Soups Up & Sticky Fingers in Sarnia

Very good food, but REALLY EXPENSIVE!!!! I had med soup, half sandwich, a side and it was $26.

Just tried the lasagna tortellini soup today.I will sure buy it again .It was delicious as all your soups are.

It s been awhile since I have been in as I am a small business owner as well! With a bricks and mortar store but the times we have eaten here the food has been perfect!

Ive never been there to order it was my first and last time I over paid $ 23 and change I tipped them when I paid for the sandwich it was take out for a stale kaiser bun sandwich than it was handed to me in a cheap plastic container that had to be taped shut it would stay closed and waited almost 20 minutes and there was two people in the place so they werent busy ..... and the over priced sandwich was horrible I wouldnt recommend this place for a stray dog to eat at absolutely CRAP never ever will I go back

The new menus are neddlessly confusing. If your soup place is stressing out senior citizens then youve missed the point.

Cinnamon buns are awesome, and the soup is really good but its very expensive. $70 for 2 people!!!

Soups up is one of my favourite lunch spots (take out and dine in). The food is all delicious and the staff are awesome!!! If you re looking for homemade soups, fancy sandwiches and more this is the place! Sometimes when I m short on time, I just call in my order and it s waiting for when I get there!

Just stopped in for the second time. All I gotta say is wow. All the soups are delicious! That loaded kale soup though! Soooooo good! Will be going back tomorrow for the creamy cheesy cauliflower soup. I tried both and couldnt make my decision. So my decision is to go back tomorrow for the cauliflower one lol. So helpful they let you try them in a small little cup. Amazing service!

The loaded potato soup is spectacular. The gluten free bread is really gluten free. The family had soup and sandwiches and a good time was had by all. I strongly recommend this place.

the food is good, quick and hot, and its convenient for me being next to my work, but i find $20 for soup and half a sandwich a bit expensive. The sticky buns are still the best around!

The food was great, everyone knows this, but what made this a five star dining experience for me was the plates. They have these grooves to hold the soup bowl in place AND, whats more, is the groove sticks out underneath to ensure sliding is kept to a minimum. They are of a shape that is perfectly engineered for a half sandwich and medium soup. Wow

I could eat the cream cheese icing by the spoonful. Luckily they sell it in large tubs. Yummy buns and lovely soup.

This was my first visit and it was wonderful. Staff was very friendly and fast. The waitress (I believe her name was Kaitlyn) was so kind and had great energy! The food was amazing. I ordered a full turkey bacon sandwich and a pierogi soup! I will DEFINITELY return!!

Amazing food. Absolutely delicious. Great prices. So many choices its very hard to pick but they allow one sample soup per order which is very cool, helps you choose which soup to pick next time lol. In my opinion the need to add a flight of mini sample size soups to the menu (like they do with craft beers) because I would pay a premium price for 6 or 8 mini soups. We tried germon onion which was awesome, tomato parm which was the best tomato soup Ive ever had and both had the split pea which was delicious. The wait staff is great very friendly and explained the soups well so we could choose. But wow will you have a hard time picking. The restaurant is really cute, minimalist design with a cute trellis ceiling with hanging plants and patio style lights makes you feel like you are in a patio setting. 10/10 Vegetarian options: There were vegan and gluten free on the menu. Dietary restrictions: Gluten free choices were on the menu. Wheelchair accessibility: Fully accessible

Seriously best soup ever, great place to go on a cold winter day. They also have great cinnamon buns and lots of options for people with dietary restrictions.

Its such a great idea for a quick meal! I got a taste tester of a few different types and decided on the Tomato Parmesan. It was so creamy and rich, but didnt have that overpowering flour taste to it. Their turkey, brie, and cranberry sandwich was excellent. I even bought frozen soup to bring home.

Wow, what a selection. It was actually difficult to choose. I loved my choices and so did my mom. They make fresh soup and bread daily. I will be back next week to try another soup. Oh they have vegetarian and vegan choices.

Some of the best sandwiches you can get around town. The Cuban pulled pork or avocado BLT on the fresh bagels/bread are the best.

Absolutely love soups up my fave place to get food. The food is always delicious and they have a wonderful variety, from burgers and fries to soups also offer vegan and gluten free options... Definitely a hidden gem in my books.

The food is really good they have options for vegans and its a place where my family and I feel comfortable going with my grandmother whos in a wheelchair. They always are happy to see us and obliging to kind of help out my grandmother wherever she needs help. And the only thing about their new space is that the door opens and a lot of cold air comes in. Their old spot had two doors which kept cold air out. Thats the only reason why theres four stars for atmosphere. Thanks so much for a great meal and Ill be back again!

Friendly Staff amazing soup and sandwiches

Came in for a Reuben sandwich and soups ups did not deliver it by any traditional definition. BUT, we arent in Montreal. We are in Sarnia, and Soups Up delivered Reubens hot sister. Well balance grill cheese inspired sandwich with the right balance of flavors. Reuben who? Will be back for another and the soup, of course.

I stopped by Soups Up today for the first time after hearing many great things about it. I grabbed lunch and some frozen soups for winter which I cant wait to try. The Chicken Pot Pie soup is the best soup Ive ever had in my life! The Turkey Bacon Club was excellent too. The staff worked like a well-oiled machine and were super friendly, and everything was very, very clean. Once I try my frozen soups I have no doubt Ill be back for more, Soups Up is one of my new favourite places! Next time Ill try those cinnamon buns, for sure.

My mom and I have been coming here on a weekly basis due to her physiotherapy appointments in town. Great soups, great sandwiches/burgers, amazing Cinnamon rolls, and the staff is warm and inviting. 10/10 would recommend to family, friends and complete strangers.

Wonderful array of soups to choose from, all made from scratch. A tiny bit expensive but worth it Homemade cinnamon buns too with either a glaze or cream cheese icing. Theyre super expensive, but once again theyre a local and excellent. The story behind how this business started is a wonderful success story and Im proud of the owner for her dedication and business sense!

Excellent menu of soups, sandwiches and now home made burgers. Been 20 times, had different dishes, never a bad meal. We used them for catered sandwiches, veggies and fruit and it again impressed. Of course they have the nice sticky buns for dessert which are nice and small.

Cinnabuns were so soft and delicious. Will definitely be coming back for more! =)

This is the place for an amazing lunch any time of year but especially fall right through winter! They have gluten free options and theyre able to tell you all the ingredients in their soups etc. because everything is made there. I follow a keto diet and they are always able to make whatever I want fit into my plan. The staff are always friendly and Ive yet to have a bad experience!

The experience was great overall; everything except the high cost. The staff are very friendly and the food has an outstanding taste! I suppose high costs are associated with eating healthy, but I was surprised at how much of a high cost.

Great variety of soups, but sandwich combos are outrageously expensive ! If you can afford 20.00 + for a FULL HOT sandwich 8 OZ soup , drink and a mini cin bun this is the place for you . They do offer 1/2 HOT/ 8OZ soup sandwich combos for $13.50 + Cold sandwich combos are a bit cheaper ...... I give Soups Up one star based on these menu prices .

Best soup in sarnia

This place ranks somewhere between 4 and 5 stars. Because the service isnt refined enough(nor need it be) to warrant 5 star. But the food is always rock solid. Excellent execution on the food. Great sandwiches, burgers, soups, desserts, all on out of this world breads and buns. Go grab yourself a good sandwich and a drink and some fries and you wont be disappointed.
