Amazing pizza but ordered at 5pm for delivery and at 6:30 it hadnt left the store yet...terrible delivery service

Love Auroras. Usually get the panzarotti but tried their special this evening. There wasn t a wait to be seated and spots were available- I don t imagine the storm helped that and it was a Tuesday night. Service staff was a bit standoffish but still professional. Restaurant is small, but clean and well decorated. Huge menu available. One of the Sault staple Italian restaurants. You can also do take out from the hillside location which is great. Parking was decent tonight as it wasn t busy however when it is busy it can be challenging and need to park in another adjacent lot. Preferred to make reservations it just sucks they don t use open table or the google app for it- so you have to call to do so. Then also have a take out section attached too. Reliable consistency in their food. Prices have gone up for inflation but the food is still delicious and it was worth the visit.

Very good food, we came late at 9 and they still gave us a good service and the food was Delicious The lady was very nice even if she had a long day. She only forgot to bring us water but we didnt ask since we were having a few drinks. BTW the Martinis menu is a MUST TRY if you like we tried the Expresso and the Creamsicle, both Amazing

Working out of town, I hadn t had Auroras in years. Still as good as I remember it, and still one of the best pizzas in town.

The texture and taste of the pizza dough here is some of the best in town. Sweet and not overly heavy.

Best Pizza in Sault Ste Marie ON, in my opinion!!

Ordered panzos for 6pm for takeout. Didnt receive them until 6:40pm. More dough then toppings. Very disappointed.

Went to pick-up my take out order. Wanted to add butter tarts at the counter. Was told there were no butter tarts, when there was clearly a plate in the display case with butter tarts. Was then informed by the young cashier with red highlights in her hair that those butter tarts were for the dining room only. I was surprised. Asked again if I could buy two butter-tarts but was told those single butter tarts were dining room only. I then asked if I could have ordered singles for takeout, and was told I could, but those ones were dining room only. What is this? If I had time, I would have went in on the restaurant side, ordered two butter tarts, then had them packaged to go. I probably would have waved them at the cashier as well. I guess dining room money is worth more. Absurd. This place has been decent up until this point.

I ordered a pizza from here , the first time it was fine , the 3rd time i specificaly asked for well done , it might has well habe been raw , i threw it out , never again.

Best pizza ever, cajun chicken pizza is life changing!!

Honestly the hype was a massive let down. 100$ for 2 pizza and wings? Over breaded soggy wings, that they didnt give to the driver that I had to wait even longer for (originally a hour and a half wait turns into almost 2 hours.) Instead of adding bacon to the pepperoni and sausage pizza that is on the menu i was charged for each topping individually. Also shouldnt be charged such a high amount for delivery when near by. Should be based on how far away you are. Thought that the girl that took the order was trying to have one hang up and I honestly wish I did. The amount of times I had to repeat the pizza and wings order was to many. At least 4 times for each item. Really wish I could have my money back as my family hasnt enjoyed the food it was not the greatest and sure as hell not worth 100$. Also the delivery driver made it known to me that they were messing up orders alot and forgetting items. Wish i sent him back with the pizza. Would not recommend.

The pizza I ordered tasted a little off but was still really delicious, my only reason for 4 stars is how long my pizza took.

Was disappointed in the meatball sandwich. It was mashed up meatball on bread and very dry. Was expecting meatballs on a sub with lots of sauce.

I went to pick up an online order. They were friendly as usual. Parking: The parking is crowded and sometimes hard to get out of because its on Second Line West Recommended dishes Parking space Somewhat difficult to find parking

Ordered the Gnocchi with two meatballs. Asked if the included bread could be upgraded to garlic bread and was informed that it was not possible to upgrade but I could order a extra garlic bread which I declined. When my Gnocchi arrived without meatballs or bread I asked for them and felt that I was complaining. When I was finished I asked for the rest as takeout. The sealed takeout bag that I received did not include the 2 of 3 prices of bread that I did not eat......so maybe you will get to enjoy it tomorrow! Will not return to this establishment. I hate leaving bad comments but felt the necessity.

