I went to High School in the Soo, had Mrs Bs pizza and always loved it. After almost 30 years of not having it, I thought for nostalgic sake I should try it again while I was there last week for a visit. After all these years it didn’t disappoint. Pizza was still rectangular, a bit of sweetness to the crust. It was less greasy than what I remembered. But still really good and worth the wait. Staff worked hard, one guy seemed annoyed I was taking photos, but really it was for this review. Good job everyone, thanks for the great food, service and memories

This is the original version of the greatest pizza recipe of all time. When I was a young boy growing up in the Soo everyone knew Aurora’s pizza was the best pizza ever made and that’s comparing it to the other amazing Italian restaurants that Sault Ste Marie offers. Mrs B was the same recipe and the one downtown was a staple of every pizza lover’s for years. I was disappointed when I ordered from Auroras East side and the pizza was nothing like the original recipe. It was terrible. I don’t make it to the Soo often so I was pumped when I tried this location and it was the same as the original recipe. The pepperoni was the same, curled and browned on top of good quality cheese on home made dough. This is the best Italian pizza in the city. I lied about the atmosphere, it sucked as the workers are always busy making pizzas. It has the feel of a busy pizza stand in New York where no one cares about the atmosphere or staying, they just come for the Zzaah. It’s like magic this sauce can transform a bad day into a good one. You need to try this recipe and hidden Gem of Sault.Ste.Marie. I have heard of people having this pizza delivered to B.C for a special occasion.
Placed an order for a small pizza, pepperoni bites with dipping sauce and a burger. Cost was over $60, only 1 item showed up...a burnt large pizza with nothing else. Called the restaurant and they said maybe someone else got your order, it is Skip problem. Even told her that it was the wrong size pizza!! Did not try to rectify the situation. A friend a referred us to this "amazing" place. Will not order from this unprofessional business again. Horrible.
Late this evening my girlfriend and I ordered a pizza and mozzarella sticks , first of all there was no marinara sauce in sight , second the pizza was not even cut so after paying the arm and a leg price of seven dollars for delivery I had to drive back and get the sauce myself .. got back home to cut the un cut pizza also to realize the pizza was not even cooked so I am now cooking the pizza at home I am disappointed with this purchase
Got myself another double pineapple, double anchovies pizza. It was damn good and they put a real solid heap of both toppings on. Almost double what I got on the same order from Fratellis.
Wings were soggy and not crispy and almost un sauced, still have covid plastic barriers and signs wasn't cleaning inside
My friend is from the Soo and always raves about this place. So I had to try it when I was there. Unfortunately the pizza didn’t match the high expectations that he built up in me. The pizza was decent but it’s too doughy for me. If you’re into that, you’ll probably love it.

called 2 hours ago and ordered a pizza. they said it ll be delivered in about an hour. and hour an 20 minutes go by and i call to see what s going on. and they say sorry it ll be there in 30 minutes. Another HOUR goes by and my pizza finally arrives. And when my pizza arrived it was cold and barley had any cheese on it. very disappointing

Ordered through a third party app - ended up missing food items. Pizza appeared to look like it had sat a while. Wasnt very warm upon arrival which was a less than 5 mn drive. I tried to contact this location to ask if I can come and pick up the missing item - restaurant is all of a sudden unavailable and their phone lines arent working. Pretty disappointed.

Sad this place has gone way downhill. Pizza was burnt, wings soggy, and part of my order was wrong. I do appreciate them fixing the order when I called but the food quality is just so much worse than it used to be. Guess Ill be sticking to Auroras from now on.
Pizza was made exactly as requested. Pizza was ready on time. Pizza had very good flavour and a fair amount of ingredients were used (ie portions). The gentleman at the till was polite and prompt. Good value for the money. Will order again.

