Food was very good, lots of menu options. Food arrived quickly. I will go again to try different dishes.

The braised beef stone pot noodle soup with the wide cut homemade noodles is my favorite soup in the city! Everything is fresh & homemade, the broth is amazing. Must try restaurant in Saskatoon.

We visited for the first time and we liked it a lot. The food is authentic chinese. We were quite surprised with the service by a cute robot. The staff is friendly. The restaurant is clean. We visited this place again in the next 15 days only. I highly recommend it.

I had the braised beef noodle soup with knife cut noodles! The noodles were great, good amount of chew and tasted homemade. It was delicious and comforting, perfect for a Saskatchewan cold winter day.

Many friends around me recommended this noodle restaurant, saying that this noodle restaurant is a must-try when you come to Saskatoon. I came here specially from Regina to eat it, but the result did not meet my expectations. I ordered braised beef noodles. The beef meat was very woody and dry. generally.

The fresh cut noodles are so good, everyone loved their meal! We were a very large group and were instantly accommodated with a table all together!

The food was extremely good . I will definitely return to dine here. Parking: Street parking. Sunday was good but can imagine week daytime a bit of a challenge but worth the effort. Wheelchair accessibility: Did not need it but wheel chairs can enter easily.

I havent even tried the food yet but the service was so terrible Id never go back. I started waiting with 1 other person. The lady packed up an order, asked if it was that 1 persons, they said no so she continued to pack up orders. 3 other ppl came in after me. 1 guy got his order right away. Still me and 3 others waited. After about 10min she asked if anyone was waiting for the first order, she listed the order number. I said ya, me, has that seriously been ready the entire time Ive been here? She ignored me. I asked again, Ive been waiting 10min, has that seriously been ready this entire time? She ignored me yet again. The rudest customer service experience ever. If she had even acknowledged the other 4 of us who were waiting, I could have had my order when it was hot, instead of it sitting on a counter for 10min, letting it get cold, making me waste my time.

Lives up to the name! The food is so fast and on point. We will definitely be back, we tried the lamb cumin with wide noodles, shrimp egg fried rice, and the spicy wood ear mushrooms. Everything was amazing!

Ordered there 4 dishes and spring rolls. Never got the spring rolls but paid for them. The dishes had a lot of oil in them. Shrimp rice was really dry, chicken rice had a very strong garlic flavor. Noodles felt like instant.

The food was absolutely delicious. Servings were huge and prices were excellent. We have allergy and staff was great at accommodating and making sure we were safe. The robot was amazing for my young kids to watch. Crushed cucumbers were beyond amazing. And the cumin beef wide noodles were extraordinary. A negative review is necessary! First of all, the waitress had a straight face the whole time without any expression. If it hadnt been her first time here, I would have thought she had offended her. I waved my hand to order, and when I saw it, I waited for three minutes to come back. Secondly, I ordered three bowls of noodles and waited for 50 minutes. In the middle, they passed me to order food for the people behind me. Someone I knew should have served first (because they were talking and laughing, so they immediately changed their faces). Finally, the fried noodles tasted delicious. I give it a five-point rating. Apart from the cumin flavor, it is just dark soy sauce. There is no taste at all. It is very average. The first and last time I went back, I was very angry and didn t get a single tip, so I must leave a negative review!

Delicious food at a reasonable price!

We ordered takeout and this is my new favourite place!!!The Chinese pancake with pulled pork was crispy on the outside and the pork inside was juicy. Cold steamed noodles with garlic were very flavourful. Smashed cucumber in garlic sauce was crunchy and so tasty. This is my new go to in Saskatoon!

Authentic Chinese food. The cumin lamb fried noodles are really good, BUT the service is super slow, be prepared to wait for at least half and hour for a table and an hour for your food to be served.

Tried the thick cut pork belly noodle soup and I can tell ya those where the best dang noodles Ive tried anywhere, the taste, texture and the fact theyre freshly made, the broth was dark and rich in flavor, just in its entirety it was absolutely delicious, the spring rolls were hot and crispy I can say I have a number 1 place to go anytime I visit Saskatoon, I cant wait to go back, and try more of the menu

Food was amazing! The customer service was beyond great. Our toddler was not happy so we had to leave in a rush. They brought him a special treat to cheer up and served the food quick. Definitely my new favorite spot!

