I ordered a starter size Caesar salad, was charged for the full size. Thats fine, but it was super disappointing for a full size salad. Maybe just a bad night. The pickles were great.

Our waitress was Ray. She excellent at her job. Fast and polite. Anticipated our needs at the table. Highly recommend.

Watching the UFC games definitely made it understandable for a wait,.. Although the lack of coordination and or staffing just sucked. It was hard to get a drinks and food as she essentially ignored us after I asked somebody else to fill one of our drinks, they then spent the rest of our time essentially ignoring us and not giving me my to go box until I had to go up to the bar as we had paid, asked for the box and sat there for an extra 10 minutes as she walked by. I come here quite often since I live in the neighbourhood and I must say this evening Rae was our server and it was the best service I ve had here I m very indecisive and she had the best suggestions for drinks and food! Overall an amazing experience thanks Rae :)

Started off on a dirty table. Server messed up our orders, was barely apologetic. Not sure why they cut my burger patty in half but not my bun? Horrible burger, mashed potatoes were cold and disgusting. I will DEFINITELY be writing to corporate for the shittiest experience. Been to a few, and this was by far the worst.

My server was amazing!! (Laneise) Loved her, very attentive, did her job perfectly and totally improved my experience!!! :> the food was also great (chicken was a tiny burnt) and 10/10 atmosphere for a casual night out with a partner or getting some drinks with friends.

Spent $80 on food, yam fries were basically thawed out only, didn t come with the dip that s served with them, the bacon around the jalapeños were not cooked and the pop tasted old, stale and flat. Was definitely bummed out considering the price I paid for this food.

This is a great local spot with plenty of beer and food options. I went twice during my visit to Saskatoon due to its proximity to hotels. It wasn t overly busy around 6pm - finding a spot at the bar wasn t hard! I enjoy the tuna poké bowl and Cobb salad during both visits. The poke bowl was much better overall compared to the Cobb salad.

Its a typical sports bar. The music isnt too loud, its calm and the atmosphere is very nice. The vegetables are delicious and the seasoning suits me. The staff were also cheerful and kind, so I had a good time there.

I Called this asked them if they play ufc fight they yes when I got there they said we are not playing ufc and nobody even help me to seat somewhere

Took about ten minutes to get menus and our first drinks we ordered were pop that were flat so they gave us both canned pop without a straw or a glass . Then we waited for about 20 min for our appetizer, then another 1/2 hour for our main dishes which I had a clubhouse with fries and gravy, the toast was hard like they were toasted then left to cool then buttered and the gravy was cool , its like my food was sitting on the counter for an hour or two . We also never got asked if we needed a refill , theres no salt and pepper and when I asked it seemed like it was funny to them , McDonalds wouldve been a better choice .

Good food. Bad service. Napkins & cutlery was not brought for appetizer- after & not enough for everyone. Extra charges not disclosed for mayonnaise at $2 each, mashed potatoes $4 extra vs French fries, cheese on beef dip an extra $1. None disclosed at time of order. Steak was well done when asked for medium/rare. We waited for the to go container for 10 minutes with no plates cleared. Very bad experience. Will not be returning with my family.

Had a great time watching the riders game, great food and beer. Awesome service. The only thing that it needs is a bike rack outside. We ended up putting our bikes on the DQ patio fence and some other people were on a light post. Would go more if it had bike parking. Really like the Canadian Brewhouse. Parking: No bike rack

Sat at the bar for 10 minutes, never noticed by the bartender so walked out. On the way out I mentioned this to the manager, from whom I got a meek sorry . Other places with better value and service.

We had a great time! Sat at the bar and watched the bartenders who were amazing with how fast they filled orders. The playoff atmosphere was electric and we were thrilled to be part of the chosen bar lottery. Visiting from South Carolina.

***Update to previous review*** since my previous poor experience they have cleaned house is my understanding. my previous experience last fall was sub par but after the manager emailed me and invited me back I brought my dad for a late Fathers Day and the experience we had was much better and we will definitely come back. The staff was accommodating and they upheld the previous managers offer of drinks and appetizer on the house. We had a great meal and the waitress did a phenomenal job. She checked in often enough but not too much. They even added a desert on the house outside of the previous offer! Overall I had a really great experience and will absolutely be back in the future and Im glad this place is on track again

The staff was friendly always coming to our table to make sure everything was OK and the food was awesome . This location was on mcclocklin I had the nachos and my son had the chicken parm . I would recommend this place to all my friends. Kid-friendliness: Kids are allowed in there till 8 pm

Had the Millionaire dog which was fantastic but better yet was the service. The two guys behind the bar deserve a huge raise. They are phenomenal. Courteous, respectful, concerned. These guys are truly great at service and I come from a service industry with 30+ years experience. Very friendly atmosphere. Highly recommended.

