New Teriyaki Chicken Sizzler is flavorful, with tender chicken and a sweet, savory sauce. Its a satisfying meal , I really like it and Service was friendly.

We go here often and they never let us down. The ribs are always delicious every time. Even on the busiest of nights, the food comes out quickly and the staff works hard to give good service.

I really enjoyed the Strawberry candy pecan with chicken strips salad. My husband had the steak and it was fine. Chucks Roadhouse offered a good meal at a reasonable price. Next time I will try the lobster and steak deal . Sorry in this picture the apple fritter wasnt part of the meal at Chucks Roadhouse .

DELIVERY EDIT BELOW: Food is pretty consistent and service is usually pretty good even if its a bit slow. Great place for a cheap beer and a bite! THE EDIT: Shrinkflation is pretty real with delivery. Literally the salad I paid extra for instead of fries was about 12 bits of iceberg and the amount of fries are probably half what they used to be. Eating in is fine but Ill never order delivery again.

Theres a 3% fee on everything for no reason. Why not just raise the price by 3% instead of hiding it in the fine print? What a weird tactic.

walked in at 11;10 and the male bartender refused to pour me a pint after my long journey from work. they closed at midnight and found he was was rather rude about it . hadnt had a beer in weeks and thought chucks was the right place to go . unfortunately the last place you want to visit for good friendly service.

Caesar had no flavor, charge extra for pickles vs. celery. Prices were good. Would like to see appetizer platter.

Terrible service. Took over an hour to get a servers attention to get refills for on drinks. Very rare to see any servers attending tables.

Went there and the waitress was unable to do her job, spilt a beer all over myself and the table. She proceeded to not even go get items to clean up without being told to. When bringing the replacement drink she was asked to place it the end of the table and we would move it, she did not, reaching across me when asked not to. After the incident our waitress seemed to avoid the table completely unless flagged down and eventually I asked to speak to the manager. Manager did not act considerate when told about the issues, he just kept saying it was an accident over and over without accepting why we were upset. Very unhappy, this used to be a regular spot for my group of friends, and we will not be returning.

I went to chucks roadhouse sault ste marie with my friends and the food was so delicious and the server muskan did a very great job she is so nice and kind. I really enjoyed alot .

Decent steak if you make the right choice.. Their Rib eye steak is good (medium well) compare to Pepper NY Steak.

The food here is not enough to feed an adult. Cold fries, stale buns and the manager has an attitude. They charge a goodness and freshness charge on your bill, refuse to pay that. It s theft. Watch your bill people!

The food is always good, reasonable prices. Often slow to be seated, as I have had employees walk right past me and would have to wait for someone else to seat us. Atmosphere is more directed towards sports fans and the bar. Kid-friendliness: I bring my children with me often and the staff are very friendly with them. Wheelchair accessibility: All one level, no stairs, accessible bathroom stalls.

I came alone as I am from out of town. Was seated at the bar. Ordered a beer, got it very quickly. I tried to order as I put my menu aside. Bartender was talking with other customers but ignored me waited 20 min just asked for my bill to pay for beer went to another restaurant. Was disappointed as I have eating there before with better service.

Meal came wrong twice. Just annoying constantly having to correct something so simply. Says lettuce but barely any at all on it. Server was great. Kitchen staff sucks. Flies all over the restaurant too

Not recommended, especially for take-out. Overly expensive for size portion and quality. Chucks sized ceasar salad was a joke. Just enough for 1 person. It was literally 1/4 of a container. How is it shareable? Chucks Philly Cheese was soggy, greasy and slimy. And Buffalo Chicken fingers, seriously it should say 3 chicken fries, and 10 mushy french fries. Dont waste your time and money.

After taking our order ther server didnt return until we were finished. Would have had a few more drinks if she had.

Im usually not picky with wings however, these were the worst wings i have ever tasted. They were stale and I agree with other reviews that they are probably refried and old. The medium sauce was very strange, it had no spice it tasted more like a tomato sauce. Ive been to other chucks before Im not sure whats happening with this one.

