I would like the opportunity to come in and work with the cook and show them how to cook proper Thai food and dipping sauces. I would even make an offer to possibly buy this restaurant. Not very good at all very average. Extremely over priced. Spent $80.00

I would have liked to give this place a 4 star, but there are a few major things in the way. 1st problem is the location sucks and is low key sketchy when I went I had one dude ask if I had cigarettes to spare on my way in and saw another dude tweaking right outside the main door so not the best start. 2nd issue is the prices I get it things are expensive but I paid $17 dollars for essentially broth, noddles, and a little bit of meat, redemptive quality was that it was good but still not worth in my opinion. Maybe things will be different next time Im in as Im going to order something different, but for now, I would say its an okay opinion for someone looking for Vietnamese food.

I had the pork chop, fried egg and rice for 15.99 was so worth it, also got the bbq pork bao. Both were delicious and came out quick, they were really nice and welcoming. This is a good student restaurant.

The owner should not be involved or even own a restaurant. Very disrespectful- I asked for peanut sauce with my FRESH rolls because every pho place Ive been too (which Ive been to countless over the past 15 years) serves ir with peanut sauce. He literally came to my table and started argued with me and yelling telling me that it never comes with peanut sauce no restaurant serves it with that. Embarrassing me infront of everyone - Ive never experienced treatment like this at any restaurant. Afterward even his staff came up to me a few times apologizing for the way he treated me. My food was already infront or me so I couldnt leave even though I wanted to. The food is alright the soup is oily but Sarnia doesnt have much selection. No apology from the owner. He clearly doesnt know how to run a restaurant all he needed to do was give me the peanut sauce & leave me alone. I didnt want to go from my last experience he is very stand off and has a bad attitude from the jump .. wouldnt give my money to this place again & if he doesnt like certain cultures dining in he shouldnt own a restaurant. This was two weeks ago and I am still upset the way I was treated especially as a young women!

The food was OK, the taste was so so, expensive.

Second time coming to this establishment, and the food is just amazing!! They brought out all of our food within 5-15mins, and the waitress was very patient in explaining what sauces/condiments pair with what dish. I always order wayyy too much here, but I dont mind one bit because the leftovers reheat well. I will for sure be a returning customer :)

Probably won t return to eat here. Food is ok but their prices are increasing aggressively but their portions are extremely sad. It s becoming quite obvious how greedy they re getting when it comes to profit.

I visited for a late lunch on my way back from Canada. It was nice to see photos of the dishes pasted through the glass at the entrance, making it easy to understand. Ordered Grilled Pork Chop, Grilled Chicken and Fried Egg on Rice, and Beef Ball Rice Noodle Soup. Grilled Pork Chop was really delicious.

My order was not so tasty as I thought it was The peanut spicy noodle beef soup I would not recommend the parsley was to much for the soup that s all I could taste .. the beef was to chewy.. when I put it together wasn t so good .. I wanted to eat there at the restaurant but they made my food to go .. and kept looking at me like I m some poor lady .. like if I want to ware something comfy.. I will .. but hey I guess this are world. Now .. ugh never going back there again wasted 18 bucks for nasty soup..

We ve been here many times since it opened. Loved everything we tried. Always order the mango salad and the fresh spring rolls. Super good food. Very fresh.

Their food was really good to eat however we paid for everything we bought and didnt end up getting part of our order unfortunately as we didnt end up receiving our chicken nuggets(7pc set) I asked to use the customer bathroom and although they had agreed for me to do so they stated that I would have to wait for the person in the washroom that was already in there to come out and there for I could use it then.. Once our order was bagged, we paid for the food ect & left as we were VERY hungry! The staff was VERY nice however when the guy started loading up the meal, the bag had already looked like they had already put our Chicken Nuggets into the bag so that was no big deal of course; once we got home to open up everything... Well, we got all of our order except for our chicken nuggets!.. I am one disappointed customer considering once I got home to take out our food because we were going to eat as soon as possible.. I looked up the timing of what the closing time was & online it was different which was pretty confusing for not only myself but Id think that it would be confusing for any other customer as well... It sucked so much that I had to pay for an order that I didnt get everything I paid for.. Seriously, what is it with that?.. People just WANT to scam others into buying what theyve asked for BUT NOT getting what theyve asked for..? I dont know exactly BUT, I REALLY hope this situation gets fixed by tomorrow considering theyre not open anymore tonight.. Parking: North Lambton parking lot which is FREE, & IF for some reason there is ALOT of traffic in the parking lots its because you could be getting around at the same time people get off work.. However, IF people can be patient about the traffic, youll get to where you NEED to be anyways... Kid-friendliness: Yes the Dollarama Store IS Kid-Friendly! Of course! IF it wouldnt be a kid friendly environment, I would even consider bringing mine or let alone someone elses child to do so & go either.. Wheelchair accessibility: Yes the Dollarama on North Gate Plaza for sure has a spot JUST for people who need the luxury of Wheelchair Accessibility which is amazing! Dollarama seems to TRY to accommodate everyone in NEED.. Not that they dont EVER make mistakes everyday like they did with me together..

