You may as well treat it like a sit down restaurant because it takes 20 minutes for them to make a sub. Walked right in, ordered a sub right away. 20 minutes to make it. If they went any slower I think they would start moving backwards.

Steak and cheese , and beef and cheddar brisket, both came with very little cheese. It still tasted good overall but compared to previous orders it went a bit downhill. Hopefully this is a blip and not a trend

We were 5 friends went for dine in. It was my first experience in firehouse sub .I asked about suggestion for a sub because there were alot of variety and they suggested awsome subs.I appreciate their service and atmosphere in the store.I want to mention here store manager( I think her name was Gagan) who treats us so nice which made our day.Thank you for your service and keep contributing. Vegetarian options: We can customize veggies sandwich accordingly and they make a delicious vegetarian sub. Parking: Alot of parking space Kid-friendliness: They are friendly with kids.Very Nice staff

After more than $20 for their Hook and Ladder Sub, and waiting more than 30 minutes to get it made, I realized this place isnt for the vast majority of people in Sarnia. The prices keep going up, but the quality keeps going down. Must be rich to eat from here. Tried them again, one of their sauces now tastes like battery acid. Their tomato slices are now paper thin. Their imported meats (USDA) arent even that good. Their donation or round-up is a tax write-off strategy. You donate to them, they keep the money, and then donate the equivalent for a tax write-off. Head office is double profiting off of this. It is always an insult when a multi-billion dollar company asks the middle class for a donation. You arent happy, so you want more from us. They dont bake their bread in store, and they dont toast your sub. Steaming is not toasting. Passing the empty bun through a conveyor is not the definition of a toasted sub. Quantity and quality are two different things.

For skip the dishes they are taking too much time to prepare the food ..and waiting time is more

AMAZING STAFF N MOST OF ALL SUBS

There service and staff are wonderful. I found their prices a little high and with them steaming the meat it kind of tasted watered down to me. That is just my opinion though. I think I will stick with Subway its more affordable.

Clean restaurant. The servers were very friendly, and I felt very welcome. It was my first time trying Firehouse subs, and though they are a bit pricey, the subs are of a high quality. I ordered the spicy cajun chicken sub, and they did a good job of putting a lot of chicken in there.

We had the warm beef brisket sub and it was delicious, although the toppings are already prepared...but good choice nonetheless. Clean and spacious interior...efficient and friendly service. Bathrooms very clean as well. Prices a little more but worth the visit.

Best subs in town! My wife and I had a couple Firehouse Subs for dinner tonight; Beef & Cheddar Brisket for me and my wife had the Corned Beef Brisket. Both were absolutely spectacular and the fresh brownie was a great way to finish!

Went there for the first time a couple months back. Best sub Ive ever had, staff was friendly and atmosphere was very comfortable. Been back several times since, great every time.

It was a fine experience, but they added an extra sub I never ordered to my order. It ended up costing me a bit kore without know. It was OK though since the sub was good anyway.

Had Firehouse for the first time today and it was REALLY good! The bread was so yummy! Its like juicy but soft bread its hard to explain! Good size sub. I could barely eat it all! Would recommend!!

The pricing here is getting out of control. Most of the large subs are in the range of $20 as is or $25 as a combo. The food is great but its not worth the price anymore.

5 star across the board, this place was my first experience with Firehouse Subs and the staff was extremely friendly and an absolute joy to talk with and were very helpful in finding me something Id enjoy as a first time customer and they did an incredible job cause the sub they helped me decide on was extraordinary! And the look of the shop is just gorgous and truly gives the Firefighter feel! I havent even finished my sub but I might have to go get another the second I finish!

Needs work on ensuring order accuracy. Another customer with a similar name shouldnt mean that I have to go back because employees arent checking. A free replacement the next time Im in is not free because its been paid for nor helpful. When the cost of 2 meals is nearly fifty dollars theres no excuse. Especially with the standard that Firehouse typically provides. Decided to give it one last try. Over 15 minutes for one sandwich and nothing else. Watched 3 other people order and recieve orders before mine. Ridiculous. Will not be returning.

I normally enjoy firehouse. However, tonight my sub was horrible. The bread was completely uncooked and still had raw dough throughout it. It was so pale in colour that anyone could tell it was uncooked so how someone felt comfortable making a sandwich with it is beyond me. The lettuce was brown and spoiled. For the price, youd think quality would matter.

You hijacked firehouse subs web page then make it seem like you are the actual restaurant And you charge 5 dollars extra per sub for pick up Your a bunch of crooks and I will never use your services ever again and will warn all my friends about your services

Waited over 30 minutes for my order. Sent in a complaint and they replied and said sorry for the delay for your inconvenience we are giving you 100 loyalty point. You need 3000 points to just get a cookie a little bit ridiculous.

Absolutely garbage customer service. Called on October 30th at around 3pm to order two subs for pickup. Business didnt answer for fifteen minutes and when they did answer proceeded to place me on a fifteen minutes wait at which period I hung up. Too many options in this City to treat customers this bad. AVOID THIS PLACE.

