High quality breakfast! Their items are a great twist on breakfast, not your standard (but they have that too!) breakfast. From the eggs, vegetables, to the fries, everything is done carefully and uniquely. They have high quality ingredients like lobster, crab, caviar, etc. Take a date to this place for a lovely breakfast or lunch! Be prepared to wait though, it's always popular
The Banana French Toast is really great. Bathrooms are clean and the servers are nice. Fun breakfast place.
Food was soooo sooo good we visited last Sunday. It was wait for 30 minutes but worth for waiting and your coffees was best in town soo creamy and frothed love it
There was minimal lobster in the Lobster Scramble breakfast poutine. I found two small pieces of lobster in my entire bowl. It was a very filling portion, so that was nice, but it’s not really living up to its name. It was more of a Shrimp Scramble. Their iced vanilla latte was delicious. I would get that again. The service was excellent. The servers were all really kind.
The food was delicious, and the ambiance was great. The service was okay, but we encountered a bit of a rush towards the end of our visit. We arrived at 2 pm, and they close at 3 pm. Although our food arrived promptly around 2:20, we felt a bit rushed because the staff seemed to be cleaning up and checking the time frequently. Despite this, we still enjoyed the food and plan to return.
The food was delicious and unique, definitely worth the price. It was different than anything I’ve had before. I’ve never thought of combining duck, hollandaise sauce, and raspberry jam over potatoes, but now that I have, I will definitely be thinking of it again. They were so packed and rushed that I ended up sitting at the bar. The different serving staff who were running around behind it, either making drinks, or putting together silverware packets were extremely friendly and happy to talk while they did their jobs. That being said, the fact that I was watching them put together silverware packets and everyone was running around definitely took a little bit off the atmosphere hence four stars but still very nice place.
Very beautiful atmosphere. I hope we can have one OEB in Regina. The food was really good. I have tried the restaurant in Calgary before and got so excited with the different tastes and beautiful plates that they served us. The staff are very polite and helpful. The food is really good. I recommend it for people who want to eat a European style breakfast
Went for breakfast on December 26th, 2023. This was our first time at this restaurant. Place looks stunning especially when you’re coming through the lobby. Restaurant itself was very tastefully decorated, open and full of natural lighting. Menu has everything once ask in breakfast Catering the need for veggie and non veggie customers. We ordered three eggs scram-Blettes (omelette) and French Toast. Both the items were fresh, delicious and good portions. Server was fresh friendly. This place is not cheap, two items with coffee costs almost $50 before tip for two persons. So this is not your everyday coffee shop like Starbucks and Tim Hortons. Nevertheless it was good experience for us. Recommended
Nice place! Great people! Go and enjoy your time there)
BOOM! BOOM! BOOM! BOOM! BOOM! That gets 5 booms on the boom scale! Definitely better than a chocolate chunk cookie. The food and service is absolutely incredible and so worth every dollar!
OEB is always my absolute favourite breakfast/brunch spot!! Regardless of the city you can expect amazing food and service!! I typically go for their classic eggs benny which is served on a croissant which is to die for!!
Always consistent. You get very high quality food in a perfect portion. I never leave hungry. Solid service too.
They change their menu. Its no longer an awesome place to go. Its still okay, but by no means is it anything like it used to be. Bo Urns
Awesome eggs Benny!
I tried the tuna burger it tasted great, and the restaurant was still busy even at 1:30 PM on a Wednesday afternoon. Service was quick, and Erica was very attentive. I ll definitely visit again.
Very nice restaurant, fair priced for great food. Gives off a homegrown vibe, very good.
We waited around 1hr but worth the wait delicious food
Went here for brunch with my Dad for his Birthday, and Paige was our server, we got sat, and served in a timely manner, food was great as always and our server was very attentive, I will definetely be coming back again for more!
Erica is probably my favourite server Ive ever had.
We ate here on a Monday morning. Our server Erica was awesome. Great breakfast. Loved the potatoes cooked in animal fat and the French toast with real maple syrup. If you appreciate a chef that uses genuine ingredients you will love this place.
Nice and quirky breakfast options, only been there once and food, service and ambience were very good.
Thank you Ruan for the amazing breakfast experience :) delicious food, and excellent suggestions and knowledge.
Great place for Brunch. Must make reservation. Quick and great service.
