If you come to the Cactus Club and you sit down and have Jay serve you, YOU ARE IN THE BEST HANDS POSSIBLE. He is so friendly, always is smiling, and I ve gotta say, perfect timing! I look forward to coming back and asking if Jay is working, just so I can hopefully sit in his section! 10/10 service! Thanks Jay!

I recently had the pleasure of enjoying a business lunch at Cactus Club, and I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious the food was. I tried two dishes, both of which exceeded my expectations: Ribeye Steak with Peppercorn Sauce The steak was incredibly juicy and tender, with the peppercorn sauce being perfectly balanced and enhancing the flavors. Green Goddess Salad This dish was expertly prepared, with the candied pecans truly standing out as the highlight, adding a delightful crunch and sweetness. While the prices are on the higher side, the quality and taste of the dishes made it absolutely worth every penny.

My favorite restaurant in the city! The vibes you get from the dining is unmatched by any other place. I love the service atmosphere and food quality of this restaurant.

Good food, good service makes for a great evening with friends

Theres is no mashed potato in the blackened creole chicken we have taken away home ,very disappointing after we had to ask the staff to replace the meal after the over cooked chicken and now missing the main ingredient of the meal ,absolutely disappointed, customers n staff please cross check before you give away the food To-Go.

Prices were outrageous, tipping option is 18%, 20% or 22% AFTER TAX, and the portions were tiny leaving us hungry. I ll never go back, but the staff was nice at least.

This place never disappoints. I have yet to find anything on the menu I dont absolutely love. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere is relaxing. Perfect place for a date night or a night out with friends. Im still thinking about my last meal here... . Parking: You are required to register your license plate number when you arrive. Parking is free but the parking lot is small so it can be difficult to find a spot. Kid-friendliness: Not the best place for kids but they will accommodate and have highchairs. Wheelchair accessibility: Very accessible. Auto doors, no curbs, one level, wide isles.

Best meal so far in Canada

We were well looked after by Emily, and our lunch was quick, appropriate serving size and very flavourful. I challenged her to surprise me, and she brought me her favourite, creole chicken. Outstanding

Went for an anniversary supper and had a fantastic time. Service was incredible. Food took a little while but the waiter was aware and comped us our appetizers. Had a great experience and will definitely be going back along with recommending to friends and family.

The quality of the food was commendable, although I would have preferred a larger quantity of mushrooms on the steak. The potatoes were delicious and the portion of beans was just right. However, there was a lack of salt and pepper on the table. The seating arrangements were too cramped and the noise level was excessive, requiring us to raise our voices in order to communicate across the table. The service was unsatisfactory; the margarita I ordered was poorly mixed and lacked a stir stick, causing the alcohol to settle on top. The Caesar cocktail I requested was diluted with water and had an unpleasant taste, served in a cracked glass. Our waitress only returned to our table when we were prepared to leave, leaving me unable to express I dissatisfaction with the drink. Unfortunately, we had no choice but to consume them as they were.

My very bad experience here, I am a delivery person I came to pick up food for a customer when I arrived I met her at the reception I told her I was picking up food for a customer and she said she would check for me I waited there for 30 minutes I told her three times the second time I told her I saw my food was ready for me I was going I told her she still didnt bring it to me she still didnt respect me the third time I came I told her She told me to stand there she still didnt care I also didnt care She also didnt come in and get my food for me to deliver to the customer. Is the delivery profession not respected? If the manager or anyone has the authority to handle this, I can provide the exact time so you can check the camera to verify what I said.

The food was ok, however the service was far from good. It took the waitress forever to bring our drinks, and it wasnt too busy on our visit. The atmosphere was enjoyable. Unless the service improves, I doubt well be returning to dine here

Best quassadelia in the city!

I was there with 2 friends. Loved the vibe. Our server was very nice. We ordered 2 avocado dips but they were out since it was almost closing time. The manager was very kind and let us order any two starters on the house. I loved the lettuce wrap and the truffle fries. Thank you for an awesome experience.