Edit of an old review: I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the food. The pizza arrived cold, dry, and lacking the necessary sauce. Similarly, the wings were also cold, with sauce only applied to a few of them. This subpar experience left me dissatisfied and frustrated because this wasnt the Mrs Bs I remembered. The cold and dry pizza was not what I expected when placing my order. The lack of sauce further exacerbated the problem, resulting in an unsatisfying and unappetizing meal. Similarly, the wings being delivered cold and with sauce only on a select few were a letdown. The overall quality of the food did not meet my expectations or justify the price paid. To add insult to injury, the compensation offered for this disappointing experience was a mere 50% off my next order. This gesture feels inadequate, especially considering the fact that I have lost trust in the establishment and do not plan on ordering from there again. I would caution others against ordering from there as well.
Not really KTSSE but called Mrs.s Bs Pizza Great Northern Rd. last night 6:05 pm ordered a large pepperoni pizza for my guests from out of town they told me 45 to an hour.So I said ok perfect.An hour passes an hour and a half finally I call and the kid working says it is out for delivery I said ok.So 2 hours in still no pizza I tried calling many times phone busy the whole time.Long story short pizza never came no call from them Ended up going to Pinos Get Fresh for chicken.So I call them this morning and ask to talk to owner or manager the kid says he will get them to call me.So some ***** calls me back and says we can give you the pizza but no wings that I asked for because of the inconvenience.And proceeds to tell me never call them again calling me goof and everything and the coward owner never calls me back.And the poor kid I talked to this morning said he would pay for the wings out of his own pocket...I said no he was not it is up to the owner to.After years of service to you ********....never again.

Normally Great service and food. waiting 3 hours to find out my food was still going to be a while. the worker almost seemed like he knew my food wasnt coming when I called and asked if it was coming after waiting 2 and half hours. he said it would be 5 to 10 minutes more and that it was on its way and that the driver had other stops on the way. I waited another 30 minutes and called to cancel because there was no way my food would be hot and fresh if was on its way over 40 minutes ago.

I love the pizza here and they make it easy to order and pick up. I personally dont like the pepperoni as I find it too sweet, but my husband likes it. I had an issue with 1 pizza and the owner was very understanding and worked with me. I have not had any issues otherwise I recommend giving them a try, the large 1 item pizza is only $17.50!!(at the time of posting). Thanks for the wonderful food, Ms. Bs!
Their pizzas are delicious Although there have been a few times when the order wasnt completed according to the specifics of the order. $2.00 off a fifty dollar order is not much compensation for having to wait another 20 minutes for the correct order.

Ordered the pizza and wings combo and an additional wing. Its Good every time...the one on grt northern is way better. The best wings...cajun,maple bacon dry and honey garlic and all amazing!!! Great work!!!

This was one of my favorite places but I feel like quality has gone down. Last few times Ive ordered from here, usually get a large double cheese and pep, Ive been getting bone chips on my pizza. The pizza tastes great but surprise bone chips hurt like hell! Had one yesterday after over 4 months and got these surprises again.

My order took 1.5 hrs for one large pizza (3 toppings which were not accurate) and 1lb of wings, this was on a Monday, not a busy weekend night. I paid $45.00 with delivery and a debit charge. The pizza was stone cold and the tomato sauce is way too sweet. I would never order from here again.

Crusts awesome, sauce is decent but being someone who grew up in the sault and having their pizza years ago, all I can say is its changed!!!! Pizza consists of 3 main things, crust sauce and cheese! And wow, theyve sourced cheaper /different cheese which has changed their pizza from the best Ive ever tried to meh, its pizza! Id rather order dominos and get just pizza, from a mom and pop shop I expect wayyy better :/! Gud luck maintaining business with meh cheese.....
Loved going here for a pit stop during my walks. The pizza is a local tradition there, the best ever! The crust is very different from most pizzas, it has the texture of soft dough with a twinge of sweet bun flavour! A one of a kind! Miss your pizzas Mrs. B!!
I am a guest at a local hotel. Ordered, gave the hotel name, room# and phone #. Waited 2 hours , no pizza. Called and was informed that they called the number and whoever answered said they didnt order anything. So, instead of checking with the hotel just didnt bother making it. Absolutely horrible customer service. Since I stay here every month I will never order from this place.

