Contemporary restaurant & lounge serving steaks & global entrees in the Park Town Hotel.
We were visiting checking out U of S for our son and came here because it is rated 3rd of all restaurants in Saskatoon and it did not disappoint! The food was nothing short of amazing and portion sizes were great! I had the seafood fettuccini, my wife had the zucchini pasta and the kids had the burger and fries and it was quite honestly the best restaurant food we’ve had for a long long time. And pricing was less than most of the fancier restaurants in Saskatoon and I was quite surprised that was the case. The setting and location is beautiful with large windows facing towards the river. It was very professional and attentive and I do not remember the last time our food was piping hot when it arrived. It clearly did not sit under a hot lamp for even a minute. I look forward to more visits here should our son choose to attend this university!
1. We went in by waiting at the entrance when the waiter found a table for two (I personally prefer the sofas but we are served by the windows the individual chairs) that's ok because actually later my friend saw his friend also ate in that restaurant and just a few tables nearer to the door and because it's on the same row he saw his friend quite quickly 2. The atmosphere is good and the service is nice. However maybe because the entrance is open to the hotel and it was just next to the lobby, there was a fly going around us before, during and after the meal. Maybe it was a bit rainy and still in the summer ... 3. It was both of our first time to go to that restaurant and the waitress with a beautiful smile recommended a few special dishes of that evening. We ordered one of them in two servings which was recommended to us by her. 4. It is a very cozy place to meet friends and family. Good service, food and atmosphere.
The view is fantastic. The decor is nice, but aged. I had 2 Ceasars and a Steak Sandwich. The drinks were very meh. I have had better Caesar’s at a Legion. The food was actually the worst meal I have been served in 10 years. The steak was almost cooked Med-rare. But the outside tasted like a briquette. Not Chicago style. A Briquette. I was asked if I wanted box after eating only 3 bites. I said not, it’s not good. I explained. Asked if I wanted anything else. I said I would just like to go. I was charged full pop. I had 3 bites. I would have given the food to a dog if I knew I was being charged. Just kidding. I like dogs. Server lacked emotion and the ability to pick up standard serving queues. I worked a lot of years in the service industry. The Only time I have ever left zero tip. Booooo.
My experience at the Four Seasons restaurant in the Park Town Hotel, Saskatoon, was nothing short of exceptional. I would like to extend my thanks to the outstanding service provided by the dedicated and hard working staff. From the moment of entering the Four Seasons, I was warmly greeted and seated at a window table, that offered a picturesque view of the South Saskatchewan River Valley. The service, orchestrated by the attentive and knowledgeable servers Juanita and Maryna, was impeccable. Under the capable management of Jeremy, the team operated seamlessly, exuding professionalism and a genuine care for the dining experience of their patrons. The meal of choice did not disappoint! The “Bison Prairie Bowl” was a standout, showcasing locally sourced ingredients with amazing flavours. Additionally, the chocolate gluten-free cake with fresh mixed berries, was a delicious conclusion to the meal with a rich, decadent taste. The restaurant's setting with plenty of window seats allows patrons to enjoy the stunning views of Saskatoon, creating a tranquil atmosphere perfect for a memorable dining experience. The “South Dining Room” will comfortably seat 60 people. Overall, the Four Seasons restaurant exceeded my expectations in every aspect, making it a definite highlight of my visit to Saskatoon. I look forward to returning to sample more of their menu options and can commend the staff for their warm and gracious hospitality. SENIORS RATE (for breakfast): $30.00 / person REGULAR RATE (buffet breakfast: $32.00 / person
Not crazy busy, so not loud. Our server always had a smile everytime she came to our table. Food was good and very well priced. Very clean establishment. Will definitely try again.
I ordered a Greek Salad with grilled chicken. There was not quite cup of lettuce including three small pieces of tomato, a bit of cucumber. very small crumbs of feta cheese and a fair amount of red onion but all combined it was barely a cup. It was quite flavorless. I added two small pieces of of grilled chicken to the $19.00. It was on the dry side. I complained as this meal cost $27 plus tax. They took it back and said they added more cheese and vegetables but it looked like less chicken. I then had to ask for extra dressing and added my own salt and pepper to try to make it taste better. I was not impressed with this meal at all. Totally overpriced and of inferior quality and quantity. The picture is what they brought back after my complaint.
