Bistro On B in Saskatoon

Went for the first time and it was pretty solid. Nice ambience but quite surprised to square up the bill before we ate. Tough to decide to leave a tip in advance of a meal. No alcohol was a bit of a surprise. I had the brisket with Mac n cheese and it was good. I d give this meal a much higher score but the meat to noodle ratio was disappointing.

We placed an order on Dec 13 for delivery at 1145am on Dec 17. Our order arrived at 120pm. After the first phone call to inquire about our food not arriving on time I was told the driver was in an accident and they were remaking some of our order. After another call 45 mins later I was told the meals would be here any minute. A half our later I tried again and they did not answer my call. I had my colleague call from her phone and they answered saying the meal left 20 mins ago. I believe our order was forgotten until either I called the first time or until very late in the morning. Although the food is delicious their communication as well as service needs a lot of work.

What a place. This place took my bad day, and turned it into a day where I could dream again. If you find yourself sitting on the seat of a bad day, go on in to Bistro on B, and theyll make all of your wildest dreams come true.

Jared and Caleb are by far my fav FOH dudes Ive ever encountered. The enthusiasm and passion for the unbelievable food is admirable,that, may i add you seriously cant find anywhere else. Service is fast and the food just cannot be beat. The prices I find are very reasonable considering all the time that gets put into prep. Cant rave about this place enough. Also heard their breakfast is pretty unbeatable. Support local!! Go eat good quality food!!!

This place is amazing!! Brisket is melt in your mouth! We ordered 4 meals for the 2 of us because we couldn t decide what to get and almost finished it all! Also they are big meal portions!

Very good food. Its seat yourself and you order from the counter. The portions are large so dont be concerned when your sandwich doesnt come with a side, you probably dont need one.

We wanted to try something new around town, read the raving reviews about this place and decided to give it a go. Did not disappoint food was amazing. We had the Birria tacos & the Brisket Mac. We will definitely be back!

We were a larger group of 5 that arrived for brunch shortly after 11. While the restaurant was full, the chef and server skillfully managed our order and they were able to get dishes out at the same time. The food was fantastic! The portions are substantial too. The Eggs Benny with brisket was very good. Chef even came to check on us. We will be back!

I have been to this place twice and in hopes to try out the good food Ive read about and I will say it is great. Nice fresh ingredients. Okay atmosphere. However why this place will not get a 5 star from me is their lack of preparation. I ordered on both occasions brisket with the mac and cheese and the first time they didnt have either. Okay, things run out, it was when they were newly opened. They are figuring things out, that is fine. Being that they find these things out after you already paid and tipped is frustrating I will say. Go back the second time after a few months to give them time to gather their footing and again same thing. Pay sit down and told they are out of the mac and cheese and its an hour to prep. Now I dont know their process but if I had a hot ticket item and noticed it was low then I would start when its mid way or third way done not right out to start preparing the replacement. But perhaps thats silly. Just constructive feedback for moving forward.

Really enjoyed everything about this restaurant.

Passing through Saskatoon and was really craving a pulled pork sandwich. Bistro on B pulled through with a delicious sandwich that satisfied all cravings. The sandwich itself was delicious with fatty meat and good BBQ sauce on a fantastic bun. The workers were super friendly and the restaurant has a great atmosphere, will definitely sit in next time!

I love restaurants like this and I am sad to say that the Birra tacos were way too salty. Like every bite I wanted to enjoy them and didnt cause salt was all I could taste.

The service wasn t great, staff got upset with grabbing the wrong chair but would not get the right one for the customers. The menu did not have deeper detail about food causing 2 order to be not liked as much or sent back for modifications. The food was great tasting but actions from the staff were awful Dietary restrictions: Menus have no detail of food besides minimum.

Holy Christ Lord on High that was delicious! I had tocos and pulled pork and some Cajun chicken. I was blown away. 10/10 would recommend.