Amazing and authentic, high quality Vietnamese and Thai food at a great price and quick, friendly service. I have ordered many times and will be back again and again! Highly recommended the Pho and Pad Thai, as well as the spring rolls.

Such a good restaurant the food is outstanding and the staff are very friendly. Everything is fresh the crab and cream cheese wontons are amazing and the Spicy peanut satay rice noodle soup with beef was one of the best things I have ever eaten. I will be returning.

We get take out from here weekly and the quality is excellent. Warm when we get home and even if not, reheating the broth before putting it with the substance is awesome. Quality service, quality food and my family is looking forward to the day we eat in

Seemed not as good as other pho had other places

Just not very good. Got the chicken with rice and veggies, but for some reason it came with a slice of beef (doesnt say that on the menu) which was larger than the chicken it came with. The meat seemed like it was of terrible cut. Super fatty, full of cartridge and bone. Maybe thats Vietnamese style? If you like that, then youll probably enjoy the meat here. Also tried my wifes chicken pad thai, which also just wasnt very good. Massive serving sizes, but its quantity over quality here from what I experienced.

I know this is a newer place in sarnia but if you have ever had pho anywhere else you will understand why I give this place one star. The weirdest thing is all of our soups tasted like dishwater kind of bleach taste. Atmosphere is brutal bright and dirty. Due yourself a favour and avoid. Make the drive to London

Fantastic soups. Especially the broths for their beef pho and hue soup. Definitely some service growing pains but Im glad to have this in Sarnia. Ill definitely be back! Multiple times!

We want the give 5 stars - but just can t yet. Big thanks for bringing Vietnamese to sarnia - and we enjoyed out Vermicelli Bowls - but - noodles were thick and not really vermicelli style - and the beef was not edible and only part of it was recognizable as beef - the rest too tough to eat.

Super excited for a place in town that serves pho, and they did not disappoint. Broth was excellent, and the staff were super friendly. Can t wait to go back.

Not in a hurry to go back - this place is overhyped on local Facebook groups. Ordered 2 dishes for my first visit and BOTH were wrong. One was the wrong dish entirely, the other was wrong protein. No use calling them after getting home since you can t get through. Value for money is also weak - not even your typical takeout container, much smaller. The food I did have was alright I guess.

Finally tried Pho Nhung today and it was soooo delicious!! We absolutely loved it and can t wait to go back & try some more items So happy to finally have a Vietnamese restaurant in town!! We tried the BK51 - Vermicelli with Sautéed Beef, Chillies, and Lemongrass, HT03 - Spicy Peanut Satay Rice Noodle Soup with Beef, and K03 - Fresh Shrimp Rice Paper Roll

The food here is amazing! The won ton soup and pork fried spring rolls were among the best I ve ever had. I will absolutely be returning!

Great food, nice staff, reasonably priced. Was accommodating as my toddler wanted to walk around but we left early with take out containers to not be a bother. Would have liked a high chair. Vegetarian friendly with suitable protein options.

This restaurant is nothing fancy, but the food is authentic and delicious. Everything we have tried was excellent. Cant wait to go back for more. Best in town.

Finally we have a Vietnamese restaurant in Sarnia! They took so long to open it. I was hoping it would be really nice inside. Theres nothing fancy in this restaurant. They are understaffed as well. Be prepared to wait a long time during busy hours. The food is tasty actually in general depending what you order. The prices are fairly expensive. A vermicelli bowl and Pho soups are 15.99. So I expected fairly big portions. But its not the case. It comes in small bowl. I dont eat a lot and I can finish it.

So glad this restaurant is here. The food is excellent. Very friendly staff. I highly recommend it.

I was really hoping for a great meal I don t do reviews unless I feel it can help someone I m vegetarian. I normally have a great luck would be at Vietnamese restaurants . I ordered soup, stirfried, rice noodles, and vegetables. And spring rolls spring rolls were the worst I ve ever had at a restaurant. My hope is maybe the owners will look at this foods and try them themselves or maybe that s their taste. Hopefully they ll go to another Vietnamese restaurant and try some of the spring rolls and soups and see the difference and make some changes. I ll try it again maybe in a few months and update my review, if they have taken some good steps, they are new and I wish them well. I hope they take those reviews people live as a learning tool to improve their business.

Food was yummy. Will go back to try more of the menu. Its very busy at night and their dining area is small. Expect a wait. I think once they get all their kinks ironed out theyll be great.