This place used to be good, the pizza I got tonight was under cooked, raw in the middle and the bottom of the pizza was stuck to the box, so the pizza just fell apart when you tried to grab a slice
This service was terrible. Ordered a large pizza and was told it would be an hour and 15 mins. Then they called when their delivery guy arrived and the pizza was not cooked. They call us to let us know, barely apologized and I suggested they at least throw in a bottle of pop. They said sure. We waited an additional 40 -45 mins and the pizza got here finally. They forgot the pop and the pizza was barely warm and the delivery guy had no change. So he got a seven dollar tip. Wow. I will give them one star for answering the phone.

A Sault Pizza staple. If youre visiting from out of town, this is certainly a good choice to sample in the Soos pizza scene. Soo Pizza is famous for its sugar dough crust, which gives it a slightly sweeter taste than normal crust. A longtime local rumour states that Orange Crush pop might be the secret ingredient. This remains unconfirmed, though this reviewer says its a load of Mrs. BS. Pizza by the slice available!

There is a reason Soo style pizza never took off elsewhere. As someone who lived in GTA and has eaten in pizza mecca NYC, Soo pizza like this is over priced focaccia with some toppings thrown on. You can make better pizza yourself. If you want pizza like the rest of the world (NY style) Pinos, dominos, toppers, and Pizza Hut are your choices. Be wary of rectangular pizza! It doesn t taste like real pizza!

Very poor customer service. I dont like being lied to was told my order would be free and fast after they didnt deliver it the first time. Then they call and best they could do was a five dollar discount. 2 hours past on a busy Friday night. Never again will I order from Miss Bs. Perfecto is the only place to order from in Sault Ste Marie in my opinion.

I was completely disappointed with all aspects of my experience with the great Northern Road Mrs. Bs once again. I was hung up on when the phone was answered hello. Instead of by the name of pizza place. Then the guy who answered the phone was short with me. then 45 min later when I got my pizza, I guess I should have checked it before I left. Crust over and inch thick, burnt of edges. Barely any toppings on it. I will never order a pizza there again. This is not even close to the original Mrs. Bs at all. what a bust.
Best pizza around the north
The guy on site(looked like he was alone at 8:30 pm) was pleasant. The location was dirty looking and no place to sit (not noted on Google search) while we waited over 30 minutes for our pizza. Also ordered bread sticks and when we got back to our hotel, we found garlic bread instead. Three people came in after us and were gone way before we got our pizza including a delivery guy that the guy asked us to wait while he took the call...????? How does that work??? We will not be returning or recommending Mrs Bs Pizza and Snacks.

Wings are really big, sauce (hot) tasted really good as well. Highly underrated. Had some questionable experiences with this location in the past (overcooked pizza usually), but my last few experiences were spot on.

Ordered with skip the dishes, first order came and was wrong, had an ingredient I am allergic to on it that was not requested. Contacted skip, they said they would refund the order but I would have to go through and place it over again. Placed the replacement order at 9:22, got a call from Mrs. Bs at 9:57 saying they were closed now and couldnt fill the order. So after waiting almost two hours I still didnt have food I could eat, and nothing to show for it.
Unfortunately this favorite pizza place has gone down hill. When ordering sometimes, Ill get a rude attitude when an associate answers the phone. Twice I had under cooked chicken wings, which was dealt with. Several times Ive had burned pizza. Please for the love of your business, and pizza hire people who care about their jobs!
Great thin crust pizza
Absolutely terrible, ordered person was polite, told us 40 minutes. Over 1 hr 35 minutes later still no pizza. Called they said it was on its way, called 10 minutes later (live 3 minutes away) still no pizza. They told me now it hadnt left yet. Extremely frustrated went myself and picked up the pizza because it was still at Mrs Bees. The girl working felt bad but obviously had this problem all night. Got the pizza home and it tasted reheated. They gave a buy one get one free discount but with the pizza I recieved was not worth it. What a terrible experience. Stephen
Highway robbery... just came from great Northern site....one pizza and 3 lbs of wings over 50 bucks...9 wings per pound...WE WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. RIDICULOUS!!!!
