The family and I had a great lunch. The owner was most pleasant. Very clean restaurant and the food was excellent. Will be coming back for sure.

When I left with my order I realized I was missing 2 iteams. I called and the owner personally delivered my items ! Amazing service!!!!

Just want to say I went there for the first time yesterday. It was great! The food was excellent, fresh, hot, and delicious. The service was great - they even helped me sort out an issue on the web site that wasnt allowing me to properly place my order. The place was clean and inviting. Will be eating here again for sure!

Excellent fast food option! My only complaint would be serving orange chicken and or sweet and sour pork on the pick 1, 2 or 3 quick options wouldve saved me 14$ dollars at final price, because I got the pork a la carte. But thats a personal choice. The food is excellent and plentiful, and will be returning.

Kelsey cares about getting to know her customers. A very important part of the service industry. Her staff are kind and the food at this location is delicious. The restaurant is immaculately clean.

First time ordering so might have been a bad night however we ordered the dinner for 4, vegetable dish was undercooked, chicken balls were small and tasteless, I didn t enjoy the spring roll or egg roll however my wife thought they were ok , sour pork was alright, I enjoyed the Mongolian beef and the chow mein was good but not great. The person that handed me my food was nice . I won t be ordering from there again but like I said could have been an off night.

The meal for 8 was ready on time and packaged when I arrived. Kelsey is amazing and all about customer service. The Staff are all very friendly, welcoming, professional and considerate. The food was prepared well and tasted great. Everyone enjoyed the food. We had lots of leftovers that my family took home for the next day. Absolutely no complaints and look forward to our next visit. Thank you for being part of our Friday Family meal. We appreciate your understanding about the confusing misunderstanding.

Service was fantastic, however the food is gross IMO. No sweet and sour sauce for the tiny and not very appetizing chicken balls. They are not good and not what Im used to eating at other local restaurants. The fried rice, is definitely not fried rice. Soggy rice more like it. Its like those boxes of frozen Chinese food in the grocery store. Honey garlic chicken tasted way to salty. The store was run perfectly, not much a manager can do with the food they are supplied to cook. This is a higher up issue.

Received cold food, items were not as described. 5 small cold chunks of chicken with no sauce is not good for an order of dinner for four neither is only 3 fortune cookies:( . Very disappointed *** received an apology from the owner and really appreciated this, hope to give a second chance in the future :)

I love this restaurant. Kelsey makes sure everyone is satisfied and treats you like the most important person. The staff works hard and creates delicious dishes with generous portions. Please tip these folks. Don t drive by because it s a small place, go and try, your guaranteed to find something in there never ending menu. Hope I got the owners name right. lol. Which I appreciate rather than giving everyone divided attention. Anyways, I missed the call. They left a voicemail. And then texted me a few minutes later. If this isn t above and beyond service, I don t know what is. Kelsey took my order over text. Which honestly is invading her own privacy to give great service. We were travelling through this city and wanted to eat good fried rice and we ordered it through skip the dishes from Manchu Wok it was very bad not tasty at all whole thing was soggy.

The owner is a Rockstar! Running around doing everything and keeping her staff motivated and happy and it really shows in the quality of the food. You can tell it was made with fresh ingredients with love and attention to detail. I would and will stop again next time Im in sault st marie

Food was good and the staff were friendly, I was given a spring roll on the house due to the waiting time. Only thing I can say that kinda let me down is the egg roll and spring roll I got were both pretty cold in the middle, but the Mongolian beef with noodles was fantastic

The owner wants people to download their app instead of just taking orders. I want food not another data mining app. Dont bother.

Service was super slow. All what I needed was right infront of me and took for ever for my order to come up. Few people in line waited while it would have taken very little time to deal with the to go orders.

THE WORST I REPEAT THE WORST AISAN food ever. I deal with many tourists in town. I warn them against that joint. I had an order of chicken balls. They looked and tasted horrible. Ended up spending 83 bucks. WORST MEAL EVER. Dont waste your money and hopefully this place will close

Very good, and fair price! Gotten takeout here many times, and the one and only time there was a minor mistake with my order, management themselves dealt with it in a very courteous and respectful manner! Will keep coming back!

The food does not even taste like Chinese Food. I ordered chicken chow mein which was just bland. Last time had ordered Kung pao chicken that had barely any chicken just chewy fried breading. The place is nice and clean but unfortunately food has no taste.

