Sunday brunch with a group of 9. Great restaurant. Staff were really friendly and helpful. A little wait for a table that was well worth it. Service was fast and the food and price were excellent. Our new go to place in Sarnia.

We have gone to Selinas quite often and the food is always delicious, the service has always been good, and the food is served promptly. The prices are reasonable as well. Love the decor and atmosphere...very nice. We usually go for a breakfast...sometimes for lunch. They are open Friday evenings as well, so if we are in town that evening, it is a nice place to go for a great meal. Dietary restrictions: My husband is diabetic and doesnt eat the potatoes so they will substitute the potatoes for a fruit bowl for small cost.

Went to Selinas for family getogether for breakfast, which we do once a month. They have good food and friendly staff.

This was our first and last meal here. The location was sketchy and there were big pot holes and loose asphalt in the parking lot. Location was not well maintained. We came for breakfast. The decor is outdated, gawdy, dark, dingy, and not very clean or a welcoming atmosphere. Coffee was terrible. Service was mediocre. Food was tasteless. I wanted the lemon crepes and they told me we don t have them today. I ordered the blueberry pancakes instead. They literally had no flavour. My fiancé ordered eggs and bacon. The bacon was burned as was his bread. Overall terrible so we won t be coming back

Love this little gem for breakfast!! Great service, hot food every time, at an affordable price for the most part....$5 for a side of 3 sausages is a little much, but otherwise, a two egg plus meat potatoes (Or fruit for +$1)and toast breakie is $12. We go often! Wheelchair accessibility: Yes

The food was good but service was terrible. Tried to order off lunch menu at 10 am as there is no time posted and was told its too early. They didnt ask once how everything was or if we needed a refill on coffee.

My friends and I go there every 3 weeks. Food and service are always good.. wait staff are so friendly. Wheelchair accessibility: Except for the back dining room, it is all one level.

First time visiting this restaurant. We ordered the Fish n Chip special. Food was good, but the fish and chips were frozen. Would have preferred fresh food. Restaurant was very busy so I will go back and try something different

Had the roast beef & it was excellent! I really couldnt say enough about the service it was excellent to. Will definitely be going back here when we go to Sarnia. Thanks for a great experience!!!

I had the omelet special. Very good and reasonably priced.

I have tried this restaurant on a number of occasions and their food is consistently sub par. I find the restaurant itself dirty and greasy. The waitresses, however, are very nice. I have noticed the owner treats them very poorly and somehow feels it is appropriate to yell at them in front of customers. I only went into the washroom once and decided right then and there to skip it and wait till I got home yuck. So in summary, because the food is very lackluster, the restaurant doesnt seem very clean, and the owner is rude to his staff AND customers, I have only given 1 star. I would give zero; however it wont let me. So, if youre looking for great food, Sarnia has so many good restaurants. This place is awful and I wont be going again. P.S. I notice I got a reply to my review. I rolled my eyes when it said the owner yells at the waitress because he wants you to get your favourite meal hot and in a timely manner. WHAT A CROCK!! Terrible answer, its never okay to yell at your staff in front of customers, so stop making excuses. Just another reason not to support Selenas South East Cafe in Sarnia.

Amazing breakfast, even better service. Fairly priced. I have been coming here weekly for around two years. ( pandemic closures aside) Best breakfast in sarnia. Every week I see a little different decoration, new decorative plant, so refreshing. One thing that never changes is the overall atmosphere, relaxing and serene. A little piece of peace. Thank you for being a great business.

Love this restaurant great atmosphere and great food and of course great service. Waitresses are always friendly and sometimes the owner will pop by our table to say hello. Very reasonable prices and I love that they have a special every day. My go to every chance I get

Love Selina s. I have been going there for years. In fact, a group of 13 of us go there all the time. We love the good service and good food. Deb our waitress is amazing. We love her. We have always been grateful for the experience every time we go which is weekly. They always make sure everyone is safe and taken care of. The entire team there is like family. Thanks Selina s.

Wanted to split big breakfast but said they dont do that anymore...? They also made big breakfast smaller. Menu on-line is not same as menu now. Was really nice last time, but now...not so much. Felt like we were being cheap and robbing them of profit somehow...just wanted a quick small light breakfast for 2. Wont be back.

Treated very rudely by a customer of theirs who s been texting them. Haven t felt so uncomfortable and awkward dining in a restaurant before. As it seemed like I was getting looked down at by employees. Food was okay but the vibe I got just made it a bad experience. Would love to give the lady who had a problem with me a piece of mind.

Fantastic breakfast for an amazing price. However, I feel like I want to give a one star for the coffee. Something was definitely terrible about it. It almost looked like tea. Although it did not taste like tea or coffee. Will go back someday and hopefully the coffee improves!

My wife and I have been here a few times. We usually order the the king breakfast (if Im not mistaking the name), it sells for a little more than $10, and it is very well served. We usually share it. On the dark side, we have to pay a $2 fee for splitting our meal.

Had breakfast there today. Once again a great experience! Even though they were short staffed the service was excellent, the food delicious and the atmosphere warm and friendly. You won t be disappointed!

I went to Selinas as I wanted to try their Thai food. They have a really good variety of items on the menu. I had the Masaman Curry with chicken. It was delicious, the pieces of chicken were tender and well cooked. The potatoes and other vegetables in the curry were well cooked and not mushy or over cooked. The curry was great just the right amount of heat. I will defiantly be going their again. For authentic Thai food that is well done and very tasty check out Selinas

Lovely neighborhood restaurant with the best breakfast. I enjoyed a plate full of two delicious medium poached eggs, rye toast, bacon and a very generous serving of deluxe fresh fruit. Everything was perfect, especially the fruit. Our only authentic Thai restaurant who will adjust accordingly. Patience is a MUST as it is very busy. Take your time, order different dishes to try and sample if you are in a group. Good size portions.

Always a good family atmosphere. Youre welcomed in and they take good care of you, food arrives promptly and always hot. The coffee is bottomless and the bill is always small. Grew up going here every week after church, just came back to Sarnia after 10 years in Toronto and it doesnt feel like I ever left. Immediately felt like I was home being there.
