For the last week I've been searching for a place that has Don Ayres my wife did a search online found Vex and just like their sandwiches it was so good everything was so fresh and 12.00 for a Donair chips and a pop, I spent 18.00 last night at subway and it was #+>[. If your a big subway person and you haven't been to Vicks yet, pls go you will be happy you did.

We hosted a small gathering of guys for a happy hour after a round of golf. I wanted something they could nibble on with some substance, and boy did these do the trick!! I ordered a sandwich and wrap tray, as well as a cheese tray. I got to choose from a plethora of options, and even got a sandwich that didn't fit on the tray. This was perfect because I had being running around doing errands and needed lunch. The guys absolutely raved about the sandwiches! I personally ate half a Turkey Bacon sandwich and half a Donair wrap, and I can tell you, they are pretty darn delicious. We will definitely be back, and most likely some of our friends too! Thank you so much for making my day easier and providing us with absolutely awesome food, you nailed it!
I'm here raving again about the Rueben. Had another one and wow, what a sandwich! The bread was perfectly toasted, the meat was stacked high and juicy, and the flavours were incredible AGAIN. Everything tasted so fresh, and the portion size was amazing—definitely worth every penny. This is easily one of the best sandwiches in Sarnia! Really love coming here.
High-quality & fresh ingredients, excellent choices and local. We had the chicken souvlaki wrap and the muffuletta and we were not disappointed...will be back to try other options!
Vicks Corner Deli has the best sandwiches, hands down! Me and my family visited this place for an early lunch. They have a huge selection of sandwiches, wrabs and pitas to choose from. I had the Crispy chicken ranch wrap and cream of broccolli soup, and it was amazing delicious. I was definitely stuffed after. If you are in the area i definitely recommend this place. It's totally worth it.
Vicks is a real gem. Great sandwiches and tasty soup. The salad is also very fresh. It is by far the best place for a sandwich in town. If you get the chance to stop by I’d highly recommend the Reuben with soup of the day and a salad.
We ordered takeout and it was very quick, arrived in about 20 minutes and was very warm. Their sandwiches are stuffed to the brim and taste fantastic. My partner described it as it felt like he was eating at a famous New York deli that had been open for 50 years, it was that good! I ate mine so fast I didn't even get a photo haha.
Best roast beef sandwich Ive ever had...
The hours are once again inconsistent. Its disappointing that this restaurant only focuses on attracting a small lunch crowd, especially given the limited parking in the area. This establishment once had potential.

Went in for a sandwhich this morning. The fella behind the counter (Ryan I believe was his name) was easy going and made a great sandwhich. Real nice atmosphere. Blows away other deli sammies in the area.

Decided to check out Vicks Corner. I had the Gryo with a Salad. Great tasting food. The atmosphere is awesome and the staff are friendly.. Definitely recommended checking out this Deli.. Food
This place is fantastic. Located in small city of sarnia but worth the drive to downtown. No scrimping here on products and the prices are the best. Visit here you will not be disappointed. I had the gyro it was delish
First time today, really enjoyed the sandwiches.
Yesterday, I had the Roast Beef Sandwich with Cheddar Cheese. I must admit the sandwish was good but the price was way too much.
Wow, amazing! I had a Donair and Ruben and both were insanely good. Presentation was fantastic and tasted even better. A little bit of await during lunch how but well worth it. Nice clean kitchen. Some of these places are scary!

We were in Sarnia for the day and decided to give Vicks Corner Deli a try and we were extremely impressed. The restaurant was clean, the staff were welcoming and the pricepoint was very reasonable. The guy at the counter helped to guide us with our selection and we werent disappointed. We had gyro with greek salad and an Italian deli meat sandwich with a potato bacon soup. All of the ingredients were fresh and tasty. The meat was piled high on the sandwiches and the homemade soup was bursting with flavour. Im looking forward to visiting again to try more of their menu and would recommend this place for the value and quality of thier food. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would. Do yourself a favour and give this place a try.