This place is the real deal. 3 adults went for dinner, staff were friendly and accommodating. Food was fantastic. Live a little and stay away from the typical Sweet & Sour Pork dish that you always get. Try dish B2. Shanxi Hand-Ripped Noodles Topped with Spices & Hot Oil or even dish C5. Preserved Eggs with Tofu . Portion sizes are great and we loved the little kitty cat robot that serves up food to your table. Stop reading this and just go there, you ll love it. 3 adults left very full and cost was $82.10. Ok stop talking about it, shut up and go..10/10. If you don t like it maybe you re just one of those people who whinges a lot. Too bad if you are, this place is great. Vegetarian options: I had only the vegetarian dishes but the rest of the table had meat based dishes. Everyone agreed food was excellent. No complaints.

Chinese Pancake Stuffed with Pulled Pork - Pancake was crispy, and the pork was very juicy. A3. Cold Steamed Noodles with Garlic Sauce - To anyone who have never try any type of cold noodles (Korean cold noodles, delicious ), this will be a good dish to try. Savoury, vinegary, loads of flavor! B5. Braised Beef Noodle with Soup - We picked the thick noodle option, which was their in house made hand cut noodle. C1. Smashed Cucumbers Dressed in Garlic Sauce - A must try appetizer!! Crunchy, well seasoned and omg the garlic!! No vampires will be visiting you tonight! D3. Pan-Fried Dumplings (pork) - They are known for their noodles, but pleaseeee!! Give their dumplings a try!! In house made, filled with meat (we picked pork, but they also had beef as the other option), dough wrapper was thin, yet held all the soup in. Dipping sauce was tasty as well. S8. Stir Fried Sliced Pork - another tasty dish, reminded me of Korean style sweet and sour pork. All you will need is a side of rice. Service was amazing! The nice lady server (owner?) was super friendly and helpful with any questions we had when we were ordering. Will also include pictures from my 1st visit few months prior. Dishes were also very good back then. S5. Sauteed Eggplant with Fish-Favoured Sauce E9. Sweet & Sour Pork on Rice B17. Spicy Shredded Pork Fried Noodles E11. Sautéed Beef Strips with Black Pepper Sauce on Rice Great food, friendly service, good value. Give No1 Noodle House a try, you will not regret it! Support local! Thank you for a great meal. If you live in Saskatoon and you havent been here before youre blowing it. The food here is insanely good. Easily the best noodles Ive had, and worth the drive from YQR! You get so much food for the price!

Had a really nice lunch at Number 1 Noodle House. Food was hot, fresh and tasted great. We had spring rolls, boiled pork dumplings, Chinese pancake with pork and pork belly soup with noodles. All dishes were excellent. Service was good and as a cool feature they have one of those robots that brings food out to you. Restaurant looked very clean and had a nice atmosphere; don t let the outside scare you. Price was also very fair at about $20 per person for lots of food. This is one of my new favourite places for authentic Asian food.

Food is really good here and very friendly staff. They were about to close, and they still allowed me to come in and dine in as I was just by myself only.

The Beijing Zhajiang Noodles are delicious. The Roujiamo is very fragrant but too oily. The fried noodles are very salty. The cold noodles are also okay. Overall, the price is cheap.

This place is great! It has big portions and the service is amazing! And it doesnt break your bank! I will be eating here whenever I feel like great Asian food! I love this place and I hope a lot more people go.

Haven t visit this place for a long while, so I am coming to taste something different, the Cumin Lamb Fried Noodles. Little bit spicy taste with cumin powder mix with lamb, good for many people who does not like the lamby taste. Noodles are perfectly fried up with not too much oil and seasoning. Pretty decent price for those good amount service. A nice place to have lunch or supper in downtown area.

This is one of my favorite restaurants in the city. Every dish they serve is great and full of flavor, and the prices are fair. If you avoid Chinese food because you think its greasy, this place will make you love the cuisine. You need to try the pulled pork pancake/sandwich and any dish that has thick cut hand-pulled noodles in it.

Amazing food, I thoroughly enjoyed my meal. A traditional family-owned style place with great food, friendly and relaxed environment, and still (somehow) affordable prices! I ate way too much and regretted nothing!

Incredible. Its been awhile since flavours have really smacked me in the mouth, but each dish we ordered offered something incredible. Absolutely delicious food here - highly recommended. We had the hand-ripped noodles with minced pork, cucumber salad, and tofu strips.

