Waitress was not friendly at all, complimentary breakfast is self assembly line style toast with jam, choice of bacon and potatoes and scrambled liquid eggs. Id probably just go to the Starbucks down the road or chummies for breakfast.

My son took me here on my birthday its was so wonderful.the atmosphere was nice with the fireplace, the food was delicious,the servers were amazing and polite ,the portions were perfect I give them 100 stars not just 5 for everything

The buffalo chicken wrap is good, the pizza is ok. But the menu has changed and shrunk since last year and the chicken burger we went for was long gone. The fries are ok. The gravy is awful. The cost for what we received is too high. The service is friendly. Since we werent happy with the choices on the new menu we wont be back.

Not a bad restaurant if you want a classic sit down dine-in experience. Our group must have gone during a busy time because the place was packed, luckily the host found room for us! The wait for drinks and food was a little long, though I can understand based on how busy it was. Food was reasonably good. I had a buffalo chicken wrap that I felt could have had a little something more? It was just a little plain for what youd expect. Overall, I would say it was an okay experience. Id like to go back on a less busy night and try something different.

Tried calling multiple times. No one could be bothered to answer . It said they were open online so we went there. To get turned away at the door because its closed for a private event.

I enjoyed the food and atmosphere at Caseys Bar and Grill. Their drinks were delicious too. Look forward to coming back. Wheelchair accessibility: I went there with a mobility scooter and I found it was easy to get around. They also provided a wheelchair bathroom, which was large enough to get my scooter in.

11 people at a table and it took 20min to get a glass of pop, on the pub side, when there was only 5 other individuals there at the bar. The Attitude from our older waitress was remarkable, so bad one of our friends left the dinner. Food could have made it a 4 star meal, 2 stars due to service being Zero.

Fairly decent place for breakfast. The omelette and the eggs platter were great and cooked really well. The prices here are fairly reasonable too and the customer service was excellent.

Decent hotel bar. Excellent Caesar (the drink). Decent burger. Very good friendly service.

Best Calamari ever, not the thin chewi stuff most restaurant chain sells. We got ribs, chicken, pizza and fish and chips, all super good. Ribs were juicer than Montanas, chicken was better than St Huberts. Super good service, Not over priced, family friendly.

Tornado potato was massive, the food was really good, our server was very friendly and the whole place was huge. Super cool Caseys.

Sat for two hours without even being acknowledged, let alone being offered so much as a glass of water. Clearly not interested in serving paying customers. Luckily for us there is a Macdonalds across the street so we didnt starve.

Had dinner twice there in the past two weeks service and food was amazing; this morning went in to grab something quick and the server was rude to the chef (belittled him) and myself.. I was pretty stunned and chocked. Will not be going back next year on our travels.

I have eaten at Caseys in the Sault several times over the years. I have never had a terrible experience like I did last night. My daughters pasta was overcooked to the point of being mush, my husband got less than a quarter cup of ground beef on his nachos for an additional charge of $5 on top of the $20 it already cost for a plate of chips with hardly any cheese, and my rotisserie chicken dinner consisted of a wing that still had the bones and cartilage from the breast being cut off and the smallest leg you ever saw, with dried out potatoes. Not only that, my daughter was served sour chocolate milk, and it took over an hour to get our food. We watched four other tables who arrived after us get served their food first. The waitress was unfriendly and unapologetic. Her supervisor presented us with a $15 dollar coupon in an attempt to make up for the disastrous experience... it didnt even come close. If this had been my first time eating there, I certainly would never go back. I might not anyway. Coming from Wawa, the opportunity to eat out in the city doesnt happen often. It was extremely disappointing.

Not fantastic. Had cheeseburger & apple crumble dessert, which were ok. . Dessert overly sweet. Coughed up hair when I got home. So, kind of unpleasant.

The food.was very good just one of the dinners was very late coming to the table not served with the others, thinking that it might have been forgotten to be entered or kitchen staff missed it. Waitress could of been a little more attentive. We will go back as this could of just been an off evening. Always have had good experiences here.

My husband and I went to Caseys for dinner and we both had spinach and artichokes deep that we shared and we both had the fish and chips for dinner. The appetizer arrived after our main dish no big deal but the fries were cold ish the coleslaw was mediocre and the fish alright I suppose however we both woke up not feeling well with soar stomach and throwing up. I believe we may have had food poisoning which made it a very long ride to go back home 31/2 hours away. Not cool and not a good experience for the first time going there even though the atmosphere seemed to be alright.

No clue what your hours are. Internet says one thing staff say a diffrent thing. Glad I waited till I got to the hotel to eat this evening. Very disappointed.

Plain is the best way to describe the food we had for dinner obviously pre packaged items. Severs are pleasant. Ordered salad no forks only a spoon and knife. I would Expect more for the price.