Last couple subs were subpar. I always get the brisket and cheddar. It was sloppy too much bbq sauce, too little pickle. There was sauce on top of the bun. Overall it was a 6.

Place is good, but very few options for those who dont consume meat.. The lack of veggie options is sad. I can eat chicken, but the chicken is not safe for me since I need to be gluten free, so my veg is lettuce, green pepper, onion and pickle if I have a fresh sub (there is also tomato, but cant have). Where is the spinach? Red peppers? Cucumber? Or even carrots? Need more options. I also went in with my mother yesterday (Nov 25th, 23), order #10056 and I had to get a salad, because they were out of gluten free buns (thats fine). I asked for pickles with my lettuce, onion and green pepper salad.. and none. I got no pickle in this order, and its on the receipt. But my last order with them I got no pickle either. You may say its just a pickle, but to forget it twice? I may as well just take my business back to Subway, they never forget anything and they have more options.

Sherry the cashier was very rude and rolled her eyes when we where ordering wouldn t go back

They dramatically shrunk the size of at least the medium sub within the last month. Have yet to try the large recently but I guarantee that has shrunk as well. Super disappointing I have been impressed with firehouse until now will not be returning unless prices drop or the original sizes return. 1 star.

Tried calling at least 20 times and no one answered. Finally drove 30 minutes to the store and the whole store was empty. Employees and supervisor standing around- phone off the hook: there were no orders and I was able to get my food right away. Good food, decent price, but the fact that the employees don t want orders is very sad.

Great selection, quality food for a higher priced sub. Try the chili. You get a solid meal every time. Small,,,, is one bite not enough, large is one bite too much.

Yeah, they have the best food in town. I will recommend it.

Great subs. Party had the turkey bacon club, a couple of the beef brisket and chedder and a steak and cheese. Each sub was done to perfection. Lots of meats, cheese and veggies. Staff was friendly and efficient. Store was clean as was the washroom.

My wife and I and our two little children just had subs here half hour ago. We came from london to go to the beach here and after looking for places to eat we decided to try this place. This is our first time and we all absolutely loved the subs. I remember telling my wife few months ago there has to be a place that makes good subs. I don t care if I have to pay more I just want a quality sub not a $10 sub that s so salty I have to drink gallons of water rest of the day. Well that place exists and it s Firehouse Subs :). The subs are not cheap but I wasn t looking for that anyway. I wanted great quality satisfying subs premium quality. My 4 year old daughter loved her sub and the fireman hat she got to take home :). Thank you so much for making our day and we look forward to coming back throughout the summer when we come to the beach .

This is what $14 gets you. A (large ) sub at Firehouse subs. Literally the smallest sub Ive ever had. I wont be coming back here anytime soon.

I was the only one in the store with 4 people behind the counter. Took much longer to get my sub then I was expecting. With that said, the staff was very nice and the sub was pretty good as well. I would recommend this place if you are looking for a sub.

I bought a hook and ladder sub. Asked for no tomatoes on it and there was some on There. The bun was so soggy that I couldnt finish it. Ive never had a bad experience from them before. But I wont be going back.

This was my first time at a Firehouse Subs. I have Celiac so I wasnt expecting a great experience. Im sure anyone with dietary restrictions knows what I mean. The anxiety and stress of going to a new restaurant...ugh!! I was extremely impressed. The staff were extremely knowledgeable and super helpful. Oh, and the bun...AWESOME!! (again..anyone with Celiac knows how important this is)..especially at a sub shop!! Dietary restrictions: I am Celiac and not only was the staff knowledgeable and super helpful, the bun was the best gluten free bun I have ever had.

Long time Firehouse supporter. Great subs backed by a great cause. Plus I m 25 years in the fire service. A good place, but for the love of God I wish they wouldn t chant their semi-decipherable, 10-12 welcome to Firehouse. (Yeah I don t know what it means either).Comes across as totally insincere and the poor staff obviously hate saying it every 30 seconds. It s so bad it actually sounds creepy And every time it is recited you can see every client in the place with an embarrassed smirk at how horrible it sounds. But again, the food is great!

Ive been there 4 times now ,,not completely satisfied with this,,meatloaf pizza sub today was to salty,brisket sub on garlic bread no taste of garlic at all,, brownies r not fully cooked,,not sure if I would try them again,,,,

Great subs, worth going

They switched my sub with someone else s sub. After I came back they told me the other guy came back too. They said they would remake it. Then I watched them put the other persons sub that they returned in the warmer and try to give it to me. In the end when I complained about it they remade my sub.

Awesome subs only down fall to me is they make a great sub then use bagged lettuce. Bagged lettuce should not be used on a premium product like that just my opinion.

The atmosphere in the shop was amazing like a real fire station almost you can tell whoever owns firehouse subs loves being a fireman. On to the sub, I tell you the beef brisket sub was amazing..

Food was great & prepared quickly. A little pricier than other sub places but you definitely get your moneys worth. The subs are large and really filled with deliciousness. Hubby and I shared one and were both full! The brown bun was wonderful. We will be going back!