I ordered the wonton soup and it was really very good, but gigantic, with no wontons, but it had dumplings and noodles and lots of fresh veggies (carrots and brocolli). Not a starter, not typical wonton soup, but really good so next time Ill just get that. The medium spiced shrimp with noodles didnt have a lot of flavor except the spice. The seevice was good, but really slow for what I expected. There are tables, but I think Ill opt for take out next time.

Lets be honest you dont order from here expecting Michelin Star Asian food, you order from here when youre too lazy to cook. This is average chain mall food court asian fare. The pork was good, but not spicy as I ordered it. The sweet and sour chicken balls came with NO sauce and the fired rice had an odd flavor which I cant pin point. Not terrible, not great. It filled the void.

Very cramped, no designated area for pick up. Food was cold. An entree of orange chicken was missing for a family of 4 meal. Waited 20 minutes past pick up time. Very small portions, quite pricey for what you get. Family meals dont feed the number of people it says it does. Very disappointed was hoping it would have lived up to the hype.

While the food is very fresh and tasty, there is way too much sodium in the food so didnt feel great afterwards. I think the sodium content could be cut in half and the food would still taste great, probably better.

Ordered online, didnt recieve the proper order. I tried to phone the restraunt and nobody would answer the phone. No compensation, no accountability. I wouldnt recommend.

Food- -Orange chicken 6/10 - wasn t bad but I have had better. -Black pepper chicken 5/10 - we received beef instead of chicken. There was more vegetables and the beef was a terrible cut very fatty. -Mixed vegetables 4/10 - soggy bland mixed vegetables consisting of broccoli, carrots, a ton of bean sprouts and zucchini. -Chicken balls 5/10 - not a traditional chicken ball. Hard crispy outer layer filled with chicken. Bland in flavour. -Egg rolls 3/10 - small compared to other restaurants. Crispy shell leading to a wet mush interior. Not a traditional egg roll. -Fried salt & pepper fish 5/10 - a decent amount of fish very oily and not a crispy breading. Tasted good though. - Sweet & sour pork 4/10 - we received sweet and sour chicken. It was alright. - Lo mein noodles 6/10 - lots of filler vegetables used but tasted ok. - Fried rice 5/10 - rice was very sweet. - Steamed rice 8/10 - was the best thing about this experience which should say something. The dipping sauces weren t labelled and the container is very shallow so it s hard to dip anything. Service 8/10- was good everyone was smiling. They even gave us an extra egg roll for having to wait for our order as they were waiting on the last dish to be cooked. Atmosphere 6/10 - it looks very clean inside. Very cramped as soon as you walk though the door. It wasn t crazy busy but was dinner time so when you walk through the door you end up in the middle of the line. There should be an area to pickup your food and not crowd with everyone else. There is a drive though window going to the sidewalk that goes around the building. Not sure if that is supposed to be used for mobile orders? There is no signage to tell you otherwise. The biggest issue overall is the fact that there was a metal wire found in the mixed vegetables. My wife took a fork full of veggies and was stabbed in the roof of her mouth by the wire in the photo. It was nice that on the website you are given 25% off your first order but I will not be a returning customer that is for sure.

I just had the most amazing time at Manchu Wok! The service was incredible, and the food was so fresh and delicious. Shoutout to Kabrena, the owner/manager, for being super kind and helpful. The food is absolutly to die for!!! And Im pretty picky! It was super awesome to see some of the cooking happening right infrint of me at the counter and all the Staff was friendly and wonderful! We ordered a few different items and everything was amazing and flavorful! 10/10 highly recommend! Its a small dine in area but you wont regret it! Holds well reheated too!

Dinner for six came minus the chicken balls I ordered (included not extra) Food is good but this is not like what most are used to when thinking chinese takeout. 90 dollars worth of food in the picture shown! The cartons were 3/4 full or 3/4 empty, how ever you look at it. Lol Those are cereal sized bowls. Eat in portions are good. Dont do takeout!³ Feeds four adults at best. Feel a little ripped off. I post just so you dont make the same mistake I did. I warned you! Cheers!

Shouldn t open if you re not ready with staffing. No order ahead and pick up later . People answering phone unsure of anything have to ask manager. If your not serious about doing business your not going to last.

I just got family meal for 8. And even tho the food tasted good. It would of been cheaper to get 6 pick your own combo with 3 items. And we would of gotten way more food. We got 8 boxes and 8 egg rolls. Each box only had 2 scoops of food in each box.

Amazing food so fresh and tasty!

This place is amazing. We met the owner, Kelsey I believe and she is lovely and really takes pride in her business. The food is fantastic, fresh and flavourful. I can understand other reviews of flavor or freshness but that s because it s a new business with employees and sometimes when it s crazy busy, new employees are overwhelmed. Give it time and try it again. It s one of the best Chinese food places in town.