Paid $25 to attend a rooftop party and the cops shut it down as soon as we got there. There were no refunds or meaningful attempts to correct the situation.

We went on Friday night with a group of 12, I phoned ahead to make a reservation and when we got there, they had no record. They got us in so it was no big deal. However the service was awful! Our server was pretty non-existent all night. If we wanted a drink we had to go to the bar to order them or flag her down while she was walking by. If she came to the table to check up, she would take one persons drink order and walk away without checking on the table. Very disappointed with the service.

What a fun place to go. Great food and drinks. Prices are very good and the food is amazing with good sized portions. Also the mobile app is great for deals and collecting points

The place is massive, a TON of tvs in the booths. The food was really good and cheap, oilers night had cheaper drinks. Waitress was very friendly and attentive. Bathrooms were super clean and were separated so you had a private stahl. It was pretty quiet mind you it was a Sunday. I visited from out of town to watch the oilers game which they were playing so I was pretty happy. Overall a fun time.

Horrible service. Staff that was off shift was the only table that got service. Empty drinks and could never find server to get refills. Had to ask numerous other servers to get ours. Pretty sad considering it was a very slow night with 3 tables on the patio.

Like literally very very slow service, no body pick the empty glasses from table. We went there for ÅNNIVERSARY dinner but they didn t provide any knife at all to cut cake upon mentioning specailly, I end up just cutting the cake with fork. We came here at 9:30 pm and it s literally 11 pm and just got our wings till now , which were ridiculous soo dryy tiny wings, taste like chewing rubber.

Would recommend the Hampton brewhouse to anyone!!! DEEP and his staff are the best in the business. Would be there everyday if I could. There house is our house. Love them all to bits.

This place is Dah best!!! Food, service and attention to detail is amazing. Deep has a fantastic crew at the Hampton location and have never been disappointed. Except there is one table that needs extra attention.

Honestly, my friends and I have a great time whenever we go to the Brewhouse. The staff are all friendly, and the manager, Deep, always checks in to make sure everything is going good. The food never disappoints either. If anyone is on the fence about going, give it a try!

Came in around noon today, had Angellaya as a server. She was phenomenal with everything from checking on us and topping up waters without us having to ask. Hope to have her next time!

The lovely people at the brewhouse completely turned around the worst possible skip the dishes experience ever (their customer service is horrible and they should take note of how the incredible staff the CBH treat their customers). Every person I spoke to at CBH wanted to do whatever they could to make it right. I will continue to support CBH but not through skip the dishes as I believe STD is unworthy of whatever cut they take from them. Thank you to all of the Mcklockin Rd staff for your dedication to the service you offer, exceptional customer service, and staff that are willing to go above and beyond. I wish more companies were like yours!

We went to celebrate our sons 9th birthday. While we were finishing up the power went out. The staff were great! They came around to all the patrons and offered a piece of chocolate cake for dessert on the house. They were quick at figuring out how to make getting our bill and payment easy. PLUS to make it even better, they had the restaurant sing Happy Birthday to our son! Thank you to all the staff.

waited over 10 mins after we were seated for a menu, nothing came no one came to serve us at all. People who came in after us were seated and served immediately.

Best patio in the city - A must try in summer!! Was here again recently to watch a game and Brook-lynn was our server, she was great. Even though it was packed she was attentive and super friendly! Our drinks from the bar took a while, but she kept our waters full and we were happy with our appys. Will be returning forsure and its close to home which makes it perfect.

Me and my boyfriend went to brewhouse a few days ago and it was terrible. Our server was Elle and she barely paid attention to us and gave us constant attitude when we tried to make substitutions to our food. She argued with us when we explained an allergy that I have, overall it was a terrible experience

Portions seem to get smaller every time we go, waitresses never look like they want to be at work, kinda brings down the mood.