Truly delicious BBQ. My wife and I lived in the southern US for a year and loved the bbq there. Everything we ve tried back in Canada seems like a knockoff version that just isn t as good. We had the brisket meal with burnt ends and cornbread and it was absolutely perfect. Brisket was perfectly seasoned with just simple salt and pepper, nicely smoked, tender, and juicy. Burnt ends were just right, and the cornbread was moist and tasty. This is the closest to true southern BBQ we ve had in Canada, and better than a lot of places down south. The only thing missing was the fried okra!

Highly recommend, my wife got the shrimp tacos and she loved them, being from Mexico, she hadnt found shrimp tacos she liked, but she loved these ones, a bit spicy, but nothing crazy. I got the honey truffle pulled pork sandwich, so good! Also got a side dish of mac and cheese!! It was a chef kiss!! Service was good, you order and pay upfront but get your food brought to the table.

This Bistro is next level delicious. An explosion of flavours with the Pulled Pork Apple Pie and Brisket Mac and Cheese. Favorite restaurant in Saskatoon!!!!

Went for lunch with my daughter. Found it odd that we had to order and pay before we got our meal - and the server made sure we knew about the tip option. This isn t McDonald s. The food was fantastic, however $75 for 2 meals and 2 pop makes me not want to return(including a 15% tip). Very clean and nice, but overpriced. On another note, it was uncomfortably hot inside.

I have tried to dine here 3 times so far, specifically for the burnt ends. Every single visit was disappointment as they never have any burnt ends. Why have something on your menu if customers cant order it??

A hidden gem in the heart of Riversdale. I had a brisket mac and cheese. Tender brisket with a thick smoke ring and freshly made cheese sauce. The entire place was spotless, and the staff are friendly. A small place, but it was full the entire time we were there.

Unlike any taco I ve had in Saskatoon. I had the Mango Habanero tacos - the flavours were fresh, meat savoury, and portion sizes huge. Hands down delicious.

Finally tried Bistro on B in saskatoon. Burnt Ends : 6/10 it was not hot it was warm. Mac n Cheese: -1/10 it honestly so disappointed, it was just as if its macaroni with melted butter. No flavour to it at all and the sauce is not cheesy or even gives you a hint that hey this is mac n cheese . Birria Grilled cheese: 10/10 I wish I ordered this instead. Cornbread: 10/10 Over all I would come back, but to try the Lemon Cajun Shrimp tacos, Wont be coming back for the Mac N cheese tho

Nice cozy place with tasty food. Was busy when we were there for lunch at 1:30. Seating is close together, so we found we were trying to talk over other people so we could hear each other. We both enjoyed our meals and would recommend going here.

My boyfriend has found his new favourite restaurant! Weve visited twice and he continues to talk about how great the food is even after our visits. He constantly looks forward to when he is able to have more of Bistro on Bs delicious brisket. I tried the mac and cheese and love how its the perfect amount of cheesy goodness for every bite. I had the habanero tacos too which were fantastic. I love that they grill cheese underneath the taco which helps it holds it structure as the tacos were jam packed. Highly recommend if youre looking for some delectable brisket with great side options!

Aghhh finally got to try this place! Lovely little venue with unreal food. Big flavours. Gigantic portions. The birria grilled cheese was perfectly crispy and bursting with flavour! Street corn was heaping and full of spice. Mac and cheese was subtle and complimented the moist heat packed cajun chicken. Next time I will ask for lime to squeeze. It was perfect:).

Read about this place and had to give it a go. I had the brisket and mac n cheese. Food was excellent and staff were friendly. The place was quite busy at lunch and seating was very limited. Would definitely cone back again! Update: we came again again in September and it did not disappoint. I had the brisket tacos with corn shells and my wife had the cheese sandwich. Would definitely get the brisket tacos again

We hired the Bistro in B to cater our small family backyard wedding (14 people). We hired them because we enjoyed our experience eating there previously. They cooked a beautiful brisket with vegetables, ceasar salad and baby potatoes - all super tasty! And, they delivered it exactly on time (not interrupting our ceremony!) Highly recommend!

Everything I ve tried from here has been an explosion of taste and texture. I thoroughly enjoy every single thing and can t wait to try more! 10/10 recommend!