Generous portions of soup are served in a fragrant, delicious soup base. The rice paper wraps were a good size and served with a Peanut Satay sauce. The menu offers plenty of variety as well as bubble tea slush in several flavors. Plenty of parking in the plaza.

First Time trying here tonight! Beyond pleased and satisfied with my entire experience! Friendly & helpful staff members. Food was perfect, flavors wère impeccable. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Food was sooo good! The place is a bit of a fixer upper, and they were so busy that they we slow to check in on us. They did just open, so Im being over critical. The city loves the food so theyre struggling to keep up. I trust once they get settled so will the miniscule problems theyre experiencing. Parking: Located in a big plaza so there is plenty of parking available.

Appetizers, soup and meal were all served within a five minute window, 10 minutes after ordering, despite a request to space it out. Food was mediocre at best. Good pho place, its Sarnia but still tasty. Personally love the spicy beef vermicelli bowl and BBQ pork fresh rolls. Soup fluctuates on saltiness, I prefer it less salty and more spiced.

Amazing Vietnamese spot! Their Pho is so delicious and packed with flavour. My husband said it s his new favourite! The portion size is pretty big too! Ive been waiting since I moved here 7 years ago from Niagara for a pho place. If you havent had pho, well youre missing out. There is nothing like that broth, the brisket and those spongy meatballs. I always get a medium and still always have leftovers. The portions are awesome. I wish they had chili oil to add as a condiment. We tried the orange chicken the other day as an app and I absolutely loved how it wasnt over breaded, and wasnt that thick weird tasting marmalade. It was one of the best orange chickens Ive ever had. I never stray from the medium rare beef and brisket and meatballs, I just love it too much. I feel like they could set out a plate each with the basil and bean sprouts. Especially if each person is ordering a medium and/or large. There is no other bone broth like a pho, especially when you can taste the hints of the star annise herb. Absolutely love it. Its authentic and we will come back at least a couple times a month. Also, if you are sick or have a hangover this is the soup to have!!!

Recently moved here from Toronto. I am so glad this place opened up. Ordered the Chicken/Beef Ball Pho, the broth is clear and is packed with flavour. The spring rolls were hot, fresh and tasty along with the dipping sauce. This place really hit the spot if you are craving for some authentic Vietnamese food. 11/10 will come again and recommend.

Best pho and Vietnamese food in town, and arguably even better than a lot of places in London. Absolutely no complaints. The pad see ew was delicious. The chicken pho was on point. Grilled chicken summer rolls were phenomenal. Sarnia, please keep this place in business. Very rarely do we get such authentic and quality food in our town.

My third time ordering here. I ve been disappointed three times. The first time I ordered the stir fry Udon noodles. I m not sure what they gave me but there wasn t an udon noodle in sight. Tonight I ordered the vermicelli with sautéed beef, chillies and lemongrass. There wasn t a chilli in the dish and neither tasted or saw lemongrass. I m done with this place, I can do better myself!

I can only think that most folks in Sarnia have never experienced good Vienamese cuisine. No Asian person should ever think this is acceptable. Sadly I a Caucasian can and have made better than this.

Yummy pho, fast service, no small talk, best place

I had the Pho and the wife had the rice noodles with seamed veg and shrimp. The broth was light CLEAR and quite flavorful. The veg was fresh and not overcooked. The service was excellent but the restaurant was not busy. Regardless.... the only reason its not all 5 stars is because i havent tried all the dishes and want to leave some room to go up in rating when i do. Im quite happy we decided to come here for dinner. Prices were more than reasonable and the portions were perfect. Will definitely be coming back for more!!! Went here for the first time tonight. We were seated right away but waited over 30 minutes before we left. We never got any water or had our order taken. A group was seated after us and received their order before we left. It was a ridiculous service.

Pad Thai was excellent! The perfect combination of sweet and spicy. The chicken was tender and juicy and the noodles were perfect! Will be back over and over

One of the worst experiences at a restaurant. Got our orders wrong and when we informed them that they got our orders wrong they just kept saying that its the right order and never bothered to check or apologize. They were both pho so we just decided to let it slide. The drinks are over priced and tasted horrible. Found plastic in my pho soup and when i confronted then about it they said that it was from a shrimp shell and that it might have gotten in the soup since they use the same cutting board. Again never apologized and even if it was just shrimp shell, using the same cutting board for all food items is very unsanitary.

The service was absolutely terrible. They were arguing that they didn t get the order wrong when they clearly did, refused to go check the receipt, and there was a piece of plastic in my soup. Mango smoothie is way too overpriced, and tasted like flavourless slushy.

Away from home and pleased to have a pho beef noodle soup that tastes better than the place I go to at home.