Still by far the best breakfast place in town. I can be super critical about the places I eat and I have never had one bad thing to say about this restaurant. Top notch
Love, love, love OEB. So many delicious breakfast/brunch options and the service is incredible. They have vegetarian options which many restaurants do not have. Heads up, 10am onward is usually the brunch rush so make sure to put yourself on the virtual waiting list so youre not waiting in line.
Dear lord help me! This was probably the best breakfast I ever experienced! The service is a 50/10 hahaha. Seriously, well done.
Excellent breakfast / brunch spot. I was impressed with the presentation and how tasty the food was. The restaurant was busy and servers were very efficient! Defiantly will come back.
Best breakfast in Saskatoon!
Love everything specially coffeee was heaven best cofffee i have ever tried in city
Consistently good food, and you can get gift cards at Costco at a discounted rate!
Fabulous Breakfast place, the staff are friendly and warm welcoming, I ve never had a bad experience eating at this location, the prices are affordable but a bit pricey, Their GF Waffle is my favourite, I ve eaten at this establishment twice and I ll definitely be back again. Best Brunch I ve ever had, Customer Service is fabulous too Dietary restrictions: Lots of good Gluten Free options for those who are celiac or have a gluten sensitive allergy
Our server, Cam, she made me the best Vanilla Latte Ive ever had at OEB!! Thanks also for the delicious Ahi poutine, chkn sandwich, and Crepe scramble with bacon. My friends Raspberry Ginger drinks were also good. Food
Food was excellent with a lot of menu variety. Service was okay. We weren t offered refills on our coffee and I feel like that was deliberate. You get ketchup in a little cup and we had to ask for some for our 12 year old for his eggs.
Great place for brunch! You feel like you are on a holiday
Worth to come back
I and my wife went for the breakfast on the recent long weekend with greate expectation but the experience was not as good as expected. We wanted to have a nice place to sit but couldnt get one given the crowd. Later when a nice window side table was available we requested them to shift us to that but were not allowed. This made the whole experience bad and we couldnt enjoy the breakfast. Also the quantity/portion was tiny compared to the price for each dish. They simply didnt want to go beyond and above to serve the customer. Altogether the experience was not good unfortunately. Probably not going back again.
Called ahead to make a reservation they said just come on down we have lots of space drove in to get there There is 23 parties ahead of you! so we walked to a different place.....
Friendly staffs, consistently great breakfast with lots of options, and food comes out promptly even though this place is always busy. Thanks so much. Will be back soon.
I had the lobster and shrimp crepe and it was delicious. The customer service was amazing and our server topnotch. Kuddos to you guys for doing a fantastic job .
Great experience. On June 23, my wife and I stopped in for breakfast at about 10:30. Wait list was about an hour and it was very windy on the patio. The Hostess said that there was 2 seats at the bar that she could get us in right then. Waitress behind the bar was fantastic. The food came timely and was very enjoyable and great service. We were particularly impressed with the fruit on the plate especially impressive was how the Apple was cut. I tend to stay away from chains but I would go back and will be apt to visit OEB other locations.
Not a bad brunch, very crowded, sometimes a long wait
The atmosphere was great The staff was friendly and kind The food was great Food : 5/5
i come here all the time and it s always been wonderful. but today i had erika as my server. she was fantastic. understood my allergies and dietary restrictions with compassion. we had such a wonderful experience. one of the best servers i ve ever had. so sweet and friendly. i hope i get her again!!! also: the wait list system is so easy to use. you always know when to come.
Amazing food!! :) Our server Merell was such a sweetheart and was very helpful! Love her great and kind energy in the morning! It s very contagious!
Ordered the Gold Digga, cold brew and an ice latte. The drinks are nice, but the Gold Digga (poutine with pork and truffle) comes out on the salty side. Maybe it is because of personal preference, but aside from that, it was quite good. Will definitely give the place another try.
Excellent food. Great service.
My family visited at a quiet time and had a relaxing time. ^^ My daughter loves crispy waffles. All the food I ordered was the best
Love everything about OEB. The service is wonderful and the atmosphere is great. The food, however, is the star of the show and is insanely delicious. I love that they use highly quality ingredients and I enjoy coming here any time I get the chance. Parking is tough at this location though so it s something to bear in mind, and as it is a breakfast place it does get quite busy starting around 9am or so, so it is best to go a bit earlier if you don t want to wait.
The name speaks for itself. I havent been disappointed by OEB restaurants, yet. Staff here was especially awesome, though.