I ordered a taco tray for a work meeting, assorted tacos for 20 people, they were awesome, rave reviews by all at the meeting. Note my original order was for 10 people but had to change it in short notice, and they said no problem and did they deliver the taste. I have now tried a number of their menu items and love them all! They also added some soup for us.

Exceptional food, really nice people and a cozy atmosphere. I had the Cubano and my buddy had the baked beans with his brisket Mac & cheese. Every dish hit. Beans were soft, sweet, rich with a bit of sweetness and the cubano s gotta be in the top three sandies I ve ever experienced. Huge ups.

Went last night for the first time to Bistro on B. It was a tiny bit confusing to order (wasnt immediately sure which items came with which sides), but once I figured it out, I was blown away by how good the food was. The brisket was fantastic and the cornbread and slaw paired perfectly. And one of the workers (owners?) came over to tell us that the brisket literally had just come out of the oven and couldnt be fresher. It would be nice if they had a liquor license but other than that, I really loved the experience and I will be back very, very soon.

When my sister was raving about this place I didnt really believe her. Finally went for dinner on Friday and damn its soooo good. We had the tacos and the BBQ burnt ends are to die for. The staff is friendly and attentive. Overall amazing experience highly recommend. The Please expand and get alcohol license!

We ordered the birria grilled cheese (5 stars), the brisket tacos (4.5 stars), and Mac and cheese (1 star). Unfortunately the Mac and cheese was super watery and flavourless. HOWEVER they refunded us completely for it as I believe the recipe was maybe off that day. Overall a great experience!

Tried calling on multiple different days to ask if they take reservations. Was put on hold for almost 20 minutes before i hung up. Another time, someone picked up with no greeting, just silence, then i waited a a bit to see if someone would say something and they just hung up.

Im not sure what all the fuss is about the food is OK at best def not pinnacle of food joints. Not sure what people been eating to deserve such a high score. Its hard to find a place is Saskatoon that has smoked meat fresh daily. After hearing about Bistro on B I knew I had to check the place out and boy did it not disappoint. I had the smoke brisket and my colleague had the burger. The Brisket and burnt ends were amazing. The burger looked huge and my colleague said has to be the best burger is Saskatoon. The sides, well I had the beans and wow were they amazing. The Mexican Coleslaw was also really good. Will definitely be back and itd be amazing if they had a platter with a little bit of everything to try.

First time here, Kaleb was a big help. He recommended the best food and drink and it was absolutely the best.

I had the birria ramen, it was good, rich meat. My only complaint is that it was way too salty, I was only able to have like 10 spoons and I couldn t eat any more. My boyfriend had Tacos and mac & cheese. I didn t try his tacos, but he seemed to like them. The mac & cheese was not that good, we didn t finish it. Service was great. My only complained about the atmosphere would be that the music was too loud.

Wonderful expierence. Food was amazing. Sadley they were out of a few things we wanted, but we were forced to try something else! Pulled pork sandwich my favorite. But the tacos and brisket Mac and cheese were wonderful. Fast and friendly. Not a lot of room to sit but we lucked out.

Had a fantastic time. I owe it to my server/host Caleb. I was so impressed by his ability to strategically manage so much people. All tables for full and people had multiple parties lined up. He was running the show for himself for about an hour and I was just blown away by him. He was jumping back and forth with all parties all while serving those who walk in and making drinks on the side. It is because of Caleb that I felt like it was a five star experience. Customer service is a massive deal and he killed it. He is a significant asset to this restaurant.

The Birria tacos are really good. Lots of flavourful meat not too much cheese good pricing. Easily of the best places for birria tacos. Wasn t crazy about Mac n cheese with brisket I found the brisket a bit dry and salty but it was alright especially when you mixed it with the macaroni, they complete each other well. The street corn was dry but had good flavours. Lots of interesting menu items to choose from I ll definitely be back to try some other dishes.

Lives up to the Rep. They know what theyre doing. Truely unique to Saskatoon, a gem. We ordered take out at the till. Waited a reasonable amount of time outside then grabbed our food. Service was quick and friendly. The food, Wow. Portion size, generous. Taste was there fully. Bravo.