I was there on a Saturday, buffet was being offered with breakfast items such as eggs, hashbrowns, sausage, bacon (greasy goodness). However, I decided on a healthier choice steel cut oatmeal. Let me tell you it was so good, with the added berries, compote and nuts. My waitress ask if I was using a meal vouchers because I decided on the light choice. 😄
Juanita was our server. Loved her smile. My husband and I were impressed with her service. The food was out of this world delicious!!! I enjoyed the river view while we ate. The restaurant was very clean.
Really nice atmosphere, friendly staff but the prices are ridiculous and I most likely won t be back again but the food is fabulous
Had brunch, lots of options but while good nothing was a standout.
This was the second year we stayed for the Shake the Lake weekend and we absolutely love eating at the restaurant. The staff Sunday morning were by far the best .We will continue to come everytime we r in Saskatoon . The food is exceptional!!!
The food was amazing. Service was prompt and polite. We will be back for sure!
The food here is always top notch. And the view of the river is beautiful
Excellent friendly waitresses, great food and atmosphere, very reasonable price, great coffee.
Great location. Good food.
The worse food ever basically threw out 25 dollars in the garbage came up on top restaurants portions way to small
My husband and I attended the Rivers Edge Food & Wine Pairing on February 22nd. What a lovely experience. The food and wine was exceptional. The Sommelier, Chef and F&B were engaging. It is a great value for an evening out. If you are looking to have a date night and meet some new people or get a group of you to go out, this is a great event. They have it monthly but you do need to buy your tickets in advance. We unfortunately can not make the March event but look forward to seeing Aprils advertised.
Stayed here for three days and ate breakfast and dinner here every day. The food and service were both excellent. The eggs benedict and prime rib were amazing. Thank-you!
Walked over for breakfast on a snowy Sunday morning and shared an eggs Benedict: delicious! And lots of coffee refills.
While we stayed at Park Town Hotel we enjoyed three fabulous meals here. The service was excellent! I had the Caesar Salad which had seared romaine and it was delicious! The truffle oil sweet potato fries were so tasty! I also treated myself to the prime rib on the Friday night, and thoroughly enjoyed it! Last meal was the Prarie Bowl, chosen for the unique addition of bison (were from Ontario) and it was deep in flavour. The one desert I tried was the creme Brule cheesecake! Fantastic! All meals were had beautiful presentation!
Same old hotel when I left. But the have done some renovations. I still love the place.
Wonderful Sunday brunch! Food was fabulous Highly recommend.
Great food and staff. Great management.
We dined at the Four Seasons Restaurant on Feb.11,2024 for our Moms 96th birthday and found that as soon as we walked in to the restaurant we were treated with great service. We were seated promptly and were amazed at the relaxing atmosphere. Our server Iryna showed great professionalism and answered our questions. Our meal was the best we have had at any fine dining restaurants we have been to in Saskatoon. Our meal arrived promptly and was delicious . We would definitely return Parking: Parking was excellent
I love this place. It is so delicious for buffets! If it was in another city, besides Saskatoon, I might not have given it five stars but it s one of the best things going here.
Staff are friendly but food was just edible. Salad was a couple of days old and burger was okay. We don t go back to four seasons.
The service was good the breakfast poutine was really nice to have first thing new years day after a late night !
Before COVID, we tried Four seasons restaurant several times. Servers and food were awesome. Moreover, view and location are unique, windows tables are recommended!
Valentines Day Sweetheart meal (to share) was very tasty. Lots of variety and different flavors to please the palate.
I love this sunday breakfast buffet so much, I am going to go there again this Sunday. Eggs Benny, bacon, cheesecake, omlete station, French toast, roast beef, they have it all and its all delicious. If you want a FULL Sunday brunch come here its awesome
Good brunch
Everything looks great, the views, the food, waitress was good, but the food taste was awful! Not worth the price!
Great spot
Always a pleasure. Great views of the river.