Unfortunately did not live up to the hype. Garlic cold noodles were oily and odd flavour, fried rice was oily. Seafood soup noodles were clumped together in one block, not much flavour to the soup itself and note that the extent of seafood is only large chunks of imitation crab.

Take out at No 1 Noodle House in Saskatoon. Absolutely delicious We had the Pulled Pork Pancake, Shanxi Hand-Ripped Noodles with Minced Pork and Beef with Rice. Fresh veggies in Beef with Rice was amazing. Well definitely order from here again.

Terrible first impression, ordered my lunch with great anticipation here and it took more than 1hr to wait, but when it arrived, I have already left there. I filled the detailed address but the driver didnt know where to hand food over to me. Their phone numer is just a useless decoration, I want to refund but nobody answered the phone!

I want to say this is the most authentic Chinese restaurant in Saskatoon. Me and my husband love this place so much because they provide real Chinese food compared with those localized Chinese food. This place is the only hope for me . If you are a Chinese and you miss your hometown s food, this is the only hope. By the way, the staff is so nice to us.

A wonderful family ran restaurant, I love the fact that they make their own hand pulled noodles. The noodles may not look as appealing as factory processed ones because they might be slightly thicker etc BUT they taste amazing and are totally worth going for!

I have been hearing about this noodle house for quite some time now and I finally got to experience it. Let me just say that I said Wow more times in that hour than I did in my entire life (exaggeration intended). The food was simply amazing. And the owner lady was kind, energetic, and so welcoming. When she came to know that I like my food hot, she even made sure to wait till I was back from the washroom to serve it. Quite a high level of food quality and hospitality, and I cannot recommend this place enough!

Fantastic experience and great food. Used the order ahead feature and picked up when i worked for me. Ordered the Spring Rolls and the Shanxi Hand-Ripped noodles with Minced Pork. Both dishes were fantastic, will definitely be eating there again. Cant wait to try other options.

Great hidden gem for eating Chinese noodles! Get any of the wide or hand ripped noodles in a soup broth and youll be transported to a mom and pop shop in China. My favorite side dish is the black fungus in spicy sauce to pair with my noodles.

The soup is too salty We ordered braised pork rib noodles But they put porkchop instead so chewy and gummy. We informed them that it was too salty i cant even eat it. They just apologize and gave our bill. I definitely not coming in this restaurant again. Waste of our money.

Great place for Chinese food in Saskatoon. I usually eat takeout here and the inside of the restaurant is empty, but the food is equally tasty either way. Definitely recommend the hand pulled noodles with minced pork, but other menu items are also good. Combine the food with the price and this place can t be beat.

The food was all fresh and tasted good. I forgot to take a picture of the wonton soup, but the wontons had something like cinnamon inside which was different but still good. The pancake with pulled pork was not what you d expect when ordering a pancake, but it was actually probably my favourite thing we ordered to try. Staff were good about filling up waters. It was a little unclear if we should pay at the front (which we did). The employees were friendly.

do not order Lanzhou ramen Lanzhou Ramen is really unpalatable. The soup base is made with powder and the beef is a very cheap lean meat. It tastes like pork liver. I never eat instant noodles at home. I feel sick when I smell the smell of instant noodles. I didn t expect it to be served here. The new waiter also has a bad attitude and will never come back again.

Hands down the best noodle place in all of western Canada, I make a stop here everytime I m in Saskatoon. Although the service could be slightly better.

Superb made-in-house noodles!

Disappointed with customer service and spicy noodles! I had a 1-star experience at this restaurant. The waitress didnt speak to me until I asked for something, and there was no small talk. Additionally, there were people yelling in the kitchen behind the receptionist, which created a chaotic atmosphere. Furthermore, when I ordered their spicy noodles, I expected to have options for different spice levels. However, what I received was a bowl overloaded with chilis and excessive oil. It was so overwhelming that I thought I might need emergency assistance after finishing it!

Their wonton soup is just a boiled water with few veggies in it.. We told them that the soup has no flavor or taste, they bring it back into the kitchen & came back just the same tastes!!! And ordered noodles instead. And also, theyll charge you for take out containers - a $1 each containers. Aint coming back here...