I m very impressed Saskatoon. I have been saying for years our city needs a spot like this. Prayers been heard. Amazing food. The coleslaw can be further thinly sliced though, that will elevate the taste further. Coming back and many more times surely.

This place was awesome! My girlfriend had a pulled pork taco salad and I had a burger and burnt ends. Hands down the bbq is probably the best you will get as far as sit down restaurants go in saskatoon. The burger was good but not on my top 5 to write home about. It was just a bit bland for me is all. Someone with a more subtle taste may very well enjoy it alot. The salad was absolutely killer. I will be back. Not really for the burger but everything else was top tier! Left here full, the portions are huge and its real food. Im looking forward to trying the different coleslaw options and bbq meat options! Worth noting the staff was extremely helpful! I count calories and I will sometimes test the staff for ballpark numbers. Bistro on b passed my knowledgeable worker test! they had everything including macros!

Just newly opened with nice interior and it is a bit small inside but the food is delicious and you get a nice sizable portion. A bit pricey but not extreme. They still need some work on their ordering procedure but overall I give it a big plus

My experience in this restaurant was absolutely amazing. As a former chef, I was left blown away by the portion sizes and the quality of what was ordered. Lets address the one thing that slightly brought down the experience. The Bistro on B operates as a cafe-style restaurant where you place your orders with the server at the front, then take your seat and wait for the server to bring your food. Sometimes, the chef comes out to personally thank diners, which is a nice touch. However, my party and I were initially confused as there were no clear signs or postings about this method, and the server at the front did not explain it beyond her initial greeting. The lack of physical menus also made it a bit confusing, but with a large menu on the wall and a QR code for an online menu, this unique approach feels much greener and accessible for an ever-changing menu, which will likely benefit the business in the long run. Having clear signage or a brief explanation from the server could enhance the initial customer experience. I believe the initial confusion was an individual fault rather than a store fault. During our visit, there was a shift change, and the second server was much more helpful, clearly explaining the ordering and seating process to new guests. Now, onto the food. My party and I ordered a large selection, so I cant provide an accurate review of the price per individual. However, after seeing the portions, the plate presentation, and the quality of the food, I felt as if I had underpaid for what I received. We ordered 2 brisket mac and cheese, 1 pulled pork taco salad, 1 smoked pulled pork, 1 Carolina mustard sandwich, 1 pulled pork apple pie, 1 BBQ pulled pork, 1 birria grilled cheese, 1 brisket cheese street corn taco, their accompanying sides, and two additional sides. This left us with a full table, four full bellies, and still partially full wallets. Having worked, eaten, and even made my own smoked meats, I respect the meticulous process involved, and The Bistro on B did not disappoint. The large portions with expertly crafted seasonings and perfectly paired sauces and sides showcased the chef s passion and expertise in an age where corporate recipes are too common. The originality of each recipe was clear, with appropriate ratios of sides to proteins, leaving us feeling like we had paid for a complete meal, not just filler. From the house-made cheese sauce, which was so flavorful that everyone at the table had to try it, to the sweet and smoky deliciousness of their sides, which had members of my party trying foods they generally don t enjoy and wanting more, the experience at this little hole-in-the-wall cafe left us upset that we couldn t finish everything. Fortunately, we were able to get some to-go containers to enjoy the rest of the food at our leisure and the staff was very accommodating, providing ample containers for our leftovers. The Bistro on B Cafe may be in a soft opening stage, awaiting their grand opening, but if the exceptional quality of their food remains the same or, as I suspect, improves over time, I have no doubt that this establishment will grow into something much bigger than the small cafe it is now. I, for one, am excited to see where the chef takes the menu. It is clear that the chefs dedication and passion are driving forces behind this restaurants potential. While there was a small hiccup at the beginning of our experience, the restaurant truly shined when it came time to showcase its strengths. I highly recommend giving The Bistro on B a visit, especially for those who appreciate well-crafted, flavorful dishes. I will definitely be returning, not just for the food, but to see how this establishment will grow.

