This is absolutely one of my favorite places to go in Saskatoon. The food is great and our server was spectacular.

Granada House has recently been a favorite of mine, I grew up going to restaurants like this in the 90s, and this place is still one of the best examples of the restaurant experience here in Saskatoon, and absolute staple here in YXE.

The food we ordered from this place was rancid. We both did not feel good after this, close your doors boys!!!!

So sad there us a liquor store now..scary to go here. Close it !!

I went tonight and saw a giant cockroach on the wall and then it crawled onto a table :) There was also a hair of the servers in my food. Thank you for taking my plate Away to remove the hair and bring it back to me The server refilled a glass of iced tea and poured it all over one of the people in my partys jacket. She did not notice. She also reached across the table nearly touching my food with her sleeve. My favourite part was the coconut cream pie. I dont know if I would advertise that it was made In house because it was revolting. I couldnt even get my garberator of a kid to eat it. The hostess was apparently unable to entirely discount my dessert (?? The hair was of zero concern apparently lmao) and and personally I would have comped the entire bill, but I am not a person who runs a restaurant full of cockroaches trying to make a dime. I wont be back lol

The atmosphere hasnt changed in 40 years, Steak. was excellenthe, The stir fry suck we werent impressed with the stir fry service was excellent.

Its unfortunate that I am changing my review from excellent to average but it is solely based on their service tonight. I always order from there and tonight the lady who answered sounded drunk and couldnt talk legibly and then called me Dave when I said my name was Bo. I just hung up, was not worth my time, now instead I am ordering elsewhere. I will come back because their food is awesome and usually they have excellent service and servers but tonight, sorry to say, it was a bust on the service.

My ordered food wasn t what I wanted! But the Manager was very helpful nice and respectful sent me new order! Very impressed best customer service ever Atmosphere

Love this place, good food service and affordable

Got delivery, food was amazing. Although, I ordered a chicken bacon ranch pizza and requested no green peppers, the lady over the phone told me that the dish didnt come with any. Got the pizza, opened the box and the pizza was stuffed with green peppers.

There was nothing that I did not Enjoy at Granada House. You cant go wrong eating here.

Staff is very helpful and frindly,specifically manager mills and chad,someone damage my parked car outside garnada house,the staff was very friendly they showed me video which helped police to find the person, no one know me there but still they helped me thanks everyone working there

I recently went back to Saskatoon for a visit and ordered boneless ribs from Granada House. WOW - absolutely super - done to perfection and a very generous order.

We ordered take out, so I cant speak to anything else, but I was pleasantly surprised by the interior when I went in to grab the pizza. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was bright, clean and really lovely. I would eat there in the future.

Took our 95 year old grandmother for supper and the food was very good. She had a great time and spoke of memories of going there with my grandfather years ago.

Whos the beautiful irish lady who sings? Shes going to finland for a contest. she was a great bartender and made the experience amazing.

Stopped in for a snack with some friends The soup I had was a homemade mushroom soup & it was delicious. The service was good. The atmosphere of the restraunt has a bit of a Greek feel to it, well lit & cozy

Birthday supper for daughter. Great food just like I remember from when we used to live in the neighborhood.

Got some burgers, stir fry and drinks did not disappoint. My wife use to go with her family years ago and she says it hasnt changed for the worst or much it was still perfect.

As always the food was delicious, our waitress was excellent. Resturant is clean and welcoming.

This is one of my favorite restaurants and has been for many years. My complaint if the attitude of the hostess this evening . As we pulled in to parking lot she pulled in from other direction and rammed into the lot looking directly at us . We needed to back out of lot. Inside she is rude to those paying .. I heard one lady say what the hell is wrong with her? If I return and this person is hostessing I will not stay and I will encourage others to do the same

I must say one of the best places for pizza you can tell its all in-house made Their pizza sauce very delicious too. There other foods are great as well on the menu I been coming here for years and will keep going here But please try their pizza very delicious

The pizza was really good and I am looking forward to dining inside the restaurant again one of the best in the city hands down on the chef great cook give him great raise for that! If you want great food I suggest you eat here!

STILL THE Best pizza in Saskatoon, let alone, anywhere I have had pizza. Their Granada loaded is absolutely unbeatable. Forget the rest, try the BEST!

Greek style chicken breast and hamburger steak are my favourites on the menu! Their gravy is the best and I always look forward to the carrots that come with meals! Yum

The staff were very friendly and have great service. I had chicken quesadilla, which was the perfect serving size. Parking: It is a busy place, making it difficult to find parking. Wheelchair accessibility: Parking right next to the door with a ramp into the building and a lower level for seating.

Has a small town restaurant vibe. The restaurant itself is a little bit dated, but who is to judge if that is a problem when the hero of the story is the food. Try a pizza from Granada. Its great. Will make an effort to come back to try other dishes on the menu.

The place was more than a little dated. The take out service was an experience to say the least. First when they answered the phone they didn t say hi or indicate that I was in fact calling a restaurant or anything. And the food wasn t the greatest. I will not be going back there.

When I was a girl, my family used to go to the granada house almost every Sunday for the chicken lemon rice soup. I was back in saskatoon visiting recently, and we went back and it was the same as its always been. Amazing service. Lovely atmosphere. Great selections on menu. And the soup was as delicious as its always been. I was extremely impressed with their prices. So reasonable and the portions are great. Highly recommend. Cant wait for my next visit to saskatoon to return to the granada house.

