Love this place for homemade soup and pasta! I had a problem with delivery and the staff were quick to fix it for me when I came in.

Fantastic food. One of our go to places in the Soo. Great for family suppers.

Ordered pizza and wings for the first time tonight based on the google reviews we read. Placed a pick up order and the confirmation said the order would be ready in a half hour. I arrived ten mins early. Wings were on the counter and pizza was brought out from the kitchen. We had a 5 min drive back to our hotel. Both pizza and wings were cold. Very disappointed in the quality of the food.

Haven t ordered from here for 10 years because they don t know how to make a pizza well done. 10 years later it s still the same thing. Called to complain woman answering phone didn t care. Maybe in another 10 years we can try it again.

Ordered some delivery because my mom was in the hospital, had some complaints about the quality of food& was told by two women working there that it was my fault for ordering delivery... I ordered the fried ravioli, which I couldnt even chew through and the seafood pomodoro with Alfredo but the Alfredo didnt stick to the pasta at all so it was plain. I was told both these things are normal with delivery. If thats the case, why is there no quality control? Why are they offered through delivery at all? Further, the woman wearing the green sweater SMIRKED at me as she told me it was my fault for ordering the ravioli as delivery (but Ive eaten old, cold fried ravs from Noels and I could still BITE them, unlike the ones from this order- couldnt chew them at all). Ive also been eating& making Alfredo for 2 decades, my parents met in an Italian kitchen, my blood is practically Alfredo & never have I heard of Alfredo not sticking to pasta- separating, sure- but not sticking?? Weird. The chicken in my other two orders was also dry, there were unpitted olives in the pasta (who does that?!??)& one of my muscles was unopened. The two pasta sauces tasted delightful & I wouldve given a good review if I didnt receive attitude for complaining about food I couldnt even eat because I love Fratellis and have ordered from here for years before I moved away. And the only reason this isnt getting one star is because the manager handled my complaint properly and refunded my money with an apology. It was an 100$ order, but apparently expecting 100$ quality is too much to ask for. Dont get delivery if you want good food, because, according to the wait staff, the food sucks as delivery.

We ordered XL pizzas as we wanted some leftovers... Holy smokes an XL is BiG, a large cookie sheet, really big one! We had the BBQ chicken.. it was delicious with a slightly sweet BBQ sauce, chunks of chicken, red onions and some bacon. The second was Hawaiian We had the regular crust and it was not too thin, not too thick, just right. Prices for the extra large BBQ was $31, which was very reasonable I believe the Hawaiian was $21 + $3 per ingredient. We arrived at 11;30am and just bet the lunch crowd.. by noonish there was a waiting line.

Asked hotel management for pizza recommendations. Four were given, chose Fratelli s. Dear Lord, a flashback to the pizza of my youth, long before fast food. Just coming in the hotel room the smells from the boxes were a delight. Could not be happier, and they have my business every time I visit the Sault in the future. Truly amazing. The panzerotti was dynamic, as was my wife s pizza. Great going all!!!

Ordered pasta for the family. One pasta dish was very over cooked. I m talking, disappears as soon as your mouth closes, just dissolves in mush. They offered to remake, drove all the way back, second time was better. However, with the second order I received bread and butter, making me realize none of this was provided on the first round like it was supposed to. I forgot about the bread until then. It was just pasta and nothing else. Little bit disappointed, might try again to see if it was a bad night, but at this moment in time, do not recommend unless you plan to sit down and can have things fixed without driving across town.

The staff and food are exceptional. We brought a pretty big challenge to Fratelli s. We came into town for a football game and had to feed our team. We purchased over 20 extra large pizzas to be ready following our game. They were very accommodating and the pizza was some of the best we coaches and players ever had. This place is a gem! Go Vaughan Rebels!

Taylor was a great waitress, very polite and friendly. Happy with everything . We will be returning. THANKS AGAIN.

Great atmosphere and service. Food excellent. Also has the best selection of gluten free options in town. Their dairy free cheese is also great! Dietary restrictions: Great for accommodation. I usually get pizza with gf crust and dairy free cheese and it tastes great!

Ive been ordering pizza from Fratellis for years, lately its been a hit or miss.

Ordered soup and received no utensils or bread or crackers. $22 WASTE plus delivery. We were instructed that we would have to ask for bread upon placing our order as it is no longer offered. Hit or miss stick to Giovannis for consistency.