My friend is Muslim and specifically told the waiter no pork or alcohol, we decided to go with a seafood stuffed pasta dish. The waiter brought us the pork pasta that she specifically told us not to get as the dish cannot be made without pork, she asked is seafood okay? go with this dish we then said okay. However we were handed the pork dish. I can understand if someone s tired but messing up that bad come on ?! My friend ate a bite and has been so upset. 21 years she never ate pork and was given pork pasta. She spit it out the second she realized. We came here cause the chicken was halal. But that was so disappointing/disrespectful. The waiter hid from us the entire time and wasn t apologetic, it wasn t a big deal to the waiter but my friend was genuinely about to cry. We just left the restaurant as soon as possible. My friend repeated no alcohol or pork about 3 times as she is very cautious. I don t know what happened.

Tonight my friend and I went to cactus club for dinner as we were visiting Saskatoon for the first time. The kitchen made a mistake with one of our orders and we did not even make a fuss. It was due to an allergy and they took it VERY seriously. The restaurant ended up taking care of our entire bill and they were over the top exceptional. This is what I call customer service and the best I ve had at any restaurant. We had Kalyb as our server you must ask for him because he is amazing. Bravo Cactus Club. You guys deserve all the business and the best of the best. When we are back in Saskatoon, we will be back at Cactus Club.

Last night, we celebrated my wifes birthday at Cactus Club Cafe, and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and special. The ambiance was vibrant and lively, perfect for a birthday celebration. We started with a variety of appetizers, and every dish was delicious, especially the zen Roll and the chicken tacos. For the main course, I ordered the Ravioli with chicken, and Truffle fries for my wife which was cooked to perfection. To top off the night, The staff even went the extra mile by serving my wife a complimentary cheese cake that was super delicious , which made the moment even more special. Overall, Cactus Club Cafe provided excellent service, delightful food, and a fantastic atmosphere. It was the perfect place to celebrate my wifes special day!

This place is amazing. We came for happy hour with friends but missed it by an hour early because their happy hour changes on a weekend ( we went in Friday) We were greeted by Sydney, our server, and she was amazing! Handled our orders swiftly, very friendly. Additonal parking is accessible within the area. We will definitely go back and bring more friends.

I always love dining here. Their culinary offerings are exceptional, and the staff is highly proficient and courteous. The starters, particularly the calamari, sweet potato, and Szechuan chicken lettuce wrap, are exquisite. The steak and salmon entrees are also highly recommended. Overall, I had an exceptional dining experience here.

We had reservations for a my friend s birthday supper this evening. We ordered and everything was going fine until I was served raw chicken in my dish. I found out when it was in my mouth and half gone. I spit it out, took a picture and I told the server. The manger came and the second thing that came of his mouth was him accusing me of swearing at the sever because I said the chicken was Fing raw. I never swore at her, I was describing the chicken, big difference and not to mention the fact that people get salmonella from raw chicken. Poor management, poor serving and poor food quality. I used to like this place!

Amazing atmosphere! Loved the ambience! The fact that the chicken is now halal- I was so glad to hear that. Our entire family went to celebrate my brother s white coat ceremony and we enjoyed every bit of it, we all ordered dishes that had chicken in it, haha- just because it s halal now! Ah, so glad!!! Can t wait to dine in again SOON!

Once again we went to the Cactus Club , on our yearly conference visit to the city. Everyone and every thing was exceptional once again. We were early for our reservation, had to wait for some tables to clear, it was fun and interesting watching the kitchen prepare the order as we waited. Once at our table the front of house were friendly and efficient. The food and drinks we ordered were throughly enjoyed. From the service, the presentation of the food, to all the flavours of the drinks and food we were impressed. Never have I ever had a hesitation to recommend this place nor give it five stars. Thanks to everyone who contributed to giving us another wonderful night out. If you have never been, do not hesitate to make a reservation and be prepared to have a wonderful night out .

Ive been here a couple times, and the Peppercorn Steak was amazing. Also try the Blackened Creole Chicken, tender and spicy. The place was PACKED last time we were there, so service was a little slow, but within expectations. We were able to get a table before they filled up, so make sure you come early, I was surprised to see it so full on a Sunday evening. Parking: Make sure to have your licence plate number for the hostess if youre parking in the free section. Otherwise, parking is $2/hr in the lot right next door.