First time visiting Vicks Corner Deli today and it was outstanding. Got a BBQ Chicken wrap and it was absolutely incredible. Will definitely be returning and the two guys working were super helpful with going over the menu and options.

Deadly donairs
haven t been able to get in ever because they are literally never open. They re actually only open till 3pm if you re wondering(update your hours for people). Don t know how they re still running when they re only open for 4 hours during everyone s working hours so who s even shopping there?

Turkey bacon club, assorted deli cuts, roast beef and ham & cheese sandwiches also chicken noodle soup and cheddar broccoli soup everything was great.
My friend and I went for lunch last week and we both got Donairs, and they were great! Definitely cant wait to go back for lunch, and next time I come in Ill be donating a lunch, which is also just such a fantastic program that is being run. The owner was chatty & really nice! Definitely a solid place to go for a great sammy in Sarnia!
This place is AWESOME!! Sandwiches delicious! Turkey is my fave. Ham was good too. Staff is great!! Friendly, fast and polite. The place is always super clean. And they do a donation program for people, that allows ppl to donate sandwiches, soup ext to others in need of a meal. Keep up the amazing work!
Great food and amazing people! You can really tell that the owner(s) care about quality and flavor! Everything I have tried tastes great and I enjoy supporting a local independent establishment rather than any chain or corporate garbage food place. This place is just what Sarnia needed. Nice people who care about good food! Soups are always amazing, sandwiches are super tasty, salads are healthy and fresh! They even BBQ food outside in the summer during the weekend walkabout! Thanks for being a quality place downtown that has a legitimate deli chef and awesome staff! Keep up the good work :)
The first time I went in and ordered the daily special. But I only got the sandwich. Didnt stop me from going back tho! Their sandwiches are delicious and they have great selection.

Im so happy Sarnia has such an awesome deli. The service was extremely fast, the sandwiches weve had so far were excellent, and they are so convenient to get to right downtown. So far the Italian deli meat sandwich and turkey bacon is what Ive tried, but I know that I will be trying all of their sandwiches if these were any indication to how good they are.
17 bux for soup and sandwich , thats without a drink or tip and both the soup and sandwich were TINY and the sandwich bun was STALE as all hell, had to open it up to confirm there was wilted greens and tomatoes in there somewhere.....wont be back
The Red Haired owner said no words to me as I just wandered around looking at the walls. I thought about leaving but decided to try at least one sandwich as I had seen a pulled pork thingy someone was eating in the summer. The sandwich was like a METRO sandwich no more. I think that place should sell retro candy and pop or something as well. The place needs more to get people in the door. Edit. Returned last week and had another Ruben with a soup and it was fantastic. The meat was presented differently so it ooozzzed out the nicely! The soup was nice and chunky looked homemade. Congrats on stepping things up. It was a special combo for $10. Not bad.
Got the corned beef on rye. The bottom bread was totally soaked trough and falling apart so I couldnt even really eat the sandwich. Plus it was overpriced in my opinion for corned beef and two slices of bread that I couldnt even eat
Reasonably priced. Fresh buns/pita. Small sandwich means less meat vs large but it was substantial amount!! Bonus! Two different sandwiches ordered had some sauces which we both would order without. Service was amazing and quick! Very clean establishment. Luncheon meat fresh. Menu simple with a great variety of options.

Was in town to watch a friends sons baseball game and stopped at this adorable deli and had the best meatball sandwich i have ever had! I highly recommend this place. If i ever come back to Sarnia i will definetely go back! Its clean and the 2 people working were so nice.
A little on the pricey side. But it was good.
Quality of the bread and meat was on point! Despite that, a meal for 2 is at least $30 which is absolutely insane for a sandwich shop in Sarnia. Its very hard to justify a return visit when I know there are much cheaper places to grab a fully loaded, fresh sandwich in town.
