Incredibly fast on a specials order, less that 5 minutes from when she left my table to when I had a bowl in front of me.
The restaurant is very relaxed and the staff make you feel right at home. Their service is excellent and our meals always fresh. My son and I come to Bun's when we're feeling like Vietnamese food every time.
Amazing noodle bowls. I ordered the shrimp, pork, chicken, beef bowl, only thing that was strange to me was the meat ball, was good, just never seen before. Ordered spring rolls on the side and cold rolls for my partner. Will eat there again. Fast, super friendly, clean and nice place.
The customer service here is horrible. They will have people who don't speak English take your order and when you go to pick up and tell them it's wrong they say oh okay wait another 15 minutes or take the food and pay $28 for something that should have been $18. People order on the phone so they can just pick up and go. I showed up 30 minutes after I ordered which is more than enough time to prepare my food. I do not have 15 minutes to wait and I do not want to pay $28 for something I didn't order. The lady at the front was mad at me for her employee's mistake. Have someone that can speak English answer the phones. Least you could have done is give me the food and say sorry and charge me for what I originally ordered. Don't argue when it's your mistake also I'm telling you I don't have 15 minutes to spare as my brake is only 30 minutes which I now have wasted driving to your business to get in argument and be yelled at. The actual place also looks like trash. Atmosphere is ugly. I've never had the food Googled for something on Millar and this trash of a restaurant showed up and I called to order. I ended up leaving with no food and my time and gas wasted by a greedy business who has zero customer service skills and accountability.
Great friendly customer service. Found parking right in front, ordered a few different items. The food prices were fair and generous portions. The food was ready in 10 minutes and it was delicious! We will return often.
Friday lunchtime 12pm to 1pm. We ordered #1,#44 and combo 1A. Crispy and tasty spring rolls, quick and friendly service. Will definitely go back and try more.
Tried out this place recently and it was great! Being at Millar Ave, it caters to a lot of employees who works at various offices within its proximity. Everything was affordable, mine being at $11.70. They have a specials menu which was nice. Staff was very accommodating and I ordered the Dinner 1B out of their specials and that tasted good!
Wowwwww!!!!! What an experience!!!! Without a doubt, this was an extremely worthwhile dining experience for our group. I stumbled on Bun's Restaurant by chance, the online ad having popped up randomly on my phone. I read the reviews and wondered how the restaurant was rated so highly by all the reviews. But boy, was I completely blown away!!! Very, very lovely and well prepared fresh meals! Very tasty and generous portions! For nine of us, we ate so much and still had enough left to take away! Very warm and courteous staff and a conducive business space completed the deal. And oh, this was all at an extremely good rate. Very easily affordable. My family has been to almost all the notable restaurants in Saskatoon and Bun's Restaurant by far deserves a place amongst the very best!!! We're definitely going back for more!!

Ordered the spring rolls and found a couple hairs inside of it, 20 mins after I ate I started to feel very sick. Not a good experience.

Fast friendly and amazing food
Easily the best Vietnamese in Saskatoon. The food is extremely consistent, delicious little touches like lemongrass in their noodle bowls, high quality ingredients, generous portions and the family running it is so kind. Not once but twice I have forgotten my wallet at work and theyve let me walk out with the food (both times of come back and squared up) but that says a lot to me! You eating here easily 30 times look forward to eating here more, thanks for the great food and awesome service.

Ordered take out. Have dined in multiple times and always had very good food. With a gluten sensitivity, they are very accommodating, which was incredibly appreciated! Dietary restrictions: Ordered the chicken satay on rice.. asked for them to prepare on separate pan as I am gluten intolerant even with cross contamination. They agreed. Job well done. Had no reaction and food was outstanding. Quite the little gem down Miller Avenue. Their prices are very good and the food is always delicious. My husband loves their beef stew soup! Yummy

Ive been ordering from here at least once a month for several years. Over this past year they have been changing things and its not good. Few months ago they changed the noodles, they no longer are as good. And today I find they changed the spring rolls, they are not just not as good they are absolutely disgusting now. My favorite restaurant I can no longer order from.
I go this restaurant pretty much once every week. The stuff I order include pho, bun bo hue and bah mi. Really enjoy their food and the awesome service. Very reasonable price for the food you are getting. Would recommend!

Buns is great! It has excellent noodle bowls and terrific breakfast for an affordable price. I havent tried everything on the menu but I can say with confidence that if either of these things sound like something youd be interested in than you can go with confidence knowing you will be served an excellent meal. Absolutely recommended.

