Best popper bread ever...

We ordered food at 5:45. We called at 7 o clock and they haven t even started to cook it. They told us it would be delivered within 40 minutes not happy with the service.

Awesome crust, delicious toppings. Best pizza Ive had since Chicago.

I was told this is Sault ste Marie best pizza. Pizza was mediocre. Overcooked and did not get it the way I ordered. May give them another chance.

I ve only been in during lunchtime. Usually it s not very busy. I always get a half guidos Italian hot sub and enjoy it. My wife got the baby pepperoni pizza and it s good too. Nicely cooked. No frills dining inside. It looks like they do a lot of takeout and delivery.

Ordered a sandwich the order was slated to take 55 min, 90 min. later I receiver my order I had ordered a Italian sandwich with no lettuce but as you would expect yes there was lettuce, not only they put lettuce on it but there profit was lost do to all the extra lettuce that was on my sandwich. Next I call to state my problems with my food they said it would take several minutes for the manager to get to me ( no customer service) iwasto upset so I hung up

Definitely the best pizza and subs in town. The service is constantly great. For a chain establishment, the staff makes it feel like a home town operation. Highly recommend over fat Matts.

Food was good for most part beside have half of my order done, then I had to wait 30 more minutes on the other pizza while the rest was done getting cold . 2nd time, back 2 months after first visit said 40 min then get there oh itll be another 30 to 40 min. Really lost me as a customer

First off I was quite generous with the scoring, this was my first time in here, I am a nurse at the hospital and this place came recommended by a coworker, first off they was NOT very kind, very rude and made me feel very uncomfortable, I wasn t attended with respect, I felt they was being prejudice but I brushed it aside, after I paid it got worse and I will NEVER COME BACK TO BE HONEST, although I tipped the young lady it was basically a waste of my money and time, I guess individuals with color are not welcomed here, especially how they kept looking and staring at me and whispering what a negative experience, I hate Dominoes and will prefer to go their instead!!! They treated the other guess with respect and welcomed them with open arms. When my pizza was finally done which took 35 minutes when others ordered after me, she just slid it to me with a disgusting attitude and as if she just didn t even want to serve me I wanted to actually take my tip back the cashier DID NOT deserve it nor the establishment When I got home it was raw and doughy

Great pizza shop selection, simple fun clean atmosphere, excellent value, and the woman running the counter was wonderfully upbeat, friendly, smiley, and helpful. Made our Tuesday afternoon lunch a pleasure that we really appreciated.

We ordered the Guido supreme and breadsticks and ate in. The food and service was fabulous! Ask for the garlic dip. It was AMAZING! Well be back the next time were on the Soo for sure!

The food here is amazing! I especially love the Cheesy Bread sticks. They were amazing, and when I get back to Sault SteMarie , I will definitely stop by for more.

I was pleasantly surprised with the high quality of pizza here, especially for the middle of the continent. What tends to trend toward lifeless, floury crust was a rich dough, chewy and greasy in many of the ways you want. We got one old style regular crust and one deep dish double pepperoni. We ateore than our fill and had pizza left over for breakfast. The Greek salad was HUGE and well crafted for a pizza joint. There are tables inside but only 3 or 4 and close together - you CAN sit and eat , but it will likely feel rushed and a bit crowded. Id recommend taking advantage of their disposable dishes and finding somewhere to have dinner with the sunset (or, as we did, with some HGTV in the hotel room). Would definitely eat here again, nice job yall.

Just what we needed on hour 6 of our 12 hour road trip home. Ordered ahead while we were waiting to cross the boarder and it was waiting when we got there. Staff was incredibly kind the sub and pizza were super yummy. The sauce really is the boss.

They figured out how to destroy pizza...nasty is the only word to describe it. Sorry I spent the money and time.

My husband and I were on our honeymoon and happened to find this place, the cheesy bread (w/ cheesy garlic sauce) is a must! The pizza was stellar, and the service was great. Did not disappoint.

This might be the hidden gem of the Soo. In my opinion definitely the best place to eat in the area. Keep it up Guidos.

First time ordering from here, and they did an AWESOME job food came to us steaming hot, we ordered a medium pizza and chicken wings they were perfectly cooked! Pizza was good. The garlic cheese sauce is amazing! Its definitely the star of the show. The sauce could use a kick. Most of the pizza is all over our clothes and car. Overall good stuff. We would come back.

The pizza here is always pretty good. The issue I have is I signed up for deals over text message and the deal said order a large pizza and get a free Guido bread. When I called the restaurant they said there was no such thing as that deal and nobody had ever heard of it. So why are you sending out deals when they arent even real?

Ordered take out from here after a long day of painting. The Deluxe, the Motz bread, and the antipasto salad were absolutely delicious, and finished ten minutes faster than the estimate I got. The staff was very friendly as well and helpful. Highly recommend.

Serving awesome versions of my favorite pizzas, fantastic deep Chicago and Detroit style, thick layer of tasty seasoned tomato paste, and plenty of topping options! The other ones are great too. They have an awesome Greek salad we love, and flavored bread sticks are yummy. Always friendly service at the counter, and being delivered.

Long drive and we got in late. Asked the lady at the front desk if anyone delivered this late, she recommended Guidos. When we ordered they said it might take 45 mins to an hour. 30 mins later our puzzas were delivered! Excellent pizzas, fast several. Winning combination!!

Pizza was amazing! Customer service was wonderful. The gentleman at the counter was patient and explained the sauces. There is seating available and cool photos of customers that won the eating contests. There was construction in on their street but well worth the hassle. Thank you for taking care of us!