Service is always good, especially with the hosting staff managing those waiting to get in (I recommend using the online waitlist ahead of time). Food is consistent and delicious. Lots of truely gluten free options are available for celiac, which is one of the reasons we consistently visit.
Dietary restrictions: Delicious gluten free options including waffles! I would come back to Saskatoon just for the food at this restaurant. Insanely good! Food : 5/5 |
Excellent as always, great view of River Landing!
breakfast was very good the The service awesome I would give it five starsv if I didn t have to wait one and Half hour for my table I recommend this place and I would go again. Food
The food and service was amazing, we will definitely be returning!
The food was very good. There was no wait time for the food to arrive. We didnt feel rushed.
Breakfast poutine bowls are a go to - filling and flavourful and there s a lot of variety. A little pricey on the brunch side but it s a nice treat, plus being on the River and going for a walk after is always a positive!
The interior is classy and modern. Both the food and drinks were tasty and picture perfect. I didnt feel judged at all even tho I went in there all looking super bummy and tired. Id go back again.
This OEB restaurant is proof that the best things have been right in front of you all along. The brown butter hollandaise slaps! I wish I hadn t spent 13 years in Toronto only to discover the most exciting and well-thought-out menu right here in Saskatoon. Hats off to you, Chef. Clap clap!
I have zero complaints. This is my fav breakfast spot to visit when in saskatoon. The food is always amazing and so is the service. I love the bright atmosphere and all the windows overlooking the the bridge. The cluck norris and eggs benny are always DELICIOUS. I recommend making a reservation as its always busy... but theres a reason why. The food is top notch and the atmosphere!
I used to go here a lot before I started dieting and exercising. I used to get one of the breakfast poutines. Don t get me wrong they were delicious and probably still are. But they also have other healthier options that cater to people on a diet. I got the classic breakfast with chicken blueberry sausages, multigrain toast, garden greens and two eggs sunny side up. The sausages slapped. They tasted fresh and meaty. I would guess they were made with fresh ground dark meat. They were juicy and delicious dunked in egg yolk. Happy to say this place has healthy options. It was low carb, low fat and high protein. I recommend this place for anyone wanting to eat out but also wants to stay health conscious.
Considering the prices, their food doesnt worth it. Service! Almost zero. The environment is beautiful! Food : 3/5
The good - service was fantastic, super friendly and the right kind of quick, moving along without rushing. The ambience is pretty, great views, clean and modern. Unfortunately the food was mostly average and doesnt match the expectations the menu sets. I had a simple breakfast, and from the menu my expectations were that everything would have been fresh and prepared in house. Unfortunately the fried herb potatoes looked and tasted like a frozen product that had been simply deep fried. The artisan sausage too was a mainstream food service item, most probably from a national distributor. There wasnt a hint of artisan that I could see. Jam and peanut butter arrived in plastic, again nothing local or special about them. Disclaimer: I used to work as a chef and have a pretty good idea of how a kitchen operates from the food I am being served. The food here wasnt bad - it was just boring, middle of the road hotel buffet food. I thought this was a real shame. With the great service and lovely location, if the kitchen steps up their game, this could be a fantastic place.
Great breakfast spot in downtown Saskatoon. Great service, super friendly. Food was great and highly recommend the Cluck Norris!
My go to place for a nice brunch. Can get very busy, book ahead!
Love the poutine!
New customer and now a huge fan! Food was insanely good and I wish I could try everything on the menu!
Wonderful good quality food. Worth every penny!
Nice-looking restaurant, the food was meh. Probably wont go again.
My boyfriend and I came here for breakfast. Our lattes were great! We both got breakfast poutines ans enjoyed them. The stsff were friendly. Gluten free options! We will be coming back.
This was a gem such a great breakfast
Not sure what all the rave is about this place. We ordered three dishes: tuna burger tasted great but was small portion; lobster poutine didnt have enough lobster and potato wedges were very dry; dessert crepe was pretty tasty. Service was meh as our waiter somehow changed three times with no explanation. All in all it was way overpriced honestly. I doubt well be back.
I ordered online and had it delivered to my house. It got sent with no napkins, cutlery, or any of the jam or peanut butter that you can select when ordering. Not to mention the scrambled eggs tasted water and were a very unappetizing rubbery texture
Enjoyed very much. They have a very nice menu with several varieties of eggs beni, which I love. They get their food from local vendors. And serves was amazing. Well worth the visit.