Stay at the Water Tower In and decided to have supper and drinks at Caseys for the convince. The hostess and waitress were amazing. Great evening service! Unfortunately the breakfast club staff didnt offer the same experience from manager to waitress both were cold and crusty with attitudes. The wait to be seated was lengthy like we were disturbing them by stopping by. The food all around was ok on both occasions.

We stopped in on Friday night with a hockey team of 40+ people. Service was great and the staff from the Manager down were awesome!! Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful AAA NY Steak. I need to say, it is the most tender, well seasoned steak I ve had. The roasted peppers make all the difference.

Late night takeout after a long day driving in the snow. Everything was so hot and absolutely delicious! Artichoke dip w pita was the best version I ve ever had. Beet salad was full of flavours. Burrito rib bowl was electric, my son wishes he could shake the chef s hand, lol. Super friendly staff too!

Very friendly service, well chosen menu, clean, food delivered quickly and as ordered. Generous servings. Starbucks shares space. Convenient if staying at the Water Tower Inn. We had the wings and superfood salad. Wings were hot (temp), good size, with lots of sauce on side. Superfood salad was large with excellent toppings - very filling.

Very good, would eat breakfast during my stay, everything was delicious, also glad they have a coffee shop inside, would get one every morning before heading out. Good job to all the staff.

We come for Friday night drinks regularly. Waitress was extremely inattentive. Had to chase her down for everything. Had to order second round from manager after we had to flag her down as well. Still took 20 minutes to finally get our drinks. Finally complained to the manager about service being so poor. We were 45 minutes longer than we normally were there. So she gave my friend a $10 off coupon for our next visit. I got nothing. So poor service is worth $5 per person, I guess, but only if I attend with my friend. Nicely done. Guess it doesnt matter that I spend $50 to $60 every time I attend as well. We both do. Did.

Slow (waited 39 minutes ) , cold and ridiculously small portions - I had the Monte crispy and it was cold and soggy, five potatoes and a single grape with two inch square pieces of melon - for $15 - would not reccomend

I really liked the butternut squash ravioli. Good menu that can make a long roadtrip that much better.

Food was okay for the price. Nothing spectacular. Portions were alright. Waitress was not the most attentive. The host that sat us was more energetic than she was.

Beth our server went above and beyond. She really knows her menu items. A great girl all around. The food was delicious. We were visiting Sault St. Marie for our 25th Anniversary and for our last night here it was a great way to finish our stay. The best spinach dip anywhere and the jambalaya did not disappoint. Along with the Apple crisp dessert!

I have limited experience with the Caseys chain and what experience I do have wasnt positive...Until now! Excellent service, the food was fantastic and the price was reasonable. Would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone. Cheers

I usually dont have really high expectations for chain restaurants, but I was pleasantly surprised by this location. The portion size of the Louisiana Jambalaya was huge, its not normal that I dont finish something at a restaurant. Staff was friendly and attentive.

Ordered 2 fish and chip meals , was told 10 minutes , we showed up and were told there not doing it . We called 20 min before they closed so we asked if they would still take the order and it would have been understandable to say no . Insted they tell use yes and make us drive up there to find out that it was really no .

Food was great. Service was poor, had to remind to get us water even after the meals had arrived. Chef was NOT wearing a mask. Asked about this, said she doesn t wear it when cleaning but does for prepping? Stated it s too hot back there and people have fainted? Be aware if you are concerned-staff are allowed to remove masks when they feel like it? Waitress could be heard talking about how dirty the place is because the night cleaners are no longer there.

Great food great service

We visited this restaurant twice on a recent visit to the Soo. Food was good and service was also good. Unfortunately on the first visit the host chose not to wear his mask properly the entire time we saw him in the restaurant, with the mask clearly below his nose. On the second visit, days after it became the law to check vaccination certificates... no one asked to see our proof of vaccination. Fortunately we are double-vaxxed, but who isnt vaccinated and i still getting into the restaurant?

We stayed in the hotel our waitress was wonderful. But the butter if you can even call it that actually smelled like fuel you put in your car other than that the food was good especially the red skin potatoes

Its really disgusting that this restaurant has caved to draconian illegal measures of asking for your V status to eat when its not required in the hotel. Whenever I stayed there I had their breakfast, sometimes dinner. No more.... your customers treat you well...the Gov hasnt so why turn against your customers? Turn against the Gov. It was fine last week to eat there but not this week...you really think thats right. Your main source of income is to feed people. Not discriminate.

I didnt expect the food from an in-hotel restaurant to be delicious. I was so pleased to be satisfied by every meal. We were staying at the Watertower Inn for a few days and enjoyed both breakfast and dinner at Caseys (takeout style). Thanks for being surprisingly tasty!

Had a great meal there last night. Traveling for work and was tired from the drive and Matt the host at the door and Natalie, my server, totally brought my mood up with their kindness, humor and fun demeanor on a quiet Monday night. I had the special with a beet salad and the steak. It was delicious and hit the spot. The service was top notch and I enjoyed chatting to Matt and Natalie about the Sault Ste Marie area!!

