Feeding Your Soul Café is a cozy café, with a focus on health eating, gluten free & vegan options, and supporting local. Featuring coffee from local roasters, you can enjoy some of our delectable baked goods, including fabulous creations from our gluten-free kitchen, to ensure a quality product for customers with sensitivities. Our small 40 seat café showcases local artists, while our summer patio overlooks our vegetable garden that we use daily in our cooking. We are also happy to work with your to create a memorable catering experience for your birthday parties, showers, corporate events, graduations, school events, or office meetings. We can also host your small parties and business meetings on site.

I would rate higher if possible. I was a tourist passing through and stopped in for coffee to go. I stayed for a legitimately excellent bagel, fried egg, bacon, and brie sandwich and a wonderful chat with the owner, server, and even some other customers. This is the type of establishment that I try to seek out. The food was outstanding and the bakery display case was filled with everything my heart called for and doctor advised against. Try nanaimo bars and butter tarts though I don't think a poor choice exists in that case. Thank you owners and staff for a memorable breakfast.

If you are a celiac in or traveling through the Soo, you have to try this place! Excellent for breakfast or lunch, with a nice outdoor courtyard for the summer. And the desserts! We returned home with 5 gluten-free desserts plus 2 gluten-free cake slices! It would have been 6 if I liked peanut butter! Very highly recommended.
The granddaughter of the owner has Celiac Disease, so they have a separate kitchen for their Gluten Free food and baked goods. My Gluten Free experience here was absolutely fantastic. My family and I are travelling Around Lake Michigan, and couldn't help but stop in Canada for lunch. Based on the reviews on the Find Me Gluten Free App, this was the spot to go, and it did not disappoint! I had the "Lunch Flight" of 2 GF wraps (I chose egg and chicken salad) and a soup (asparagus is GF). I was excited for the egg salad base on the reviews of others, but the chicken salad was my favorite! The fruits they add in added such an amazing flavor, and the chicken was so finely shredded. The asparagus soup was fantastic. As were the desserts--of which there are many GF to choose from. The day we visited happened to be my birthday, and they came out to tell me (unrelated) that they had just put out a brand new GF item of s'mores pie. Let me tell you... that was an AMAZING pie. I started tearing up, it was so good. Couldn't visit Canada and not try the Canadian dessert of GF Nanaimo Bars, too. My gluten-eating family thoroughly enjoyed their glutenous meals and desserts as well. I cannot recommend this establishment enough!!!

I went here for a baby shower on Sunday at 11am. We had 2 types of quiche to choose from and homemade salad. Both were excellent. There was room for about 30 people, but there could’ve been more room without tables. I’ve not eaten here any other time but I’ve heard the desserts are amazing. I hope to go back sometime soon. (The staff was amazingly nice and helpful, too.)
5 stars before our food even arrived! Traveling Lake Superior Circle in a camper, looking for breakfast. Needed eggs, they sold me a dozen. Beautiful garden. They have vegan and gluten free. Lovely people ❤️
This is a gem I'm Sault Ste Marie. What a wonderful restaurant/cafe. You can tell this place has grown with love at the forefront. This is one of the only restaurants that have good gluten free and vegan options in the Soo. There's a large emphasis on making food for everyone here. I have a severe gluten allergy so even alittle cross contamination can make me very sick. The staff always make sure to avoid it and use a dedicated toaster for breads. They go above and beyond. There's also an array of gluten free dessert options (they're all so yummy). I really can't say enough good things about feeding your soul. Everytime I have an interaction with Mary, it's like she puts everything aside and gives you her undivided attention, it really makes me feel important and that I matter to her. Same with everyone here. Great atmosphere, delicious and healthy food, beautiful outdoor space in warmer months. There isn't anything else I could ask for... Thank you all :)

One of the best coffees in CANADA. Feeding your soul lives up to its name. The food is delicious and healthy, the service is excellent and it is a true experience for the soul. I wish there were more places like this. And I pray for their success!!!

This restaurant is a hidden gem in Sault Ste. Marie. If you havent been here, you must give it a try! I am gluten free and dairy free and get very sick if I encounter either. Ive had no problem with any (5-6) meals here. Not only is the food delicious, the staff is equally delicious...so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place!!
I ordered the chicken vegetable rice soup and its delicious! Keep me warm in the cold!

Spinach and artichoke sandwich was hearty and delicious. The big meaty pieces of hearts with the cheese melt and marbled bread was great for a rainy day lunch.

Wonderful gem of a spot. Hidden away in through a lavish garden full of veggies that youll find in your salad, sandwich and soups. Tasty nourishing meals and snacks made with care. Vegan and gluten-free friendly. They know exactly whats in the food since they make it from scratch. Weird location but worth a visit. Plus, they do takeout, catering and frozen meals.
Enjoyed a post wedding family lunch here which was comprised of mainly gluten free items. All dishes were flavourful, interesting and expertly prepared, from delicious meats to salads to mouth-watering desserts! The owners were friendly, accomodating and efficient. We had a choice of dining inside or out. Everything was clean, pretty and charming! Highly recommend for those with or without special diet requirements!

Enjoyed an excellent vegan lunch with friendly and attentive service despite the restaurant being full. Their regular menu includes vegan soup, salad choices, 3 mains and deserts. Lots of options for non-vegans and those who eat gluten free as well.

I was recently introduced to this little gem by a friend. They have the most delicious, fresh made, home cooked food! Many delicious gluten free options, and desserts. I highly suggest this place to anyone who wants to spoil themselves with a well priced home cooked meal.