Nice place to watch sports...they have a huge TV! Got a Ceasar salad with chicken. Salad was average, the chicken was very tasty though. 7/10.

When you eat at Chuck s you know you re getting the best in service, food, and atmosphere. My family decided to eat there a few weeks back and we now started going weekly because it was such a wonderful experience and great way to break the week up, have a drink and a great meal served with a smile. We usually have the steak and lobster which is our favourite. We look forward to our dinner nights at Chucks!

Had dinner there approximately a week ago, and come down with salmonella poisoning. l would not recommend this place.

Unfortunate experience. Service was poor at best, long wait to get drinks, then even longer to get to place order, food came out incorrect and undercooked. Asked 2 different people, 2 different times for condiments and had to go and get them ourselves. We had 2 different bills both incorrect, asked to speak to a manager to get them corrected only to have another server come to talk to us and had to ask someone else to help. For the quality of food and service, we would have been better off eating fast food.

It is the standard Chucks Roadhouse, with standard menu. the food was good as expected, the atmosphere as expected, sometimes it can get loud but this time was good. Our it said on the bill PM Bar, the service was very good.

I ordered every appetizer not bad food boneless wings were dry probably old everything else was find the honest to goodness policy is weird why not just do a menu price increase? Make sure to understand that policy before you order. The server was nice

The service was terrible . no baked potatoes were in stock.. so they offered us loaded mashed.. when the dinner came those potatoes were FROZEN The manager offered me a free coors light glass.. and nothing else.. TERRIBLE restaurant with no customer care. Do NOT eat here!

Rushed out of the place. Didnt like boneless wings...they were just like chicken nuggets with no flavour. Dont like bbq sauce so asked for ranch and was charged extra for it. Arrived in time to watch end of hockey game...wasnt allowed to have $4 beer even though we stood at the entrance to be seated and watched the end of the game. Kind of disappointed in visit. Will try again though.

A sports environment. Various TVs to watch. Server was great. My sandwich style meal was great and filling. My partner has lots of allergies and their chicken comes pre coated, so there was not much available to her.

We love going to eat here. The prices are reasonable, the food is always good. The few times there was an error or quality issue, they fixed it quickly. The servers are friendly. What more could you want? We went last night and our server was so kind and attentive. We joked how impressed we were that she took our orders off memory and got it all right. I wish I remembered her name to give her credit. My only disappointment is that they discontinued offering the carrot cake. Why???? It was so good. Bring it back please!!

After cashing out at my table, I went to buy a shot for my friend at the bar. After sitting down for a couple minutes, the lady had an unbelievably rude tone. Then we got told she couldn t do a shot (that consisted of two different liquors) because it s too hard to put in the system. I m a bartender & would never refuse to mix a shot for someone, so it confused me to see. She was looking at us like we were really inconveniencing her and that we shouldn t have bothered asking. I like the establishment overall though.

We have been here before service has never been great but tonight it was ridiculous. We just finished university and went out to celebrate with drinks and half price apps. The waiter asked for IDs which we all gave. However he didn t accepted our friends ID who is an exchange student because apparently they do not accept ID that isn t Canadian. That is NOT smart serve guidelines he said it was Chucks guide lines. This is very racists.

This use to be our go to for so so many events, birthdays holidays ect. After our last experience we wont ever go back. They must have a new chef the food is absolutely disgusting now the service is terrible when you ask for somthing to be sent back. Thank God we check food because food poisoning would have definitely been the outcome. from 5 stars to negative. So disappointing.

We just came in, and we didnt like the table we were sitting, we were uncomfortable we asked the server to get us the table in front of us and he responded that he doesnt have time to clean that table. That was rude and not expected.

Went there with my wife and her Grandmother. The staff was so attentive and friendly. They were so genuine and respectful of Grandma. She loves going there. Price is right, potions are great and options are fantastic. The franchise owner and staff are AWESOME!!! We were. Dry impressed. We hope that they expand out west soon.