Went for Sunday Brunch. Good variety, lots of sea food & an abundance of desserts to choose from.
The atmosphere is superb. But the staff does not seem very accommodative. It feels as if they just want to be done with the customer. The servers must learn to smile and be accommodative and patient.
Great location and view from the restaurant! Had breakfast which was a little overpriced but quick and tasty. Lots of staff working but that didnt help service whatsoever. Our waitress was quick on everything but the coffee. It seems like there was plenty of staff without tables that could have walked around and refilled coffees and water but had to ask a couple times for refills on those. All in all a good experience.
Four Seasons has a new chef and new menu. Very unique local choices. Bison. Pike. Pickerel. Food was excellent along with the plating presentation. Great choice for out of town guests who want to try prairie cuisine. Try the bread pudding for dessert . Kudos to the chef for not going with the traditional family style menu. Dietary restrictions: They also have several gluten free options
Such good food and excellent service. All four of us ordered something different and every single meal was a hit. Absolutely delicious. Will go again and again.
It s been a while since I had visited the Sunday brunch at this restaurant. But let me tell you this ! It s so much better than the last time I went so many years ago , they have stepped up their game. For me to comfortably say they have the best 35$ / person buffet in the city . They have a higher quality than the average restaurant. A more diverse selection, great for your pescatarian family member or friend. Got a Vegan in your family, they will find comfort in your next visit together. Best sea food station . Yes I know sone have the crab legs swimming in butter or the lobsters that are really just big shrimp. This sea food station is beautiful and delicious, the carving station could be bettered with ohjuice over gravy but that s just me. The omelette station , great staff willing to try and serve your expectations and of course the desert table Delicious. Serving staff , is there when you need your coffee or water topped of. And they share their tips with the kitchen so your 20$+ tip will go the distance. Looking forward to entertaining friends there in the future . Thank you for a great Sunday brunch experience and I look forward to Brunch there once again Leonardo S. Saskatoon Sk Vegetarian options: Yup I m not one but I d take my friends their and they would be happy Dietary restrictions: Yup gluten issues, you will be ok suffer silica? I think you will take comfort in sone of food that you will enjoy with your visit with your friends Parking: Pay parking , safe and secure with security guards ding walk around very often , I felt very safe.
The food is great but the menu is somewhat limited and the buffet is a little bit on the small side. Service is fine but seating is a little cramped because the room is not as large as it should be for the number of tables they have in it.
Kid-friendliness: Kids welcome Food
Sunday Brunch is good, but too expensive to do on a regular basis.
Worst burger Ive ever had. It fell apart after the first bite! The brioche bun didnt help either in keeping the burger together. It was more like ground beef on a bun, not what I wanted!
Found the staff to be good, the food was tastey except the seafood chum bucket that had shrimp that seemed old; skin sticks, tastes funny, and salmon flakes or something but not entire pieces sprinkled about. Beverages were not included which we found unusual for the price of the buffet...a large $4 glass of OJ that was not $4 worthy, would not have wanted to see the small size. We most likely will not be back, we preferred the Saskatoon Inn.
Our server Iryanna (I think thats the spelling) was so sweet and hospitable! Thanks for making our friends bday spectacular
What a nice dinner for one before heading to the fireworks festival. I really enjoyed the Forest Mushroom Ravioli and a glass of red wine. I ordered the cheesecake brulé and coffee to finish. It was divine.
Alina was our server and she is on fire, the service was outstanding. The food is next level. Honestly a really great time and place. Thank you
Amazing Sunday brunch. They even have a crepe/waffle station. A fantastic selection of breakfast, lunch, dessert and salad bar. Service was awesome as well. Do not go anywhere else but here for brunch. Their selection will make any picky eater happy .
Located in the Parktown Hotel, great views overlooking the river. Very friendly servers. Quick relaxed service.
Great view, experience and food. Enjoyed the Sunday Brunch with thanks to our server Natalya, supported by Ashna, Navjot and Maryna. We ll be back!