We pre-ordered for New Years Eve and there was a bit of a mix up with our delivery. I called and they made immediatelymade it right. The food came on time, was hot and delicious! Excellent food and customer service! Thank you!

The absolute best Italian food I ve had. The fettuccini Alfredo was the best I ve ever had. You could easily tell it was all homemade with care and love. Truly wish I lived closer to here so I could go on a regular basis (my waistline is happy I m further away ). Bailey our server was also fantastic, friendly, and very helpful. Thank you again!

Nothing but good things from our time at Fratellis. Service? Fantastic. Food? Delicious and filling. Atmosphere? A little compact (the place holds maybe 40-50 people) and simple. We came hungry and left satisfied. For an appetizer, we got toasted (fried) raviolis with flavorful marinara sauce and I had a new england clam chowder which was delicious with its vegetables and plenty of clam pieces. For the main dishes, I got a delicious and large portion of penne ala calabrese which I would definitely have again. My dad got a teriyaki chicken pasta dish which was tasty but not what hed get again seeing other better options after ordering. My brother got fettuccini alfredo with chicken which he thought was one of the best fettuccini alfredos hes had. Our server, Bailey, always came to our table with a smile and was more than willing to get us anything we needed. Shes a great example of the overall friendliness and welcoming nature of the restaurant. Bailey was helpful in explaining that the restaurant itself is interesting in that its run by a family with siblings who run other restaurants (Don burger & Giovannis next door). Although we didnt get dessert from being too full, Bailey highly recommended their cheesecakes as they rotate flavors. I also wanted to add that at around 6pm, they served the appetizers after 10 minutes and the main dishes after another 15 minutes with complimentary slices of baguette between the appetizers and main dishes. If we ever come back to Sault St. Claire, well definitely be returning to try more from this great restaurant and friendly staff.

Most of the dishes are really good. Pizza has been going down hill. Used to be my favorite for pizza and panzo but last 3 to 4 orders were very carelessly done and worst panzo Ive had in this town has now been from here. I really hope they turn it around. Also tried to file complaints and they never responded.

Shared the Vegetarian pizza with my partner, the presentation was amazing but it was a little under cooked and lacked flavor. We also had the sweet potato fries which were cooked nicely; comes with a roasted red pepper pesto aioli dipping sauce (amazing). Service was good, initial seating was not (prickly host).

Yummy pizza, friendly staff. Tried the deluxe and also a gluten free pie. Both were delicious!Ordered for pickup so I didnt get the sit-down experience but the atmosphere was very nice and welcoming. Restaurant was pretty full at lunchtime on a Saturday so you know its a local favorite. Dietary restrictions: Gluten free crust was perfect. Only the small size is available which is pretty standard everywhere.

Great Pizza

We had some cheese bread and Calabrese pizza. The pizza was amazing, the perfect balance for bread , cheese and crunchy crust . The hot sauce also was surprisingly good, because as a Mexican is hard to find very good sauces around here but this one was really tasty. The service really good to very nice and smiley people.

Great place with a wonderful staff

Veal Parmigiana was okay, not much taste. The meat ravioli was watery and the red sauce was also bland. The sandwiches were good and the kids chicken fingers and fries were better than my meal. For the price Id expect better quality. Servers where friendly and food was prompt. Kid-friendliness: Booster seats and kids menus. No coloring and cramped dining room.

Always good food and loved the italian fest that was hosted here last year.

We had the chicken parmesan, veal sandwich, house salad and the desert callenoli. So so perfect and delicious.

Edit: We we re back in SSM for the May long weekend, and wanted to try Fratelli s pizza this time around- it did not disappoint! We got the bruschetta pizza and the baked breadsticks, both were delicious and fresh (their marinara is really really good!) We ll be back for sure next time we re in town! Really good food and friendly staff! The prices are reasonable as well. We had the chicken parmigiana and the meatball melt sandwich with a starter of mozzarella sticks. The house made marinara sauce is really good! Highly recommend Fratelli s

New to Sault Ste. Marie. Went to this place because a coworkers recommended it and a couple of other people. Service was excellent. Food, was not what I expected, specifically for being an Italian owned place. Pizza Pizza from down south has much more flavour than this place. Sauce had absolutely no flavor and the Greek salad had literally 4 pieced of tomatoes and 4 pieces of cucumber for 10 dollars. It was a disappointment. I dont mind paying good money for good food and for someone who has had different experiences with food globally, it was a disappointment. I think using quality cheese and good sauce would make any pizza good. It is very obvious that absolutely low quality ingredients are present in the Pizza. I will never go back but Im glad to have tried this place. As said previously, I will never question the price for good quality food. However, I dont like paying high prices for low quality and tasteless food. Service was very good and our waitress was very nice.