The food was mediocre. We were a party of 11. My ribeye, was cooked as asked, but had too much fat on the edges and sinewy. My aunt who is 86 had the fish and chips and the fish was too cooked. My partner whose birthday was that day had received a gift card, which we used the next day for lunch. His nachos were good, but my pasta was cold.

Another ordered chicken fingers and they were so dry and overcooked she couldnt eat them. There were very little French fries on the plates of those who ordered them. All in all it was a bad experience. Parking: The accessible parking should be closer to the door and there should be more spots

Experienced horrible service. My server Rocky was not nice at all and gave my party a difficult time. Would not recommend not coming back. However I will say his coworkers did a good job at providing us with comfort and we re able to help with the situation.

No baked potatoes left at a steak house? The signature dish was terrible, need to fire the chef there!!!! Lobster tail was way over cooked, was like eating saw dust was so overcooked, and the steak was still mooing, bloody and cold in middle, far from medium rare, even after redirecting was still very rare! Signature dishes where unacceptable! and no baked potatoes left at a steak house, !!!!

Gurmeet was our server and he was terrible! He had way too many tables and it wasn t even busy. Got other servers to help him do his job and acted like he had no time for us at all. Server with glasses made our experience much better, wish she was our server.

Our womens college soccer team went to Chucks when we arrived in town after our 8-9hrs bus ride. We got there at 8pm and they served 19 of us very quickly I thought. We were done before 9:30pm. Food was great. Prices were great. My only mention would be the music was a bit loud. Great stop overall and a nice team dinner.

We were travelling through and needed to grab something fast for us and our two pups. The lady who took my order was very sweet! I explained that one of the steaks needed to be cooked plain for our pups and they were very accommodating! I ordered two ribeye steak dinners (one with fries and one with a salad). The orders were ready in about 15 mins and were delicious! I was surprised the whole order cost less than $40!

My wife and I enjoyed our meal and the service was very good. The price was reasonable for what we ate. We will be back to eat at Chucks Roadhouse in Brockville and Sault Ste Marie in the future.

We ended up here because no one at Ginos want to seat us. As soon as we walked in that greeted us. We ordered steak and lobster and for the price of wasnt bad. Nice place.

Great experience! The service was excellent. We had a large group of 9 and the server was very attentive, always checking our drinks and ensuring everything was good! Food was your typical pub food, nothing special but good!

In town for work and I ve stopped by here twice now, ordered the ribeye and the porterhouse steaks, both of which were cooked to an absolutely PERFECT medium rare, was very impressed by how well the cooked them, my one and only complaint (which I should mention doesn t appear to be unique to chucks) is that the waitresses don t seem to ever come around to refill waters which is something I always thought was pretty standard, so as long as that s not a dealbreaker for you this is a solid spot for a meal

Chucks Roadhouse is a great restaurant that serves very good food from their full menu. The wait staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The atmosphere is a bit darker than I would have liked.

Watch your bill closely! They tip themselves and then prompt you to tip them again onto of this- food wasnt that great and service sucks! Waitress barely looked at us. Would not recommend

We are so impressed with Chucks! An absolutely amazing night with the Soo Greyhounds serving us! Even with the chaos of the celebrity serve night we still got our food promptly(we were in fed, socialized and out within an hour) it was delicious and such kind people who work there! I felt so taken care of and important! the price was extremely fair, it wasnt much more than youd find at a fast food restaurant! Definitely recommend Chucks! I have had this experience now multiple times!

The food was awful Ive had food at Chucks before never like thos the steak was the right way I wanted it but it tasted like charred ground beef and the lobster was rubber like the corn on the cob was canned corn the fries were good I ate the fries took to bites of the meat and the server acted like I was a problem for asking politely to take away the food and for a 40 meal they gave a 6.80 cent discount I wont be back again the treatment I got