We took my mom out for her birthday. We were promptly seated and drink orders taken. It was a Sunday and they dont serve prime rib on Sundays as there was not enough demand for it. I ordered the Cordon Bleu my wife the filet mignon and my mom the breaded cutlet. The food came within 20 minutes nice and warm. My CB was tender and tasted ok. My wifes filet had quite a bit of sinew running through it making it tough chew in places. A low grade cut of beef no doubt. My mom could not cut her cutlet it was that tough. I had to cut her entire cutlet for her and even then it was very tough to chew. She left a portion on her plate as her jaw was getting sore. Very disappointed. The food quality has been diminishing the last few times weve had supper there. This was the last time we will ever dine there. The Granary will get our business from now on!

We just had a meal at Granada House. The meat was piping hot and the veggies and rice (both on the side) were cold. Appears the cook plated half the food when the order went in, then the other half when the meat was ready. We shared the concern with our waitress, who noted she picked up the food quickly. Pointed out that it was not her issue - rather the cook not plating correctly. She did not offer to take the cold food away. When we paid, same thing. We told the gentleman who asked about our meal that half of it was icy cold. He asked if we told the waitress. Yes, yes we did. Again, nothing was done. If you only pay lip service to your customers, why bother at all? We would rate half the meal as 4 star, the other half as a 1. Average for the meal?2.5

I will say we were seated very fast and food came very quickly. I asked for no bacon on my Cesar salad which came out with loads of bacon. I ordered a chicken Greek pita. Chicken was stone cold so I asked about it and server said that s how it is. So I tried it and it was so atrocious the sauce was super garlicky. Server asked if I wanted anything else which I kindly declined and she asked if I wanted it taken off the bill since I didn t eat it. She brings the bill with my pita still on there. Why ask if I wanted it off? Then gentleman at front asked how everything was when we paid the bill. I say not good he says ah. Bundle up out there it s cold!. If I could give it a 0 star I would but the server was very nice.

Awesome pizza. Thick crust with stuffing for the whole slice, not just the crust. Its totally worth the money. Creamy cheese on the top makes it even more delicious. Would love to try dine-in the next time to enjoy the hot pizza freshly made. Take out was awesome too, but dine-in would be much better!! 100% recommended. Go for it!!

Havent been here for a long time. Walking in, the food aromas are wonderful! The lunch menu has great selections at decent prices, extremely fast food arrival. However, the Caesar salad was a bit soggy. Waitress service was good, just she had very little interest in conversation.

It was a hit / miss night for our food. Usually the food is good but this time the Hawaiian salad had a weird taste. My baby back ribs must have been soaked in grease. Sorry but it must have been a bad day for the cook(s)...

I usually do mostly take out delivery, I usually just go for some deep fried fatty foods like ribs,, French fries and the occasional wings, but of course my go to is plain cheese burger and pizza , foods not all that bad for eating, but also majority of the time Id say itd be for VLTs

Wow, its been a long time since I visited Granada House. It was a very delicious meal, and the service was excellent !!

Cant believe I paid $15 for this tiny portion of warm soggy Ceaser salad. Its literally like someone grabbed a handful and tossed it into this small container. Should of ordered from my usual spot, would of got a fresh salad thats three times bigger and for the same price!

Fresh and made in house pasta, sauce, and the works, even the toast you get, is of the highest of quality for a place you would never think of ever coming to. If you want some legit food, you come here and get the gorgeous pasta.

The prices are way too expensive for a west side restaurant, as a result we are no longer regulars each week.

Elisa was extremely helpful in taking our order she sat us right away. Was very pleasant. Knew the menu and the specials and was able to make great recommendations. The food was wonderful and the atmosphere was pleasant and warm. Will come here again next time Im in saskatoon.

Unfortunately after 30 plus of coming to what was a beautiful family restaurant, we no longer can. New owner ship has completely ruined the atmosphere, food and general experience. Not to mention the over 15% price increase. It was over $100 for 3 people to dine, with just getting soup and salads before tip. I miss Shirley and the original owners.

3 weeks ago I wrote & posted an honest review about the smaller cocktail glasses & same price , the disappointment in the food quality & high increase in prices & the questionable cleanliness & knowledge of handling food safely . When a waitress cleans a table from 4 people , you ask for a straw as shes going by & she puts the dirty dishes down , returns with an unwrapped small plastic straw & plops it down in front of you ... you have to ask yourself how many bugs does she have on her hands ??? So whats happening behind the scenes that the public cant see? Lost this customer for sure . There are SO many other restaurants to choose from & Granada House no longer has reasonable prices OR any well prepared dishes worth dining there . Lets see if this review gets removed ....

Parked right in front af the lounge doors. Went inside to visit staff. Some burnout broke the back hatch window out. Pawed around inside. Took nothing! Cost me $500 to replace the window. Nothing was found on the video.

We met for a special lunch on Saturday. Things needed to be perfect for this occasion and they were. The food was fantastic. I had the best liver I ve ever had. Four of us ate for 100$. Atmosphere was nice. Fireplace and all. Service was great. Just so pleased.

Always busy on Sunday best after Church place for lunch... Its a great place with wonderful staff makes you feel at home and of course their menu is filled with comfort food..

First time here since the new owners took over and will be the last time I go here. The waitress was amazing and thats the only good thing. Ordered dry ribs and ceaser salad, pretty sure the salad was from lunch hour if not the day before. It was all wilted and brown with a wierd taste, the ribs use to be really good here now they are like the ones you buy in a box from a grocery store. Actually the ones you buy in a grocery store have flavor so maybe a store like dollarama but for cheap restaurant food. Left the salad behind but brought the ribs home for the dog. Iam sorry but I will never recommend this place again to anyone who asks, I really did not want to believe the rumors but they are infact not rumors. This restaurants quality in their food has indeed dropped.