Stopped for a late lunch only to discover 2-5 o clock happy hour. My friend and I shared a beautiful 1/2 price bottle of wine with a charcuterie board perfectly set for 2 (also 1/2 price) A lovely bowl of bison meatballs and tomato sauce with bannock toast. Delicious and you guessed it 1/2 price. What a lovely afternoon Late lunch or early supper!!! Come and enjoy. We will be back to try out more menu items Great service lovely service and a view of our lovely river.
Went for Sunday Brunch to celebrate a birthday! Food was great! Sadly the service was the pits. To be welcomed at our table took 15 minutes. Beverages took another 17 minutes. To pay the bill was a gong show. Multiple associates just standing around not taking care of guests.
Super rude over the phone, wont go here.
No way to say it but say it. If you like cold food this is place to come its horribly expensive prices and just pretty well awful meal all around
Good Christmas dinner except appetizers were served cold
I gave them a two because the servers were very friendly and nice, but unfortunately the food was disappointing. Came for a special occasion dinner which is $40 per person, but the meats were very dry and cold so could not finish. Vegetables were bland. Extremely overpriced for the quality of food received.
Great buffet!!!
Not the quality expected for a breakfast buffet Not worth it
Staff was great! Food? Sorry- It missed. Made the mistake of asking for something a bit different- very well done carmelized onions- chefs couldnt deliver.
The staff were very friendly
Fresh and fast.
Had lovely supper with friend pre play @ Shakespeare on the Sask. Fish was delicious and service was excellent. Quiet atmosphere for an enjoyable meal
Very good food my boyfriend and i went for our 6month aniversary so yummy
Worst meal ever yesterday. Foreign objects in the pie, dry turkey and the tried rushing us thru for the 7pm sittings. We got through the line at the buffet and started eating at 6:15. Very disappointed. Will never go back. And only an apology for the object in the pie.
Went her for a family get together.the prices are absolutely ridiculous and the food is sub par.could go to any Greek restaurant in town and get twice the meal for half the price.I give them a one for the simple fact the waitress was good.
The Four Seasons Restaurant used to hold a special place in my heart. It was where my husband went for a drink after meeting online in 2005. Then breakfast 3 months announcing our engagement to our parents. Since then our families have went to the Four Seasons for many Sunday Brunches. So imagine our surprise today(October 31, 2022). My in-laws and I went to lunch as tribute to my husband who passed in 2008. Our service was HORRIBLE, TERRIBLE, ETC.!!!! We sent our orders of French Onion Soup back to the kitchen because it was lukewarm and wasn t put under the broiler so the could melt. When soup was brought it was still wasn t heated up enough but we ate it anyways, after waiting 10 minutes for soup spoons. Our orders of fish&fries plus calamari probably came from a box, then warmed in the oven. We never got served a second cup of coffee and our bill wasn t brought to the table. In closing, this experience as ruined my appreciation for the restaurant. I will NEVER step foot into Four Seasons Restaurant at the Parktown Hotel ever again.
Great new menu served by friendly staff
Crystal was amazing! She was very knowledgeable and helpful as we navigated through the new menu.
Food was mediocre, waitress was alright . Over an hour to get breakfast after order was taken not acceptable. Table of five . The waitress did give a 25 percent discount .
The food used to be good, I used to come here all the time before I moved away. I am in town visiting this week and decided to come back. The food is absolutely terrible for the price, so the next day we decided to try finns. The food was just as expensive, and just as bad. The buns were too small for the processed chicken burger they sell now. I get the same ones in a bag for $10 for the kids at superstore. The calamari looked like big onion rings which Im guessing is from the $10 bags as well. I understand inflation in groceries, but with that high price make sure the food is edible. I dont know who this new chef is since last year but the kitchen has gone way downhill. Very disappointing from a place that potential.
Very nice place. Good food.
We tried forest mushroom ravioli and prairie bowl. The pasta was super creamy and tasty like Alfredo sauce but the mushrooms were tasty and there were some nuts there too make it tasty. The bison was so tender and the bowl was really good. Parking: They have a parking inside which is paid. There are some parking lot on the street and a parking behind the hotel too.