Incredible food! Worth every penny

Had a great meal at Bistro on B today for lunch. My fiance got the Cajun chicken tacos, and I got the briscuit mac and cheese. Both were great tasting and beautiful presentation. I would highly recommend. Only -1 star as the briscuit and mac and cheese were a bit cool by the time they arrived at the table. Otherwise, everything was perfect. Will definitely be back for lunch again.

It was just ok. I had the Smash burger. It was very greasy and I mean a pool of grease on my plate that had dripped out as I was holding the burger. My husband liked the coleslaw. The burnt ends were good. He said the brisket was just ok. Self serve ordering and paid up front. The lowest tip option was 15 percent. Very little in the way of service. The meal was delivered to the table and we were asked once how it was. Underwhelmed!

Got the mango habanero tacos for take out. The pork was delicious and the toppings paired well and were plentiful. Id eat that again!

The Cubano was undoubtedly delicious. Was it so delicious that its worth $20 for just the sandwich with no sides? Im not entirely sure it is, but it is a testament to how good the BBQ is that I actually have to think about that. Add a couple sides and Im happy to pay it. Should be noted that if youre in a rush for lunch, our order of 2 sandwiches took a half hour to come out. We were one of 4 tables.

Get there and try it ALL. O-M-G is an understatement. Tried it out after reading all the hype online and they definitely did NOT disappoint. We had the Brisket Mac&Cheese and the Carolina Mustard Brisket and Holy F&!$. Everything was spot on. They know to cook meat! Simple seasoning and cooked to perfection.. The sandwich had housemade mustard that was spot on too. Dont think just go...seriously.

Went there June 14th for lunch and it was phenomenal! Customer service was excellent. Very friendly staff. I myself got the habanero tacos which did a little tap dance on the taste buds, highly recommend. My partner got the chicken tacos which also apparently were smackin . Well worth the dollar. 10/10 would go again! Oooo also the burnt ends were very tasty and scrumptious!

I live in Alberta and Heard so much about this place from family. My wife and I went there today and WOW! Hands down the best burnt ends, street corn and beans. The guy at the till had so much energy and made everyone feel welcome. 100% will go back and recommend this place to anyone

Best tacos in the city hands down , finally a place with quality and perfect portion size with good respectable prices. I can t think of anywhere else where you get all three of those, usually just two. can t think of anywhere else in town where Iam full from two taccos. Not sure I liked the flavoring. Could be just me but I wasn t that in to it. Had to take them home as the sandwich and salad filled me up lol.

Food was excellent and exactly as advertised. Portions well worth the price paid and staff friendly. Only caveat would be wait time. I arrived just after 1 hoping to have missed the lunch crowd but was about a 20 minute wait for my to go order. I would still go again because good is food worth the wait.

One of my new favorite places to eat in Saskatoon. Brisket is amazing and BBQ smoked beans are the best I ve ever had. Staff are friendl. Highly recommend.

You need to give this place a try! It s so good. The habanero chicken tacos are EXCELLENT. Burnt ends omgggg so good. We are in the restaurant and i love how they have redone the space. The only reason i gave atmosphere a 4 was because it was quite noisy with all of the tables full. So maybe it s not a romantic date night spot but it s definitely still well worth a visit.

Great food. Horrible customer service. For everything they do great in the back of the house. They reverse with incompetence for service in the front of house. Example: Unable to order for pick up on the phone even when it is not busy. Consider changing this policy.

The food may be good but unfortunately I didn t get that far - the staff were rude from the minute I walked through the door. I ended up leaving and making a large order at a nearby restaurant. One would think a new restaurant would be wanting to gain business but that doesn t seem to be the case here. Don t waste your time stopping in.

Dined in last week and overall we were perfectly whelmed. I think Bistro on B has potential, but it might take the team some time to realize this. My biggest question is why is it described as a traditional French bistro on the website when the menu is all smoked meats? I wish I could give 3.5 stars. The food was expensive, but was a larger portion. The menu on the wall is confusing to read, I d recommend you pull it up on your phone. The sides we had (coleslaw, street corn, and avo dip) were nothing special. The meat itself was fine. The staff were super friendly, but beware there is limited seating right now and it was busy at lunch! I hope things go well for the team and look forward to trying it again in a few months. Vegetarian options: Very limited vegetarian options. No vegan options.