Did a pickup order and we were blown away! The hand pulled noodles are delicious! The machine that cuts the noodles is super cool too. The sweet and sour pork was so tasty but needed more sauce and meat for the amount of rice they give. We cant wait to try more menu items!

A true hidden gem, this place is small, with the best noodles in the city! I went here after i saw a tiktok about it, and I loved it! I got curry beef on wide noodles and this stuff was to die for! The noodles were fresh and flavourful, and the meat tender, all tied together with the divine curry sauce. Highly recommend you come here with a friend! The service was good but took a little while, but it was busy when i arrived so that is understandable. Definitely a 8.5/10.

Food was excellent but they needed to staff the place better. 1st time for me so not sure if this was standard but 1 cook and 1 fella on the floor. Took over an hour to get food. Still give 4 stars because the food, once we got it, was awesome.

The food is incredibly delicious! You can tell right off the first bite that everything is freshly made/ cooked! The dumplings are to die for. The noodles with beef stewed and intestine has a lot of flavours and paired with chili oil I cant even describe how good it is. The experience certainly brought me back to a mom and pop shop that I ate at on my trip to China many years ago. This restaurant is certainly one of the most authentic you can find in Saskatchewan. It is also one of the most delicious! Run here, dont walk! Also maybe its best to avoid rush hour. The restaurant was packed at around 12:30 pm on a weekday, but there was only 1 server and 1 cook.

I heard about this place from a foodie influencer. The place is simple and could also be described as dated, but the atmosphere screams authenticity. I started with the pulled pork stuffed pancake. It was delicious! The fattiness of the pork brought a rich flavour and the crispy pancake was delectable. I then had the braised lamb with wide noodle soup. This soup comes in a stone pot and can feed two people. The noodle was the best hand-pulled noodle that Ive tried. The noodle was a a little bit chewy but not too much. The soup was rich in flavour.

The dishes I tried were delicious, and there are unique and adventurous options on the menu. The portions are large, and the staff were friendly. The animatronic noodle cutting guy is a fun surprise.

Great hole-in-the-wall establishment. Minimal decor. Tables and chairs are generic. Menu is tucked under a piece of glass on all the tables. The noodles were unreal though. I had the shanxi pork hand-pulled noodles. Thr broad noodles were very good. However, the pork bits in the dish were made up mostly of fat which was unappetizing. Might try something else next time.

After seeing a tiktok video about this place we had to check it out while in Saskatoon... wow amazing food, huge portions. Cant wait to check it out again next time.

Amazing food! I had the braised beef knife cut noodles and you can tell the noodles are fresh and made in-house. The broth was also umami and delicious. Steamed dumplings were also very good, along with crushed cucumber salad and pulled pork bun! Will definitely be coming back!

Had a decent meal here, service was friendly but a bit slow. Food was not bad and portions were pretty large. Pretty standard pricing.

The noodles were unreal! The shredded pork noodles were so good and the dumplings were amazing!

BEST DUMPLINGS in the city! When it come to authentic food, this place delivers. Run by a 30 year experience noodle chef (expert). She used to do this in China before living in Saskatoon. Knife cut or hand cut noodles are the way to go, different unique and delicious flavors and the portions are big enough for a hungry person or leave leftovers for next day. Because of a multitasking staff, and take out business, service might not be as tighty as you are used to in other restaurants but please be patient... it is worth it!

Profiteer. I ordered a braised pork ribs noodles, but what I got was shoulder blades.

Ordered from uber eats and delivery was late. But our order from number 1 Noodle was amazing. The hand pulled noodles were so yummy not clumped because of delivery delay. So filling. The spicy chicken knife cut noodles were delicious and spicy. We will definitely be ordering from here again.

I had the beef braised soup with thick noodles. The broth was so good! I loved the texture of the noodles and the flavour of everything. The prices are very very reasonable. My partner had the spicy seafood noodles and he liked then even more than my soup. It is a wonderful addition to my favourite restaurant list.

This place has some of the best noodles in the city! I highly recommend it! I got the Kung Pao Chicken dish but substituted in their wide noodles (its normally a rice dish) and it blew my mind.

The spring mix is crunchy and delicious, Make sure to try Chinese pancake with beef. Also seafood noodle soup is so much tasty. The waitress is a super nice, friendly, helpful and polite girl. One of the best places for Chinese food!