Very classy place with a nice warm inviting vibe. Lots of parking. Friendly staff. Prices are full ridiculous though!! The amount of food you get doesnt justify the price. This is a one and done for me. Dont get me wrong food was good but not lingering with me like WoW . Cool place for fancy date night or a celebration but other than that way better elsewhere for more reasonable price.

Fabulous from start to finish! W had two in our group of 6 who are celiac. We informed the waitress and she double checked everything with her manager to ensure items were a right fit for them. We had the teriyaki chicken bowl, mini crispy chicken sandwiches, bacon cheddar burger, Cajun chicken burger and ceviche. Everything was amazing. We had the chocolate peanut butter crunch bar and vanilla ice cream with a raspberry sauce for dessert. It was fabulous. Kudos to all the staff! Dietary restrictions: We had two with celiac. We informed the waitress right away and she walked us through options and substitutions. She had the manager review all details to ensure there would be no cross contamination. Parking: Free parking available. Just remember to provide your plate number during check in! Kid-friendliness: There is no designated kids menu. We had a 14 year old and 10 year old with us. Both had a pleasant experience. 14 year old is celiac and had the Cajun Chicken Sandwich with a gluten free bun and truffle fries. Finished off with vanilla ice cream and raspberry sauce. The 10 year old has mini crispy chicken sandwiches with regular mayo instead of Sambal mayo and a side of sea salted fries. Finished off with the chocolate peanut butter crunch bar.

Our server, Ben was amazing. Took good care of us. Would definitely recommend the Wagyu beef carpaccio as a starter. The price was decent too. The meal made my birthday one of a kind. Would definitely be back to dine in again.

Love love love. Great vibes and food. My server was able to accommodate my special request for espresso martini and it turned out perfect. Saskatoon needs more places like this. Vegetarian options: They have a decent variety of plant based options. I enjoyed the Zen sushi and would go back to try other items on their menu.

Disappointed in the service we got today. Our server took 20 minutes for each trip she made to the table. We got seated, waited 10 minutes to give drinks order, she took out drink order, served the drinks, took 20 minutes to come back and take food order. Took another 20 minutes to bring food, in the meantime our drinks were already watered down and we had to chug them. Restaurant definitely looked under staffed on SATURDAY. It took an hour from the moment we got seated til we finally got the food.

My husband and I love coming here. We chose to celebrate our first wedding anniversary by dining on the patio. Service and food were good but they had the patio so jammed tight that once all tables were seated our waiter couldn t get to our table.. had to crawl over people and have people adjust their chairs to get to us. We had to climb through people to get to the bathroom. For a place like cactus club you expect a better atmosphere for the price. Not being packed like sardines and being uncomfortable. We spent most of our dinner distracted by the circus then actually enjoying each others company. Disappointing.

Coolest Cactus Club I have been to in Western Canada. We had a great server.

We went here last night for our 20th wedding anniversary. We decided to sit at the bar and wow did we have a great time. The bartenders were funny, engaging and provided top notch service. We even had a server suggest a drink because I don t like super sweet cocktails and it was delish. I wish I would have gotten their names. Atmosphere was fantastic, service top notch and we had steak, mashed potatoes and veggies for supper, steak was cooked perfectly and the sides delicious. Overall great experience, great food and we highly recommend. Make sure you also try the butternut squash ravioli!

Went here for a nice dinner tonight as I have heard great things but I will have a hard time coming back. Service was slow and the steaks we ordered were overcooked when I let my waiter know this when they finally showed up again to ask us how our food was they didnt offer to do anything just said They are good though and walked away. We were not offered anything to rectify the issue we just paid the bill and left. For a $60 a steak I would of expected better service.

After having been to many locations throughout BC through out my life I went in to the Saskatoon location on a weekday. I was informed that for singular guests the only space available was at the bar despite at the time having minimal other guests and many open tables and booths.

