Met the best chef in the soo

Had take out. The wait to have food was very long but was warned at time of ordering so was prepared. We had panzos and they were delicious. I wish we could have had them baked but only deep fried. They were not greasy at all .

This place is my top choice for panzo. Biggest ones in town. Service isnt always the friendliest but worth it.

Save your money. Looks nice from the outside, is the diveyest dive in town. Somehow managed to overcook my fries and serve them cold. Queso was absolutely disgusting. Server opened our canned pop then didnt provide straws.. While the handwash sink was sitting on a chair across from us.. so.. yeah gross. Pizza was burnt, spicy burger was so soggy I couldnt hold it and the sausage patty was half cooked at best. First and last time Ill ever waste money at this hole. Clean your trash hole up people. This business is an embarassment to the city. Sad that reggies across the road is better when it was the former bottom tier dive on my list. Congrats on beating them? Again.. Save your money.

Absolutely disgusted with the service! Ordered pizza and wings, received only pizza. The driver did return to the restaurant to pick them up. As this was our 2nd incident, I called to speak to the manager who was not interested in even listening to me and chose to hang up instead. I called again and was basically belittled as a terrible person who didnt understand they were busy! 3rd phone call, again not listened to, was told not to order from there again...wow!! Great service. Apparently 18 others have lodged complaints and gotten nowhere...spend your money elsewhere people

Great restaurant in the west end of the city known for the pizza. We have a burger, and Ceasars wraps were good, and we would return.

Ate there once and the food was not great, they could invest in a spice rack, but would still select many of the other great location in SSM

I have had their pizza lots and it is the best but the last 2 times 1 wasnt cooked enough and the next one was over cooked and no crust hardly whats going on down there

This was cooked on the bottom of the pizza my son ordered last night. It looks like toilet paper!

Pizza is always great here but . I ordered 2 simple pizzas. Told us 30 minutes. Arrived in 30 minutes and was told a few more. Now been standing here 30 minutes and they haven t even said a word more to me.

The food its self was great the price was not . I upgraded to a milkshake and got onion rings instead of fries and all the sudden my 10 dollar Neal was 18 and change. I could a few bucks extra but pretty much double seems crazy.

Ordered a 1lb of battered wings and got 5 wings , a medium pizza that was so thin you could spit through it and an order of queso that was only half filled will not ever order from there again .

Terrible pizza

The worst chicken parm sandwich I ever had..chicken burnt I couldn t even chew it a bit of sauce and not really any cheese and not a rustic bun as advertised .and wasn t advertised it came with fries or I wouldn t of order Putin. ..what a waste of money.. Chicken wings were tasty but on the small size for the price .total order cost of $50.00 was very unreasonable for the poor quality I received

Been a very long time since I ordered from here....xlg Hawaiian, xlg square meat lovers, combo platter, and con queso......and wow....absolutely great food...cooked perfect, generous portions and priced well....my new fav place

Very disappointing. Thought I would give service grill another try after my last experience which they never delivered my order and blamed me giving a wrong address or not answering my door. which was absolutely not true! Large pizza was very small compared to anyone else in town! Barely put any extra topping on that I ordered. Will not be ordering from service grill again.. back to auroras west side I guess

It a hit and miss I find, fish is super greasy. Burgers are good, good portions but the drinks are overpriced. Good I d say for lunch... not the family.

A client of mine took me here. The atmosphere was cozy and very friendly. We had a pizza and boy it was great! I will definitely be back in October when I come back to the SOO to make sales calls.

Cocktails were good and food was AMAZING. ordered deep fried ravioli, pizza, fries and forty creek wings. All were so good. The forty creek sauce was the best i have ever had. You can also tell the ravioli were made fresh. Was not disappointed. Will definitely be going here again soon. Think I found a new favourite place to eat :)

I just called and spoke to a manager after being a customer of thirty years and made my first complaint ever. The manager swore at me and called me a magician as well as a scammer when i expressed getting a pizza the was raw in the middle. I have never been spoken to in this manner by a business ever. I ordered extra food as i live slightly out of town because i enjoy the food. I will never eat at this establisment again and would not recommend it to anyone ever again as i have always done. It js truly sad that such an established business would treat a loyal customer in this manne.

Food was absolutely amazing!!! However the service was bad. I was over charged, then confronted the waitress and she said that I wasnt... needless to say, if youre looking for good food this is the place to go but if youre looking for service, dont expect it to be good.
