I've been going here for slices of pizza since a teen in highschool. That's about 20 years. It's never wavered in taste or quality. My opinion, best pizza in town.
Just tried a few slices to get a feel for the flavor, the crust style and service. The first impression was not bad at all.
Pisa West has been my go-to pizza place every time I come to the Soo for a visit. There is something special about the pizza John makes. Tastes like the pizza I had as a kid. So good. My boys always beg to get some when we are there. It's always the last stop before we leave. 2 or 3 pizzas for the road every time. Highly recommend.
We enjoy Frankie's favorite pizza choice option the best. It's a great fast food pizza shop in my opinion. It's a cute dine in restaurant if you want though it's mostly set up for convenience orders to bring home or take out. Pizza taste amazing due to the sauce they use however the overnight worker customer service experience is very poor via phone and in person,, apon arise I asked having a rough night his response was yea cause you took to long 😀 👍 ordered at 12pm picked up at 1:30
I initially ordered this pizza around 1 a.m. for a late-night snack and it was so pathetically made that I actually took two bites and spit it out. The $40 I spent on it was even more upsetting because I called them today and told them about this horrible experience and I did speak with the manager, he basically told me that I was s*** out of luck and basically not to bother ordering from them ever again therefore I felt it necessary to leave a nasty review because it was a nasty experience! I even offered to send him a couple pictures to his cell phone and he refused!!!! I think the photos speak for themselves!!!! I will never ever order pizza from this place ever again.
Pizza was decent. Only one pepperoni Retried their pizza & it was actually really good. The price was good. Ordered a panzo & they are a smaller but good. If you like meat I suggest the bacon cheeseburger. It was really good.
Worst customer service ever. No hair nets, big curly hair in wings! I ordered sausage & green peppers but decided on mushrooms & sausage. I confirmed with boy mushrooms & sausage. I get home on mcnabb Street, I saw green peppers. I called immediately and the kid called me a liar. I was appalled, he wouldn't listen to anything I said. He kept cutting md off and not listening to a word. I should have ordered from our usual,but my husband said this was the place. THIS ISNOT THE PLACE. DON’T ORDER FROM HERE. AN UTTER DISAPPOINTMENT 🙄

Wish I could give a -1 for customer service.THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED!!!!The guy that works tonight is absolutely RUDE, Zero care for customers,asked to speak to his manager and he said he was the manager and laughed out loud!!!Sounded like a kid and not a manager.We had a huge order to put in and now I will never support this business ever again!
Called at 1:30am, stoked they re open until 2am, employee laughs at me and says no we re closed. Take your hours down, you aren t open late. Horrible service.

I work night shift, I had a Layover in sault ste marie and this was the only place that was open when I got to my hotel at 2am , it said open till 3am Friday and Saturday so I called at 2:15/ 2:30 and kept getting hung up on .. great service... really appreciate going to bed hungry
After waiting for over 2 hours for our pizza we cancelled. Guy on the phone didnt care care. We ordered from you guys for over 20 years...never again wow never had such bad service. Would rather support another local pizza place.

So I called this establishment at 1:20am Because it says they are open till 2am they didn t answer until 1:40 and told me they can t take my order absolutely ridiculous if he would of answered my first 2 calls there would of been time for me to get my pizza don t recommend for late night pizza and staff are very rude

Toppings were correct and there were enough for each slice, they added a garlic type salt I believe which was really good, there could be more sauce and cheese but besides that it was delicious. Delivery service man was very polite and a great conversationalist. This pizza hit the spot. Would recommend
His house special was $20.00 a large pizza. Worth every cent. Best l have had in a long time

Ordered pizza from here at 956 tonight nov1 said 45 to an hr. Still waiting on my food. Called three times to find where it is got different excuses. First person rude as hell. My food will be cold they need to work on manners and respect. And get orders out when they say.

Meat lovers pizza was delicious however while waiting for my order inside noticed that the waiting area could use some cleaning. Spider webs everywhere and dirty.
LgPizza was very small the 20 wings were way over cooked dried completely out. Definitely not worth $45.00.
Ordered 2 exlarge pizzas and two 10 pack wings. Pizza arrived with a 12 dollar delivery, they forgot my wings and thought I should have to pay another 12 dollar delivery to have my wings delivered. The pizza was good, but obviously they dont need the customers that bad. I wont be ordering from here again. I was looking forward to the wings. A very unhappy customer

One of the very few businesses in the sault that remain open to an understandable hour. The Sault needs to understand there is a huge college scene here. The city can t keep shutting down at 9pm.

Ordered pizza and wings at 1:50AM, they said it would be an hour. Its now 3:15AM, they wont answer phone and will not provide me with an update. Heard its good pizza but who knows, they blew off like I was nothing. Rude customer service at night and I dont believe Im getting anything tonight. UPDATE: NOW 3:30AM - LOCKING MY DOORS. Worst customer service experienced in a city full of pizza places. Lick my nuts.

The pizza is a little expensive and youre going to pay closer to 30 dollars for a single large. The cook is pretty busy on Friday and can seem like he is being rude at times. Their not exactly generous with the toppings either, however, they do offer a special for 2 large pizzas at around 35 dollars. If you live close by it is a great option, however, if you are ordering out or driving to pick up I would have to suggest Auroras West Side.
It was awesome that they were open late when we needed something quickly to eat! So very much appreciated!

I put one star only because no stars wasntw an option. I called and ordered pizza at 1:30 and was told it would be about an hour. Called an hour later was told it was on its way and it still took over an hour to get here, it was just warm at best. If we hadnt been starving with no where else to order from I would have turned them around at the door. Very dissapointed.