I really enjoy coming to cactus club for a couple of drinks frequently. Every time the service is great and it s very welcoming. The evening of July 5th me and the entire party I was with were completely shocked at the service we received. Our sever was busy chatting and flirting with a guy at the table next to us, and we watched our drinks sit at the bar for over 10 minutes. Seeing other servers grab their drinks and have our drinks just sit there over and over again, I reached out to the bar to see if I could take them myself, or if someone can bring them as they have been sitting for 10 minutes. It was more than noticeable having the bartenders eye our table down after receiving our drinks. We paid, we left. I ll think I ll find a new place to unwind and a have a couple drinks.

Beautiful ambiance day or night. Music selections for everyone and the food is amazing. Ive tried multiple items at this point and have never been disappointed. Lunch time my favorite time to go to avoid larger crowds. Vegetarian options: Garden burger was excellent!

My wife and I just enjoyed a lovey mid afternoon meal here. They forgot the chicken on our salad and compd both the salad and another appetizer as well. The food, staff, service and environment were all top shelf. Id highly recommend going here if youre in downtown Saskatoon!

Nice vegan and vegetarian options as well many unique and traditional cocktails It is a great place for lunch, supper, or simply grabbing a drink or two. Vegetarian options: There are good vegetarian options on the menu and some that can be easily turned into ones Parking: The restaurant lot is frequently full, and you need to park in the street or the adjacent mall parking lot for payment.

Amazing service, amazing food, great location. My partner took me here for our 3 year anniversary, everything we ate was amazing. The ribs are really good, and the blackened chicken has just the right amount of spicy. Our waiter was very professional and kind, the only things I would say is their shirley temples arent the greatest, and there were people near us that were very loud (but people being loud isnt their fault at all). We will definitely be visiting again!

Very small portions for the price

We went to the Cactus Club on Friday night to celebrate our wedding anniversary. It was very busy but we were seated right away. We did wait to have our drink order taken but once it was taken the drinks arrived quickly. We spent time selecting our order and when it looked like we were ready the manager walked by and saw we were ready to order and took our order instead of sending the server which I thought was an efficient and collaborative way to run a restaurant. Our food came out and it was delicious. The steak was cooked perfectly! They even added a free dessert for us to share to celebrate our anniversary!! We will definitely be back, and look forward to celebrating next year s anniversary there too.

Came to Saskatoon for the IT Summit. Monday night supper was here. Was an amazing experience. It is a planned destination every year. The Steak and Prawns was great. The everything was cooked to perfection.

I celebrated Mothers Day with my family at a restaurant. We were promptly seated and received excellent service from our attentive server. However, I was disappointed with my peppercorn steak as it lacked seasoning, offering only a dominant peppercorn flavor without depth. Additionally, despite ordering a medium-rare steak, I received one that was rare and difficult to cut. Furthermore, during a visit to the restroom, I slipped on a wet floor. Despite employees being present, no one offered assistance or showed concern for my well-being.

Went on Saturday, loved it. Tianna was a very helpful and lovely server. Would be back again!

Good food and always a great atmosphere

The service at Cactus Cafe was outstanding, with staff who were both polite and prompt. The food was delicious, and the Little Pearl drink was exceptional. The lettuce wraps and burrito bowls were particularly good, and the guacamole was unique and among the best Ive ever had.

Located in the busy down town, this blusting restaurant doesnt skip a beat! My family and I dine out frequently and the service here is second to none! We have a toddler and during our last visit we brought friends along who had one as well. Food was never placed in front of the toddlers when it was brought to the table. Our drinks were always filled without having to ask. Any extra dishes removed after being seated and ordering. Dirty plates cleared in a timely manner. All the little things that maybe one would assume should be, were; and that isnt so common in the service industry. The food is amazing, we have loved everything anytime we come. Shout out to the Cactus club Cafe - the management at this restaurant must be great because the staff and training are amazing. Thankyou!

Went for an early supper/late lunch, the restaurant was almost empty but we still waited almost 20 minutes for drinks and over an hour for food. Food tasted good, but was almost cold. The server was the best past of the visit, but he visited our table few and far between, so we ended up waiting close to 20 minutes for things like water refills.