Supper friendly staff! There are lots of choices on the menu, but I had some help from the staff. Great latte. Pulled pork is delicious, portions are generous. Had the Mac and cheese with pulled pork, took some home for later. Will definitely be back.

Pretty pricey for what it is. $60 for two take-out lunches.. a sandwich and a salad. Food was good but kind of underwhelming to be honest. I had high expectations for the Cubano but it was mediocre and kind of greasy.

What an amazing place! These guys know what their doing with Brisket We tried the mango habanero tacos, street corn tacos, birria tacos, and the brisket plate with burnt ends. Every single item was outstanding. Can t wait to go back to try some other dishes. Very highly recommend this gem.

First time visit, I REALLY wanted to try the burnt ends but they didnt have them so I got beans instead and they were pretty good. Also had the street corn tacos, lotsa meat but was a little salty for my taste. Will still try to get those burnt ends next time!

Went there today and was it ever good. I had the brisket, it was tender and very favouful. My wife had the barria mac and cheese and loved it. Also has the beans for a side, they were delicious as well as the Mexican coleslaw. The experience was great but they are very busy so go early if you want a table.

Absolute mouth watering food, everything on the menu is smoked and grilled to perfection. Service is always on point when Ive gone in there and everyone is very friendly! Highly recommend to your friends and family!

Ive been seeing posts on facebook about this place over the last month and finally made it in today! Bistro on B has only been open since February. The decor and atmosphere inside is very nice! I went with a friend and ordered several different things to really get a true experience for the food which included the Pulled Pork Apple Pie sandwich, Carolina Mustard sandwich, Mexican coleslaw, street corn, beans and bbq burnt ends! Everything is homemade and all the smoking is done on site! The flavour of the food was absolutely incredible! Every dish had such unique flavours! The bbq burnt end juices were one of my favourite and the homemade mustard was so delicious that I feel like you could practically put it onto anything! The smoked brisket and pork had so much flavour in every bite. I could literally go on and on about how unqiue and incredible the flavours were in every dish! To finish things off I had a homemade miniegg cheesecake which was thick consistently and the crust had almost like a caramel/toffee like taste to it! It was so good that I could have eaten the whole cake! I ordered their brisket mac and cheese in which they make their own cheese sauce, I had a couple bites and the combination of the macaroni, cheese and brisket was just fantastic! Service was oustanding, big shout out to Jared and Kale (hopefully the spelling is right) who were so friendly and knowledgeable! This ranks as one of my top spots in Saskatoon! Highly reccomend and will be returning ideally within a weeks time!

One of the most unique food places I ve ever experienced. I ve returned 5 times since they ve opened already, the flavours and dishes available here are not recreated anywhere in the city. This place is really one of a kind. Absolutely a favourite place for me and my family!

Not a restaurant I would choose on my own, but went with family and it was decent. The brisket was excellent, tender and well seasoned. The mac and cheese was enormous, honestly I think Id rather have had a side with it, and a bit less mac. Also, unfortunately it was a bit cold, and fairly bland. The burnt ends were awesome, saucy and flavorful, as were the beans. I think the street corn would be better if it had a bit of char, and/or more sweetness, but I really liked the sauce that was on it. Cute cafe style restaurant, so be prepared to place your order at the front.

Great atmosphere. Great food. From one cook to another its nice to have a great quality place to get those awesome meals at great prices for the quality.. its definitely a must try you definitely wont be disappointed.