Sicilian and Greek pizza was delicious

Visiting from Florida, we stopped in for the pickerel. The servers were patient. We were early for our meeting with my family. The food was fabulous. We were all very pleased. The pistachio cheese cake was also our off this world.

The pizza & pasta were very good! We were very surprised. The service was good too!

Our server Wardell was excellent. Explained things, good attitude. He makes life look easy. The pizza was okay. The wine was okay. The tartufo was nicely presented. Its a family style eatery which we dont often go to. Our kid days r behind us but if we had young ones I would take them there. Prices r quite reasonable. But overall its still a 3 out of 5.

Italiano sandwich was awful. $20 and it was nothing but fat. Food has gone downhill.

I ordered a Margherita Pizza for delivery. Cheese, tomato, basil. Simple What I received (see picture) was basically a cheese pizza with tomato hidden underneath and no basil. How can you call yourself an Italian restaurant if you cant manage to make a basic Margherita pizza? Extremely disappointed.

We are driving across Canada to relocate. Saw them from the highway so decided to give them a try. The pizza was amazing. We ordered the meat lovers to go. Was done quickly like they promised. Tasty sauce. The server was super helpful while we waited. The person on the phone did suggest the deep fried ravioli. I would pass on ordering those a second time. But 100% would have another pizza there.

Chicken Parmigiana was hard and tasted, and looked, like it was days old. Seafood pasta (Fruitti di Mare) was great from an Italian reviewer. One shot glass of Sambuca was highway robbery at $9.00!!!, in the $3.00 small espresso. Pasta is great the chicken meat old and dry; house wine was $20 for 1/2 litre. This is not a fancy place; a busy take-out, sit-down restaurant. We ll think about it twice before coming back. A Sault Lunch for 3 with 1/2 L of wine was $137.75!!!

We were turned around as we had a small and quite well behaved dog. Quite simply it is currently law in Ontario to allow dogs on Patios. I also wasn t impressed that I stood there for 5 minutes with several employees seeing me with the dog saying nothing until I flagged one down and was told that my wife, daughter, myself and my beloved Cockapoo were not welcome. Boo to you for not accommodating family. I suggest anyone who owns a dog ban this restaurant whether they have the dog with them or not.

Have dinned in as well as ordering take-out many times. A number of thier dishes were delicious and cooked well.

Food was very good and cost was very reasonable. Our server was fantastic. Fos some reason she didnt feel like her service was up to her normal and covered our coffee, tea and dessert. I of course just made sure to add it and a bit on top of what I was already going to tip her.

Normally my favorite pizza in town. Ordered on Sunday and the pizza tasted like someone doubled or tripled the salt in the sauce. Bordered on uneatable. Hope it was just a mistake and not a new pizza sauce decision.

We had a super server, and the food was just great. Who could ask for anything more?

Fratellis is a good place to eat lunch and dinner. The Philly steak sandwich is delicious and with a house salad made my meal complete. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

When we walked in I was not sure what I wanted to eat. The family at the next table had an amazing looking pizza. Guess what I ordered? That amazing looking pizza! It was the best pizza bar none that I had eaten in years. Too bad it is a 10 hour drive to go back.

My last couple visits I opted for pasta dishes, so it had been a little while since I had a pizza in the restaurant and it is still excellent. A solid crust without feeling too heavy or crunchy. Toppings with lots of flavor and a good size for the price. I gotta get back to Fratellis to try more of their pizza options.

Great place bear pizza in town. That stuttering drug dealer working there commited wire fraud to steal 500 from me. I was the girl beside laird . When i used to order.

They have some of the better pizza offered in the Sault. The BBQ Bacon and Chicken one is where its at. Nice to have a different option than the standard pep and cheese. The wings are also good. They are large and not overly sauced. You actually feel like youre getting what you paid for.

Ordered their carbonara and it was in no way a carbonara. More like an Alfredo. Not sure if they even know what a carbonara is.

It was okay. The service was adequate. I had chicken fettuccine alfredo. The noodles were perfectly cooked, but the sauce was somewhat bland. Also the chicken was kinda dry and lacked any seasoning. I ate it, but for me, my money is better spent elsewhere.