Who is perfectly good pizza although a little burnt we had carry on as we were in town for a convention. Wasnt quite as good as the pictures but they were having a lot of trouble that day they had some new people and they had some messed-up orders luckily we got what we were supposed to get.

Stopped in here for a take out pizza while on a trip back into Canada. Loved that we picked this local chain rather than a different pizza place because it was well worth it! The place was quiet but the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the same when business picked up again a few minutes later. The options of pizza types and toppings were plentiful, and the pizza we got had such fresh and delicious toppings on it. As an in house order it only took some 15min to get our pizza, but it was clearly possible to order ahead and they were great with the pickup. For a fresh, hot, tasty, and minimally greasy pizza, they cant be beat!

Always great, except for last week when our order wasnt rung through until 25 minutes later and had to wait an xtra 40 mins because of that mistake and out pizza wasnt ready until time told.

Okay, So let me tell you this food is amazing and is my favorite pizza place of all time and the staff is amazing, they dont judge or act snobby and they are kind and remember their customers orders and if they make a mistake they fix it with out hesitation. The salads are my favorite they are handmade and not brown and store bought. The homemade garlic cream cheese is to die for! Love, love, love, love this place. BEST OF ALL, great prices and great combo , family meal selection! 10/10

Wasnt expecting to eat the best Stromboli Ive ever had! Ham, Pepperoni, Cheese all wrapped in the perfectly cooked dough, topped with a fresh savory garlic butter sauce sprinkled Italian spices .... The Motz sticks were also good, not run of the mill... Perfectly perfect! Ok, had to edit this go back and try the deep dish...I have traveled for my job for the last 25 years, I have literally been coast to coast and boarder to boarder..This is the best pizza you will eat. Perfect balance of sauce, cheese and toppings...too good!

Super delicious Za! My husband and I don t agree on a lot of toppings so we end up ordering a large pizza with half his toppings and half mine. It s been perfect each time! The classic breadsticks are also incredible, the way they re cut so skinny tricks my brain into thinking I m eating less . Husband loves the spicy marinara and IMO the ranch here is better than Jet s!

Yummy pizza but too expensive. I paid about $16 for a medium chicken pizza. All the meat options they have available and the only 1 that is premium happens to be the chicken (the only meat I happen to eat)? If you can afford it or have no problem spending this much on just a medium pizza, then go ahead and try but if not then, there are some cheaper options around the area that is just as good as Guidos. Also, their online app doesnt allow for you to select chicken as a topping on their various pizzas options unless you are specifically ordering their BBQ chicken pizza then its automatically included on this pizza and you can add other meat toppings.

Motz breadsticks are awesome. I ordered a 12 deep dish supreme. It was a little pricey, but worth it.

We are here on vacation and ordered a Classic Pizza , from Guidos. We had the pizza delivered to our motel room, which was a first for us. We thought for sure, we would get a cold pizza delivered. But !! This was the most incredible pizza, we have ever had !!! Was still super hot when delivered. The pizza had the best cheese, pepperoni and mushrooms, ever. Absolutely percent best pizza ever !! Thank you, Guidos. Awesome pie !!

We always like to try a local pizza place whenever we travel, Guido s was recommended by the staff at a local shop. I wasn t able to reach them by phone so we decided to stop in to order. The staff I spoke to was friendly, I never would have known they were understaffed. The food was ready quickly and very tasty! Would definitely eat here again.

Definitely in my top 5 pizza! Vacation spot and weve been getting pizza here every year since we found the place, almost 15 now. Plan on going back again too!

The food was fantastic, it was much needed after a long trip to the Soo locks. They delivered right to our hotel room pretty quickly and was hot and fresh. I wish i had one near my hometown..

We stopped in during our 3 day stay near the Soo locks. The staff was very friendly, there wasnt much of a wait, maybe 15-20 minutes, but most of all the food was great. To me sauce makes or breaks a pizza and theirs is very good. I would highly recommend them!

Best Pizza in Sault Sainte Marie!!!!

While traveling thru the area we happened upon this little gem off the beaten path. Our group shared a large pizza and it was delicious!! All the dishes we saw looked equally delicious! The service was great and everyone was very friendly. We hope to visit again before leaving the area.

Best pizza north of Chicago! Had Guidos deluxe with extra sauce delivered in 45-50 minutes and still hot! Deep dish but not too much dough at all.

There are plenty of toppings, the square shape of the pizza is unique, and the taste is good~~~ There were many order pickups.

Was staying at the Comfort Inn in Sault Ste. Marie this past Friday and on the advice of the front desk clerk I ordered a Guidos pizza to have delivered to our room and it was awesome I have had pizza in a lot of places including both coasts and Texas and in most of the states in between and Guidos can stack up with any of them from the made in house sauce to there toppings which I was told are cut and sliced fresh every day to the great Detroit style crust which was perfectly baked and delivered hot and on time. It was great. Thanks Guidos for the great finish to a great day of travel and site seeing in the U.P. Oh yes for those wondering what I ordered it was a 12 in. Detroit style crust with pepperoni sausage onions and sweet banana peppers and extra cheese.

We were denied service at Joses, while staying at the Days Inn. We ended up ordering as a happy accident and glad we did! Try the jalapeno poppers bread, its amazing! Also got an individual Greek salad with egg n bacon. Perfect amount of bacon but more egg next time would be perfect.

Da Boss is among the best pizzas I ve ever had. The jalapeño popper bread is world class. It s a 75 mile drive to the Soo from my house but I ll do it for Guidos. Great food, great service, great family atmosphere.

Trying to call for 30 mins to order and just keep getting a busy tone and it was 530 when we started calling and is now 6:16 now we have to drive down there just to order not happy about it at all
