A bit pricey but justified by the quality and care put into the dishes. Can be really busy and have long wait at lunch hour I suggest calling ahead if you dont have a lot of time. Ive also bought some of chef Paresh s frozen take home meals and they are excellent locally made alternative to buying a frozen lasagne at the grocery store.

Great food, excellent service. Check their Facebook page for daily specials.You may want to call ahead for larger orders. Best time to go is 11:45. There is only a couple tables so most orders are to go. On street parking or there is a large lot across the street.

This is my favorite take out place. Great for a quick bite. There is a special every day so make sure to ask about it before ordering off the menu. All the food is excellent and adventurous. Try the hummus dips they taste great even if it sounds weird.