So unbelievably disappointed!!! Waited over 2 hrs for a SALAD to be delivered. When finally received, it was missing the barley and salad dressing. Portion was half the size that you would get in house. Called and spoke to the night manager. She proceeded to to tell me to call Skip the Dish and complain. Said weather was to cold to send one of her own employees out with new salad. UNREAL...why should I have to call Skip the Dish when its the restaurant that makes and packs the order!!! The 2 hr late delivery I understand but NOT the small portion and 2 missing items. Like the dressing is what makes the salad! First time ordering take out from here and NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Birthday party celebration Kid-friendliness: Nothing on intro about family restaurant even though you make a point about LGBTQ friendly. An yes I know its a sports bar, however Windel Clarks is too but family friendly. So are you family friendly.

Great experience at the Canadian Brewhouse. At the suggestion of my server (Hanna) I tried the Tuna Poke bowl but substituted the tuna with Blackened chicken. It was fabulous!!

The service is second to none.

Great place for a quick lunch. Lunch menu has your favorites. Watch the game and enjoy the atmosphere while enjoying classic bar food.

At The Canadian Brewhouse Birthday supper for my daughter who turned 13 today. What a disappointment at Great Canadian Brewhouse (west side location). Very diverse menu but the food was below average at the very least. I had the ribeye/shrimp special, asked for medium rare. Was charred, no seasoning and well done. Chicken fingers and fries needed to be seasoned with salt and pepper and the gravy was as bland as muddy water. There was no offer for desert or any provision for the birthday girl. $18 for a starter spinach dip? It needed to be seasoned as well. Overall a 4 out of 10. We had 3 alcoholic drinks and 2 iced teas. With a 10% tip, rhe bill was $190 for 3 adults and a 13 year old with no desert. Service was OK, but having a bunch of toddlers from other table s running around without supervision, really is annoying I won t return

I feel like I doesnt matter which location you go to or the time of day - Brewhouse service is always the absolute worst. The food is super hit and miss. Sometimes super good, other times youd think theyre cooking from a whole different book.

I live in the neighborhood and this is a great place to relax and has the coldest beer in the city. Prices are good portions are large. And Sedrick is a dam fine bartender. You have to check this place out.

Our server was GREAT, but it took a long time for us to be noticed waiting to be seated. Tasty food, good portions, typical pub food. Sports bar, lots of TV screens showing various different sports, good music! Dietary restrictions: Some Gluten free options. Wheelchair accessibility: Lots of floor table seating for wheelchairs.

The food is ok. Had the special jalapeno Popper dip but it wasnt balanced well, too much bacon, you couldnt taste the cheese or other flavors. Unfortunate since the jalapeno appetizer itself is great. We dont order takeout from here anymore because they kept sending us free items that Im allergic to, even when I put a note on the order and even when the manager called once to confirm we did not want them. And twice Ive tried ordering the beef dip and they didnt send us the dip so it was just a dry beef sandwich.

Best steak night out. Can you eat a 40oz steak cooked perfect. So good I ate it all.

Had to chill out while my car was getting repaired and Cedric was the best. I dont drink and many times Ill go to a place like this for some food and as soon as you order a coffee, youre put into Ignoreland by bar staff. Cedric was terrific, always making sure my cup was full and was a great conversationalist. Had the Philly Cheese Beef Dip and finished every last morsel. Tip of the hat to Cedric and your chef. Recommend.

Brewhouse is our favourite neighborhood pub / sports bar. It has great food and drink options. But what sets it apart from other similar options in the city is the service! The entire team ensures that each table is having a good time and is something isn t right they do what they can to make it better! A special shout-out to Server Sydney!! Wow, what an amazingly quick and friendly service. We came here randomly for our wedding anniversary for appetizers I had a couple of caesars my favorite was the dill pickle one. We were very pleased with the food. Everything tasted great almost as if of it was made from scratch . Love the atmosphere and the fact that there are a ton of TVs everywhere! Definitely a place to come back to again.

First off, the waitress took us to a table that wasnt clean, at all. Second, the food there is hit or miss, I usually play it safe and only go for wings on Wednesdays. Service could be a lot better, it took the waitress 10 minutes to serve us. I get it, its basically a bar, but thats what they should raise, the bar (service wise). Only go for drinks, and wings.

My sister and I walked into this establishment on a Saturday night we stood at the front for about 7-10 minutes and no one came to help us. Two white men walked into this restaurant and was helped in the span of two minutes. I have never been so disrespected and alarmed in my life. I didn t know this establishment prides its self on being racist and down right rude. I recommend that you take time to retrain your workers, they need it.