Absolutely delicious. Well worth the roughly hour drive from Chatham to Sarnia!! I got Pho - more specifically Pho Tai Nam . The broth was SO good. I ve never had a bowl of pho and the broth tasted THAT good, I almost drank all the broth. The noodles are a little more thin than what I was used to eating for pho, but still delicious! Definitely recommend !

I recommend the pho. We also had the vermicelli with spring rolls served with fish sauce, which is not good cause the vermicello is overcooked. The fresh rolls are nice but a bit overpriced. Services are excellent.

This was my first time getting food here. There were several mistakes with the order and we tried to go back and have them rectify these issues and were met with accusations that we were lying and trying to get free food. In this interaction, we were met with hostility and disrespect. We were then forced to pay for the rolls that we should have received. The tip of the iceberg is that we spent $170.00. Will never go back to this place.

I went here with my son and the meals we had were nice enough. Perhaps not the best Vietnamese we had, but good enough to go back. I definitely wouldnt get the mango sticky rice again - we found the rice too salty and it went beyond sticky to the point of being a hard lump that was difficult to break apart. However, the service was terrible. Our water glasses were empty, we tried putting them on the edge of the table but the hint wasnt taken, despite the fact that the server was leaning on the doorpost observing the two tables in the dining room. No body came to clear our plates. I went up and asked for take out containers for the left overs. As one person got me two containers, another person went to our bill, added $.50 per container, and recalculated our bill. I get that everything costs money, but it left a bad taste in my mouth and was a classic example of penny wise, pound foolish. Not the best way to treat customers, especially as we ordered three dishes between the two of us so we werent nickeling and diming on our meal. Still they never came to clear our plates, and only when I piled some on the empty table beside me, did they clear those ones. I really want to like this place, I love that Sarnia is getting some ethnic options, but Im just not sure about it. Ill give it one more shake, but there is definitely some improvements that need to happen if they want to keep customers returning.

We are thrilled that Sarnia has its first Vietnamese restaurant. We have been several times since it first opened in December 2022, and we have loved everything that we have tried! Our favourite menu items are the Pho, Vermicelli bowls, and the Bún bò Hu . Very authentic and delicious food!

Kenny is the best. Their food was soooo good. Even our children loved it. Highly recommended. I accidentally messed up my order by writing down the wrong item. When it was brought to the table I addressed that I had messed it up. They told me they will not remake my food and I ll be charged in full even if I don t touch it. I asked the lady working if I could order what I actually wanted and she told me no. I m honestly shocked with the customer service and how that situation was handled

Finally, there is an authentic Vietnamese restaurant in Sarnia. Cant wait for it to open! Dear shop owner, remember to widely announce the opening date! Looking forward!!!

Pho Nhung is finally open!!! We got take out tonight and it was delicious. We got Pho Bo (medium rare beef noodle soup with beef balls), Bun Bo hue (Hue style beef noodle soup - this one is a red soup. The one here is spicy, which I have no experienced at any other restaurant, so just keep that in mind if you order it). We also got a com (rice with grilled pork and egg), and fresh shrimp rolls and fresh rolls with Vietnamese pork. I dont think they were expecting the public response - there constant walk-ins for takeout and by 5pm the restaurant was packed. Its about 20 minutes from ordering to getting take out so please be patient.

I wish I took a photo! This place was excellent, the food was delicious and so fresh. We got the Medium rare beef and brisket pho, the bun bo hue (spicy soup with beef and sausage) and the fresh pork rice wrap rolls. All the dishes tasted great, the ingredients were super fresh and it felt like we were dining at someones home- very intimate. The wait was long and the place was packed, so be prepared for that as it is a very popular spot and they are just getting started. Well worth the wait! I cant wait to go back. Vegetarian options: There is a whole section of the menu for vegetarian options. Dietary restrictions: Lots of vegan and gluten free options. Menu items with peanuts were indicated on the menu. Parking: Lots of free parking as it is in a little mall. Kid-friendliness: Lots of options on the menu and family-friendly atmosphere. Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs so the place is wheelchair accessible.

Definitely some opening day growing pains, but the food is on point. Broth is rich and flavourful and not overly salty. The large pho looks like it s just more broth, so I would recommend getting medium. Bun bo hue was perfectly spicy and had lots of meat! I really hope that you work out the logistics kinks soon and find your footing because Sarnia desperately needs more variety in food, not another bar and grill. Maybe worth it to go the way of a soft opening and only do dine in until you find the flow?

Owner and staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Interior of the store is small, which gives it a cozy and welcoming feel. Food itself is great, especially the rolls. Very clearly authentic, made by people who know their cuisine. Ordered beef pho, pad thai, and two spring rolls, which came out to $45. Will definitely be visiting again!

Is pho Suppose to taste like black liquorice? Hana has better Creamchesse wontons. Not the friendliest staff but I m sure this just wasn t me give it a go
