Food is good but credit card machine is configured such a way that you can t adjust your tip. I was forced to pay minimum %15 tip on a takeout order. Not cool.

They have the BEST lemon chicken rice soup in the city! Hands down

Food is always great and service even better. Came here for breakfast with our 3 kids (7,4 & 1.5) and it was busy. Waited about 5 mins to be seated and once seated we waited for quite awhile for our drinks, then ordered coffee and no one was coming back. We were going to leave with no hard feelings seeing how busy they were and the owner (I think) asked us to stay and they would help me right away and cover my children s meal & drink. We let him know there were no hard feelings and we could see they were very busy so we would try again another day but he asked us to stay as he knows it s a pain trying to find somewhere else and go through it all again with kids. We ended up waiting a normal amount of time for our orders and all left full & happy. You get a lot of food and it is all homemade. Thanks again Sami s!

A warm atmosphere in every way and great value from the kitchen. A solid execution on a business concept. Very impressed. This is a unique, special spot. I ll be back again for the most important meal of the day.

We got to Samis around 12:45pm , and it was still busy however, we were seated immediately. After looking at the menu, which is quite extensive regarding breakfast or lunch, Sami recommended the Greek Rib lunch special. I love Greek Baby Back Ribs, and I was not disappointed. They were tender and so flavorful... the only disappointment is that they arent a regular menu item. We enjoyed the excellent service and food! We will be returning customers!

Oh sweet baby!!!!!! This was absolutely fantastic we had the early bird with drink. I swear everything tasted like it was made in house. The breakfast sausages were sooooo good, I would buy a case of just those if I could. Portion sizes definitely great for cost. Everyone is friendly. cleanliness is top tier.

A real hidden gem in Saskatoon. I had no idea thos place existed but thankfully I was invited out for lunch here. Excellant menu and the food I had, all meat omelet with cubed hashbrowns, was very good. Everything really has that home cooked taste and feel. I liked it alot. The atmosphere could be spruced up a little but honestly, it ties in well with the homestyle meals. I would recommend to anyone looking for an excellent all day breakfast menu and a very friendly and helpful staff. I will definitely be back.

Eating in is the way to go, good portions and tasty food. Takeout was another story. Drove 5 min and by the time I got home the Ruben and Denver was wet mush and the hash browns were wet and gross. This is due to them Not using paper wrapping and putting in a styrofoam container. If they changed this 5 stars

We had a delicious evening fundraiser here. The food was fantastic. They were able to accommodate gluten free meals as well as serve a variety of plates. I ve had morning coffee here which was great. They have a great atmosphere, and the restaurant is clean, and staff are friendly. It s a gem of a place in the North end of Saskatoon.

Every time we walk into Sami s, we know we will be taken care of! They are fast, efficient, and the service is phenomenal (and they are usually quite busy.) The taste of the food is spot on, and they always make sure you leave full! Will definitely be back!

Me and my husband are driving through Canada for the first time from Alabama USA, and we decided to get breakfast here, it s well worth it! The pancakes were the best we ve ever had, and the potatoes were amazing (my husband recommended adding a little bit of syrup to the potato s for a nice sweet and salty mix) the staff were friendly. The atmosphere was lovely, the whole place looked well kept and welcoming. It was a good amount of food and it wasn t an unreasonable amount of money!

The food was amazing and customer service was awesome up to the point the owner brought us a free second round of drinks-I say free as that s what came out of his mouth but then comes back a couple minutes later saying he made a mistake and we have to pay for them. Very disappointing when doubled with the price of $8.50 for a Caesar consisting of a tiiiiny skinny glass half filled ice and was clearly not made by a person who drinks or knows how to make a proper Caesar. Touché Sami, you should sell cars-not breakfast lol. Food was great, don t order any drinks from here though and you ll be fine.

Came here for breakfast on a Tuesday morning. Service was exceptionally quick, and the server was very friendly. Hashbrowns are deep fried and served with green onion, a personal favourite. Brewed coffee was delicious, and the server offered to top the coffee up not once but twice. Would recommend to anyone! Thanks again

+s clearly popular with locals, food came quick even though it was busy. Large portions. Our server was great despite what she had to deal with... -s I dont know whats on the bennys but thats not traditional hollandaise. It left as bad of a taste in my mouth as how our server was treated by mgmt. She was the only server over the lunch and the whole time we were they she was just short of jogging. Meanwhile, owners just hang out at the till watching her struggle only moving to seat someone or top up coffee. Towards the end she even got scolded. At that point I counted 16 tables under watch. Having worked in the industry thats not for me.

Samis is a hidden gem in the North Industrial heart of Saskatoon. My man and I both love this place! Their daily lemon chicken rice is to die for, and I think its one of the biggest reasons why we both keep going back to Samis. Their menu features a large variety classic breakfast and lunch favorites at a reasonable price. Portions are generous, the restaurant is clean, and the staff are a delight! Highly recommend Samis.
