I had the beef dip, it was great! Too bad they have limited hours.
Ate here last friday and it was okay. I had the beef dip which was awesome! My mom got the chicken quesadilla but it came with beef and not chicken... when she mentioned it to the waiter he just shrugged. I was just a but disappointed because the menu I looked at online ahead of time must have been outdated... they no longer have the steak sandwich, pulled pork, etc. They only have 6 options for entrees and they have increased quite dramatically in price. I understand that all restaurants are suffering right now from inflation and lasting from covid though so that's understandable. Just wish they had more selection, I was super excited to try some things that are no longer on the menu.
Came here a few years ago and it was terrific. Super cozy and lovely. The service was fantastic and above and beyond the typical restaurant service. The food was delicious!! Lots of options and prices are/were reasonable. The interior is lovely
Amazing restaurants for dine-in but the takeout is just not at par, as soon as reached home the food was cold. Could have been well packaged. Missing Utilities. And only had couple of napkins in the bag. Even those that wasn’t the main issues as I was home, was worth mentioning! Overall the food was good tasted amazing and one of the best joints to have quick meal in Stonebridge!! 3.5
We haven't been to The Bistro in a while, but have always enjoyed the Fish and Chips on previous visits. We also like The Bistro's proximity to our home in Stonebridge. Today was my husband's first lunch outing since his double knee replacement surgery. We ordered our favourite meal, the Fish and Chips, and sadly, we were very disappointed. The batter was so overcooked that we could barely cut it with a knife! The servers were very friendly, but the meal was very disappointing today. We had to leave, so we did not complain in person.ñ
Great prices and the food was delicious. We had the steak sandwich and nachos. The nachos were big enough for 2 or 3 hungry people. The steak sandwich with onion rings was the perfect amount for me!
the concept of "bistro restaurants" is not quite common in NA, compared to Europe. "bistro" is a Russian word for "fast", and that, I think, makes the idea of The Village Bistro crystal clear. It's simple, it's quick, relatively cheap, but also sooo good.
A quiet gem hidden away in stonebridge. The poutine was great. Topped with pulled pork it was more than a meal when I was just looking for a drink and a snack. Reasonable prices for great food. I look forward to going there again to enjoy the quiet views from the deck.
It was surprisingly empty for a Saturday, possibly due to the location, but the food and service were great, for a decent price

Very simple recipe but very nice selection. A little pricey for a Bistro though. I had chicken club and it was delicious. Coffee was delicious too.

Would like to order for pickup but the phone situation is unusual.... No one picked up and no indication that the number belongs to the bistro when dialing in. Definitely got the number and extension correct according to the website

Stopped in for lunch....had great meals, mom and sis swore they had the best onion rings theyve ever had, reasonable prices, comfortable space, and good food. My house salad dressing was great....had others dipping their onion rings in it!
Hidden gem in Saskatoon. Anybody who lives in Stonebridge should make this a permanent stop once a month. The food is excellent. Best sweet potato fries in the city. Crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. They have a very talented chef. It s a great place to go and it is for everyone!
Awesome service, value priced. We are on the hunt for the best onion rings in Saskatoon and have tried about 10 different places, so far this is at the top. A definite do over!!

Ordered appetizers here and was very disappointed. I ordered the sirloin steak bites and was surprised that for $15 you get like 8 bites and they are super small and overcooked. The rest of the plate is filled with cherry tomatoes and cucumbers maybe to give the illusion there is more food? I also ordered lettuce wraps and thought it was very average again for $15. The meal tasted like something anybody could create in their kitchen and lacked any good flavor. Will not be returning again.

Ate out at Village Bistro last night. The food was awesome. Excellent quesadillas, burger prime rib dip and the chicken waffle was extra delicious. Service was quick and friendly. Strong recommend from us!

Ample parking, very clean modern restaurant, very good service, excellent food at fair price. Will go back again.
Nice quiet spot. We stopped for lunch and the sandwiches were great and the kids enjoyed some chicken fingers.
It was a great experience and reasonably priced. Food was really good and alot to eat. Suggestion is that it would be nice if there was homemade soup served on Sundays too. Very clean restaurant. Definitely I would recommend the Village Bistro for a visit & meal.
3 visits, had the Bistro burger 3 times. Undercooked once, overcooked once. Service has been adequate at best. Likely wont go back.

Excellent taste and Value
Disappointing. The two women servers were very slow to take orders. Had to continually ask them to come to our table of 8 to get more drinks, order food etc. They seemed very put out having to wait on us. The one waitress actually rolled her eyes when one of us asked her to come over to take another drink order. The food was ok. Not very large portions. I won t go back as there was really nothing special about the place.
Nice ambiance, excellent steak with peppercorn sauce and blue cheese potatoes. Several private dining areas for various small or large groups.

The Village Bistro is a charming little spot for lunch or dinner. Its small but welcoming and offers a nice alternative from all of the familiar spots in Stonebridge. The menu is appealing too. The pulled pork sandwich was fantastic!

This is a very cozy and quaint restaurant tucked behind tim hortons. Hard to find, but delicious and well priced food.