Its a yuppie place. Trendy, artsy-fartsy... Imagine a busy night club thats only open in the morning and early afternoon, but theres no booze. Its a progressive crowd (not being presumptuous, as it was progressive folks that brought me there), that order freshly squeezed orange juice and coffees with names so grande that the coffee beans might be royalty. I ordered the BIT. The server had no idea what the BIT acronym was, but thankfully, there was a description. The sandwich was really good. The others in my party had some extravagant eggs Benedict and some gnocchi dish. Everyone enjoyed thier food. The seating isnt great for older folks or people with back problems. They are a plastic type of chair without any cushion. This is not at all a negative review, Im just trying to illustrate that its not a quick simple meal kinda place.
I ordered the scrambled crepe for a takeout order. I was welcomed by the warm and friendly staff member, Penny. She helped me pick my order. When she asked for my name, I said its, Raj and instead of spelling it referenced the TV show big bang theory. Thats when she said her name is Penny and we had a good laugh about it. Customer service oriented, friendly staff members like her make the experience an absolute delight. Penny has the persona, acumen, and business sense. We need more people like her in breakfast places, especially on Mondays kudos to you Penny
Not sure why I haven t been here sooner this place has a laid back relaxed vibe. The food you can visually tell is made with high quality
One of my favourite spots in Saskatoon!
Food was really good Customer service was even better! Its kid friendly. I got the classic breakfast with over hard eggs, smoked bacon, and multi grain toast
I think Granary has better breakfast option then OEB.
Great food... I had eggs Benedict! Great service! And a lovely location beside the South Saskatchewan River.
First time going and was extremely impressed with the lak lak bagel and side of sturgeon caviar. Wasnt a fan of the eggs benny on a crussont but they have options for a muffin. Coffee wasnt the greatest, but I did only try the regular one. Odly enough the fork felt weird in my hand other than that the service was good and the food was great. Just a hint of judgment from the front end staff with me being of aboriginal decent but thats honestly everywhere. Still left a nice tip for the quality of food though. Will definalty be back for more.
First time at OEB, but I ll definitely be back. Had a hard time deciding on what to eat because it all looked so good. Finally chose a breakfast poutine and wasn t disappointed Food : 5/5
Excellent
Overall, we are pretty disappointed with the service and the food. We had ordered OEB and got it delivered to our house but the presentation was really poor and the food was soggy. I understand that with delivery, presentation is not going to be perfect, but I had higher hopes for the food considering we paid $65 for it.
The menu never disappoints. Service is great and is still a great place to enjoy with friends.
This is the first time that I ve decided to write a review good or bad We ordered the crape. It was dry and crunchy. The server asked how is it? I mentioned how it was. The restaurant didn t apologize or ask to replace it and still charged us for it however they gave us a 30% discount. A little background - I ve have worked at restaurants since 16 years old and owned restaurants since 2013. Even though you could look at this crape and tell it was hard and dry, you didn t need to, the whole time the crape sat on the table, they didn t even bother verifying if what I was saying was true, all they had to do was look at it or tap it with a back of a spoon or fork and they would know. It s not a pancake which even if slightly overcooked you can eat it. A crapes texture completely changes once s it becomes crunchy. Moreover I ve been having breakfast at oeb since it was called overeasy breakfast at their first location on Edmonton trail in Calgary. For 15 years 4-6 times a month. They can extrapolate the numbers. Then over the past year I started coming to Saskatoon and I was delighted that there was one here. Every time I come to Saskatoon I bring the family to oeb. All my partners and clients get oeb gift cards for Christmas. Having worked in the kitchen I understand we all get tired and perfection is not the expectation here, trust me I ve screwed up enough meals, but the fact that the cape sat on the table and they didn t even bother to check if it was eatable is quite disappointing.
Wow. The food was amazing. I want to come back and try everything on the menu but I dont know if the bank account will like that. It would be worth it The staff were also very friendly. I appreciated the bar tender telling us her favorites and suggesting drinks for our walk. Food
Delicious food, as always, highly recommend their breakfast poutine bowls. (My favorite is the Gold Digga) Also a good idea to call ahead as there is usually at least a 30-minute wait.
Always an amazing breakfast experience. Make sure to book a place in the line up before you leave the house because it is always full. The food is top notch and definitely worth the premium over the competition.