The smoke brisket was very flavorful. I really enjoyed the street tacos. The consomme was delicious. I could literally drink it! You guys keep up the great work. I will be coming back with more people until then have a great weekend and next time I want to try smoked cheesecake lol

Seen quite a bit of hype for this place on Facebook and the food always looks delicious in pics. Walking in, the music was blaring and very hard to hear the staff and order. I ordered the Pulled Pork Apple Pie Sandwich with a side of Crunchy Apple Coleslaw to go and waited outside. It was ready in 14 minutes! Pros: great portion size of the meat, crispy bun and decent amount of coleslaw on the sandwich. Coleslaw very fresh and crispy, and the side order was huge. Cons: Coleslaw (side as well as on sandwich) was very dry, bitter and bland. Only evidence of apple was the 5 slices on top, the coleslaw dressing was flavourless Pork: thin layer of BBQ sauce right below the coleslaw, rest of the meat just tasted like meat and dry. Minimal flavour, no sauce throughout. I had to add my own sauces at home, and even then the lack of flavour was hard to overcome Overall: I would ve loved more flavour, more sauces and more evidence of Apple. Bistro on B could focus on refining their flavours even if that means reducing portion size by a little bit. For the price I paid ($27) I expected a more memorable taste and experience. I will try Bistro on B again in the future, but unlikely that I ll order these items again.

Excellent food needs a little more seating

All I can say is wow, Went there to grab some meal prep, wasn t even hungry but got the Cubano anyway .. I stuffed myself with that thing and enjoyed every bite. Worth every penny and the service you get from the people working there would make me want to come back even if I didn t like the food which is just not the case. I ll be back soon to try the rest of the menu.

Food was absolutely phenomenal! The Cubano and burnt ends were some of the best i have ever had. The star dish was the Birria grilled cheese. Paired with the perfect heat dipping sauce was so amazing. Highly recommend. Cant wait to come back and try the brisket Mac and cheese!

10/10! We ordered the Cubano which was probably the best sandwich we ve ever had. So much meat and the seasoning was on point. We also had the mango habanero tacos which were also amazing. No idea how they made their delicious taco shells crunchy, but not crumbly! Burnt ends were to die for. Will be a customer for life!

The Smoked Brisket Mac and Cheese was one of the best things I ve ever had, very worth it

I can t wait until their tables for dine-in come! They are so busy even without tables and it s exciting to see the hype. I just stopped by, and I m a vegetarian. They were so accommodating and made me a taco salad without the meat, and then they made a Mac n cheese with the brisket separate so my husband could eat the meat for me (LOL). Don t be afraid to ask! They re so awesome and helpful there and want you to leave with a smile. 10/10 recommend. EDIT: I love that they use wooden to go cutlery and sustainable packaging when possible. They think of everything!

We ordered the basket with Mac n cheese. It was delicious! However the amount of Mac and cheese was extremely alot and a very small portion of the brisket. Otherwise Id go again!

First time eating here, I ordered the Cubano sandwich, it was extremely flavourful and fresh. The owner even came out and checked on us to make sure the food was perfect. This is the kind of local business service youd never get at a chain restaurant, especially these days. Also picked up a few meal prep bowls to go on my way out for lunch tomorrow. Will definitely be coming back!

Went there today for a brisket with Mac and cheese. Several people in the facility. Stood at the counter for several minutes and no one came out to take my order. Walked out and wont come back sadly.

I dont leave many reviews on businesses but I just had to for this joint. I ordered the brisket tacos and my girlfriend ordered the mango habanero tacos with a Brazilian blueberry lemonade (delicious). Its two tacos each but decent portions and filled our bellys - and the explosion of flavours from the toppings was thoroughly enjoyable. We both immediately went home and passed out the couch for 2 hours from pure bliss. If that isnt a testament to how good the food is, I dont know what is. Its a shame they arent on SkipTheDishes, as the cafe-ordering style can be a little awkward for first time visitors, but the good food offsets it.

Bistro on B always exceeds expectations! The food is consistently great, and the staff ensures every order is accurate and well-packaged. This place has become my go-to for meal prep. Definitely deserving of a solid five stars.

Cute little place and friendly service. We had the Cubano and the Seven Sundays smash burger. Both were very good. Will definitely be back to try more of the menu.

Cayle is a one of a kind mastermind chef in my opinion. Have never gotten a bad meal from him. The birria tacos have a guy staying up at night wishing he got two orders. The brisket Mac n Cheese had me singing Kumbaya my Lord, and don t get me started on the pulled pork sandwich. Bistro on B is a must have!! I suggest everyone check them out.