WARNING: WILL NOT ACCEPT GIFT CARDS!! Came to eat dinner with my friends. I received a gift card for Christmas that can be used at any Caseys/Montanas/Swiss Chalet etc. So I receive my bill from my waiter, go to present him with my Caseys gift card and I am told they do not accept Caseys gift cards. The sign outside clearly says CASEYS this ad on Google even says Caseys but was told they are now a Cabana? Place and not Caseys therefore would not accept my gift card. Luckily I had money to still pay for my meal, but had I not.. very embarrassing and very misleading. Would not recommend, use your gift card at a location that claims to be who they actually are !!

food was gross. no flavour, poorly prepared. obviously came out of cans and bags.

My husband and I went out for date night. The service was good, the atmosphere was good and very clean. When we recieved our food, we looked at each other. The portions were very small for the price. No vegetables, no bread, no extras not even a pickle.. The plates looked bland and like it was missing something. We were both disappointed at the portions or the taste.

We are staying At the water tower Best Western Inn Sault Ste. Marie And had the misfortune of using our breakfast coupons at Casey s bar and Grill this morning. we waited 30 minutes before anyone came to see if we would like a coffee. Meanwhile at the same time they sat another table of four and immediately ask them if they would like a coffee loud enough for us to hear. no one came to take our coffee order by our waitress. Finally a new girl came on shift and when I motion to her to tell her that it had been 30 minutes before we had even got a coffee she immediately sprung into action and got us something to drink. We were very frustrated and disappointed with how we were treated. On the plus side we did get our breakfast meal about 45 minutes after we arrived!

I actually liked the food staff was amazing. I have the chicken parm and it was was so good. I am picky on my food.

Do not order the Chicken Parmesan. Order takeout for room and the chicken was so overcook I was unable to cut it with the plastic cutlery. The cheese used was very low quality and greasy. Ended ip tossing the meal in the trash and dined at the local gas station.

Well spaced seating. Friendly staff. The red pepper soup was amazing. Had the butternut squash ravioli and it was delicious. Featured dessert was a carrot cake/ cheesecake which was a great way to finish off the meal.

Not so good service. Our server was cold.. but very cold. We saw her 5 quick times. 1 When she ask is what we wanted to drink. 2 and 3 twice to ask if we were ready to order. 4 asking if meals was ok and 5 for the bill. Someone else bring our food and she never come back or ask if we would like an other drink and its not because she was busy. Including us, there was 6 customer for 2 server. every time I go... service is going down... sorry crashing.

I had the steak sandwich for lunch and it was very greasy mushrooms and greasy oninon frites on top cold fries, my nephew had chicken fingers they were overly saucy he couldnt even pick them up off his plate and the service could have been better considering there wasnt anyone here

Ive been here a few times now and everytime the food has been tremendous. The prices are fairly reasonable for the quality and quantity of food youre getting. The restaurant is very welcoming with a good choice of music, and of course very clean. The service is quick and theyre sure to check on you if you need something.

Dinner I ordered the chicken Parmesan when it came the pasta was very dry hardly any sauce no offer of Parmesan cheese so I asked for some sauce as pasta was very dry and Parmesan which she brought . When I got the bill they charged me for sauce and Parmesan really I was shocked you would think I when you order a pasta dish sauce and cheese would be included not impressed..

Food was great, service was great but timing was long. Ordered off the lunch menu and food took 25 minutes. Definitely be back the cashew chicken stir-fry again, hopefully with enough time to enjoy it.

We had an enjoyable dining experience here. I enjoyed the Cobb salad VERY much. As an appetizer I had the garlic bread...it was good but the portion was quite small. We were happy with the service and the prices were decent. The buffet breakfast was OK.

The roasted red pepper soup is to die for!! Incredibly delicious!! I also got the chicken with a side of Caesar salad. The food is truly delicious, the service was incredible! Making sure we were comfortable and happy with our food! The atmosphere was dark but lightly lit, which I love. It makes it feel cozy yet romantic in a way. Theres also a bar once you enter the restaurant. Id definitely go back!

Nice spot with great staff and good food and beverage selection.

Ordered a lunch with whitefish. The fish was nearly mushy and had absolutely no flavour to it at all. Wouldnt recommend eating fish here. I had to ask for tartar sauce when the waiter finally came around near the end of the meal.

Came here for a post wedding brunch. They have a breakfast buffet but I opted to order. Got avocado toast. Came with roasted potatoes. The meal itself was delicious, lots of flavour. Very yummy. The watermelon was a little soggy but I just didn t eat it. Atmosphere is kinda fancy. Nice meal, good breakfast.

Was good, stayed at the hotel so the complimentary breakfast was decent. Waitresses were always polite. Ordered steak twice, It was great and exactly how I ordered. But the brussel sprouts for greens with the steak is where we get the 4/5. Asparagus or broccoli.... Cmon... Almost no complaints.