This place is terrible. For the price that I paid, I got a miserable breakfast. Their reviews must be fake because it s a completely scam. $20 to get just two egg, 3 slices of bacon and 1 pancake.
One of the nicest places to eat breakfast in Saskatoon. The ambience is nice so is the service. Wait time will be long though over the weekends. Vegetarian options: There are both vegan and vegetarian options
Hot chocolate was excellent! Paired with belgian waffles equals heaven
Easily one of the better OEB franchise locations! I ve been to a few across the west coast and prairies. The food, decor and vibe is easily one of the nicest, if not the best one. We usually come here 2-3 times a month to treat ourselves. Service is always usually fast, they don t refill our drinks as much or come around much, 1-2 times the food was served cold but we ve told our server to make sure it s not, they ve been prompt to address this, which is very nice. The inside is spacious and accommodating, their location near the river make it an amazing brunch spot in the summer time. Vegetarian options: Tons of options indicated on their menu Kid-friendliness: Booths, booster seats, high chairs are all available to accommodate kids. For kids running around, there is the lobby of the building which is nice. Wheelchair accessibility: Main floor, power doors, tons of spacious seating.
First off Jess was our server and she was fantastic. She took the time to give great suggestions and accommodated allergies on the fruit selection. I have been here a few times food has always been great. I would recommend this place for the service as well as the food. Very consistent!
The Soul in a bowl and the French toast trifle are absolutely to die for! Everything Ive ordered from here has been scrumptious!
A good brunch spot, their breakfast poutines are pretty good but not really like a classic poutine at all aha.
The mushrooms on toast were great
This was the best breakfast I have ever had. Next time im in Saskatoon, I will be going back. I had the bulgogi eggs benedict, and my wife had the Duck Confit. Both were incredible!
Great service, great food, great coffee. What more is there to say? Have to book reservations on Yelp on the weekends, but thats easy enough. Parking: Great underground, public parking off of 3rd Ave S at 19th St E.
This place was great. Service was perfect. Portions are huge and so delicious. So many mouth watering options. Highly recommend.
Super brunch spot... Outstanding food.
Go to place for brunch ! A little on the expensive side but the food hits every time
Could be a nice place if they can manage the waiting list there. They provide a Yelp app to be in a list but it wasnt open . We went there two times and they ask us get back again and again. No waiting list and app wasnt open . On top of it they told us we have one and half hour to eat not more
Omfg so good i had 5 mimosas (all flavours) what a fun time
Awesome hangover food
Amazing tasting food. I always enjoy going to the Saskatoon location, as the Vancouver and Edmonton locations are way too busy - often several hour waits. Only complaint is that they stopped using duck fat, which really made them unique and delicious.
Went there twice. Impressive. Lox was dynamite. Forester Mushroom dish was thick with shrooms. Coffee was great, and the chia tea was thankfully not too sweet.
Waste of money. The food was expensive and meh. The staff were friendly, but the food while nothing was really wrong with it, it wasnt good.
First time here ... definitely will go back!! Everything was awesome.
Very nice breakfast at OEB. The menu has some nice unique options that you wont find everywhere. Service is friendly as well.
Everything I have tried here is delicious! Servers are always friendly and give me a great start to my day! A must try brunch spot!
My fav brunch
Good place to start your day
My husband and I stumbled upon this place the other day and decided to give it a try. We are so thankful we did. Everything was amazing. From the food, to the service, to the atmosphere. I personally tried the brisket breakfast poutine( not sure of the correct name) it was great, perfectly cooked brisket with awesome flavour. Our server Katherine was such a lovely person. Her positive personality really helped set the tone for our brunch. She was extremely helpful and very bubbly, when we come back we hope we are lucky enough to get Katherine again. All in all this restaurant is a must stop if you are in the area!
One of the best breakfast spots in Saskatoon
When my food arrived I noticed there was a bug inside my arugula. It doesn t seem like an accident because it was pretty big and noticeable. The food here is pretty expensive, for over $30 I would expect them to handle it with more hygiene.
Family liked it, good food, friendly!
Great food
This place was buzzing on the Sunday morning I went. Food was good with lots of choice. Staff were attentive and friendly. If I m being picky - My macchiato was a little on the watery side but that s the only small criticism. Would come east here again.
Stellar place for breakfast. Some of the dishes are too eclectic. Book ahead as there s often a wait list. Typically great food and service. I am a repeat customer.