Because of COVID, I was unable to spend time with my family in person this year for Christmas. My sister very kindly ordered me a Christmas dinner from Four Seasons restaurant at Park Town Hotel so that we could all eat dinner together virtually. I arrived at the scheduled pick up time of 5:45pm. The lobby was chockablock full of people. Crazy. I waited five minutes and took my meal home (less than 10 mins). It was pretty much stone cold. Fair enough. Not the end of the world. However, it was pretty disappointing. It was like a child size portion. The potatoes were not very good. The vegetables were sad. The stuffing was OK. The turkey might have been good at some point but I had to warm it up and it was pretty dry. The gravy was good. They included cranberry sauce which was good. There was also a little salad which was tasty but they forgot the dressing. All in all, certainly not worth the price she paid which I think was about $25 or so. I have been to this restaurant previously for a Sunday buffet or something like that. It was pretty good. My sister ordered from there because of the name She thought it was THE Four Season s. LOL! In any event, I got to eat dinner with my family after all which was the most important thing. I certainly will not be rushing back to that restaurant.
I was there for several times, servers and food were incredible
The staff are kind and friendly and didnt keep approaching the table to check on us. They watched for cues. Very professional. EXCELLENT food!!
Had Valentine dinner at Four Seasons, they made our evening the best All food were delicious and they surprised us with the desert plate Marina provided great service , she was very kind and friendly
I didnt feel comfortable
It took over 1 hour from ordering for our food for the food to get to the table. Terrible service, especially considering the covid regulations limit tables to half capacity.
Food we had was great and the service was to. First time at the hotel and 4 seasons . Would stay and dine here again.
Absolutely professional, clean rooms, good customer service they give good rates
Good food and good prices. Nice place with a good view. Highly recommended.
We had a Sunday brunch, food was great, service excellent, and prices reasonable.
Service was slow. Eggs benny was amazing. Keep up the good work girls.
The Four seasons at park town hotel is the best place the food is so good
Good service but the food horrible.
Salad was good but our friends with us, her eggs were cold and they initially forgot an order. Courteous service
great and friendly staff
Better than we expected. Was very nice on a busy Saturday night without leaving our hotel . Great atmosphere , great food and service too. We ll be back
Went here for breakfast and had a great experience. The food was quite good and the prices were fair. They respected the changes I requested. Marina is an excellent server! Attentive and quick while not being hovering. Id come come back and recommend it others
Christmas dinner with my wife and mom. Reservations for 5:45. When we arrived there was a line up so long that you couldnt even see the restaurant entrance! People felt like cattle in a stock yard. Elderly people with wheelchairs, walkers and canes waiting. They were not comfortable including my mom as a person could tell and plenty of negative remarks. There were chairs in a waiting area but they were all occupied! The line gradually moved and we were eventually seated 35 minutes later. Drinks were delivered promptly. Lineups at the buffet were not that bad and filled the plates after about 5 minutes. Not a bad selection of salads and mains. Disappointed they did not have any fish selection. Ribs were good, beef loin was tasty, mashed potatoes and gravy were good, veg ok. All they had was a turkey roll that had been in the freezer for a couple years as the turkey flavor was non existent! Very very disappointed! Why cant restaurants have whole roasted turkeys at a carving station??? Lazy? Cheap yup. Anyway this was a one and done deal for Christmas dinner due to the freezer burnt turkey and stock yard experience.
Nice view and good service.
The burgers are the best. Filling and cheap for a gourmet burger.
Great food and service. Its a quite place where you can enjoy. Had a great time.
Friday night buffet always great
Great food and not bad prices only bad time was last summer ... the a/c was so cold that food was cold in minutes of getting to the table
The buffets are amazing at Four Seasons!
Nice ambiance. Awesome service, tasty buffet.
Absolutely the best dining experience Ive had in a long time. Everything was absolutely delicious.
Good buffet. Staff friendly.
Went for lunch and the buffet was fantastic. Hot foods on one side, different types and all the additions for salads on the other side. Then many desserts and fruits. Enough to fill a vegetarian too! Well lit with windows and shades opposite a mirror wall. Would go again.
We had supper and breakfast here when we stayed overnight at the Park Town. Supper was extremely disappointing; the food was not very flavorful, the portions were small, and waitress kind of grumpy. Breakfast took over an hour to be served and our coffee cups were empty most of the time while we waited. We will not be back.