The food here is always good, and the staff is friendly. We always take out, so not sure what its like to eat in. However, i find that like most places either the prices have been raised, OR the portions have been made smaller. In this case they are smaller portions now, but that doesnt affect the taste.

Fast delicious non greasy breakfast always great and affordable. Not jacked up prices like all the other smaller restaurants have done over the past decade. Great value great service and hot and fresh!
The quality is good, as is the value for money. Weve had a variety of dishes here over several occasions and its consistently satisfying. I do like that they tend to separate certain dishes when ordering takeout, like keeping the broth separate from the other ingredients of their wonton soup, or the sauce separate from their sweet & sour pork, so you can mix it at home. If not eating in, please consider ordering directly with the restaurant instead of through Skip or Uber so the restaurant does not lose their share. Based on their prices, I assume their profit margin is thin.
This might be my new favorite noodle bowl spot. Good portion size, very tasty and you get a free drink with most meals!

Nice place and very nice staff, but the food doesnt taste good. Beef chow mein on vermicelli noodles, almost without any beef, just veggies. Really no match to other famous Vietnamese places in town.

First time there and the food took awhile to arrive. They were obviously short staffed and apologized multiple times. When I asked to wrap it up they brought me a container and told me my meal was free! Rare these days that any restaurant would care that much about a customers experience and give a free meal. Oh yeah and the Birds Nest dish was great! Thanks Bun House!
Went here with a good friend who recommended this place. Ordered the Chicken noodle bowl. It is the best I have ever had, and I am picky! Great price too! Staff was friendly, charming restaurant. Will definitely return!

My mom ordered Buns House for my bridal shower, we got cold rolls, Vietnamese spring rolls, chicken wings and deep fried shrimp. It was all amazing and we got many compliments on it! Cant wait to try more!

Only the best take out in Saskatoon. We used to enjoy Asian Cuisine close to our home but even without traditional delivery I drive to pick this food up.

I will keep ordering from Skip, Bam Mis (Veitnamese subs) are so nastalgic for me, their vermachelli has lots of toppings and they dont skimp out, you pay for what you get. Pho is awesome, lots of meat in it as well but a little bit on the oil and msg side. Pretty normal from a restaurant I understand. Slightly more expensive than other restaurants that serve the same thing but you get more stuff on it.

Order for delivery came completely wrong and missing meals. Phoned to complain and sent out replacements that still were not correct. They also asked for us to return the fresh rolls we didn t order so they could be re-served so careful, I may have touched your food.

Well the store needs a good cleaning, it been neglected alot. If your used to real curry soup you will be disappointed at their soup. They fry their potatoes and the chicken isnt dark meat. The carrots are hard and basically nothing is stewed. Light broth with curry added. Very cheap The noodle dish was extra greasy and I asked for a side of satay sauce. Wasnt normal Satay that I was used too but was delicious. Cost extra money Wich I wasnt told up front. Make sure you have 45 min to an hour to eat here

Overall a good experience, one of our plates came out like five minutes after the other, no idea what happened there. My only other complaint is they dont even salt or pepper their hashbrowns or eggs, they come out very bland. Will return though! Overall a decent experience!

Food is excellent. Little expensive compared to other Vietnamese restaurants in the city. This place is in the North Industrial part of Saskatoon. Busy during breakfast and lunch but not for Supper. If you havent been there yet I recommend giving this place a try. You will walk out with a full belly:)

First time here. Great staff. Menu is pretty standard for Vietnamese restos in Saskatoon. Food is cooked fresh, served hot, and of very good quality. Prices are average or slightly lower. Overall, among the better options for Vietnamese in town.

I have been to Buns with my friends and family numerous times. The food which is mostly Vietnamese is very good. It is prepared well and there are plenty of fresh vegetables. One of my favourites is the bird s nest . It has chicken, beef and shrimp with a good amount of vegetables cooked to perfection. All the meals I have had here have been enjoyable and well made. The cost of the entrees is vary reasonable. The service is very good and prompt. The staff are efficient and very friendly. I consider it to be an important quality of a business when they treat their customers like friends which is the case with Buns.

First time there and a definite winner. Service was excellent, as was the food. Arrived at just over 1pm and it was busy, so understandably slower than usual. The wait was definitely worth it. Prices was also excellent for their specials. Amount of food was abundant and even the wife, had extra for supper. Will definitely be back.