Food is good. Service was slow, and grumpy. They forgot to seat us for 25 minutes. Atmosphere is very loud and congested.
My friends and I came in for brunch, the food was great but service was horrible our server never introduced himself so we don t know his name and he maybe said 3 words to us in the 2.5 hours we were there. He was very rude and was somewhat upset when one of my friends asked for a straw, when she was given a straw there was no paper wrapping and he handed it to her with his bare hands. When my friends and I finally decided to leave he was laughing and making fun of us for some reason and pointing at us while laughing. All that said my friends and I are very disappointed with the experience.
Went for brunch, and its pretty average food, the waiter was friendly and the food was served quickly.
Best pancake ever
Was visiting Saskatoon from B.C. in early July and my mother asked to have a nice breakfast at OEB. We were seated and my brother circled the area trying to find a parking space. We ordered breakfast expecting him to join us quickly. Breakfast arrived and my brother was still trying to find a parking spot. The River Landing area is congested and parking spots are hard to find. When the food arrived I asked if we could keep his food warm until he was seated. The server said they could not accommodate us. I asked for the manager and she informed us the restuarant is not able to reheat food. She explained that the restaurants policy is not to take food back after it has been served. Her response seemed unreasonable and I asked if they would mind remaking the food so my brother could have a hot breakfast. The manager explained that they could not provide another meal, it was against their policy. I argued that most resturants had heat lamps or micorwave ovens and keeping our food warm was just good customer service and a very reasonable request. Not sure if this manager doesnt have the autonomy to make exceptions to ensure OEBs customers have a great experience or was using the companys policy as an excuse to say no. I have frequented OEB locations in Vancouver and have always had a good experience. Today, my family in Saskatoon related another poor customer experience in the Saskatoon OEB location which prompted me to write this review. OEB needs to pay attention to their customer service culture in its locations. If the Saskatoon location is any indication of how OEB runs their business, they have problems that need to be addressed.
First time here, what a great introduction to Saskatoon! This was the Best breakfast weve had in years. Excellent, friendly service, waitresses are the best. Generous portions, everything perfectly cooked and my coffee cup was never empty, all with beautiful scenery from the patio. Thanks for giving us a superb first impression of your beautiful city!
Amazing place to have a breakfast! Huge variety of dishes such as eggs, croissants, sandwiches and others. Place is beautiful and nicely decorated. Service is fast.
Some of my food arrived cold, but they promptly fixed that after I let the server know. Their gluten-free waffle was the best gluten-free waffle Ive ever had! I didnt enjoy the taste of any of the meat or the apple juice, but tastes vary... Im prepared to write that off as just me being odd. Dietary restrictions: Fantastic gluten-free options!
I had the eggs Benny traditional super good but presentation not great. No greens.
Jayda was our server and we couldn t ask for better! She made us feel so comfortable and made our experience so enjoyable!! She was so friendly, kind and accommodating! It made our day!
Had the Duck Confi and it was delicious!
Great breakfast spot. Amazing location.
Located in downtown Saskatoon is this great little breakfast spot! Big line up, busy place. The breakfast was great and the hollandaise sauce was *chefs kiss* parking is within walking distance.
Really delicious breakfast. Had a great time, would definitely go again.
Friendly service. Food was good
Large portion. Nice locale. Coffee was good.
Delicious food, cozy atmosphere, good service
There are so many food options here and the few that we tried were amazing. I recommend this to anyone who is nearby.
Always amazing. Great vibes , great food , great service.
Trendy brunch place that is located by the river. It was a really enjoyable experience going to brunch here. I had the squash Benedict. Overall it was good, Id recommend asking for hot sauce to balance out the creaminess. The venue is beautiful and there are lots of options for all dietary restrictions.
Nice bright location and large portions.
That was a very enjoyable breakfast. Well lit, friendly place. Very, very fast service. The food was great. I really enjoyed the bacon and the eggs were perfectly cooked. The potatoes were seasoned very well. The fresh cracked pepper was a nice touch. Thanks for a lovely morning.
Seems that this place is always busy for a reason. Welcoming, attentive to detail staff offering cleverly designed menu options. Certainly, one of the go-to places in Saskatchewan.
Food is always great here and the apple juice tasted freshly made.
Very nice place for breakfast. Comfortable, clean with a great view.
Food was amazing. The fruit plate is a setup though.