I had my birthday dinner here, nice food and drinks with a lovely view
Great place, good food. Harmeet is great server, super attentive. 10/10 would go again
I wont be back.. I have never been here before. I ordered a burger and the bun came soggy I told my server and asked for napkins and wet wipes BC the burger was so wet. Never got any.. Wine was crazy bitter never had a Malbec taste that bad! Server never came back to give me my bill, clear my dishes nothing. Not a good experience at all!
Maybe Im showing my age but the Four Seasons brand is something Ive grown to know as a sign of quality and class. This is not what I received from the Blackstone eggs Benedict. Bought in and premade hollandaise is a signature of a small time diner not a branded higher end restaurant. Nevermind the fact that the soft poached eggs were under done. Something I didnt think possible. The service and ambiance were good. The food quality was just blah. Hollandaise is not hard or time consuming and a chef should be able to make it blindfolded, especially with only 3 tables in the place.
Big premises..people apart.
Great food, excellent service! They have offered complimentary dessert for special occasions such as birthday, anniversary! Servers are always friendly and caring! We love it here! Great place to dine if you are visiting someone in RUH or City Hospital. The staff are compassionate and they understand.
Good service. Reasonable prices.
I couldn t find a single thing wrong with the lamb shank, even if I was dubious of the statement that the Yellow Tail Merlot was actually Canadian and not, in fact, Australian.
The food was well done the staff is very knowledgeable and attentive to customers needs. If you are intrested in plant based diet there vegan menu opens up new taste profiles in flavors and textures of chinese cuisine which has in the past not readly available here.
My fav place for Sunday brunch! Nice view along the river and always had good friendly service.
Friday night Prime rib buffet was amazing... Great food, top notch service.. a most enjoyable evening.
Excellent food... Excellent staff... Recommend for sure! If not ordering off the menu and youre getting the buffet... Its always fresh and deeeeeliscious! Love it!!!
Great food and view.
Chicken cordon blue was amazing! Friendly service and great food!
Food was very bland... the rice was cold and hard in the souvlaki. The kids spaghetti was odd tasting. The full size lasagna was much smaller than the kids meals and was mostly cheese with 1 layer of noodle. All dishes could have use some spices and salt but the fries were delicious! Waitress was nice view was nice food was not.
This is a cozy little lounge with comfy seating, low lighting & a laid back atmosphere to enjoy a drink & an appetizer. The Four Seasons menu is available as well, & I can heartily recommend the coconut shrimp appetizer; the sweet chili dip has the perfect balance between sweet & spicy.
Food was so good
Wow what a great restaurant in the hotel we were staying in. Even without a reservation we got seated right away and was shocked at how reasonable the buffet price was. The food was all amazing and fresh and had a great selection for us all. Will definately recommend this place to all my staff members as we are in saskatoon often for training. Thank you for a great meal
Delicious prime rib buffet.
Called and booked a reservation because four of us had 2 Groupons to use. When we called it sounded like there was no issue using the 2 Groupons. Dinner was okay for the most part, small selection, but the food tasted good. Went to pay and they said because we were 2 couples sitting at the same table we could only use 1 Groupon. The Lady taking payment (not the waitress, waitress was nice) told us we shouldve read the fine print and its our own fault. Not friendly at all about it. Then she told us that we should have made 2 reservations and sat at separate tables... which I thought was a bit odd and rude. The worst part is that this has obviously happened before, yet they leave the customer in the dark until payment so they can ding you with the full price bill. Definitely keep this in mind if you plan on using Groupons with another couple, YOU NEED TO BOOK YOUR OWN TABLES. Wont go back, except to use this Groupon we couldnt the last time
The Good: The Four Seasons overlooks the Twenty-Fifth Street Bridge and has a river view. It is situated near Bessborough Park. The bad: The buffet is over-priced, bland and sparse. The regular menu is both expensive and boring. Google the menu if you are curious. Parking can be an issue.
Good food, great staff
Food was good; service was friendly.
edible too salty
Really good Sunday brunch
Very nice Sunday brunch. Great staff.