My husband and I really enjoyed our dinner for two. The place was clean, the employees friendly and the food was great. We took our order to go and while we were waiting one of the owners spoke to us. Encouraged us to please give feedback etc. What impressed me most, was she complemented her employees. She said they were great employees and exceptional people. That was something I have never seen. The food is fresh, portions are large.

Wasn t impressed. Shrimp chow mein, 2 orders was 40 buck with tip. Nothing has flavour, noodles bland, shrimp bland, barely any vegetables. Just a box of bland noodles and a few overcooked bland shrimp. Overpriced. And you think Chinese food they would use salt. Felt like I was eating watery noodles.

No flavor, had to wait 45 min for non flavor full food. While waiting for 45 min i saw Employees dont practice proper hand hygiene. Blowing their nose and a two second water rinse isnt cleaning your hands. Floors had tooth picks from their free samples. Save your money go to tim Hortons. Also no where to park had to park on the street behind the parking lot

I wanted to like this place so much.. it was okay. dont expect it to be like your traditional Chinese restaurants.. didnt care for the processed minced meat in the chicken balls. Prices were decent and portions were plentiful.. doesnt really compare to Hard Work, Hong Kong or Golden Dragon.

New location but poor organization of staff. The food we received was cold except for the one and only dish they made to order. The staff member boxed food from the hot food counter (not made to order) and I watched as it sat for the almost 15 minutes I waited. The waiting wasn t the issue as I wasn t sure how long the order would take since it was my first order so I arrived early. The counters were a complete mess and a manager/owner was telling the staff that they needed to clean things up as she felt it didn t look professional. She was right, it didn t look professional. Even though the food was cold (as predicted) it was flavorful. However, if I wanted to order food served from a hot food bin like at the food court at the mall, I would have gone to the mall. If they don t make food to order why order in advance? Why take to go orders if they don t make it fresh? The motto says Fresh Fired. It isn t fresh fired if they just fill orders from bins that could be sitting there for who knows how long. Also, I saw an order sitting on the counter that was $93 that was sitting there when I arrived and was still there when I left. Not so fresh especially at the prices they charge. Maybe they will get it together eventually but they are less than professional now.

This is a newly opened restaurant, so I always give leeway when it comes to speed and completeness of my orders. The good: The location is easy to get in and out of. I havent yet had a problem parking, and there is an exit at the back of the parking lot. The restaurant itself is bright, clean, and employees are friendly and ready to help. The food is delicious! Ive only tried a handful of items so far, but Ive liked every one. Everything is so fresh. If I had to choose between a soggy hamburger from the local McDs or Manchu Wok, its not even a fair comparison. Manchu Wok wins hands down. The owner (manager?) is an absolute delight and she seems to honestly care about customer satisfaction. The bad: Since this store just recently opened they are still a bit swamped, so make sure you have enough time to wait before ordering. I am sure this will get better with time.

Honestly not just the worst Chinese food in Sault Ste. Marie, but also the worst service. I feel ripped off and disgusted, and I didnt even pay for this meal. The chicken balls appear to be battered in saw dust. The rice feels and tastes artificial somehow? Order for three, only one fortune cookie. Ordered well in advance for a pickup order, had to wait twenty minutes in line behind everyone ordering in-restaurant just to pick the order up and it was only made once every previous in-restaurant order was filled. All of that even after what a nightmare their website was. I would sooner eat the cardboard box of a Little Caesars pizza before ever trying this place again. Both the food and the service could not be worse.

I can only hope they dont allow a sick worker to work and that they run a clean store and the food is prepared properly as I ate there and that night started to get a sore throat and diarrhea. The taste of the food was ok but not as tasty as the restaurants on Spadina in Toronto. As the saying goes cleanliness is next to godliness.

$17 for four tiny chicken balls and a small container of veg. I ordered 10 of the little balls but six were missing. Food was room temperature. Who wants to eat that? Why aren t they in a mall? This is the type of place where you need a lot of customers, so the food s always fresh and hot but I barely received anything. The staff barely speak English.

Everyone was friendly and food was made fresh and portion size was large. Didn t have to wait long for fresh made food. Will definitely be back. Nice to have a new option in the soo. Recommend you try it

Fantastic spot. Just what the Sault needed. Food was terrific and an excellent value. I was stuffed on $14.41 for 2 different proteins and a choice of noodle or rice. Highly recommend the lo mein and general tsos!