My husband and i had brunch here. the place is awesome you can have a good walk after you eat. the food is good very fancy :) the service is good. over all we had a good experienced.
What a great place, quite interesting menu! Love the food, superb flavors! Vegetarian options: Variety of options Dietary restrictions: Variety of options
Unique brunch and breakfast items which are fantastic! And really good coffee.
Fresh produce and a variety of healthy options makes OEB a great breakfast spot!
Our favorite breakfast spot. Never disappointed
Great food, huge portions, great service... would definitely come again!
It was our first time at OEB today and I was a bit disappointed. I heard many good things and what I got wasnt up to my expectations. I ordered the waffle since I had heard good things about their waffles but I found it a bit dry; I had to put a lot of syrup to compensate. It wasnt worth $20 to me. Also our daughter got a side of crepes and the crepes were very hard to cut when we received them. Someone else with us got the Classic breakfast and the potatoes and hardwood smoked bacon were delicious! Next time I will try something like that, or the omelettes/crepes or the benedicts! They all looked very good, Otherwise the service was great and I loved the atmosphere!
the waitress was very polite, welcoming and took our orders swiftly with no commotion. Our meals were fairly priced and the plating of the dish was very well presented and super flavourful every single bite, if you are thinking of going out for breakfast or lunch around YXE this is the place for sure. ps: we had a bus to catch and they made our meals in time so we could eat with no rush so that s another plus side is their quick service
Love this place! I always want to try something new but the Gold digga breakfast poutine is incredible! The view also doesnt hurt!
OEB Breakfast Co deserves a solid 5 stars! The service is consistently amazing, and the bustling atmosphere reflects its popularity. To avoid wait times, I highly recommend going online and getting on the waitlist. The breakfast experience here is top-notch and worth the anticipation.
Excellent place for breakfast.
For a high end breakfast/brunch restaurant in the heart of Saskatoon, it is great. IMHO, quite pricey, but interesting dishes of high-quality food with great service.
The staff were friendly and kind and the poached eggs are delicious. Its a little loud inside if you are sound sensitive, but the indoor patio is super lovely on a sunny day.
Yum!
Best Egg Benny in the city. Atmosphere is top notch.
Good location and extensive menu. One person takes your order, and 3-4 others drop in periodically to deliver food, refill drinks, etc. Appears to be an efficient delivery model with reduced personal touch. Watch out for the super hard toasted French bread in crostini selections.
Food wasn t as good as expected for the $$
I had a sudden craving for the Confit de Canard breakfast poutine and it never disappoints! Our server was very attentive. I forgot his name but he was a fair height gentlemen with an accent serving the indoor patio. The wait time on the yelp app is somewhat accurate as it said 10 minute wait however we waited about 20 minutes. As for parking, it is too bad there s no complimentary parking but given that it is in a prime spot downtown, it s understandable that this cannot be offered. I enjoy sitting in the dining room more close to the windows instead of the indoor patio, but this place is always busy so it s fine with us! After our brunch, we had to take a mandatory nap - the food was that delicious and filling!
Just one word Fantabulous!
Delicious!
Ive never been here before. We ordered the Mimosa Flight, Classic Breakfast, and the Dont Go There Crepe. Sooooo good! Highly recommend. The food was good, the presentation was beautiful and our waiter was awesome. I am actually very excited to come back and try more things!
First time here. There s always a wait so it s good to join the wait list from google, very straight forward. The restaurant is located in a big building downtown. Parking nearby but you need to pay and walk. The restaurant is extremely chic and well decorated. Modern and edgy. The menu is huge with a lot of mouth watering options. I ordered two breakfast because I couldn t try just one. I had the beef bulgogi eggs Benny and brioche French toast. They use real maple syrup which is a win in my books taste wise. The meals were aesthetically pleasing and the most savoury thing I ve ever experienced. The staff was friendly and accommodating, coffee was very good as well. Didn t have to wait too long for food, and we got in within five minutes of the waitlist sign up. Price is according to quality. This is my new favourite restaurant. Period.
This place takes breakfast to the next level. Very good food and the staff were great! Food
The lobster scramble I ordered as half wedges, half salad came with just about 6 wedges. After complaining about this, the wedges brought from the kitchen was fried with oil that had a stale taste. This was disappointing for me as my host had made so much to do about OEB being their favorite dining spot & which informed my trying you out when I did.