This is the restaurant at the Parktown Hotel at the foot of the University Bridge. We had breakfast/lunch there and what a treat! Fantastic service, a new menu, including a stuffed french toast (about a 2 1/2 thick, 6X6 cinnamon bun toasted with creme cheese and saskatoon berries inside and whipped cream on top. Honestly one of the best tasting desserts (it cant really be classed as breakfast) Ive ever had!
Yesterday I took a friend to the Park town Hotel Brunch. The food at the buffet was colorful bright and tasted the same. There was lots to choose from . But the best part was the service we received from Tracey, she really made us feel at home. Great smile and always had a coffee pot handy. I think Tracey has been there for a while, you cant miss her she always wears a cartoon tie!! Its nice to see someone who enjoys their work
Friendly staff were kind enough to seat us very close to closing time. Food was good.
Definitely a must if youre a Sunday brunch connoisseur.
Friendly staff and good food
We stayed at the Parktown hotel for a week July 17-24th. Hotel was great, clean & soft beds. The restaurant was awesome.. Marina was our server, she has a great personality & cares for her patrons. I rate the restaurant 10 /10. Thank you Parktown! This is our second time staying at your hotel. We were visiting our son & his family. Pool was clean & relaxing also.Until next visit ( from Ontario) we will see you again!
Best buffet in the city. Excellent staff as well.
Good food. Great service.
I wouldnt book another function there after the confusing lack of information and overcharging. For example, we were charged on our estimate of how many people would be there to eat at the public buffet, instead of the actual number, which was fewer.
This place is absolutely incredible. The staff are amazing. So polite. Professional and I am beyond satisfied. Ive stayed at many hotels.... none of them can hold a candle to this one. I wish I could give more stars because honestly this is much better than any 5 star hotel Ive stayed at. Cheers ParkTown !!! You guys rock
As a person with sever food allergies the staff went out of their way to check all ingredients in my meal selections. Our first time here.We will return again. Thsnks Dave and Kandra
Amazing food and staff! Great job!
Great food, beautiful scenery and exceptional service.
Very good dinner buffet.
Great food and warm, attentive service.
Great place
Great service always nice staff quick and great food
over all the service from the waitresses is excellent. always a friendly face and good conversation with them. Food is pretty good. Not to fond of the hostest Sue, she always seems to be in a bad mood, and is quite rude to customers.
Number of choices seems to have decreased compared to previous visits. Food is still good. Price is ok. Service was good.
Staff were a little cold. Quick to get the plates off the table
First visit ever to this restaurant and I was sorely dissapointed. The food was not tasty at all, however, I did appreciate the excellent service that was given, as well as the beautiful dining area overlooking the river. I have to start this off by saying that it was a very bad idea to provide eggs benedict in a buffet, they didnt look appetizing but I thought I should try one and base my results on that. The results are that I will never eat eggs benedict off a buffet ever again. The scrambled eggs tasted as though they were made from a carton and the sausage was tasteless and tough, which was extremely dissapointing. I am a breakfast lover and I believe that its pretty hard to mess up a breakfast. The nice thing was that there was plenty of fresh fruit to choose from as well as a cook that served the omelet that my partner ordered. For the prices that are charged I would expect exceptional tasting food, such as shame.
Was a great supper and great service
Our Server was nice enough, the meal not so much. Thank goodness we had the Groupon, otherwise our meal for 2 adults & 1 child wouldve been WAY over priced @ $83. My sons coconut shrimp, @ $14, were maybe 2 long and 7 on the plate. My Strawberry Chicken Salad, $17, consisted of COLD sliced chicken & I didnt find out until my bowl was delivered, that they substituted Spinach & Arugula instead of Romaine. I get that some Restaurants arent serving Romaine due to the current E-Coli scare, but they couldnt informed me of the substitution. My husband enjoyed his Calamari, $14, and his Baby Back Ribs $27.
Not exactly the Four Seasons I recall from my childhood.....
The service was great, they had a large variety at the buffet. The price was good and the atmosphere was great for an older demographic. If you are thinking of birthday parties this is a good place to have a quiet family dinner. We had a large party in our group 12 people and they had no problem with handling it.