Service tonight was awesome! Really good recommendations for the spicy margarita from our server Colbie! I usually sit in the lounge but our server made it worth sitting in the dining room :)

The food is pricey but quite good! You get great quality for what you pay for. The service we usually receive is reasonably ok. On occasion its been quite poor but its hard to say if it was due to how busy the place can get. Regardless, considering there is usually a wait time to get seated, and the bill is far from being cheap, I expect at least a 95% good service rate, not 75%. As for the atmosphere... it tends to get fairly busy at peak times which, as expected, creates a high noise level. However, the music volume tends to be set extra loud which increases the overall noise level significantly. Expect a hoarse throat when you leave due to having to shout at times so others at your table can hear you. During off peak times, things are much better.

Ordered From Cactus Club one very simply Thai Green Curry, I included a photo of what I received and a photo of what I was suppose to get!! It came completely cold, I ve basically received cold bland rice next to no broth for 45 fricken bucks, I called and got dismissed by the hostess or manager on the phone!! Total rip off, I will not order from them again or eat at the cactus club in Saskatoon!

Happy Hour at the Cactus Club makes for a great date night. Reasonable HH prices for genuinely good food and drinks makes it an easy choice for my partner and I to keep coming back. We always feel that the service is attentive and kind, especially in the dining room.

We came here for a team lunch at work. They had a great variety of food. Our server was wonderful. We really appreciate that our food came at the same time and we were given space to chat. We also appreciated them adding a chair for us at the last minute. Thank you.

Amazing and super quick service, delicious and incredibly filling food at fair prices, and the complimentary cheesecake was to die for! McKay booked us a reservation last minute, which was amazing. And I believe Jose was our server, who was fantastic!

The food was amazing,everything came out in a timely manner even tho it was super busy we received our food not to long after we ordered it the service was great from staff they were definitely on thier toes making sure our drinks were never empty the atmosphere was alright the only flaw Id say is that the tables and chairs are to close together not enough space to walk through each table pr sitting area kept getting bumped by staff walking by with thier service or other customers trying to get by and my chair was as close as it could get to the table but still managed to kept getting bump by each person passing it because annoying very fast and was hard to enjoy the atmosphere.

One of my favourite restaurants, food is good wasn t happy with my food and they were more than happy to accommodate me and make me feel happy as a I left. Anytime I get a chance to go out this is my first choice. Recommend coming here!!

The food was awesome, but the crew stuff I spilled a glass of water and tried to wipe it with napkins that were on the table. I asked a hostess for help (long black hair, black lashes, about 5 4, was wearing a black suit), her reaction was like (she didn t even say anything). I was polite, said sorry, was in a good mood. I didn t expect THAT kind of response. Yes, I understand it was busy and it s hard to help everyone(I work myself in fast-food restaurant and I know how annoying it can be), but in my opinion hostesses should be at least trying to do something or call someone else to help us.

6 of us for evening dinner. 2 parmigiana chicken & gnocchi, 1 Salmon, 1 chicken strips, 1 hamburger, 1 squash ravioli prawn. The Parmigian chicken was very good as was the Salmon. The hamburger and chicken strips were good but the fries were very poor. The Ravioli s were tough and the presentation with one prawn on top of each ravioli was a bit weird. The prawns were good. Our drinks arrived fairly quickly, but the server was slow to return to take our food order. Once ordered it came promptly. Popular restaurant and it was very busy. Parking lot was full and had to park a 1/2 block away. The restaurant was noisy. For me it is a 4.

worst meal I ever ate....I expect that if you are a chef you should know what your doing...you have no problem making blood rare as there is no cooking involved but when you want well done it takes work and it still comes out med rare you are not cooking for the person you are cooking for yourself and then you wont even correct your mistake....your potatoes tasted like paper products..instant would have been better and to top it off who puts a Ceasars in a short glassand too much salt on the rim....I will never ever eat there again. I will be telling everyone what I think of your meal...some birthday meal..disgusting

service and food were amazing !! our waitress christian was extremely kind and fast with our orders and kept checking on us to make sure everything was okay. the rasberry mojitos were the best, highly recommend Vegetarian options: beyond burger