They were short staffed, so the service was terrible, no refills on drinks, didnt check in once. Dough was spongey and wierd and the alfredo sauce was like glue. I highly do not recommend auroras. Dominos has better crust

Ordered a pizza for pickup. Was quoted 45 minutes for it to be ready. When we got there, they had lost our order and nothing was ready. They offered to start making our order right away and deliver it to us, but it was going to take an hour. No idea why it takes an hour and 45 minutes just to make one pizza. I dont even know why it takes 45 minutes to make a pizza, most places can do it in 20. Decided to just cancel the order instead, but there wasnt a manager available to process the debit refund, so they had to just open the till and give me the refund in cash.

Solid food and service...tables could use sanding and painting...but things aint the best in the economy...so it is all good.

Terrible service, 2 hours for a pizza that was cold and stuck to the box (this isn t the first time), panzeratti that was burnt, ceazer salad was terrible . Romaine with croutons and very little dressing really that can be messed up? And guess what no manager on site to speak too! Clearly they don t plan to stay in business!!!

Great pizza but hate their website. No prices makes it difficult to decide what to choose. If we re craving something other than pizza, I often choose a different place. Prices vary so much they expect you to have your choice ready in order to help you over the phone but I like to have that information first. I m not about to make up my mind just to decide it s not worth what they re asking.

I loved the chicken parm! The staff was great and we really loved the feel of the restaurant.

Although I didnt go into the restaurant, I was happy to be able to use their banquet hall for a dinner. The only charge was for the food they made which included plates, cutlery and napkins. We were allowed to bring in fruit/vegetable trays, potato chips, candy and decorations. Victor is a great host and very friendly.

Moved back to The Soo had it 3 times now and this will be my last :( Look at the pics this was double cheese ughggg someone please explain to me how its double cheese whats regular cheese then ??? Aaaand what in the name of starving refugee chickens are these wings??? Teeny tiny wings smooshy batter barely sauced let down .... 1 large 3 topping pie 20 baby wings for 50.... Your game is weak step up or retire please youve broken my heart.... Your pepperoni is on point buuut so is Mrs bs, Pisa pizza, Nova grillhouse, perfecto jus to name a few Im editing my review a bit after having g worst food I the Soo from Icebreakers... But still Aroras please Im not sure what to say you just lost what it was that you had

The service is friendly. The food is good, and the prices are within everyone else. The new design gives the place an upscale feel, but it is simple enough that you dont feel like you need to dress up to eat there.

Love the food and service. But your getting 3 stars because you treat tomato sauce like its and endangered species on your pizza. If I got a ounce of sauce on an entire large pizza Id be surprised. Add more sauce to your pizzas (this is a common complaint from everyone that I talk to about your pizza) and I will adjust the review to match the 5 stars you deserve.

Food is always great and the price is reasonable too. Great portions and excellent servers. Some of the Sops best original restaurants that any visitor should experience... IF... You can get a table. Book ahead people!

We had an awesome family dining experience at Auroras. The food was amazing, as were the portions and price. The staff are always friendly, cheerful and add to the already great family atmosphere. Auroras is a definite must go for us, whenever we are visiting the Sault and I highly recommend dining here!

What a wonderful experience. Waitress great. Kind and helpful. I had Bruchetta Linguini amazing. The best I have ever had. My friend had Gnocchi with meat Balls. He loved it. Atmosphere delightful. All around a good experience.

Ordered catering from this restaurant for a large family gathering paid 500 bucks and I have to say that I was deeply disappointed by the food especially the roast potatoes that I had to serve to my company. They were awful. Looked terrible and tasted worse. They were burnt dried out and greasy. Too bad I was told that the food would be awesome because he- meaning the cook was Italian and makes great meals. If I could give a zero star I would. Don t get catering from Auroras. I guess you get what you pay for. Should have done it myself.

I expected better from a place like this. A customer of yours verbally abused another customer in line and none of your employees stepped up to stand up for this small young woman being abused by an older man dressed in camo and rubber boots, he told her too choke and die on her way out because she needed a few extra minutes with the debit machine. Prior to this he called her a low class woman . Thanks for the experience Sault Ste. Marie!
